Abstract

Product innovation conceps are raised in this research as it is viewed as a crucial part to contribute companies' success. Researches have shown that many companies face difficulties to increase selling performance. There fore, research on the condept of product innovation is considered as an important research agenda now days. Issues proposed in this research are gap taken from the previous research. Like wise, both variables and indicaors are adapted from research done before. That is, to analyze influence of market orientation tp product innovaion, influence of learning orientation to product innovation, and influence of product innovation to selling performance as well. In this research, the respondents are populations of batik companies in Kabupaten Pekalongan, Central Java. Purposive sampling technique is used to collect data's by giving questionnaries to 100 respondents. Afterwards, the data's are analyzed by using Structural Equation Model (SEM) through AMOS 4.01 program. A model has been developed and 3 hypotheses have been formulated to salve problem in this research. The solution of the problems can be reached through SEM test by using AMOS 4.01 computer program. Result of the research has shown that the inflluence of market orientation to product innovation learning orientation to product innovation, and product innovation to selling performance are positive. Implication on managerial policy, training as well as communications has been proposed as a source of idea for companies in managing their marketing. This research also contributes future research as a base for other research to developed it.

Abstract

This research conducted on the evidence that there were a declining trend of the quality product at PT. Simongan Plastik Factory Semarang which was proven by increased percentage of damage production. Improvement activity have been doing continously to get a good ang qualified product, by improving at all area making a quality team and also supporting from management. The research also based on the previsious researcher recommendation. There were four Quality Management Implementation contructs by previous researcher-Leadership, Employee development and empowerment, Quality system improvement and, Evaluation and process conrol are used to analiyze the significance of its influence toward product quality, and then, it will identify the most influencing construct quality. Critical review and acknowledgement with relevant literature was developed to build a model and foe hypotheses with 27 indicators that will be tested using confirmatory factor analysis and full model structural equation model (SEM) with doodness-of-fit criteria. To test the hypotheses for primary data got from interviews with 200 employes of PT. Simongan Plastik Factory, production departement, who act as the sample of his research, we used AMOS 4.0 computer statistical program for windows. According the result from confirmatory factor analysis of primary data, it show no difference between covariant matrix of sample and covariant matrix estimated from the population and the 27 indicators were significantly its latent factors. From full model SEM analysis result it show that all goodness-of-fit criteria can be achieved. Result from hypotheses test show that all hypotheses can be accepts at 1% and even at 5% level significance. And finally found that Quality system improvement has the bigger influence toward product quality of the outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar Matematika tentang KPK dengan model pembelajaran card sort berbantu media kartu bilangan bagi siswa kelas V SD 1 Payaman, Mejobo Kudus Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjeknya adalah siswa kelas V SD 1 Payaman, Mejobo Kudus Semester 1 Tahun Pelajaran 2018/2019 yang berjumlah 27 siswa yang terdiri dari laki-laki 9 dan perempuan 18. Penelitian terdiri dari dua siklu, dan masing-masing dilakukan dalam dua kali pertemuan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes, catatan lapangan. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan tes dan paduan observasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif komparatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan berrdasarkan serangkaian tindakan pada siklus I dan siklus II dengan penerapan model pembelajaran card sort berbantu media kartu bilangan dapat meningkatkan: (1) Aktivitas belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aktivitas belajar siswa meningkat 12 poin dari kondisi awal 65 dankondisi akhir 77; (2) Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil belajar yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata siswa meningkat 16 poin, dari kondisi awal 65 dan kondisi akhir mencapai 81.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tampilan ferning sapi betina SIMPO F1 dan F2 berdasarkan umur di Kecamatan Patean, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 20 ekor sapi betina SIMPO, masing-masing 7 ekor SIMPO F1 dan 13 ekor SIMPO F2 milik peternak rakyat. Metode pengambilan lendir serviks menggunakan ulas vagina, dikoleksi sebanyak 6 jam sekali dalam 24 jam, dengan menggunakan cotton bud. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tampilan ferning, kelimpahan dan konsistensi lendir serviks. Gambaran ferning diperoleh dengan cara mengoleskan lendir serviks di atas object glass, dikeringudarakan kemudian diamati dengan bantuan mikroskop dengan perbesaran 10x10. Gambaran tampilan ferning sapi betina SIMPO F1 dan F2 bervariasi, berupa cabang primer, sekunder dan tersien. Kemudian dievaluasi berdasarkan skoring. Gambaran terlihat lebih jelas dan nyata membentuk daun pakis. Hasil uji observasional dan deskriptif dapat disimpulkan bahwa tampilan ferning, kelimpahan dan konsistensi berbeda pada 20 SIMPO F1 dan F2.

Abstract

Professionalism in the field of selling represent the successful key of future marketing. Salesperson which protesional is a able to be trusted and always try to give the maximal satisfaction to customer. Trust and satisfaction of customer can only be reached if salesperson owning ethical behavior and customer orientation in running aclivily and sales strategy so the can improve the sales revenue. This research test how ethical.behavior and customer orientation influence to make­up outcome performance by passing behavior performance of salesperson.Data was gained from 120 life insurance agent as respondent in Semarang Central Java. From data analysis, result was obtained, model raised in this research in accepable. It is shown by chi­quare = 105, 779, Probability = 0, 32 7, Root Mean Square Error of Approximation = 0, 022, Goodness of Fit Index= 0,904, Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index= 0,870, Tucker Lewis Index = 0, 994, CMIN/DF = 1, 058, Comparative Fit lndexs = 0,995. Those number indexs are standart although Adjusted Goodness of Fit Index is accepted marginally. Findings show that hig outcome performance salesperson can be achieved with ethical behavior and costumer olientation by increasing behavior performance. Cocludes with a discussion of managerial implications and direction for future reserch.

Abstract

The problem that happened in this research is the decrease of BIGTV customer loyalty of Semarang which result in customer decision to unsubscribe. This is evident from the increasing number of subscribers who have been subscribed for more than 1 year but unsubscribed in the first half of 2015. So the formulation of this research problem is how to increase customer loyalty BIGTV Semarang and BIGTV Semarang customer decisions to re-subscribe allegedly influenced by the quality service, and brand image. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and brand image directly or indirectly to customer loyalty with mediated by satisfaction. Sample selection using purposive sampling. The sample used is 150 people BIGTV Semarang customers. The analysis tool used is structural equation modeling. Based on the results of research, service quality and brand image have a positive effect on satisfaction and loyalty, while satisfaction has a positive effect on loyalty. Based on the fit model test, 7 indicator test result stated that all models have a good fit. So from this, it can be concluded that the model has a good enough fit to predict customer loyalty

Abstract

In this highly competitive banking industry, every bank needs to create superior value for its customers. The ideal banking industry to improve the quality of customer relationships is a company that wants to optimize profits by closer (customer intimacy) and harmonious relationship with its customers. Thus, the value-added relationship marketing can be optimized in streamlining and streamlining costs to acquire new customers or retain old customers so that the cost and marketing efforts are not in vain and profits can be increased even more. This study specifically examines the effect of customer relationship quality and product excellence on the company's marketing performance through a competitive advantage in the banking industry. The industry that is used as a research object is PT Bank Mega, Tbk Regional Semarang. The analytical tool used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) of the AMOS statistical package. From the research results can be concluded that the quality of relationships influence and positive product superiority to marketing performance. While a competitive advantage does not have a positive effect on marketing performance. At the end of the discussion, the limitations of research and future research agenda can be used as a reference for further study or research.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the effect of quality marketing support, sales quality, sales force capability to salespeople performance, with the formulation of the problem of "how to improve sales force performance" on channel Direct Sales Credit Card at BNI Semarang and Yogyakarta Regional Office. Populations and samples selected in the study were credit card sales BNI channel Direct Sales Semarang and Yogyakarta, which amounted to 110 respondents, with the census method. Data collection using questionnaire with answer value 1 (very strongly disagree) up to 10 (very strongly agree). Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS program, with result indicate that research model acceptable, goodness of fit index as follows: Chi Square = 126,774; Probability = 0.177; RMSEA = 0.033; GFI = 0.885; AGFI = 0.845; TLI = 0.984; and CFI = 0.987. The conclusions of this study indicate that sales force capability can affect salesperson performance by looking at the quality of marketing support. This study also shows that sales force capability can affect salesperson performance by looking at the quality of sales training.

Abstract

Research on the decision to purchase a product has a lot to do. This study aims to analyze factors that influence to the buying decisions of furniture products in UD. Tunggal Jaya Bojonegoro. The factors used are product quality, distinctiveness furniture, perceptions of price, and service quality.The analytical method used to analyze the influence of the variable product quality, distinctivenessfurniture, perceptions of price, quality and services to the purchasing decision is the methodof multiple linear regression with the help of statistical program SPSS for Windows version17.0 and test hypotheses based on the p value<0, 05. The results showed that the regressionequation is formed KPKB=0.235+0.147+0.376KMPH+0.359KL.Product quality variables simultaneously (KP), the peculiarities of furniture (KM), perceivedprice (PH), and quality of service(TOS) can influence the purchase decision (KB) F-test forcoefficient values calculated at 18.718, and partially the four independent variables caninfluence purchasing decisions.Suggestions obtained researc his the needfor marketers to increase providing timely serviceat the time oft he delivery process and the existence of clear guarantees for damage product.Offer arelatively cheap price according to what promises to management of the productsoffered, giving discounts in order to attract customers to decide onthe purchase, establishquality products that comply with the promised cover form, wood quality and smooth finishing,carving and creating accessories detail the concept and create alot of variation plitur.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influences of training quality, managerial skill, sales motivation toward salesman performance to impact the salesman performance to increase sales effectiveness. The research problem is how to increase of training quality, managerial ability, sales motivation toward salesman performance to impact the sales effectiveness.This research analyzes the factor that influences repurchase intention use mediating variable brand preference.  This research developed a theoretical model by submitting four hypotheses where will be tested by Structural Equation Model (SEM) used AMOS 21.0. Respondents in this research are people who work as a credit card salesman with total 157 respondents.  The result of SEM data processing already found the goodness of fit follows, the value of chi-square = 77,261, df: 96, p:5%; probability = 0,920; GFI = 0,940; AGFI = 0,915; TLI = 1,013; CFI = 0,959; CMIN/DF = 0,805;RMSEA = 0,000. Empirical analyze indicate the influences of training quality are significant to salesman performance; the effect of sales motivation are significant to salesman performance; the effect of managerial skill are significant to salesman performance;the effect of salesman performance are significant to sales effectiveness and the effect of managerial skill are significant to sales effectiveness.
