Abstract

This study aims to examine the roles of the wife in making red coffee-picking decisions in Temanggung Regency, Central Java. This research focuses on identifying and understanding the role of the wife in the decision-making process related to picking red coffee, as well as the factors that influence their involvement and contribution to these activities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interview techniques and direct observation. Data were collected from several coffee farming families in Temanggung, including from farmers who have active participation from their wives in farming activities. The results of the study show that the role of the wife in making decisions on picking red coffee in Temanggung contributes to various stages of the agricultural process, from land preparation to post-harvest. The role of the wife includes selecting coffee varieties, setting planting schedules, selecting methods and timing of picking, and planning the use of resources and labor. In addition, the wife also plays a role in managing family finances and allocating resources for investment in coffee cultivation. The wife's social role is also seen in forming good relations with other community members, such as in organizing cooperation activities or participating in farmer organizations.

Abstract

According to the Decree of the Minister of Agriculture No.484 of 2021, so far agricultural development has only focused on the upstream sector. There is a need for industrialization based on the processing of agricultural, forestry, fishery, and non-agro commodities that are integrated upstream and downstream. According to the results of the 2018 Inter-Census Agricultural Survey, the percentage of food processing activities by farmers at the national level and Central Java Province is still very low. There is only one KWT in Boyolali Subdistrict that consistently conducts food processing until now, namely KWT Madu Mulyo located in Madumulyo Hamlet, Pulisen Village, Boyolali Subdistrict, Boyolali Regency. This study aims to analyze the level of motivation of KWT Madu Mulyo members in food processing activities, determine the factors that form the motivation of KWT members, and determine the relationship between the forming factors and the motivation of KWT Madu Mulyo members in food processing activities. This research method is quantitative method. The results showed that the level of motivation of KWT Madu Mulyo members in food processing as a whole is high which includes motivation based on existence needs is high, motivation based on relatedness needs is very high, and motivation based on growth needs is low. Factors shaping motivation are divided into internal and external factors. Internal factors include cosmopolitanity, respondents' income, number of children under five years old.

Abstract

There has been much research on the violent conflict in interactions between ethnic and religious communities in Indonesia. However, there is a noticeable gap in research focusing on how people can live harmoniously across these divides. This paper aims to explore the construction of ethnoreligious identity in Christian-Islamic encounters in Rote Ndao Regency, Indonesia. The fundamental question underlying this research is how the socio-historical and cultural backdrop contributes to forming 'Rote Islam' as an ethnoreligious identity and how processes of interaction, negotiation, and integration shape social interactions between Christians and Muslims. The research employs an ethnographic and phenomenological approach incorporating observations, interviews, participation, and literature studies to achieve this. The findings indicate that as an ethnoreligious identity, ‘Rote Islam’ is constructed from a process of interaction and social practice (collaborative) that has gone beyond religious and cultural boundaries. Examples of these practices include the gifting of land, the transformation of kinship through marriage, the transfer of technology, the tradition of kissing noses, the Kebalai dance, the celebration of religious holidays, and the identification of Leo, all of which illustrate the processes described in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh brand images dan fashion involvement terhadapbuying decision. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang dikumpulkan dengan metodeexplanatory survey dan teknik pengambilan sampel berupa accidental sampling terhadap 160 orangresponden pelanggan sepatu Bata menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Pengujian persyarataninstrumen yang digunakan meliputi uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji normalitas, uji homogenitas,uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi sebagai pengujian persyaratan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling), dan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural EquationModeling) diperoleh brand images berpengaruh terhadap buying decision, fashion involvementberpengaruh terhadap buying decision, dan brand images berpengaruh terhadap fashion involvement.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the selection of purchases made online. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Risk Purchase and Trust on Purchasing Decisions. In this study, data was collected through quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents at FEB UM Metro. Then performed a quantitative analysis including validity and reliability tests as testing instrument requirements, normality testing as testing requirements analysis, simultaneous t test and significance test (f test) as hypothesis testing, multiple linear regression analysis as a test of equality and coefficient of determination (R2) and statistical hypothesis test. Based on the results of research using multiple linear regression analysis and t test, the results of the research on risk purchase partially t have an effect on purchasing decisions. The results of this study indicate that the risk purchase variable has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision. The results of this study indicate that the Trust of has a positive and significant effect on purchase decision.

Suwarto, S.E, M.M (2) Sri Retnaning Rahayu, S.E M.M Currently, cosmetic products have become a primary need for women who are the main target of the cosmetics industry. In addition, along with the times, the cosmetics industry has also begun to penetrate the men's and children's markets. The potential for this domestic market includes the increasing number of young people or the millennial generation. This study aims to determine 1) To determine the effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) To determine the effect of BPOM Labels on purchasing decisions 3) To determine the effect of Religiosity on purchasing decisions. 4) To determine the effect of Halal labeling, BPOM Labels and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data on respondents who have certain information, allowing researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. . In this study, the population was students of FEB Muhammadiyah University of Metro Technique, taking the sample using accidental sampling with a total sample of 82 people. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that: 1) there is a positive effect of halal labeling on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive effect of BPOM Label on purchasing decisions 3) there is a positive influence of "Religiosity" on purchasing decisions. 4) There is a positive influence on Halal Labeling, BPOM Label and Religiosity together on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Emotional Intelligence, Work Ethic, Organizational Climate and Performance Benefits on the Performance of Metro City Police The Metro City Police as law enforcers in the Metro City area have an obligation to eradicate crime and create comfort for citizens. The role of human resources is the basic capital in determining whether a person's performance is good or bad. There are several factors that are very influential in the performance of police personnel, namely emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and personnel performance benefits. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 2) Is there an effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 3) Is there an influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police ?, 4) Is there an effect of the performance allowance on the performance of the Metro City Police? Is there an effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances jointly on the performance of the Metro City Police? This research was conducted at the Metro City Police. The sampling technique used Accidental Sampling to 85 respondents, namely the Metro City Police. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression tests with the help of the SPSS version 21 application. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is no significant effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of the Metro City Police. Police personnel do not have good emotional intelligence so that they have not been able to improve the performance of the Metro City Police. There is a significant effect of work ethic on the performance of the Metro City Police. The work ethic of the personnel so far has been good and has been able to improve their performance optimally. There is a significant influence of organizational climate on the performance of the Metro City Police. The organizational climate in the Metro City Police has been created in a conducive way and makes personnel comfortable so as to improve their performance. There is no significant effect of performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police. The performance allowance given to personnel is still not enough to arouse the enthusiasm of the personnel to improve their performance. There is a significant effect of emotional intelligence, work ethic, organizational climate and performance allowances on the performance of the Metro City Police.

Skripsi, Program Studi Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Pembimbing (1) H. Suwarto, S.E.,M.M. Pembimbing (2) Yateno, S.E.,M.M. Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera merupakan koperasi Syariah yang mempunyai tujuan yaitu memberikan pelayanan simpan pinjam dan pembiayaan kepada anggota pemilik usaha mikro kecil dan menengah, dalam praktiknya pembiayaan yang disalurkan setiap tahunnya terus mengalami peningkatan akan tetapi hal tersebut dibarengi dengan terus meningkatnya pembiayaan bermasalah setiap tahunnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh factor internal dan factor eksternal terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada Koperasi Syariah Al Amin Berkah Sejahtera. Dalam penelitian ini alat Analisa yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan Penyebab pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin yaitu factor internal dan factor eksternal secara Bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah yaitu sebesar 63,5%.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah 1). Variable factor internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 2). Variable factor eksternal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. 3). Variable factor internal dan factor eksternal menunjukkan bahwa semua variable berpengaruh positif secara Bersama-sama dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan bermasalah pada koperasi Syariah Al Amin. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tingkat penjualan saus Lombok Mas mengalamipeningkatan dan penurunan yang tidak stabil setiapbulannya. Tingkat penjulan ini menunjukan gambarankepuasan yang dirasakan oleh konsumen. Sehingga, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui PengaruhHarga, Ketersediaan Produk, Dan Kemasan TerhadapKepuasan Pelanggan Saus Lombok Mas Pada CV. Indosari Lombok Mas Di Lampung Tengah. Jenispenelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh dari hasil kuisionerkepada 104 responden yang diambil menggunakanrumus dari slovin. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Versi20..Analisa data penelitian dilakukan denganmenggunakan Pengujian Persyaratan Instrument, Pengujian Persyaratan Analisis dan PengujianHipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasan memiliki pengaruhpositif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadapkepuasan pelanggan Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa jikapersepsi harga, ketersediaan produk dan kemasandapat mempengaruhi perasaan konsumen, makakepuasan untuk membeli produk tersebut akanmeningkat. Kata Kunci: Harga, Ketersediaan Produk, Kemasan, Kepuasan Pelanggan. ABSTRACT The level of sales of Lombok Mas sauce has increased and decreased unstable every month. This level of sales shows a picture of the satisfaction felt by consumers. Thus, this study aims to determine the effect of price, product availability, and packaging on customer satisfaction with Lombok Mas Sauce in CV. Indosari Lombok Mas in Central Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. Data collection was obtained from the results of questionnaires to 104 respondents who were taken using the formula from Slovin. The data analysis method used in this study is SPSS (Statistical Packages for the Social Science) Version 20. Data analysis was carried out using Instrument Requirements Testing, Analysis Requirements Testing and Hypothesis Testing. The results show that price, product availability and packaging have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. This indicates that if the perception of price, product availability and packaging can affect consumer feelings, the satisfaction to buy the product will increase.
