This study seeks to examine the influence of the efficacy of Social Welfare Integrated Data Management in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. The study was carried out at the Social Services and Villages Department in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Data collection is conducted via observation, interviews, and documentation. This study employs a descriptive methodology utilizing a qualitative approach with inductive data analysis. Data analysis approaches employ data reduction, data display, and conclusion formulation or validation. The findings of this study indicated that the effectiveness of updating DTKS yields results due to monthly changes, including the addition of impoverished families and the removal of families deemed capable. Regarding the efficiency of DTKS management, it is acknowledged as more efficient in operations, data storage, and other technical aspects for both Data Managers at Dinas Sosial and Operators at Village Governments, in terms of adequacy. The quantity of social assistance recipients is substantial, yet the trend indicates a decline in recipients over time, reflecting a reduction in impoverished families in Penajam Paser Utara Regency. Regarding equity, it is evident that the Ministry of Social Affairs' social assistance program encompasses all 54 villages in the regency. In terms of responsiveness, The Dinas Sosial of Penajam Paser Utara Regency demonstrates considerable responsiveness in executing its activity budget program; however, at the Village Government level, the responsiveness regarding the management of DTKS is markedly deficient. While some villages are active, a significantly greater number have failed to update the DTKS.

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness and challenges in implementing the Agency-Level Financial Application System (SAKTI) at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of West Sulawesi Province. A qualitative approach was used in this study, where data were collected through in-depth interviews with a number of key informants who were directly involved in financial management at the agency. The results of the study indicate that SAKTI is generally considered very effective in improving the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of financial management. However, several challenges are still faced, such as internet network problems, unstable server performance, and the frequency of system maintenance that often disrupts user activities. Management provides strong support for the implementation of SAKTI, but more routine evaluation and monitoring are recommended to ensure system optimization. Based on these findings, this study recommends improving technology infrastructure and developing additional features in the application to support users in more efficient financial management. Virtual reality (VR) technology is increasingly being adopted in education, offering innovative and engaging methods for teaching. This study examines the application of VR-based learning media in Ecological Citizenship education, with a focus on enhancing students' environmental awareness. Through VR, students can engage in interactive simulations that realistically depict various aspects of the environment—from biological dynamics to the impacts of environmental changes. The findings demonstrate that VR not only improves students' technical understanding but also strengthens their attitudes towards environmental conservation through active participation. This research employs a qualitative approach, utilizing in-depth interviews, document analysis, and classroom observations to gather data. However, challenges at Lambung Mangkurat University, such as inadequate technological infrastructure, limited lecturer proficiency in effectively utilizing VR, and the need for curriculum-aligned content, hinder the full implementation of VR-based learning. Based on these results, the study recommends integrating VR into the curriculum as an effective pedagogical tool to foster environmental awareness and prepare future generations to be more responsive to environmental issues.

Penelitian ini mengkaji dampak broken home terhadap kesehatan mental anak-anak melalui studi literatur. Broken home, yang disebabkan oleh perceraian, kematian orang tua, atau konflik berkepanjangan dalam keluarga, memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perkembangan psikologis anak. Anak-anak dari keluarga broken home sering mengalami stres, kecemasan, dan depresi, yang dapat mempengaruhi prestasi akademik, hubungan sosial, dan kesejahteraan umum mereka. Gangguan kesehatan mental pada anak-anak ini dapat muncul dalam bentuk agresi, penarikan diri, atau kompensasi. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya upaya bersama dari orang tua, keluarga, dan masyarakat dalam menjaga kesehatan mental anak-anak dari keluarga broken home. Strategi yang direkomendasikan meliputi komunikasi terbuka, memfasilitasi hubungan yang sehat dengan kedua orang tua, memberikan dukungan sosial, dan mengakses layanan terapi atau konseling. Kesimpulannya, penanganan yang tepat dan dukungan yang memadai sangat penting untuk membantu anak-anak mengatasi dampak psikologis dari situasi broken home.

Sepsis merupakan kondisi kritis yang paling sering menyebabkan meningkatkan angka mortalitas di rawatan intensif yang berhubungan dengan kerusakan multiorgan. Sebagai contoh, acute kidney injury (AKI) terjadi pada 40-50% pada pasien yang mengalami sepsis di ICU dan tentunya akan meningkatkan mortalitas pada pasien tersebut. Teknik dialisis yang telah mengalami pengembangan saat ini seperti continuous renal replacement therapy (CRRT) telah dapat mengontrol sindrom uremik pada pasien dengan hemodinamik yang tidak stabil, namun sampai saat ini pasien AKI pada sepsis yang menjalani dialisis masih memiliki angka mortalitas yang tinggi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dari hasil penelitian ini, didapatkan bahwa angka kematian pada pasien sepsis AKI yang dilakukan CRRT masih sangat tinggi. Penelitian yang berkelanjutan mengenai CRRT ini sangat perlu untuk dilakukan yang bertujuan untuk menurunkan angka morbilitas dan mortalitas di intensive care unit terutama dalam menangani pasien sepsis yang kritis

Tujuan dari penelitian ingin menetahui dan melihat pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2), dan kompensasi (X3) terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan pada rumah jahit akhwat (RJA) cabang Makassar. Metode pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh artinya semua karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 45 orang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pembagian kuesioner dan dokumentasi, kemudian data yang diperoleh diolah dengan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25.Hasil penelitian menunjukan uji parsial (t) pada variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, Variabel lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) terhadap kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Dan variabel kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja menunjukan pengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji simultan (f) variabel lingkungan kerja fisik (X1), lingkungan kerja non fisik (X2) dan kompensasi (X3) memiliki pengaruh simultan (bersama-sama) terhadap kepuasan kerja (Y) Kata Kunci : lingkungan fisik, lingkungan non fisik, kompensasi, kepuasan

This research aims to analyze the financial performance of the local government of Parigi Moutong District in the period 2016-2021 by using the ratio analysis method of PAD growth, decentralization, independence, PAD effectiveness, expenditure growth, expenditure compatibility consisting of operational and capital expenditures, and expenditure efficiency by using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of the research show that (1) The PAD growth analysis has a positive category with an average percentage value of 11.73%, and (2) The ratio analysis of the degree of decentralization has a very low category with a percentage value of 9.07%, (3) Ratio analysis of regional financial independence has an instructive category with a percentage value of 13.14%, (4) PAD effectiveness ratio analysis has a very effective category with a percentage value of 105.40%, (5) Growth Analysis expenditure has a positive category with a percentage value of 4.76%, (6) The analysis of the compatibility ratio consisting of operational and capital expenditure has a balanced category with a percentage value of 64.13% and 16.20%. (7) The expenditure efficiency ratio analysis has an efficient category with a percentage value of 94.53. The implementation of Food Loss and Waste (FLW) reduction policies in Indonesia faces challenges due to incentive conflicts between the central government and local governments. Differences in objectives, information asymmetry, and weaknesses in oversight mechanisms lead to opportunistic behavior at the implementation level. This research uses a literature review approach with descriptive qualitative content analysis to synthesize literature related to agency theory and the Van Meter & Van Horn implementation model. Secondary data were obtained through purposive sampling from various relevant journals, books, and policy documents. The research findings identified a data gap of 18% between field information and official reports, indicating constraints in information system integration. Additionally, differences in resource capacity, inter-organizational communication mechanisms, and the characteristics of implementing organizations further exacerbate incentive conflicts. The synthesis of the literature shows that the implementation of a performance-based incentive model, which includes indicators of resource availability, communication effectiveness, and organizational structure, can align national goals with regional operational realities. In conclusion, enhancing digital integration, standardizing data reporting, and strengthening inter-agency coordination are strategic steps to optimize the implementation of FLW policies. Research recommendations include the development of an integrated digital platform and the reformulation of incentive models to enhance accountability, transparency, and the effectiveness of FLW management policies.

The purpose of the study was to determine the forms of community participation in the management of coastal tourism in Dato Majene Regency and community approaches in the management of coastal tourism in Dato, Majene Regency. The number of informants in this research is 8 people. The type of research used is qualitative by selecting certain people who are considered to have knowledge about the participation of local communities in tourism management. The results of the study indicate that the participation of local communities can be said to run according to the rules but not yet optimal. Hal is evidenced by the results of research that has been done in terms of participation in which no property of the general public and local communities Dato Nearby beaches but on the other participation is already running but is not optimal in general. Pengalaman kerja Widyaiswara berpengaruh terhadap transfer of training merupakan kondisi di mana tingkat pengalaman, keahlian, dan jam terbang seorang instruktur dalam melaksanakan kegiatan pelatihan akan menentukan seberapa efektif peserta dapat menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperoleh dari pelatihan ke dalam praktik kerja sehari-hari. Tujuan dari artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengalaman Kerja Widyaiswara berpengaruh terhadap Transfer of Traning di Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kunatitatif. Jenis penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis atau menjawab pertanyaan penelitian secara objektif, dengan mengukur variabelvariabel yang dapat diukur dan dianalisis secara matematis atau statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; pengalaman kerja widyaiswara memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap keberhasilan transfer of training dengan kontribusi sebesar 68% (R² = 0.68, p<0.001). Dari kelima indikator yang diukur, aktivitas berbagi pengalaman kerja dengan rekan untuk menyelesaikan masalah (β = 0.48) dan pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kemampuan menerapkan hasil pelatihan (β = 0.32) muncul sebagai faktor yang paling determinan, sedangkan indikator mengatasi tantangan berkat pengalaman sebelumnya menunjukkan kontribusi yang relatif lebih rendah (β = 0.11) namun tetap signifikan. Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya tidak hanya mengakumulasi pengalaman kerja, tetapi juga membudayakan aktivitas berbagi pengetahuan dan pengalaman di antara widyaiswara, serta menguatkan keterkaitan antara pengalaman praktis dengan konten pelatihan yang disampaikan. Implikasi dari penelitian ini mengarah pada kebutuhan penguatan mekanisme kolaborasi dan knowledge sharing di kalangan widyaiswara serta rekrutmen dan pembinaan widyaiswara yang mempertimbangkan aspek relevansi dan kedalaman pengalaman kerja sebagai faktor penting dalam meningkatkan efektivitas transfer of training di lingkungan Balai Diklat Keagamaan Makassar.
