Abstract

PT Yagi Natural Indonesia (Yagi Forest) is a company that produces environmentally friendly body care products from Indonesia which produces products made from organic ingredients that do not cause environmental pollution and do not have a negative impact on humans who use them. In promoting the environmentally friendly body care products produced, Yagi Forest does this through green marketing. This research aims to determine the implementation of green marketing carried out by Yagi Forest. This research uses a qualitative method with a case study approach and uses data collection techniques using in-depth interview techniques. The main informants in this research were two employees from Yagi Forest who worked in positions responsible for product marketing activities. The results of this research show that in its implementation Yagi Forest applies the green marketing mix concept, namely green product, green price, green place and green promotion. The products produced are products made from organic ingredients that are safe for consumers and the surrounding environment. Likewise, the product packaging used can be reused or returned to the collaborating organization so that it does not become waste that can damage the environment. Then in terms of price, products from Yagi Forest are relatively more affordable when compared to body care products from competing companies. Apart from that, promotional activities carried out use four basic activities from Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC), which is direct marketing, interactive/internet marketing, sales promotion, publicity/public relations. However, the implementation of the green place aspect cannot yet be carried out efficiently so an evaluation needs to be carried out.

Abstract

Di era digital saat ini, dalam rangka memasarkan produk telah hadir berbagai cara dan media promosi. Salah satunya adalah dengan strategi pemasaran brand placement. Brand placement didefinisikan sebagai upaya menempatkan brand atau produk melalui program televisi atau film agar meningkat kesadaran akan suatu merek. Strategi promosi brand placement ini yang digunakan oleh brand permen kopiko asal perusahaan Mayora, namun brand permen Kopiko tidak berpromosi di film atau drama sinetron Indonesia melainkan memasang product placement permen Kopiko di tiga drama asal negara Korea Selatan yaitu Vicenzo, Hometown Cha Cha Cha, dan Mine. Pendekatan yang digunakan pada penelitian adalah kualitatif dengan studi pustaka dan kajian literatur seperti sumber berita, jurnal, atau prosiding, untuk menggali fenomena brand placement permen kopiko pada tayangan drama korea dan membandingkannya dengan produk lain yang juga menggunakan strategi promosi serupa. Artikel ini menunjukkan keberhasilan permen Kopiko dengan brand placement di tayangan korea karena soft selling yaitu dengan memasukkan produk sebagai bagian dari adegan dan cerita drama tersebut. Selain itu, penonton drama korea mengalami peningkatan yang cukup signifikan yaitu mencapai 130 persen dalam 12 bulan karena efek pandemi yang menurunkan aktifitas di luar rumah pada tahun 2021.

Abstract

The implementation of PKM as a critical concern related to the classic problem of waste disposal. The text of this article is a synthesis of reports from two community service (PKM) implementations carried out continuously in two academic periods, regarding the issue of developing TPS 3R management and the dominance of household waste composition. The results of the implementation of the first edition of PKM and the second edition of PKM based on social learning, coolaboration and partnership consistently lead to a zero waste lifestyle in the future in a sustainable manner. Small surveys, conservation and socialization are part of the methodological aspects of both PKM implementation, social learning, environment, dynamic interaction and community learning methods are adopted, future expectations of the results of the implementation are both synthesized. To improve sustainable waste management, the TPS3R management development model is based on social learning through collaboration and partnership minimization towards zero waste by involving four actors (quadruple helix) who consider social and environmental elements in an innovative collaboration framework, relevant to be adopted, implemented and developed, towards a zero waste lifestyle in a sustainable future. The aspects needed to achieve the success of this process emphasize several keyword aspects, including socialization, culture, awareness, consumtion pattern (smart consumer), wise lifestyle, mindset, social learning, adaptive & innovative, immitation &; evaluative models, consistency.

Abstract

Tantangan utama Pendidikan di abad 21 yaitu menyiapkan dan menjamin para siswa agar mampu dan terampil dalam belajar, beradaptasi dengan inovasi menggunakan dan memanfaatkan teknologi komunikasi dan informasi. Dalam ranah Pendidikan, guru dan siswa sebagai peserta didik, diharapkan memeliki kemampuan dan keterampilan yang berkaitan dengan berpikir kritis dan solutif dalam memecahkan masalah, berkomunikasi dengan baik dan efektif, kreatif dan inovatif serta mampu membangun jaringan dan atau kolaborasi dengan banyak pihak yang berkepentingan secara luas. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah dan diskusi disertai contoh kasus. Kegiatan Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat dijalankan di dua Sekolah Dasar Negeri yang terletak di wilayah Bandung, yaitu SDN Banjarsari dan SDN Kencana Indah II yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bandung. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai perkembangan serta pentingnya literasi media digital yang sangat terkait dengan evolusi industri 4.0. Hasil dari kegiatan PPM ini, yang diperoleh melalui pre-test dan post-test, menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman para guru dan peserta didik terkait penggunaan dan pengelolaan konten yang positif dari berbagai platform internet, seperti email, Facebook, Twitter, dan Instagram. Selama pelaksanaan PPM, kami berfokus pada memberikan pengetahuan yang dapat membantu para peserta untuk mengenali dan memahami bagaimana mengelola konten secara bijaksana dan positif di era digital.

Abstract

Buangan sampah akan terus menjadi permasalahan tiada akhir sepanjang aktivitas umat manusia tidak diiringi dengan kesadaran pentingnya kebersihan dan kelestarian lingkungan hidup, terutama komposisi sampah rumah tangga dan jenis sampah non organik yang memiliki residu tinggi. Keadaan ini menjadi bagian dari perhatian dan tanggung jawab bersama, bagaimana komposisi sampah rumah tangga termasuk sampah makanan dan sampah plastik tersebut dapat dikurangi. Pelaksanaan PKM ini sebagai perhatian kritis terkait permasalahan klasik ini, dengan menawarkan suatu model peningkatan pengembangan pengelolaan Tempat Pengolahan Sampah Reduce, Reuse dan Recylce (TPS3R) melalui kolaborasi dan kemitraan pengelola TPS3R, masyarakat dan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) terkait, untuk meminimalisasi timbulan dan bahaya sampah menuju zero waste. Survei kecil, oberservasi dan sosialisasi menjadi bagian dari aspek metodologis pelaksanaan PKM ini, sintesis hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan. Hasil kegiatan, pentingnya kesadaran dan kebiasaan melakukan pemilahan sampah organik dan non organik dimulai dari sumber penghasil sampah yakni masyarakat dan rumah tangga menjadi inti point yang realsitis bisa dan harus dilakukan masyarakat rumah tangga hingga tingkat pengelola TPS3R. Evaluasi, feedback hasil kegiatan berpotensi memberikan luaran jangka panjang. Manfaat multiple effect dari adanya peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat: akan memudahkan pengelolaan dan pengangan sampah pada level pengelola TPS3R hingga tingkat DLH di area TPA menuju zero waste hingga zero residu di masa depan; Adanya konsistensi pemilahan sampah non organik secar berkelanjutan pada level pengelola TPS3R berpotensi membuka akses sumber keuangan secara teratur untuk menambah modal kerja meskipun tidak besar. Akhirnya, model ini relevan untuk diadopsi dan dikembangkan.

Abstract

This research aims to conduct an analysis of the strengths and weaknesses that arise in implementing servant leadership in schools in the era of Kurikulum Merdeka (KM). Using a qualitative approach, literature study is the method used in this research. The data source in this research is peer-reviewed journal articles that have been published by accredited journal publishers from the Scopus and Google Scholar databases. The article search process begins with exploring articles from the Scopus and Google Scholar portals. We visit official article pages to strictly select trusted sources from the start. By establishing exclusion and inclusion criteria, we selected 79 articles and determined 11 articles as primary data sources. The results of this research show that the application of servant leadership in schools can provide 12 positive impacts that are beneficial for teachers, education staff, students, and the performance of school organizations which can be accepted as an element of strength in efforts to achieve school goals. However, there is a threat of chaos in the school organization when the implementation of servant leadership is not supported by adequate detailed guidelines. We recommend that education policymakers design and establish detailed guidelines regarding servant leadership in schools.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe and analyze the role of the principal in the implementation of learning supervision to improve the quality of teachers in the 21st century at SD Mutiara Bunda, Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal plays a role in the implementation of learning supervision at SD Mutiara, assisted by the school’s academic team by integrating formal and informal approaches. The techniques used by the principal in learning supervision are direct and indirect observation. The principal plays a role in 4 cycles of learning supervision implementation, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In the implementation cycle, it is carried out in 4 stages, namely learning planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and learning follow-up. The follow-up carried out by the principal is by holding workshops and individual coaching for teachers. The implementation of learning supervision carried out by the principal is by 21st-century supervision, which emphasizes guidance for teachers to improve teacher quality.Keyword: Supervision, learning supervision, 21st century. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam implementasi supervisi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru abad 21 di SD Mutiara Bunda Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan dalam implementasi supervisi pembelajaran di SD Mutiara dibantu oleh tim akademik sekolah dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan formal dan informal, teknik yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam supervisi pembelajaran adalah observasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Kepala sekolah berperan dalam 4 siklus implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dalam siklus pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam 4 tahapan pula yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan tindak lanjut pembelajaran. Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yaitu dengan mengadakan workshop dan coacing individual kepada guru. Implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah telah sesuai dengan supervisi abad 21 yaitu dengan menekankan pembinaan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru.Kata kunci: Supervisi, supervisi pembelajaran, abad 21

Abstract

Tenaga administrasi sekolah/Madrasah (TAS/M) memerankan peran penting dalam sistem sekolah, peran penting ini sama hal nya dengan peran guru dalam proses mendidik. Selain betugas dalam pengelolaan yang berkenaan dengan hal administratif di sekolah, tenaga administrasi sekolah juga berperan aktif dalam memberikan pelayanan administrasi kepada seluruh pihak yang berkepentingan. Peran vital tenaga administrasi yang begitu penting dalam pengelolaan suatu sekolah sehingga pemerintah melalui Permendiknas Nomor 24 Tahun 2008 menetapkan standar tenaga administrasi sekolah. Standar ini mengatur tentang kualifikasi dan kompetensi minimal yang harus dipenuhi oleh seorang tenaga administrasi sekolah. Kompetensi yang dimaksud adalah kompetensi kepribadian, sosial, teknis dan manajerial. TAS/M harus terus mengembangkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme nya sebagai bagian tanggung jawab dalam menjalankan tugasnya. Proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi ini harus terus dilakukan seperti halnya pengembangan kompetensi untuk guru yang dilakukan secara terus menerus. Self-Directed Learning (SDL) adalah satu pembelajaran yang mana pembelajar dapat terlibat dalam menentukan apa yang mereka pelajari. Hal tersebut jelas berbeda dengan konteks belajar sendiri dan mereka dapat lebih aktif dan leluasa dalam menentukan apa yang mau mereka capai. Melalui metode diharapkan berdampak positif pada proses pengembangan dan penguatan kompetensi tenaga admistrasi sekolah

Abstract

The success of education development will be largely determined by the availability of educational resources as the main variable in providing educational services. Other factors are geographical conditions, demographic conditions, economic conditions, and the capacity of the population itself. This study examines the correlational-contributive relationship between these factors with the Gross Participation Rate (GER) in junior high schools in West Java. The data studied were 2015-2019 (5 years). Quantitative research methods with descriptive analysis. The results showed that the educational resources variable can explain the effect of 88, 14% on the total GER. The geographical condition variable can explain the effect of 63.96% on the total GER. The demographic condition variable explains the effect of 94.2% on the total GER and the KE variable contributes approximately 89.21% to the achievement of the total GER for SMP. The population capacity variable gave a valuable contribution of 37.96%.

Abstract

Background: According to the 2018 World Giving Index by the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), Indonesia ranked first in the world giving index for the first time. However, the emergence of digital alms practices in Indonesia has sparked controversy surrounding their compliance with usury laws, a deeply held belief in Islam. This has created an enigma within the Islamic community, as the Indonesian Ulema Council works to establish legitimacy for these practices. Given the multi-layered nature of these practices in society. Purpose: This paper aims to elucidate how the provider, specifically GoPay in this case, communicates digital alms to the public and how the Islamic community in Indonesia perceives and accepts it as a customary practice. Method: A qualitative research approach was employed for this article, focusing on conducting in-depth interviews and examining future studies and regulations pertaining to digital alms programs. Results: The findings of this study indicate that the implementation of digital alms programs has prompted a shift in the community’s giving habits from traditional direct methods to digital methods. This shift offers convenience to donors, who now have numerous options available to them. However, it is important to note that traditional beliefs surrounding alms emphasize direct interaction between the giver and the receiver, raising concerns about the potential for manipulation of alms before they reach the intended recipients. While this innovation has gained significant traction within the Islamic community, the use of financial technology introduces the possibility of inaccuracies and raises questions about the acceptance of its processes. Therefore, additional coordination and oversight with relevant parties are needed. Conclusion: Introducing digital alms programs has engendered new practices within the community for activities like almsgiving, enabling cashless transactions. However, there are still challenges to address, including ensuring the reliability and integrity of the process. This requires collaboration and supervision among stakeholders. Implications: The introduction of digital alms programs has prompted a transformation in community practices related to almsgiving and similar activities by embracing cashless methods.
