Abstract

Penerapan prinsip kualitas dan etika kejujuran dalam Islam memiliki dampak yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap kelancaran proses produksi. PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia berupaya menerapkan prinsip kualitas dengan memegang etika islam sebagai langkah dalam mempertahankan proses produksi. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui penyebab ketidakpatuhan karyawan terhadap standar operasional terkait penanganan produk cacat yang telah ditetapkan dalam proses produksi pada PT. Piranti Teknik Indonesia. SeIain itu, peneIitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaIuasi pengaruh penerapan prinsip kualitas jika dijalankan dan dipatuhi secara konsisten dalam mempertahankan keIancaran proses produksi dengan mengacu pada etika Islam yang berlaku. PeneIitian ini merupakan peneIitian deskriptif kuaIitatif, teknik daIam pengumpuIan data diIakukan meIaIui proses wawancara, observasi dan data dokumentasi berupa standar operasional prosedur yaitu SOP-QAS-011. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan prinsip-prinsip etika Islam terutama dalam hal kejujuran yang memiliki peran penting daIam menciptakan Iingkungan kerja yang mendukung integritas dan kualitas produk. Dengan demikian, perusahaan dapat mengambil langkah-langkah strategis untuk mempertahankan kelancaran produksi dengan tetap memperkuat nilai-nilai kualitas dan etika Islam dalam tindakan karyawan.

Abstract

Orang tua mempunyai banyak kesempatan berinteraksi dan komunikasi dengan anak. Bentuk dan cara-cara interaksi dengan anak di dalam keluarga akan mempengaruhi tumbuh kembangnya karakter baik dan budaya prestasi anak. Penelitan ini bertujuan menganalisis dan menemukan strategi pelaksanaan kemitraan, upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga. Metode penelitian dilakukan melalui metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu suatu metode mengamati, menganalisa dan menggambarkan fenomena yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil analisis data penelitian disimpulkan bahwa strategi pelaksanaan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga yaitu  perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Upaya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan kemitraan satuan PAUD dan keluarga dapat dilakukan dengan menyampaikan laporan hasil belajar kepada orang tua, menggunakan dokumen dan media sebagai wadah komunikasi dengan orang tua, dan melibatkan orang tua aktif dalam mendukung pembelajaran.

Abstract

Nowadays, pesantren as an educational and da'wah entity is faced with various challenges, one of which is the challenge of fostering and educating students to have a disciplined attitude. A pesantren that has a lot of santri must know very well about the methods and ways to shape their character. One of them is educating characters so that they are able to be disciplined in everything, both in terms of worship, school, muamalah and their daily lives in the dormitory. So that this method can be accepted by every student, the role of Islamic boarding school education in improving the disciplined character education of the students is an obligation. In applying the character of the santri, appropriate steps are needed to match the educational goals of the pesantren. One of the most basic characters that must be instilled in the student's personality is the character of discipline. The character of discipline affects all aspects of santri behavior in everyday life. By having a disciplined character, students will show other traits such as responsibility, punctuality and good time management in memorizing the Qur'an.

Abstract

The government's low attention to the welfare of honorary teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin is indeed very concerning. In fact, the obligations carried out by honorary teachers are no different from PNS teachers. The honorary teachers continue to carry out the same obligations as PNS teachers, namely to guide and become good educators for each student, but in reality, this great task and responsibility in educating students is not commensurate with the wages they receive. As a result, it puts honorary teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin at risk of being less prosperous in their quality of life.The type of research in this article is descriptive qualitative research where the data are obtained directly from honorary teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Banjarmasin with the number of informants as many as 4 (four) teachers. Data collection techniques using observation and interviews. Then using data analysis in the form of data collection, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the research in this article arein terms of welfare, the standard of living can be said to have not been achieved because they have to work harder to get something decent.With a very low salary income, honorary teachers are still able to fulfill their welfare. One of the needs that are met is the aspect of Physical Needs.

Abstract

This research highlights the urgency of reforming family law, especially in the context of inheritance rights and justice. There are contemporary challenges and new dynamics in family life that require serious attention. Identifying obstacles and injustices in the current inheritance law system is an important basis for formulating solutions that are in accordance with universal values. The aim of writing this article is to provide a holistic view of the issue of inheritance rights and justice in family law. This article aims to detail the principles of Maqasid Sharia and Human Rights (HAM) as a basis for creating an inclusive and fair legal framework. In addition, this article also intends to provide concrete guidance to policy makers, legal practitioners and researchers in considering family law reform. This research uses a qualitative approach and literature study to investigate inheritance rights issues in family law, especially in the Indonesian context. Through analysis of the thoughts of Islamic scholars and scholars, this research tries to summarize differences in perceptions among Muslim communities and analyze the impact of economic inequality on the distribution of inheritance. This research produces. (1). In-depth understanding of differences in perceptions and cultural obstacles in the implementation of inheritance provisions according to sharia in Indonesia, (2). It was found that economic inequality plays an important role in inheritance distribution. Therefore, this article discusses (3) concrete recommendations to improve justice in family law, including the integration of Maqasid Syariah principles in the inheritance law framework. It is hoped that this can make a positive contribution to reforming family law that is more inclusive and responsive to social change.

Abstract

The problem of flooding needs the attention of all parties. The impacts caused by flooding are numerous, and almost all aspects of people's lives are disrupted. This research aims to determine the causes of floods, community preparedness for flood disasters, and flood disasters as a social study learning resource. The research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Namely, it is a process that observes, analyses, and describes phenomena regarding community preparedness for flood disasters in Karang Intan District as a social study learning resource. The results of the research show (1) The cause of the flooding that occurred in Jingah Habang Ulu and Jingah Habang Ilir Villages, Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency was high rainfall with long intensity with heavy rain for quite a long time, rivers close to residents' settlements overflowed due to water being delivered and rubbish along riverbanks and shallow rivers (2) Community preparedness for flood disasters in Jingah Habang Ulu and disasters in Jingah Habang Ilir Villages, Karang Intan District, Banjar Regency is to provide signs from the early warning system of floods such as high rainfall, so areas with high levels report if conditions water overflows into low areas to be alert, mobilize residents using rubber boats, create emergency posts, secure valuables in safer or higher places by making anangs from blocks, bamboo or galam wood, (3) Flood disaster preparedness as The source of social studies learning is by implementing learning in schools regarding learning material regarding preparedness which is included in natural disaster mitigation material. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that flood disasters occur due to natural and human factors. It is hoped that the flood disaster will receive a response from all parties so that it can become a solution to reduce the risk of flooding. Schools insert flood disaster preparedness material as a learning resource so that students can know about flood disaster preparedness if it occurs in their environment.

Abstract

Banyaknya tindak kejahatan di sekolah yang berkaitan dengan karakter seperti bullying, perkelahian, hingga hal kecil seperti menganggap sepele aturan sekolah seperti tidak membuang sampah pada tempatnya dan sebagainya menjadi masalah yang harus diatasi sedini mungkin. Banjarmasin sendiri merupakan kota dengan mayoritas beragama Islam, dimana al-Qur’an dan Hadits adalah panduan untuk menjalani hidup termasuk didalamnya berperilaku baik. Anak usia dini di usia keemasannya mempunyai tingkat intelegensi yang paling baik untuk menghapal, sehingga tujuan penelitian ini mengenai  pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz pada anak usia dini. Metode penelitian mengenai impelementasi pendidikan karakter melalui program tahfidz pada anak usia dini di TK Tahfidz Amin Khothab dan TK Islam Tahfidzul Qur’an Imam Syafi’i ini dilakukan dengan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, yaitu mengamati, menganalisa dan menggambarkan secara mendalam apa yang terjadi di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan terjadwal sesuai kebijakan sekolah, menyiapkan alat pendukung dan buku kontrol. 2) pelaksanaan terintegrasi dengan program sekolah, melibatkan seuruh warga sekolah melalui pembiasaan dan keteladanan sesuai adab al-Qur’an dan Sunnah. 3) evaluasi dilakukan dengan 2 cara yaitu tes dan observasi atau pengamatan langsung.

Abstract

In this research, steady state and thermal crack analysis was carried out on clear glass exposed to heat radiation with different thicknesses. The analysis process is carried out from the thickness of the glass and testing the temperature variation of the glass testing process to find out the maximum temperature limit of radiation exposure until the glass multiplies thermal crack with steady state analysis of the predetermined ideal heat time. The data collection method used in this study was through testing in an oven where data collection was based on the results of a thermal steady state analysis. The increase in temperature per minute from the first minute was 138.4 ⁰C to the 7th minute or the end was 179.3 °C, from the results research states that in the 7th minute the glass has experienced a crack or crack where the crack starts from the side of the glass which is insulated from radiant heat.

Abstract

This research is focused on the figurative language used in Melanie Martinez’s Cry Baby Album Deluxe Edition. This research aims the types of figurative language, the implied meaning, and the most dominant type oof figurative language. Descriptive method is used in this research and used the documentation technique for obtained the data. The results from this research are expected to give the readers more knowledge about types of figurative language and the meaning from it. There are 10 types of figurative language being used in Melanie Martinez’s lyrics songs from Cry Baby Album Deluxe Edition which are dominated by Imagery 25%, Metaphor 21, 2%, Simile 13, 5%, Personification 11, 5%, Hyperbole 7, 7%, Irony 7, 7%, Allusion 5, 8 %, Symbol 3, 8%, Apostrophe 1, 9% and Paradox 1, 9%.

Abstract

Essence basically is aware will important strengthening public in A community country For balance And controls state policies that tend to position society as the party that weak. In this case, it is also necessary to have parties who are directly involved in implementing activities to find out directly about social conditions so that policy makers and program implementers know what needs to be implemented and improved in the riverside community environment in Banjarmasin City. This research aims to examine and search for natural phenomena and obstacles in influencing factors in the development of a civic society with an environmental and cultural perspective in riverside communities. This research uses a qualitative approach through descriptive research methods: direct observation, interviews, documentation, and summarizing work completed in the field. The results of this research reveal the following: (1) internal factors include the fact that there are still many people on the riverbanks of Banjarmasin City who have lower middle class economies so paying waste money fees for officers is no longer difficult. The community needs assistance from the government in the form of business capital to grow the economy of the riverside communities of Banjarmasin City by providing adequate facilities and infrastructure in an effort to maintain and preserve environmental cleanliness and community welfare; (2) external factors in government policy regarding green village tourism, such as the existence of souvenir centers and art performances for tourism visitors so that they can help and strengthen the community economy and national economy with the help of river tourism icons.
