Abstract

Various learning models have been developed and implemented in vocational education in the engineering field, but still have weaknesses, especially in basic matters such as one-sided learning and lack of direct industrial involvement. Moreover, learning in educational institutions is not supported by facilities that match those in the industry, but only simulation tools. Additionally, the media used in educational institutions is not as sophisticated as that used in the industry. This study is a literature review on Work-based Learning (WBL) and the formulation of WBL concepts suitable for vocational education in the engineering field. The results of the literature review showed that the implementation of WBL in various developing and advanced countries is very effective in developing students' competencies. Educational institutions and industries work together to improve the quality of learning to produce job-ready graduates. Industries benefit from the availability of competent and professional workforce who can develop their business for global competition. There are three WBL model concepts that can be applied to vocational education in the engineering field, including integrated student work, teaching factory, and industrial internship. The formation of student competencies can be carried out through a structured program, where students will gain experience and opportunities to gradually sharpen their competencies.

Abstract

This article aims to provide an overview of Multicultural Education in developing Islamic education Teaching Materials towards Students' Attitudes of Tolerance. The research method used is research in the form of a library study as a step in solving a problem by carefully and intensely reviewing relevant library data. The sources of library data in question are books, scientific articles and journals. The approach is descriptive qualitative, where the use of data is taken qualitatively and described or explained descriptively. Data processing to produce information is obtained through several processes including the process of searching for data, the process of collecting data, the process of processing/analyzing data, and the process of concluding data. The research results found that Islamic education learning through multicultural education ensures that students are not only able to understand and master the subject matter they study. In this case, what a teacher needs to do is form a Islamic education learning pattern through activities in the classroom; be universal and not discriminate between students; and inserting tolerance values in teaching materials.

Abstract

One area of education is information technology. Information technology is very important to the world of education and helps schools in many ways. Schools such as SMK Farmasi Ikasari have information systems that facilitate interns. The method used in my research is the EUCS method where there are 5 variables namely content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness. Data obtained from a sample of 165 respondents using a questionnaire. The level of student satisfaction based on the EUCS variable in using SIPKALI was 0.396 or 3.96% while 60.4% was influenced by other variables not examined. Based on user satisfaction with the use of SIPKALI, there are 4 variables, namely content 62%, format 61%, accuracy 62% and ease of use 59% the indicators of these variables are greater agreement and in the category can be said to be high for these 4 variables and for the variable Timeliness 57%, the indicator for timeliness is also greater. Agree, but in the category of results, the percentage is less, so from this timeliness variable, users still feel dissatisfied with timeliness.

Abstract

As one of the efforts to produce Sumber Human Resources (HR) who have century competence 21st, a learning design is needed which integrates skills or 21st century skills. By including students are involved in remembering, understanding, apply, analyze, evaluate as well create both in scientific theory and at the time their daily life. A review is conducted on the state-of-the-art methods using the preferred reporting items for reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guideline. We review literature from several publications and analyze STEM approach is a very appropriate approach to use in 21st century learning. After applying STEM approach, students are expected to be able mastering scientific and technological literacy. In learning there is a process of interaction between educators and students and learning resources in a learning environment to achieve learning goals. Learning is done using learning strategies in facilitating the teaching and learning process. So that the process can be carried out properly and conveyed correctly, STEM learning is carried out which can integrate knowledge, skills and values of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics to be able to solve a problem related to learning in the context of everyday life.

Abstract

Learning physics, especially rotational dynamics, is often difficult for many students because of the complexity of the concepts and abstract approach. In situations like this, conventional physics learning often encounters obstacles to providing in-depth understanding to students. Transformation in the world of education is becoming increasingly important, significantly increasing student motivation in studying physics so that it can improve students' performance. To address this issue, open-source blended learning materials that include problem-based learning (PBL) in the Rotational Dynamics curriculum must be developed. The goals of this study are to identify the phases involved in the creation of learning media; identify appropriate standards for learning media; and assess the usefulness of the learning media under development. The development model known as ADDIE is the process utilized for development. Four experts validated the blended learning media developed and underwent revisions to obtain suitable results. This research shows that: the learning materials created have been deemed legitimate and fit for use in the educational process, with a very high category; The application of the learning materials created is user-friendly and practical, also with a very high category.

Abstract

Digital transformation has emerged as a significant catalyst for change within contemporary organizations, necessitating modifications to strategy, structure, processes, and work culture. This study explores the relationship between digital transformation and organizational development (OD) by emphasizing three critical dimensions: structural adaptation, process innovation, and organizational cultural readiness. Employing a systematic literature review methodology, this study analyzed 25 scholarly articles published between 2021 and 2025. Articles were selected from reputable databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, Emerald Insight, and Taylor & Francis based on criteria including publication in indexed journals, a focus on digital transformation and organizational development, and the use of both empirical and conceptual approaches. The findings indicate that the success of digital transformation is contingent on the integration of organizational restructuring, renewal of work processes, and establishment of a technology-adaptive culture. Structural adaptation enhances organizational agility and effectiveness through decentralization and cross-functional collaborations. Process innovation bolsters efficiency and productivity through the digitalization of work systems and enhancement of human resource competencies. Organizational cultural readiness contributes to the sustainability of transformation through continuous learning, digital leadership and team collaboration. This study confirms that organizational development in the digital era no longer prioritizes administrative efficiency but focuses on cultivating adaptive and innovative capabilities that reinforce organizational resilience. Theoretically, this study proposes a Digital Organizational Development (DOD) framework that integrates these three key dimensions as a model for modern organizational development. Practically, the study's findings offer guidance for organizations to balance technology strategies with structural and cultural interventions to achieve effective and sustainable digital transformation.
