Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui: 1. Seberapa besar siswa percaya dirimengikuti pelajaran dengan strategi belajar Jigsaw; 2. Seberapa besar siswa bersungguh-sungguh dalam menyiapkangilirannya melaporkan hasil diskusi sesuai tugasnya; 3. Seberapa tinggi hasil penguasaan siswa terhadap materi yangdipelajari dengan strategi Jigsaw; 4. Kesan siswa tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan strategi Jigsaw. Penelitian inidilakukan dalam 2 siklus melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan Catalan tentang kejadian yang terjadi.Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa: 1. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran (aqidah akhlak) dengan strategi belajar Jigsaw dapatmeningkatkan kepercayaan diri siswa; 2. Melalui strategi belajar Jigsaw pula, maka siswa bersungguh-sungguh menguasaimateri (aqidah akhlak) yang menjadi tugasnya sebelum mendapat giliran melaporkan hasil diskusinya; 3. Setelah mengikutipembelajaran dengan strategi Jigsaw, siswa merasa mudah memahami dan mengerti pelajaran (aqidah akhlak); 4. Padaumumnya siswa terkesan dengan menyenangi dan antusias pada pelaksanaan strategi belajar Jigsaw sebab memberikanpengalaman yang sangat seru dalam proses belajar mereka

Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the level of memory ability of biological Latin names of human motion system material in students who listened to murattal audio, (2) Determine the level of memory ability of biological Latin names of human motion system material of students who did not listen to murattal audio, (3). Analyze the influence of murattal audio on the memory of biological Latin names in the human motion system material. This research was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. This study involved 58 of 70 students consisting of 29 students in a control class and 29 students in an experimental class. They were selected by the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a learning outcome test. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis which were preceded by prerequisite tests and then carried out by an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the memory ability of biological Latin names in the experimental class is higher than in the control class. Furthermore, the experimental class is in the high category, while the control class is in the medium category. Thus, it proves that the murattal audio of Al-Qur'an can improve students’ memory of biological Latin names. Research implications are also presented in this study.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Gambaran tentang Keterampilan Komunikasi siswa pada mata pelajaran Biologi kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung, (2) Gambaran Perkembangan Moral siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung dan (3) Pengaruh Keterampilan Komunikasi Terhadap Perkembangan Moral Siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung yang berjumlah 69 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen skala keterampilan komunikasi dan skala perkembangan moral siswa. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif untuk menjawab rumusan masalah pertama dan kedua serta statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji regresi sederhana untuk menjawab rumusan masalah ketiga. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik deskriptif keterampilan komunikasi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 85,550 dengan persentase 69,565% termasuk kategori sedang sedangkan untuk perkembangan moral  siswa diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 89,376 dengan persentase 78,260% termasuk kategori sedang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik inferensial (Regresi Sederhana) diperoleh nilai R2 yaitu 0.520 (52%) berarti terdapat pengaruh keterampilan komunikasi terhadap perkembangan moral  siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung senilai 52%, sisanya sebesar 48% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil analisis statistik inferensial dengan uji signifikan menunjukkan bahwa nilai 0,000 < 0,05 sehingga memperkuat hipotesis bahwa keterampilan komunikasi berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan moral siswa Kelas XI IPA SMA Muhammadiyah Limbung.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out the description of the work climate at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 2) find out the reality of teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 3) determine the effect of the work climate on teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an ex post facto research as part of quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 75 teachers taken as a whole at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used are the scale of work climate, the scale of teachers’ performance and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. Indicators of work climate tested for their effect on teacher performance include: trust in subordinates; openness in communicating environmental conditions; leadership that helps and appreciates; joint problem solving; teacher autonomy; kinship; being indifferent; authoritarian leadership; and low employee morale. While the indicators tested on teacher performance include: planning of learning activities programs, implementing learning activities and evaluating / evaluating learning. The results of this study indicate that the work climate has a positive effect on teachers’ performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.382. Thus, the magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency is 38.2% and 61.8% is determined by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to find out: 1) the description of job satisfaction in the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 2) the description of Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 3) the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency. The type of research is an ex post facto research. Respondents in this study were 74 employees taken as a whole at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used were job satisfaction scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) job satisfaction is good; 2) Organizational Citizen Behavior is good; 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self regulation, self esteem and self concept. These independent variables are factors within students who have an important role in the learning process. So that the factors in these students become the core in this research study. This type of research is ex post facto involving grade VIII students of SMPN 5 Makassar with a total sample of 168 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaire instruments of self regulation, self esteem and self concept and documentation data in the form of student achievement scores that had passed the validation process. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression after passing the prerequisite test process. The conclusion of this study shows that self-regulation, self-esteem and self-concept together have an effect on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMAN 5 Makassar with a large influence of 90.2% and the remaining 9.8% is influenced by other factors. This shows that the factors from within these students have an important role in the success of students in the learning process.

Abstract

Olehnya itu, penelitian ini akan memaparkan tentang nilai-nilai sibaliparri dan kaitannya dengan pendidikan keagamaan dalam lingkup rumah tangga. Poin terpentingnya adalah pemaparan tentang nilai-nilai sibaliparri dan dengan aspek pendidikan keagamaan. Keteladanan yang menjadi bagian dari konsepsi sibaliparri, selain sarat dengan nilai-nilai agama, juga bisa menjadi modal sosial dalam upaya pembentukan karakter manusia Mandar yang religius dan berbudaya, sebagaimana yang menjadi cita-cita luhur perjuangan pembentukan Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, yaitu terwujudnya provinsi malaqbi (bermartabat). Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi kualitatif yang dimaksukan untuk menggambarkan implementasi nilai-nilai sibaliparri dengan studi kasus pendidikan keagamaan di Mandar menggunakan studi literatur. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan studi literatur atau dokumen, baik dari jurnal, makalah, buku maupun sumber informasi lainnya yang membahas mengenai implementasi nilai-nilai sibaliparri. Literatur atau dokumen adalah peristiwa yang sudah berlalu. Dokumen atau literatur bisa berbentuk tulisan, gambar atau karya-karya monumental dari seseorang (Sugiyono, 2012). Sibaliparri adalah nilai-nilai kebudayaan yang sudah lama mengakar dalam tatanan kehidupan sosial masyarakat Mandar. Sibaliparri berasal dari suku kata si yang artinya saling, bali yang berarti lawan, namun jika diawali dengan me menjadi mebali bermakna menjawab atau membantu, sementara parri berarti susah. Sibaliparri berarti saling membantu dalam segala sesuatu baik secara materi maupun spiritual.Kata Kunci: Sibaliparri, Pendidikan Agama, Mandar

Abstract

This research seeks to uncover the strategy of development of work ethic and the spirit of learning of students at Islamic educational institutions at the Integral School of Lukman al-Hakim, Surabaya. The significance of this research lies in the thesis that concluded that as great as any renewal made by education, both public and Islamic, the conception of curriculum, concepts, management, methodologies, if not sustained by the spirit of the child Students to change, the change is futile. One of the students’ spirit analyses is social capital. It is proven in many quality education institutions with students who achievers apply the model of social capital development of students as the main gate. This research is an emperor who is approached by a qualitative approach to analysis. The data retrieval technique uses two methods; Documentation and observation. The researcher’s position in this regard as a participatory observer. After conducting the research, We found some final findings. Social capital analysis of students consists of social capital in community and social capital at school. Social Capital in the community consists of 1) genealogical Trust (belief in offspring), which is the assessment of society on the family of students and has a strong influence on the learning power of Students 2) Stimulation Trust (trust On stimulation). Social capital in this aspect is the optimism of parents and families to the students, 3) collaboration, meaning cooperation between students with families, with their fellow students, fellow learners but different levels and so on, and 4) values and norms. The last social capital of the community is concerned about the social norms that are so complex. Secondly, the social capital in the school consists of four things, namely mutual trust, networking, interaction or communication, value, and norms.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of behavioristic theory in the learning of morality in the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level. In addition, to reveal the implications of behavioristic theory in learning morality in the 2013 curriculum to shape the morals of elementary school students. This type of research is classified as library research with an interpretative text approach. Data were collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing using data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model of representative literature and having relevance to the problem discussed, then interpreting the data so that it becomes a conclusion that is considered to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study indicate that there are two main implications, namely: educators utilize preliminary and closing activities of learning as a means to shape the morals of students, and educators cooperate with various components of education staff in schools to form attitudes that lead to moral formation, including: a. ) condition students in an environment that allows the formation of morals, b) create programs that allow students to learn to implement concept learning into practice, c) provide examples to students in the school environment; and d) make a moral commitment to students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Bentuk kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGMI A semester 8 pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatandi Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGMI A semester 8 pada Pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani Olahraga dan Kesehatan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Fakultas Tarbiyah dan keguruan UIN Alauddin Makassar dan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa PGMI A Semester 8 dengan jumlah 14 orang. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa:1) bentuk kesulitan belajar pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran PJOK mahasiswa PGMI A semester 8 adalah sulit mempraktekkan materi yang banyak tahapan serta teknik-tekniknya. 2) Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar mahasiswa PGMI A semester 8 pada mata kuliah Pembelajaran PJOK ada dua yaitu faktor internal seperti kesehatan yang terganggu, kurangnya minat dalam belajar, tidak adanya bakat sesuai dengan materi yang disajikan, tubuh yang mudah kelelahan sertatimbulnya rasa bosan mengikuti pelajaran dan faktor eksternal seperti keadaan ekonomi keluarga kurang stabil, serta alat pelajaran/peraga yang terbatas.
