Abstract

Peneliti mengangkat isu mengenai Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas ini menarik untuk ditelaah lebih lanjut mengingat kehidupan New Normal pasca pandemi adalah sesuatu yang baru di seluruh dunia, dan juga di Indonesia. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat bagaimana dinamika komunikasi organisasi selama proses perubahan dari SDIT Al Biruni dalam menyikapi kegiatan PTM terbatas dan adaptasi yang dihadapi oleh sekolah dan siswa di masa transisi New Normal mencakup dinamika perubahan, arus komunikasi, dan pola komunikasi organisasi. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam dan observasi lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan dinamika organisasi terkait sarana prasarana serta aturan dan kebijakan. Sedangkan melihat dari komunikasi organisasi, terjadi komunikasi ke atas, komunikasi ke bawah, dan komunikasi informal pada setiap organisasi, begitupula di SDIT Al Biruni. Terakhir, hasil penelitian mengungkapkan adanya pola komunikasi dengan model roda yang terjadi pada arus komunikasi yang melibatkan institusi atau organisasi lain di luar lingkungan internal sekolah

Abstract

This study aims to reveal the management of television entertainment programs in the form of reality competition shows that succeed in attracting the attention of the audience through seven aspects, namely conflict, duration, preferences, consistency, energy, timings, and trends. The qualitative method with the case study approach is used to study people involved in the production of D'Academy and D’Star in Indosiar, namely the production team, performers and the audience. The results are D'Academy and D'Star fulfilled seven aspects of the success of a television entertainment program with almost similar treatment as a dangdut competition program. The production team also carried out the commodification of the two programs, in the form of content commodification and the commercialization of the audiences relating to the aspects of the success of television entertainment program on D'Academy and D'Star. which is almost the same for aspects of the success of a program and has only a few differences that are tailored to the carried innovations.

Abstract

Hubungan masyarakat atau humas adalah praktik mengelola penyebaran informasi antara individu atau organisasi dan masyarakat. Manajemen humas itu sendiri merupakan suatu proses dalam menangani suatu rencana, komunikasi, dan koordinasi dengan tujuan agar dapat mencapai suatu tujuan yang sama, termasuk juga tujuan komunikasi dalam hubungan masyarakat. Adapun tujuan penelitian manajemen humas yaitu untuk mengetahui perkembangan dan kualitas peserta didik serta partisipasi masyarakat khususnya orang tua peserta didik dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan pada masa sekarang Metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif serta jenis pendekatan metode deskriptif. Hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat di MI Al-Misbah Kota Bandung tetap intensif, tapi basisnya online baik yang berhubungan dengan dinas pendidikan provinsi, pemerintah kabupaten, kecamatan dan daerah serta hubungan sekolah dengan masyarakat. Tujuan utama program humas dalam suatu lembaga pendidikan adalah untuk membangun dan memelihara kerja sama yang positif antara lembaga pendidikan dengan masyarakat di MI Al-Misbah Kota Bandung.

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to analyze and describe the factors that influence student decisions in choosing a major in Educational Administration at the Faculty of Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. The research method employed is qualitative, entailing the conduct of interviews. The data were collected via the distribution of questionnaires to 14 students enrolled in the 2023-2024 class using the Google Forms (G-Forms) application. The data were analyzed descriptively using the ATLAS.ti software. The results demonstrated that the analysis of the 10 interview instruments revealed the existence of a multitude of factors influencing the decision-making process. These factors include career opportunities, the reputation of the study program, personal interest in the field of Educational Administration, the development of administrative systems, consideration of tuition fees and availability of financial aid, and communication and discussion with peers. These factors are interrelated and provide a comprehensive picture of the considerations faced by students in choosing a major. Given the limitations in data exploration, future research may provide opportunities to investigate other factors that may influence student decision-making in choosing a major in Educational Administration. Keywords: Factors Influencing Decisions; Student Decisions; Educational Administration Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan di Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara. Data dikumpulkan melalui distribusi kuesioner kepada 14 mahasiswa yang masuk dalam angkatan 2023-2024 menggunakan aplikasi Google Forms (G-Forms). Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak ATLAS.ti. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 10 instrumen wawancara yang dianalisis, teridentifikasi berbagai faktor yang mempengaruhi proses pengambilan keputusan. Faktor-faktor tersebut meliputi peluang karier, reputasi program studi, minat pribadi dalam bidang Administrasi Pendidikan, pengembangan sistem administrasi, pertimbangan biaya kuliah dan ketersediaan bantuan keuangan, serta komunikasi dan diskusi dengan teman sebaya. Faktor-faktor ini saling terkait dan memberikan gambaran yang komprehensif mengenai pertimbangan yang dihadapi mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan. Mengingat adanya batasan dalam eksplorasi data, penelitian selanjutnya dapat memberikan peluang untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor lain yang mungkin mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan mahasiswa dalam memilih jurusan Administrasi Pendidikan. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to identify the strengths and weaknesses inherent in the implementation of digital leadership models in the context of education, a matter of particular importance in the context of the rapidly evolving digitization of education, particularly in Indonesia. A qualitative approach to scoping review was conducted in accordance with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) protocol. Article data mining was conducted using Harzing Publish or Perish research application technology from the Google Scholar and Scopus databases. The initial stage of the data mining process yielded a total of 101 articles; however, the application of strict inclusion criteria resulted in the exclusion of 87 articles, leaving a total of 14 articles that were reviewed. The results showed that digital leadership has 19 strengths and 12 weaknesses when utilized in education. The integration of digital leadership, contingent upon the successful contextualization of its strengths for problems that are compatible, and the mitigation of its weaknesses, has the potential to serve as a highly valuable strategic solution in addressing the challenges posed by educational underperformance. It is recommended that further research be conducted to address the identified weaknesses and potential threats associated with the implementation of digital leadership in Indonesia's education sector. Keywords: Strengths and weaknesses, Digital leadership, Indonesian education Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan yang melekat pada implementasi model kepemimpinan digital dalam konteks pendidikan. Tujuan ini sangat penting dalam konteks digitalisasi pendidikan yang tengah bergerak cepat, khususnya di Indonesia. Pendekatan kualitatif untuk tinjauan lingkup (scoping review) dengan protokol Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Penambangan data artikel dilakukan menggunakan teknologi aplikasi penelitian Harzing Publish or Perish, dari database Google Scholar dan Scopus. Tahap awal dari proses penggalian data menghasilkan total 101 artikel. Namun, penerapan kriteria inklusi yang ketat telah mengeksklusi 87 artikel. Sebanyak 14 artikel berkelayakan tinggi ditelaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 19 kekuatan dan 12 kelemahan ketika kepemimpinan digital dimanfaatkan dalam bidang pendidikan. Kemudian implementasi kepemimpinan digital, jika masing-masing kekuatannya dikontekstualisasikan dengan tepat untuk masalah tertentu yang serasi, serta mitigasi terhadap kelemahannya dapat dilakukan dengan baik, maka model kepemimpinan ini akan menjadi solusi strategis yang sangat bernilai dalam mengatasi masalah-masalah ketertinggalan pendidikan. Penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengatasi kelemahan yang teridentifikasi dan potensi ancaman yang terkait dengan implementasi kepemimpinan digital di sektor pendidikan Indonesia, direkomendasikan. Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe and analyze the role of the principal in the implementation of learning supervision to improve the quality of teachers in the 21st century at SD Mutiara Bunda, Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that the principal plays a role in the implementation of learning supervision at SD Mutiara, assisted by the school’s academic team by integrating formal and informal approaches. The techniques used by the principal in learning supervision are direct and indirect observation. The principal plays a role in 4 cycles of learning supervision implementation, namely planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up. In the implementation cycle, it is carried out in 4 stages, namely learning planning, learning implementation, learning evaluation, and learning follow-up. The follow-up carried out by the principal is by holding workshops and individual coaching for teachers. The implementation of learning supervision carried out by the principal is by 21st-century supervision, which emphasizes guidance for teachers to improve teacher quality.Keyword: Supervision, learning supervision, 21st century. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam implementasi supervisi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru abad 21 di SD Mutiara Bunda Kota Bandung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan dalam implementasi supervisi pembelajaran di SD Mutiara dibantu oleh tim akademik sekolah dengan mengintegrasikan pendekatan formal dan informal, teknik yang digunakan kepala sekolah dalam supervisi pembelajaran adalah observasi secara langsung dan tidak langsung. Kepala sekolah berperan dalam 4 siklus implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak lanjut. Dalam siklus pelaksanaan dilakukan dalam 4 tahapan pula yaitu perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, evaluasi pembelajaran, dan tindak lanjut pembelajaran. Tindak lanjut yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah yaitu dengan mengadakan workshop dan coacing individual kepada guru. Implementasi supervisi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah telah sesuai dengan supervisi abad 21 yaitu dengan menekankan pembinaan kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas guru.Kata kunci: Supervisi, supervisi pembelajaran, abad 21

Abstract

This study aims to explore emerging trends and future research directions in the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for educational transformation through bibliometric analysis. The data analysed was taken from the SCOPUS database, covering 537 documents published between 1989 and 2024. The findings show a significant increase in the number of publications since 2017, reflecting the growing interest in the application of AI in education. The countries with the highest contributions were China and the United States, which also had the highest citation impact. The analysis shows that key research themes include personalised learning, adaptive learning systems, big data analytics, as well as advanced AI technologies such as machine learning and generative models (e.g., ChatGPT). In addition, the keyword co-occurrence network revealed the interdisciplinary nature of research in this area, with a strong focus on digital transformation and data-driven learning. The study also identifies significant challenges related to the digital divide and student data privacy, which need to be addressed in future broader AI implementations. The findings offer valuable insights for researchers, educators and policymakers, and provide practical recommendations to effectively utilise AI in creating inclusive and sustainable educational environments.

Abstract

The implementation of this Community Service (PKM) activity is a form of attention and participation of academics related to critical issues of waste management with the theme of Grasp-Based Waste Management: Implementation of Financial Management. The goal is an effort to help increase awareness, participation and cooperation in dealing with the waste problem, with theaim of recreating high awareness to participate and cooperate in the implementation method of activities, adapting the observation approach, socialization at the implementation and evaluation stages. Results of the activity. This KKM activity offers three main activities. First, socialization of grassroots-based waste handling; Second, a healthy living culture by paying attention to shopping and consumption behavior; Third, the implementation of Financial Management with economic behavior. The implication is that in the future, similar follow-up activities are needed to support the realization of zero waste and zero residue programs for clean and waste-free living by applying a scientific approach in the implementation of financial management at the individual family level, accompanied by adapting and integrating technology that allows the involvement of various related parties in a continuous manner in waste management among the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to ascertain the democratic leadership style of the principal of State Elementary School 2 Cipanas, West Java, Indonesia. This research employed a qualitative approach. In order to collect the requisite data for this study, the researchers employed a combination of techniques, including a literature review, interviews, and observation. The data processing phase was conducted using the ATLAS.ti software. The text-interactive application was employed to facilitate the drawing of conclusions from the interview results and the presentation of the research results. The findings of this study indicate that the democratic leadership style of State Elementary School 2 Cipanas's principal is characterized by a proclivity to engage in deliberations with teachers and education personnel regarding decision-making, a tendency to recognize the potential of members, a disposition to listen to criticism or opinions expressed by members, and a commitment to collaboration with members, particularly in matters pertaining to learning governance, habituation, and related administrative tasks. This study represents a significant contribution to the field of educational research, as it challenges the prevailing trend of focusing on the correlational paradigm alone in the study of principals' democratic leadership. The implications extend beyond the theoretical realm, offering a compelling rationale for the implementation of democratic leadership practices. These practices have the potential to align with specific local contexts, facilitate strategic innovations in educational settings, cultivate a positive school climate, enhance collaboration between principals and teachers, and ultimately improve the quality of the learning process.
