Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: perbedaan kecenderungan burnout guru di MAN dengan guru di SMUN, perbedaan burnout berdasarkan masa bekerja; perbedaan burnout berdasarkan status perkawinan;Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan lokasi penelitian pada guru-guru di 4 MAN dan 4 SMU dibagian Utara, Timur, Barat dan Selatan dari Sulawesi Selatan. Sebanyak 250 (106 guru MAN dan 144 guru SMUN) yang menjadi objek penelitian dan merupakan penelitian sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui Skala Burnout yang digunakan Ulfiani (2013) dan lalu diperkuat dengan wawancara. Kemudian data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik statistik nonparametrik. Hipotesis pertama dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis Mann Whytney, hipotesis kedua dan ketiga diuji dengan analisis Kruskall Wallis. Hasil penelitian melalui analisis Mann Wahitney menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan burnout antara guru di SMUN dengan guru di MAN. Dengan demikian hasil tersebut menunjukkan H1 diterima. Seterusnya, melalui analisis Kruskal Wallis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan kecenderungan burnout guru di SMUN dengan guru di MAN berdasarkan masa bekerja dan status perkahwinan. Dengan demikian hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa H0 diterima.

This study aims to: (1) Describe the level of memory ability of biological Latin names of human motion system material in students who listened to murattal audio, (2) Determine the level of memory ability of biological Latin names of human motion system material of students who did not listen to murattal audio, (3). Analyze the influence of murattal audio on the memory of biological Latin names in the human motion system material. This research was quasi-experimental with a non-equivalent control group design. This study involved 58 of 70 students consisting of 29 students in a control class and 29 students in an experimental class. They were selected by the purposive sampling technique. The research instrument was a learning outcome test. The data were analyzed through descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis which were preceded by prerequisite tests and then carried out by an independent sample t-test. The results showed that the memory ability of biological Latin names in the experimental class is higher than in the control class. Furthermore, the experimental class is in the high category, while the control class is in the medium category. Thus, it proves that the murattal audio of Al-Qur'an can improve students’ memory of biological Latin names. Research implications are also presented in this study.

This study aims to: 1) find out the description of the work climate at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 2) find out the reality of teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency; 3) determine the effect of the work climate on teachers’ performance at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. This type of research is an ex post facto research as part of quantitative research. Respondents in this study were 75 teachers taken as a whole at Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used are the scale of work climate, the scale of teachers’ performance and documentation, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. Indicators of work climate tested for their effect on teacher performance include: trust in subordinates; openness in communicating environmental conditions; leadership that helps and appreciates; joint problem solving; teacher autonomy; kinship; being indifferent; authoritarian leadership; and low employee morale. While the indicators tested on teacher performance include: planning of learning activities programs, implementing learning activities and evaluating / evaluating learning. The results of this study indicate that the work climate has a positive effect on teachers’ performance with a coefficient of determination of 0.382. Thus, the magnitude of the influence of the work climate on teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah in Gantarang District, Bulukumba Regency is 38.2% and 61.8% is determined by other factors.

This study aims to find out: 1) the description of job satisfaction in the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 2) the description of Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency, 3) the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Office Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency. The type of research is an ex post facto research. Respondents in this study were 74 employees taken as a whole at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Bulukumba Regency. Data collection techniques used were job satisfaction scale, Organizational Citizenship Behavior scale and documentation. The data analysis technique used was descriptive and inferential statistical analysis with hypothesis testing using simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) job satisfaction is good; 2) Organizational Citizen Behavior is good; 3) there is an influence of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Bulukumba Regency.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of self regulation, self esteem and self concept. These independent variables are factors within students who have an important role in the learning process. So that the factors in these students become the core in this research study. This type of research is ex post facto involving grade VIII students of SMPN 5 Makassar with a total sample of 168 students. Data collection techniques used questionnaire instruments of self regulation, self esteem and self concept and documentation data in the form of student achievement scores that had passed the validation process. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed by using multiple linear regression after passing the prerequisite test process. The conclusion of this study shows that self-regulation, self-esteem and self-concept together have an effect on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMAN 5 Makassar with a large influence of 90.2% and the remaining 9.8% is influenced by other factors. This shows that the factors from within these students have an important role in the success of students in the learning process.

The purpose of this study is to describe the application of behavioristic theory in the learning of morality in the 2013 curriculum at the elementary school level. In addition, to reveal the implications of behavioristic theory in learning morality in the 2013 curriculum to shape the morals of elementary school students. This type of research is classified as library research with an interpretative text approach. Data were collected by quoting, adapting, and analyzing using data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman model of representative literature and having relevance to the problem discussed, then interpreting the data so that it becomes a conclusion that is considered to answer the problem formulation. The results of the study indicate that there are two main implications, namely: educators utilize preliminary and closing activities of learning as a means to shape the morals of students, and educators cooperate with various components of education staff in schools to form attitudes that lead to moral formation, including: a. ) condition students in an environment that allows the formation of morals, b) create programs that allow students to learn to implement concept learning into practice, c) provide examples to students in the school environment; and d) make a moral commitment to students.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of self-concept on deviant behaviour in the students of Ternate State Islamic Institute. The scope was limited to three problems, they were: 1) Self-concept of students of Ternate State Islamic Institute. 2) The deviant behaviour of students of the Ternate State Islamic Institute. 3) The significance level of self-concept influence on student’s deviant behaviour at the Ternate State Islamic Institute. This type of research was field research with a survey approach and psychological sampling technique by using a sampling quota of 77 people. The research instruments were questionnaire and documentation. The analysis techniques were descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results showed that: 1) the students’ self-concept of Ternate State Islamic Institute was in the medium category, it was 57%. 2) The students’ deviant behaviour of Ternate State Islamic Institute was in a low category, it was 8%. Self-concept has a significant effect on deviant behaviour among students of Ternate State Islamic Institute which was14.5%.

This study aims to determine the ability to understand mathematical concepts and to determine the inhibiting factors of street children in completing the ability test for understanding mathematical concepts in number operations material. This study uses a qualitative method by selecting several informants who are street children from the Adiyaksa Development Class. Data collection was done by giving the informant a concept understanding ability test, and interviews. The data were analyzed by being reduced, then presented and then drawing conclusions. The results of the study based on the test results of 5 student respondents, it was found that respondents coded 01 and 05 got a score of 100. These results indicate that the two students have understood the material for number operations well. However, the other three respondents, namely respondents coded 02 and 03 each with a test score of 60 and respondents coded 04 obtained a test result of 80. Based on the results of interviews with the three respondents, it was found that they had difficulty performing number operations on numbers big. The inhibiting factors for the ability to understand the concept of number operation material in street children in the Adiyaksa fostered class Makassar are 1) the unavailability of learning media in the form of counting aids, 2) the busyness of students as street children, namely helping their parents in earning a living, and 3) lack of schedule for math subjects.

This research is a type of correlational research that aims to describe the relationship between learning methods, mathematical anxiety and learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research approach is quantitative with descriptive analysis research methods and inferential analysis. The data analysis technique used is pearson correlation with a significance level of 5%. The instrument used in this study was in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire of student statements related to learning methods and mathematical anxiety, while learning achievement data was obtained from mathematics school test scores. The population in this study was all students of class XII SMA Negeri 9 Takalar for the 2021/2022 academic year, totaling 61 students. The results of this study showed that: (1) the learning method of the majority of students at moderate intervals of 60.00-67.00 as many as 21 students with compulsive frequency (34%), mathematical anxiety of the majority of students at medium intervals of 42.00-50.00 as many as 24 learners with compulsive frequency (39%). (2) there is a significant relationship between the way of learning and the learning achievement of students which shows a correlation coefficient value of 0.638 and p < 0.05. (3) there was a significant association between mathematical anxiety and learning achievement showing a correlation coefficient value of −0.314 and p < 0.05. (4) there is a significant relationship between learning and mathematical anxiety with student learning achievement during the Covid-19 pandemic which is indicated by a correlation coefficient value of 0.676 and p < 0.05 with a positive correlation direction. It can be concluded that if the higher the way of learning and the lower the mathematical anxiety, it will produce high student learning achievement, on the contrary, if the lower the way of learning and the higher the mathematical anxiety, it will produce less / low learning achievement.

The objectives of this research are describe the description of the ability to read the Koran of students at MAN 1 Makassar as well as describe learning strategies of Al-Qur'an Hadith teachers in improving students ' reading skills of Al-Qur'an at MAN 1 Makassar. This research is a type of field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique starts from data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using the triangulation method. The results of this study show that The ability to read the Qur'an of students at MAN 1 Makassar is indeed quite low. There are still many students who have difficulty reading the Qur'an , stammering in reading the Qur'an and are still wrong in pronouncing the letters or in the laws of reading. Besides it, The strategy that the teacher uses in an effort to improve the students ' ability to read the Qur'an is that the teacher conducts additional lessons outside of school hours, starting at 2 to 3 in the afternoon.
