Abstract

From the goals of national education, it can be seen that several important components underlie the development of national education in Indonesia which lead to improving the quality of Indonesian people as a whole with universal criteria as follows: 1) people who fear God Almighty, 2) humans who have knowledge and skills, health physically and spiritually, a steady and independent personality, 3) high aspects of citizenship. In the future that secondary education in Indonesia, which needs to be the attention of the government and society, including the industrial world, namely; schools build educational processes that are in accordance with the needs and development of students, emphasize education on developing life skills, both vocational and social, and involve parents and the community in the education process. Dari tujuan pendidikan nasional terlihat beberapa komponen penting yang melandasi pembangunan pendidikan nasional di Indonesia yang mengarah pada peningkatan kualitas manusia Indonesia seutuhnya dengan kreteria universal sebagai berikut:1) manusia yang bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, 2) manusia yang mempunyai pengetahuan dan keterampilan, kesehatan jasmani dan rohani, kepribadian yang mantap dan mandiri, 3) aspek kewarganegaraan yang tinggi. Di masa depan bahwa pendidikan menengah di Indonesia, yang perlu menjadi perhatian pemerintah dan masyarakat, termasuk dunia industri yaitu; sekolah membangun proses pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan anak didik, menekankan pada pendidikan pada pengembangan kecakapan hidup baik yang bersifat vokasional atau pun keperibadian sosial, dan melibatkan orang tua dan masyarakat dalam proses pendidikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas peran Strategic Power Leadership dalam memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Konsep Strategic Power Leadership menyoroti pentingnya penggunaan kekuatan strategis untuk merancang dan melaksanakan strategi yang efektif dalam memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan, sehingga memperkuat loyalitas mereka terhadap partai.Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, termasuk wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif, untuk mendalami pemahaman tentang bagaimana peran Strategic Power Leadership "Grassroots" memengaruhi loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemimpin partai yang menerapkan pendekatan "Grassroots" mampu membangun hubungan yang inklusif, adil, dan responsif dengan karyawan. Melalui komunikasi terbuka, keterlibatan aktif, dan perhatian terhadap kebutuhan individu, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat loyalitas karyawan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang memotivasi dan mendukung.Kesimpulannya, peran Strategic Power Leadership memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan pada lembaga partai politik. Dengan memperhatikan aspek-aspek seperti visi yang inspiratif, keterlibatan aktif, keadilan, integritas, dan komunikasi terbuka, pemimpin partai dapat memperkuat hubungan dengan karyawan dan memastikan kesetiaan mereka terhadap partai politik. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemimpin partai dalam membangun tim yang solid dan terlibat dalam mencapai tujuan organisasi politik mereka.

Abstract

Fatsups and BLADE sequences are used to reduce artifacts and clarify anatomical images. Basedon theoretical studies, the STIR, BLADE sequences, the addition or subtraction of parameters, and theaddition of artificial intelligence used still have a weakness, namely increasing the scanning time to belonger. Another technique that can be used and sequences and parameters on MRI is the denoisingKalman filter technique in the Matlab (Matrix Laboratory) program. The denoising technique is appliedafter the scanning process. Denoising will not increase the MRI scanning time. This systematic reviewaims to know the technical application of denoising Kalman filter for reduction artifacts on MRIexamination. The search was done using google scholar, WILEY, IEE Explore, SPRINGER,PERPUSNAS, and Scopus in English with 2004-2020 articles period. The keywords are MRI artifact,reducing artifacts, and the Kalman filter algorithm. A review of 4 articles of filter Kalman intervention onMRI Brain, MRI Abdomen, and MR Cardiac shows that the Kalman filter is good enough to reduceartifacts and improve anatomical information. The Kallman filter could reduce flow artifacts, improveimage quality and clarify anatomical images on MRI.

Abstract

ABSTRACTBackground : Osteoarthritis (OA) is a degenerative joint disease that causes inflammation of the cartilage due to the load that is often received by the joints. The knee joint is a part that is often affected by OA. Radiographic and CT examinations can be used to check for OA of the knee. Radiographic examination has the advantage of optimally displaying OA because the examination is carried out under weight bearing conditions, and CT is superior in displaying anatomical details due to cross sectional and 3D reconstruction. Technological developments present Cone Beam CT (CBCT) weight bearings that combine the advantages of radiographic and CT examinations. The purpose of this study is to determine the role and benefits of CBCT weight bearing on knee joint image information in cases of OA.Method : This type of research is literature review research with a narrative review approach. The databases used in the review articles include Science Direct, ProQuest, PubMed, DOAJ, Google Scholar, Wiley Online Library, ISI Web of Knowledge, and the Oxford Journal. The articles that have been obtained will be processed in tabulated form for later extraction.Result : The results of this study indicate that weight bearing is able to assess degeneration causing internal rotation in the range of +/- 2.8-3.1o, lateral patellar shift up to +/- 0.4 mm, joint space width (JSW) up to +/- 0.5 mm, meniscal extrusion (ME) up to +/- 10.2 mm. Conclusion : CBCT is used to obtain volumetric and cross sectional 3D knee images, in order to obtain images with high spatial resolution with low doses, detailed bone structure images, short scan times, visualization of narrowing and progression of OA in JSW clearly, visualization of OA in the menisci, as well as visualizing the complexity of the joint and soft tissue images so that OA is easily identified.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan memperkuat sistem manajemen operasional Kedai Bakso Pemuda Spesial Kuah Bening melalui penerapan Standard Operating Routine (SOR) dan Reorder Point (ROP) sebagai instrumen peningkatan profitabilitas, kualitas layanan, dan keberlanjutan usaha. Pendampingan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2025 dengan pendekatan participatory action learning melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen operasional. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi: (1) identifikasi permasalahan produksi dan pengendalian bahan baku, (2) perancangan prosedur SOR untuk dua jenis produk—Pentol Halus dan Pentol Kasar—, serta (3) penyusunan sistem ROP berbasis kebutuhan harian, waktu tunggu pasokan, dan stok pengaman. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan SOR meningkatkan konsistensi rasa, tekstur, dan kualitas produk melalui pengendalian waktu serta suhu yang terukur, sedangkan ROP mendukung efisiensi bahan baku dengan menekan pemborosan dan kekurangan stok. Sinergi keduanya berkontribusi terhadap efisiensi proses, pengendalian biaya, dan peningkatan profitabilitas. Dampak positif juga terlihat pada konsistensi kualitas dan ketahanan usaha jangka panjang. Meskipun kegiatan ini masih terbatas pada aspek produksi, hasilnya membuktikan bahwa standarisasi prosedur kerja dan sistem pengendalian persediaan yang terukur dapat menjadi strategi efektif bagi UMKM kuliner untuk meningkatkan kinerja, stabilitas, dan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship education in Vocational High Schools (SMK) is crucial for equipping students with practical skills and soft skills needed to be self-reliant and innovative in pursuing job opportunities or creating their own businesses. However, despite the implementation of entrepreneurship education, many SMK graduates have yet to succeed in becoming independent and innovative entrepreneurs. Previous research has primarily focused on curriculum development, teaching methods, and the role of educators, with limited attention to how students’ perceptions of entrepreneurship education impact their success as entrepreneurs. This issue reveals a gap between the delivery of entrepreneurship education and students' readiness to apply this knowledge in real-world scenarios. This study aims to analyze the perceptions of SMK Tourism students toward entrepreneurship education and its implications for entrepreneurial capabilities, as well as to identify barriers hindering the development of entrepreneurial spirit. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative methods with descriptive analysis. The qualitative approach includes in-depth interviews with teachers, principals, and alumni from four SMK Tourism schools in Jakarta, along with observations of infrastructure and cooking practice activities. Quantitative data were collected through a Google Form-based questionnaire survey targeting students from 13 SMK Tourism schools with a focus on Culinary Arts. The study results show that while most students hold positive perceptions of entrepreneurship education, challenges such as knowledge gaps, learning intensity, financial limitations, mental and emotional preparedness, entrepreneurship materials, collaboration and communication skills, and marketing and location barriers are the main obstacles for students aiming to become self-reliant entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Salak (Salacca zalacca) adalah tanaman berbentuk perdu dan memiliki duri yang tumbuh secara berumpun. Proses browning dan busuk mudah terjadi pada buah salak. Oleh karena itu perlu inovasi untuk menjadikan buah salah menjadi produk lain salah satunya dibuat menjadi teh. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan dua langkah yaitu, diawali dengan pembuatan serbuk salak pondoh yang melalui proses pelayuan dan pengeringan. Setelah menjadi produk teh kering dilakukan pengujian pH, kadar air, dan vitamin C. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menemukan kombinasi terbaik terhadap pengaruh interaksi antara suhu pengeringan dan lama pelayuan teh celup buah salak pada karakteristik kimianya. Data penelitian disusun menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK). Faktor pertama adalah lama pelayuan (45 menit, 60 menit, 75 menit) dan Faktor 2 adalah suhu pengeringan (60℃, 70℃, dan 80℃). Data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan One Way Anova pada α=5% apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata, dilanjutkan dengan uji BNT atau DMRT taraf nyata α=5%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa karakteristik kimia yaitu suhu pengeringan berpengaruh nyata pada kadar air, dan lama pelayuan berpengaruh nyata pada tingkat kelarutan dan kadar air. Hasil perlakuan terbaik yakni teh celup buah salak pondoh dengan suhu pengeringan 70℃;80℃ dan lama pelayuan (60 menit sampai 75 menit).

Abstract

This community service project was conducted to address the high turnover rate among mobile bakso sales employees at Kedai Bakso Pemuda Spesial Kuah Bening in Malang City. The initiative aimed to enhance workforce stability through a structured Human Resource Audit (HRA) and the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) based on job analysis and placement principles. The project applied a participatory action approach, involving both management and employees in diagnosing human resource problems and co-developing solutions. The HRA process included five key stages: problem identification, job analysis, job evaluation, job placement, and SOP formulation, followed by monitoring and review. Data were collected through structured interviews, observations, and performance record analysis. Findings revealed that unclear job boundaries, overlapping responsibilities, and a lack of standardized performance monitoring were the primary causes of employee dissatisfaction and turnover. As a result, four major SOPs were developed covering recruitment and orientation, route management, sales operation, and reporting procedures. These SOPs provided clear task guidelines, transparent performance metrics, and fair compensation mechanisms. Within two months of implementation, employee turnover decreased by 25%, and satisfaction levels improved significantly, especially regarding communication and role clarity. This program demonstrates that human resource auditing, when combined with participatory SOP design, can transform informal MSME labor structures into efficient and sustainable systems. The model offers a replicable framework for other small enterprises that rely on mobile or field-based sales personnel, promoting workforce professionalism and long-term business resilience.

Abstract

Red sorghum (Sorghum bicolor L.) is a promising local food resource in Indonesia, but its utilization is hindered by its inherent bitterness, primarily caused by tannins. This study aimed to reduce bitterness and improve functional properties through fermentation using Lactobacillus plantarum. A Randomized Block Design with two factors—inoculum concentration (3 levels) and fermentation time (3 levels)—was applied, resulting in nine treatments. The tannin content, protein digestibility, solubility, swelling power, and water absorption capacity were analyzed. Fermentation significantly reduced tannin content by up to 60% (p 0.005) and increased protein digestibility from 45% to 70%. Simultaneously, solubility, swelling power, and water absorption capacity improved from 33.45% to 55.87%, 7.28 g/g to 9.05 g/g, and 11.92% to 13.68%, respectively. Optimal results were obtained after 48 hours of fermentation. These findings demonstrate that L. plantarum fermentation effectively mitigates bitterness while enhancing nutritional and functional qualities, offering a viable processing method to promote red sorghum as a functional food ingredient and support food diversification strategies in Indonesia. Further research should focus on sensory evaluation and application in food product development.

Abstract

Wilayah Kecamatan Pagelaran terletak di Kabupaten Malang Propinsi Jawa Timur. JarakKecamatan Pagelaran dari Kota Malang ± 29 km. Salak merupakan icon salah satu desa diKecamatan Pagelaran yaitu Desa Suwaru. Program Iptek bagi Wilayah (IbW) KecamatanPagelaran ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sektor pertanian dan pariwisata. Dua sektorini didukung adanya potensi wilayah yang memadai. Aspek pertanian meliputi: (1)Kemampuan perencanaan usaha pertanian, (2) Kemampuan diversifikasi lahan, (3)Kemampuan manajerial pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan produk pertanian, dan (4) Kemampuanpemasaran produk pertanian. Aspek pariwisata: (1) Kemampuan manajerial pengelolaan danpemanfaatan produk-produk wisata, (2) Pengembangan keunikan dan citra kawasan, dan (4)Aksesibilitas kawasan wisata. Program IbW Pagelaran menawarkan solusi pengembangan Desa Agrousaha melalui: a) Perencanaan Usaha, b) Manajemen usaha dan c) Pemasaranproduk. Hasil yang telah dicapai yaitu pembentukan kelompok usaha mikro kecil, produksivarian produk olahan salak, pengadaan alat produksi olahan salak, pelatihan manajemenusaha, pelabelan dan pengemasan produk, diperolehnya PIRT, lounching produk oleh BupatiMalang, dan pemasaran produk olahan.Kata Kunci: IbW, Kecamatan Pagelaran, Petanian, Pariwisata
