Abstract

In doing daily activities, as individual works in the public relation, sometimes faces some choices. The individual often gets conflict because of the choices. If the conflict appears but it cannot be overcome, it can arise stress. If the individual get long stress, he can be attacked by burnout syndrome. Therefore, everyone need to understand what burnout meant, what the characteristic of someone who gets burnout is, what influencing the appearance this syndrome, what aspects covering and how its psychological dynamic. The important thing explained that the individual can know earlier and avoid the syndrome attack.

Abstract

Early education plays an important role in developing potential human resources. Such education, therefore, should be developed for the future of a nation. To get a maximum outcome, the process of education should be well-planned and systemic, also, the need and the way of children learn should be a priority. This is one way of teachers to stimulate students’ interest and their curiousity by involving them totally in the learning process. This approach may lead students interact with their environment positively.

Abstract

Abstract:This study aimed to find out the mathematic teachers’ perception about the implementation of Curriculum 2013 the tenth grade in one of schools in Makassar. This research was qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this study were 4 Mathematic teachers of the tenth grade. Data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis was done by reducing data through summarizing all of the result from interview, observation and documentation. Then, the data were presented in the form of narration and conclusion. The results of this study indicated that the Mathematic teachers’ perception toward the implementation of Curriculum 2013 got negative response. This result based on research analysis: First, the teachers described that Curriculum 2013 was complicated because the core competencies assessed the students from all aspects of attitude, knowledge and skills. Second, the teachers had misconceptions about the scientific approach implemented in Curriculum 2013 which was using discovery/inquiry learning or project based learning model however in reality the teachers used STAD model of cooperative learning. In this case, the lack of socialization had an impact on teachers in applying the Curriculum 2013.Abstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi guru matematika tentang penerapan Kurikulum 2013 kelas sepuluh di salah satu sekolah di Makassar. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 4 guru Matematika kelas X. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan mengurangi data melalui meringkas semua hasil dari wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian, data disajikan dalam bentuk narasi dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi guru matematika terhadap penerapan Kurikulum 2013 mendapat respon negatif. Hasil ini berdasarkan analisis penelitian: 1) guru menggambarkan bahwa Kurikulum 2013 rumit karena kompetensi inti menilai siswa dari semua aspek sikap, pengetahuan dan keterampilan. 2) guru memiliki kesalahpahaman tentang pendekatan ilmiah yang diterapkan dalam Kurikulum 2013 yang menggunakan pembelajaran penemuan/penyelidikan atau model pembelajaran berbasis proyek namun pada kenyataannya guru menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif STAD. Dalam hal ini, kurangnya sosialisasi berdampak pada guru dalam menerapkan Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

Abstract:One's leadership is usually influenced by intelligence and personality types that can be obtained through tests. The STIFIn test can describe an individual's intelligence directly as well as someone's personality types. Therefore, this study aims to identify the personality types possessed by structural officers (bureaucracy) at UIN Alauddin Makassar, the characteristics of each STIFIn personality type and the ratio of the number of male and female leaders. The research instrument used was in the form of STIFIn intelligence test. Data were analyzed by quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed that of the 20 respondents tested, 4 of the 5 STIFIn personialty types were identified namely Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling and Instinct, and none of them were Sensing type. They consisted of 17 men and 3 women. Moreover each type of intelligence and personality has different characteristics. Abstrak:Kepemimpinan seseorang biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan dan tipe kepribadian yang dapat diperoleh melalui tes. Tes STIFIn dapat memetakan kecerdasan individu secara langsung sekaligus menjadi tipe kepribadian sesorang. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipe-tipe kepribadian yang dimiliki oleh pejabat struktural di UIN Alauddin Makassar, karakteristik dari masing-masing tipe kepribadian STIFIn, serta rasio jumlah pemimpin laki-laki dan perempuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan, yakni dalam bentuk tes kecerdasan STIFIn. Data dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 20 responden yang diuji, diidentifikasi menjadi 4 dari 5 jenis kepribadian STIFIn yaitu Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling dan Insting, dan tidak ada yang bertipe Sensing. Mereka terdiri dari 17 pria dan 3 wanita. Kemudian setiap jenis kecerdasan dan kepribadiaan memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda.

Abstract

This paper will examine the supporting and inhibiting factors in the cultivation of moral behavior in students of Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Makassar City. This study is classified as a qualitative study with the location of the Madrasah Tsanawiyah state I Makassar study site. The approach used is a normative juridical approach, pedagogical approach, theological approach, psychological approach, phenomenological approach, ethnometodological approach, and symbolic interaction approach. Data processing and analysis is done by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The validity of the data of this study was carried out through the stage of checking the credibility of the data with persistent observational techniques and source triangulation. Research results show that supporting planting morality in MTs Negeri 1 Makassar through three channels, namely (1) planting morality in learning, (2) planting morality in the extracurricular activities, (3) Students are all Muslim. The main obstacle to the cultivation of morality in the MTs Negeri 1 Makassar is in the teaching of teachers in the classroom. More specifically, the obstacle experienced by teachers is the lack of exercise books, the unavailability of funds for activities outside the madrasah and the absence of specialist teachers in the field of morality cultivation in MTs Negeri 1 Makassar City. Furthermore, the inhibitors of planting morality in MTs Negeri 1 Makassar City are (a) the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the form of Islamic religious education laboratories slightly inhibits the seeding of moral values in students, (b) education is faced with Student diversity, the belief side in one religion, and (c) Students have different backgrounds in life.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the process of implementing standard educational processes in Islamic religious education and Characters subjects (PAI and Budi Pekerti) at SMA Negeri 17 Makassar, the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing educational process standards, and the success rate of implementing Standard Education Process in supporting the success of Islamic Education and Character at SMA Negeri 17 Makassar. Qualitative research is included in this study. The method employed is Pedagogical. Teachers of Islamic religious education, school principals, education unit supervisors, and associated papers were used as data sources. Data was collected using the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out in three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Testing the validity of the data is done by increasing persistence, doing triangulation, discussing with colleagues, and member checking. An important finding in this study is that the process of implementing the standard educational process on subjects of Islamic religious education and manners at SMA Negeri 17 Makassar begins with the preparation of a lesson plan. It refers to the Standard Education Process in terms of types, procedures, principles, and components in the lesson plan. After preparing the plan, the teacher carries out the learning process using a scientific approach and learning models that are relevant to the Standard Education Process. Furthermore, the teacher analyses the learning process and results both during and after the learning process takes place using authentic assessments and other forms of assessment appropriate to the domains of attitudes, knowledge, and skills.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the process of giving rewards and punishments in Islamic education learning at SMA Negeri 13 Makassar. This type of research is a qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. Sources of research data are the vice principal, teachers and students. The data methods used were interviews, observation and documentation. The technique of processing and analyzing data is carried out in three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. These results indicate that the awarding at SMA Negeri 13 Makassar is mostly in the form of praise and added grades, while for the punishment varies in form, some punishments are given in the form of adding assignments, offering warnings, to involving parents. However, most forms of punishment involve additional duties. Supporting factors that provide rewards at SMA Negeri 13 Makassar are the authority of teachers in organizing the reward, the support of the school and parents and the motivation of students. Supporting factors are namely the support of the school and parents and the awareness of students. Inhibiting factors for rewards are namely costs, environment and different levels of students. Penalty inhibiting factors are based on the attention of parents, the existence of human rights and the diverse character of students. The results of the researcher's analysis are offering rewards and punishments that can increase students' learning motivation, student learning achievement and can improve student behavior.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini adalah suatu jenis penelitian lapangan dengan tujuan adalah untuk mengetahui tentang kesulitan belajar siswa, faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya, dan cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar pada siswa Kelas III Madrasah Ibtidaiyyah Madani Alauddin Pao-pao. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara/interview. Adapun sumber data yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik, guru, dan orang tertentu yang dipertimbangkan akan memberikan data yang diperlukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa salah seorang peserta didik mengalami kesulitan belajar yang meliputi 3 hal yaitu sulit membaca (disleksia), sulit menulis (disgrafia), dan sulit menghitung (diskalkulia). Faktor yang menyebabkan hal ini adalah selain faktor internal (dari diri siswa itu sendiri yang tampak kurang minat dan kurang inteligen) serta faktor eksternal berupa faktor keluarga dan lingkungan di mana siswa tersebut bergaul. Cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar membaca yaitu mencoba untuk menyisihkan waktu setiap hari untuk membaca dengan penuh kesabaran; mengatasi kesulitan menulis dengan menggunakan teknologi untuk memberikan kesempatan pada anak mengerjakan pekerjaan sekolah tanpa harus bersusah payah menulis dengan tangannya; dan mengatasi kesulitan matematika dengan menawarkan beberapa bentuk penanganan matematika yang intensif. Abstract: This study is a field research which was aimed at finding out about the students' learning difficulties, the factors contributing to the problem, and how to overcome the learning difficulties of the students in class III of MI Paopao Alauddin Madani. In this study, the researcher used the method of observation and interview. The source of the data taken in this study were students, teachers, and certain people who were considered can provide the necessary data. The results showed that one of the students had three learning difficulties, namely difficult to read (dyslexia), difficulty to write (dysgraphia), and difficult to calculate (dyscalculia). Factors that cause these difficulties were: internal factor include the less interest and less intelligent of the students; and the external factors include were family and environmental factors where the students engage. The way to overcome the difficulties to read is to by trying to set time each day to read with patience; to overcome the difficulties in writing can be solve by using technology to provide opportunities for children doing school work without the hassle of writing by hand; and to overcome the mathematical difficulties can be done by by offering some form of math intensive treatments.

Abstract

Abstrak Para orang tua  khususnya yang berada di Kelurahan Maccini Sombala Kecamatan Tamalate Kota Makassar yang terdiri dari beberapa kepala keluarga dengan berbagai macam profesi, ada yang bekerja sebagai pegawai negeri, pegawai swasta, berwira usaha, buruh dan lainnya. Dengan rutinitas atau kesibukan yang di lakukan para orang tua setiap harinya seharusnya tidak dapat mengurangi peran orang tua sebagi pendidik yang pertama bagi anak mereka. Akan tetapi ada beberapa dari orang tua yang kurang berperan di dalam mendidik anak mereka, khususnya dalam menumbuhkan minat membaca Alquran pada anak, di karenakan kesibukan akan pekerjaan mereka, terutama bagi para orang tua yang lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu di luar rumah untuk bekerja setiap harinya, dan menyerahkan untuk membimbing anak mereka pada lembaga pendidikan seperti Tempat Pendidikan Alquran yang berada di sekitar tempat tinggal mereka. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu permasalahan yang menghambat proses perkembangan pendidikan anak khususnya dalam menumbuhkan minat membaca Alquran anak karena kurangnya kerjasama antara penddidik dan perhatian dari orang tua itu sendiri, yang mana semestinya apapun pekerjaan atau profesi yang digeluti oleh seseorang/orang tua jangan sampai menjadi penghalang dalam mengarahkan dan membina anak-anak mereka kejalan yang benar, karena Pendidikan anak dimulai dari lingkungan keluarga. Orang tua mempunyai peranan yang tak terhingga dalam kehidupan anak, baik yang menyangkut pertumbuhan maupun perkembangan fisiknya. Oleh karena itu, tak dapat disangkal akan peranan orang tua dalam kehidupan anak secara luas.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan perkembangan moral anak kelas TK B di RA DDI Darul Ihsan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Data diambil dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pada anak usia 5 tahun. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu delapan peserta didik. Analisis data yang dipakai adalah model Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa perkembangan moral anak TK B3 Ddi DDI RA Darul Ihsan belum berkembang optimal yang nampak dari perilaku anak yang kurang sopan, tidak mau menolong, berkata kasar. Pentingnya menstimulasi perkembangan moral anak bukan hanya melalui pengajaran nilai-nilai berbuat baik dan bermoral, tetapi harus didukung dengan proses pendidikan dan pembelajaran moral secara terintegrasi melalui pemberian teladan baik oleh orangtua, guru dan pihak sekolah melalui keteraturan hidup, berlatih disiplin melalui pembiasaan dan kegiatan lainnya.
