Abstract

This community service program (PKM) was implemented in Jago Village, Praya District, Central Lombok Regency, which is known as one of the papaya producing areas. This village faces a major problem when the harvest season arrives, especially because many papayas that meet the standards are not export (grade Ab1 or local (grade Ab2), resulting in a pile of fruit that eventually rots and has the potential to pollute the environment. To overcome this problem while improving the village economy, the 2025 PKM DRTPM Kemenristek Grant fund together with the Nusantara Global Education Institute Campus supports the development of Papaya chip products in Jago Village, so that they can be marketed well and provide significant economic benefits. The methods used in this activity include Socialization, Training, and Evaluation. The results of this activity showed a positive response from the participants, but further assistance is needed to ensure more optimal results in the future.

Abstract

Traffic accidents frequently result in musculoskeletal injuries, particularly among school populations such as high school students. Members of the Youth Red Cross (PMR Wira) require adequate splinting and bandaging skills to provide initial management in the event of accidents occurring within the school environment. This community service activity aimed to enhance the splinting and bandaging competencies of PMR Wira students at SMAN 2 Mataram as a form of first aid for musculoskeletal injuries. The training method involved theoretical instruction and hands-on practice delivered to 29 students, with evaluation conducted through pre-test and post-test assessments. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ knowledge and skills; the average score increased from 8.76 to 10.14, the standard deviation decreased from 1.480 to 1.093, and the minimum score rose from 6 to 8. A t-test indicated a significant difference (p < .001) between pre- and post-training outcomes. This training successfully strengthened the school’s first-aid system and contributed to creating a safer and more responsive school environment.

Abstract

Analisis stok barang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pembelian barang di toko El-hibbani menggunakan metode algoritma apriori. Sebagai bagian dari penerapan data mining untuk optimalisasi pengelolaan stok barang. Data transaksi penjualan yaitu selama tiga bulan yaitu (Maret, April, Mei) dengan total 90 transaksi yang mencakup lima jenis produk yaitu koko imtaq, koko El-hibbani, koko hasgradini, koko al-ihsan, koko rifki. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa terdapat pola asosiasi yang kuat antara produk tertentu dengan nilai confidence tertinggi adalah koko imtaq dengan koko El-hibbani (62,00%), koko El-hibbani dengan koko imtaq (53,44%), koko al-ihsan dengan koko El-hibbani (51,28%), dan koko hasgradini dengan koko El-hibbani (50,00%). Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa koko El-hibbani dan koko imtaq sebagai produk pusat (anchor product) dalam pola pembelian pelanggan. Temuan ini memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk penataan produk, pengadaan stok, dan penawaran bundling yang dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional toko dan kepuasaan pelanggan.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the impact of nickel smelter development on the social welfare of the Morowali community. Its urgency lies in the need to understand the social consequences of rapid industrialization, so that mitigation policies and community participation can be formulated more inclusively and sustainably. This research uses a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design and Social Impact Assessment (SIA) to explore the social impacts of nickel smelter development in Morowali. Data were obtained thru interviews, documentation, and observation, and analyzed using Nvivo 12 Plus to identify key themes and develop mitigation recommendations based on the findings. This study shows that while industrialization drives rapid economic growth, it also leads to social impacts, including limited access to basic facilities such as clean water, sanitation, housing, education, and healthcare. Other impacts are seen in public health due to air pollution, increasing social tensions between local workers and foreign labor, and low public participation and protection of vulnerable groups' rights. Overall, the smelter development has not fully considered the principles of sustainable development, as the main focus is still on economic growth without ensuring social welfare, justice, and the protection of community rights. Future policy recommendations include strengthening collaboration between local governments, companies, and communities to improve access to basic facilities, healthcare services, education, and the protection of citizens' rights. Additionally, the sustainable and transparent implementation of the Social Impact Assessment mechanism needs to be carried out so that industrial growth aligns with social welfare and sustainable development.

Abstract

The dynamics of higher education regulations in Indonesia, currently governed by Permendiktisaintek Number 39 of 2025, necessitate a shift in the accreditation system by emphasizing educational outcomes and achievements. However, limited understanding of the latest instruments and a lack of collaboration among the academic community remain primary obstacles in preparing the Self-Evaluation Report (LED). This community service initiative aims to accelerate the understanding of accreditation instruments using the Participatory Action Learning System (PALS) approach, which is divided into three stages: Socialization, Technical Guidance, Simulation and Evaluation. The results of the implementation showed a significant increase in participants' understanding, with average scores rising from 57 (pre-test) to 77 (post-test). Despite this progress, specific challenges were identified at the Military Academy, including the command system, personnel rotation (Tour of Duty), and the lack of an integrated digital management information system. This mentoring strategy proved effective in fostering a quality culture and collective responsibility, ensuring the sustainable quality of study programs

Abstract

Principal Leadership Style in Improving Student Achievement at MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati. This study examines the leadership style employed by the Principal at MTs Abadiyah Koryokalangan Gabus Pati to enhance student achievement. The research follows a qualitative approach, employing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis involves reduction, display, and verification. In conclusion, the leadership style of the principal at MTs Abadiyah Koryokalangan Gabus Pati aligns conceptually with the management functions of planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, monitoring, and evaluating. The principal implements four leadership styles: instructive, consultative, participative, and delegative. The leadership of the head of the madrasah in enhancing the achievement of students at MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati is consistent with leadership theory. In terms of improving student achievement, there are three supporting factors: facilities and infrastructure, environment, and motivation of those involved, as well as funding. On the other hand, there are also inhibiting factors that include a lack of motivation among the students themselves, personal and environmental challenges, societal and technological factors, as well as issues related to facilities and infrastructure.Penelitian ini membahas tentang Gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Madrasah dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Peserta Didik di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian Kualitatif. Pengumpumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya melalui, reduction, display dan verification. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: 1) Gaya kepemimpinan kepala madrasah di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati, secara konseptual sudah sesuai dengan fungsi manajemen yaitu planning, organizing, actuating, controlling, monitoring dan evaluating. gaya yang dipakai kepala madrasah MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Gabus Pati sebagai berikut: a) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan instruktif. b) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan konsultatif. c) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan partisipatif atau demokratis d) Gaya kepemimpinan kepemimpinan delegatif. 2. Kepemimpinan kepala madrasah dalam peningkatan prestasi di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati dapat dikatakan sesuai dengan teori kepemimpinan, 3. Faktor yang menjadi pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di MTs Abadiyah Kuryokalangan Pati. a) Faktor pendukung adalah sarana dan prasarana, lingkungan dan diri pelaku yang bersangkutan serta pendanaan b) Faktor penghambat dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik adalah diri pelaku yang malas, problem pribadi dan lingkungan, meliputi masyarakat, teknologi juga faktor sarana dan prasarana.
