Abstract

Abstract

Introduction: Surgical site infection (SSI) is an infection that often occurs in post-surgery patients, this occurs because nurses' handwashing compliance is still not perfect according to the Fuerbringer handwashing principle, especially before performing surgical assistance. The impact of SSI causes serious complications, prolongs hospitalization, and increases health care costs. Methods: This study used a cross-sectional approach. The population was all nurses in the surgical room. The sampling technique used a non-probability purposive sampling type of 25 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a compliance questionnaire and observation of SSI infections. The independent variable is compliance with Fuerbringer handwashing. The dependent variable is the incidence of nosocomial infections. This study was analyzed using the Spearman Rank Rho test with a significance level of α <0.05. Results: The Spearman rank analysis test obtained a value of 0.000 (p-value <0.05) which means that there is a relationship between Nurses' handwashing compliance with Fuerbringer and the incidence of nosocomial infections in the surgical room. Conclusion: High handwashing compliance helps prevent cross-contamination between patients and nurses, which can reduce the risk of infection that can be obtained during hospital care. Keywords: Fuerbringer, Handwashing compliance, Nosocomial Infection

Abstract

Nowadays, skincare is very widely used by women, using skincare has become a woman's primary need. Actually, there are no prohibitions on using skincare, as long as the items used are BPOM certified and verified as halal so that they remain safe when used. However, if it is related to iddah, are women still allowed to use skincare during the iddah period?, then it is still necessary to study the law from the perspective of the Shafi'i Madzhab, especially in the Tausyikh Book written by Muhammad Nawawi bin Umar Al-Jawi. The aim of this research is to find out what the law is for using skincare for women during the Iddah period, because women still have very little understanding about this. In this research, the method used is library research by collecting individual words or sentences that are considered relevant in discussing a woman's iddah, especially in the Imam Syafi'i Madzhab. Primary data sources are Syafi'iyah books, while secondary data are books and journals. From this research, it was found that the majority of Syafi'iyah ulama' did not allow the use of skincare on women who were on iddah to die and allowed it on women who were on iddah for divorce because this was related to ihdad, those who were required to perform ihdad were women who were on iddah to die and not on iddah on divorce. Because the wisdom of berihdad is nothing other than a form of condolence for the death of her husband. Keywords: skincare; woman; iddah; Tausyikh; divorce law

Abstract

The scholars agree that hadith is a source of law, even though they differ in their opinion on the validity of a hadith. The hadith of the Prophet, which is often referred to as al-Sunnah al-Nabawiyyah, is one of the two basic resouces of the Islamic syari'at after the Qur'an. They position the hadith as a guide in carrying out activities in this world, both with regard to aspects of worship such as mu'amalah and morals. Hadith in the form of words, deeds and provisions (taqririyah), in detail, has outlined a manhaj for the life of Muslims, both individually, in families, communities and countries. The position of the hadith in Islamic syari'at is very strategic. Of course, there is no need to doubt, because the function of hadith apart from being the most urgent is interpreting the Qur'an. More than that, the function of the hadith which is no less important is as a basis in determining other laws that are not contained in the al-Qur ?an. In the past, the Companions used to listen to the Prophet's words and witness the Prophet's actions and life firsthand. In many cases, if they disagree in interpreting the verses of the Qur'an or find it difficult to determine a law, they do not hesitate to refer to the hadith of the Prophet. Of course they are very upholding the sunnah that the Prophet recently passed on as a translater of revelation that was sent to all mankind.

Abstract

Islam as the last sawawi religion to come down to this world is certainly equipped with a comprehensive set of rules and teachings. He has perfected the previous Heavenly Religions elegantly and massively. This religion also does not escape introducing a set of rules regarding inheritance, which in general assigns a larger share of inheritance to the male line than the female line.In Recobanteng Hamlet, Suwaru Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency, there has been a practice of dividing inheritance from generation to generation by way of customary inheritance practices, where the son's share is equal to the daughter's share. Of course this is interesting to study in depth academically from a sharia perspective. The following article seeks to find this perspective by using a socio-anthropological approach combined with a sharia law perspective. From field observations, it was found that the people of Recobanteng Hamlet, Suwaru Village, Pagelaran District, Malang Regency share inheritance equally between men and women with consideration of humanity and justice. According to Syar'i, this kind of practice can still be justified by looking at the tasoluh principle, by distributing it first before the father or mother dies, even though the actual acceptance is only carried out after the two people have died.

Abstract

This research is aimed at studying the Primbon culture of the residents of Bulupitu Village in its application in marriage practices to find out and compare the impact of Primbon on the sustainability of marriages that apply this system and marriages that do not apply the Primbon system and the perspective of Islamic law in addressing this practice. This research is in search of data with field studies using a qualitative approach with data collection methods, namely; Interviews, Literacy Studies, and Observations From this study it was found that in the application of Primbon, Bulupitu Village residents were divided into two camps, namely those who applied the Primbon system in their marriage (Kejawen) and those who did not apply it (Potehan). The Kejawen adhere to the Primbon concept starting from Weton, Salep Tarjeh, and Wedding Day, while the Potehan refuse to believe in this. Nevertheless, these taboos and recommendations still have an effect on the sustainability of the marriage mahligai of Bulupitu residents if they are violated or carried out. Primbon culture actually does not conflict with the concept of Islamic law because it is a custom that has its own legal basis, namely 'Urf and is a form of endeavor and

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to understand the extent of the practice of throwing chickens during the wedding procession to the bride's house. This is intriguing because, in an era of modernity, there are still communities that maintain this old tradition, including the residents of Ganjaran Village, Gondanglegi, Malang. This research uses a field study method with a phenomenological approach, collecting data through interviews. The findings of this research show that: 1) Many people do not understand the reason for throwing chickens into the river during the wedding procession. Some members of the community who practice it do not understand the reason for throwing chickens into the river during the wedding procession. They merely preserve or follow the commands of their ancestors. In practice, some community members throw chickens into the river during the wedding procession by tying a thread to the chicken's leg. Once released into the river, they pull the chicken back. However, this practice is not taught by their ancestors. 2) The law regarding throwing chickens into the river during the wedding procession is not explicitly detailed in the fiqh books. However, in the principles of fiqh, it is mentioned: العادة محكمة. Such a tradition is considered 'urf shahih, a customary practice that does not contradict Islamic texts. However, this tradition can become impermissible if it is intended for offerings or other similar purposes, even becoming haram.
