Suwarto, S.E M.M (2) Nina lelawati, S.E., M.M Indonesia's large population is a very potential market for companies that market their products. Foreign and domestic companies are trying to establish businesses and create types of products that will be favored by consumers in Indonesia. The number of these companies creates a tight business competition This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether product quality has an effect on purchasing decisions. 2) To find out whether there is a promotion effect on purchasing decisions. 3) To find out whether there is an influence of distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) To find out whether product quality, promotion and distribution channels affect purchasing decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population was the consumers of the Mama Alya restaurant. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling with a total sample of 75 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results showed that 1) there was a positive and significant influence between product quality on purchasing decisions. 2) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on purchasing decisions. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between distribution channels on purchasing decisions. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality, promotion and distribution channels on purchasing decisions. Keywords: Success, Work Motivation, Need for Achievement, Instrumentation Readiness, and Interest in Entrepreneurship. This researcher aims to analyze the motivational factors of students in entrepreneurship. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 222 students who are active at the University of Muhammadiyah Metro Batch 2017, only 143 samples used are in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 20 program. Based on the results of statistical tests, it shows that success, motivation at work, need for achievement and readiness of instrumentation have a positive and significant influence on entrepreneurial interest in FEB students, Muhammadiyah Metro University.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Rindu Famelia Sari, 2021. "The Influence of Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Period on Employee Performance at the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung". Thesis Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business. University of Muhammadiyah Metro. Supervisor (1) H. Suwarto, S.E., M.M. Supervisor (2) Nani Septiana, S.E., M.M. Santa Clara Cooperative Central Lampung is a business entity engaged in finance. In its operational activities, it requires workers who are competent, experienced in their fields, and have a commitment to their work. Therefore, it is very important to improve human resource management in an organization. Factors that affect employee performance are work environment factors, work motivation, and years of service. The formulation of the problem in this study are 1) Is there an influence between the work environment on employee performance? 2) Is there any influence between work motivation on employee performance? 3) Is there any influence between tenure on employee performance? 4) Is there any influence between work environment, work motivation, and tenure together on employee performance? This research was conducted at the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung, with a sampling technique using solvin to 41 respondents, namely employees at the Santa Clara Cooperative Lampung. By distributing questionnaires in the form of questions about the Work Environment, Work Motivation, and Work Period on Employee Performance. Then processed with SPSS version 21 with the classical assumption test approach with the methods of normality, linearity, homogeneity. This study uses quantitative methods with multiple regression analysis, partial test, F test, determination to determine the effect of work environment, work motivation, and tenure on employee performance of the Santa Clara Cooperative, Central Lampung. The results of this study can be concluded that there is a positive and significant effect of the work environment on the performance of the Santa Clara Cooperative employees, the work environment is used for the process of improving the work atmosphere so that it is well established between employees at work. There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on employee performance at the Santa Clara Cooperative, by providing work motivation to employees, employee performance will increase and be better. There is a positive and significant effect of tenure on employee performance, tenure is how long it takes to work to improve abilities and skills at work. Abstract

AbstractManagerial performance in an organization is very important, because good managerialperformance can create an organization's competitive advantage. There are many factorsthat can improve the quality of managerial performance including organizational culture,leadership style and budgeting participation. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of organizational culture, leadership style and budgeting participation onmanagerial performance at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro. The method used in thisresearch is the explanatory survey method. The objects in this study are organizationalculture, leadership style, budgeting participation and managerial performance. This researchactivity was conducted at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro. The research population isemployees of PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Metro with the number of samples taken as many as40 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results showed thatpartially organizational culture, leadership style and budgeting participation had a positiveand significant effect on managerial performance. Abstract

Financial institutions have a very strategic role in moving the wheels of the economy, because the economic growth of a nation requires a pattern of management of available economic resources in a directed and integrated manner and can be utilized for welfare. This study aims to determine 1) To find out whether the promotion variables affect customer satisfaction. 2) To find out whether product quality variables affect customer satisfaction. 3) To find out whether the service quality variable has an effect on customer satisfaction. 4) To determine the effect of product quality, price, distribution and promotion variables simultaneously on customer satisfaction. The survey method was chosen as the primary data source. The survey method focuses on collecting data from respondents who have certain information, thus enabling researchers to solve problems. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire instrument. In this study, the population is consumers who use Telkom products. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling with a total sample of 77 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The results of the study show that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between promotions on customer satisfaction 2) there is a positive and significant influence between product quality on customer satisfaction for Indihome products. 3) there is a positive and significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction. 4) there is a positive and significant influence between promotion, product quality and service on customer satisfaction

Abstract

The research method used is qualitative and quantitative research. In this study, theanalytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis to determine the dependent andindependent variables with computer program tools, namely SPSS 17 For Windows.Theresearch results are 1) Service quality variables have a positive effect on consumersatisfaction, 2) corporate image variables simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction, 3)facility variables simultaneously affect consumer satisfaction, 4) location variablessimultaneously affect customer satisfaction, 5) simultaneously variable brand image, trustand price affect consumer satisfaction at Berkah Kembar hotel.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy on employee career planning withcareer motivation as a mediating variable. This type of research is a quantitative study with apopulation of 97 employees registered at Kalirejo Lestari, Central Lampung, only 78 samplesused in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distributionof questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers forrespondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regressionanalysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 26program. Based on the results of statistical tests indicate that self-efficacy, career planninghas a positive and significant influence on career motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment on employeeperformance, the effect of training on employee performance, the effect of recruitment onperformance through organizational commitment, the effect of job training on performancethrough organizational commitment, and the effect of recruitment, training, andorganizational commitment on employee performance. The research method usesquantitative research that measures the variables of recruitment, training, and employeeperformance and organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of products, prices, and distribution oncustomer loyalty both directly or indirectly through customer satisfaction. Research methodsrequire quantitative research. Objects in research are products, prices, distribution, loyalty,and customer satisfaction with Vivo brand cellphone users. The population in the study wereFEB students of Muhammadiyah Metro University. The sample in the study was taken usingthe random sampling technique with the amount of sampling determined by the Slovinmethod. The number of samples produced is 91 respondents. The instrument in this studyused a questionnaire. Data analysis in this study uses path analysis. The results showed thatproducts directly affect customer loyalty, prices directly affect customer loyalty, distributiondirectly affects customer loyalty. Products, prices, and distributions have an indirect effect oncustomer loyalty, namely through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The influence of globalization today will lead to increasingly global competition. Human resources, namely employees or employees have an important role in a company. The existence of competent and quality human resources will support the company's activities and are assets that must be guarded by the company to be managed and managed. This study aims to determine the relationship between slef esteem and employee satisfaction at BPKAD metro city. Knowing the effect of self efficacy on job satisfaction of employees at BPKAD metro city, knowing the effect of employee performance on job satisfaction at BPKAD in metro city, knowing the effect of slef esteem, slef efficacy of employee performance, on employee job satisfaction at BPKAD Metro city. The sample of respondents in this study were employees of the financial and asset management agency of the Kora metro area, totaling 60 people, using the accideal sampling technique. The quantitative method in this study used a quantitative approach. n comparative. The data were collected in questionnaire sheets and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the self-esteem variable obtained a tcount value of 0.315 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.754 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-esteem has an effect on employee satisfaction. tcount 18.905 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-efficacy affects employee satisfaction. tcount -0.315 ttable <234 with a significant value of 0.754 <0.05, meaning that the quality of self-efficacy has no effect on employee satisfaction. While in the f-test (both test fcount 865.963 and ftable 2.77 that the independent variables jointly influence positive and significant employee satisfaction. This means that self-esteem (x1), self-efficacy (x2), employee performance (3), employee satisfaction (y) the independent variable is able to explain the independent variable of 98.1% while the remaining 1% is influenced by the variable which were not included in this study.
