Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the involvement of MIS Wora Wera students in their parents' work. This type of research is quantitative research that uses quantitative analysis methods. Data collection uses research instruments, data analysis is quantitative or statistical. The type of research is correlation which is adjusted to the researcher's objectives by connecting causality and correlation between the independent variable of student involvement in their parents' work and the dependent variables of interest in learning and PAI learning outcomes and character. From the results of descriptive statistical analysis, it was found that the average learning outcomes for PAI subjects and character for 20 class III students were 76.4; 77.25, and 77.4 and standard deviation of 3.32; 4; and 3.3, in class IV with a total of 20 students, the average learning result for PAI and character subjects reached 77; 77.5; and 76 with a standard deviation of 7.07; 6.25; and 4,242. In class V with 22 students, the average learning result for PAI and character subjects was 78.59; 79.05; and 78.82 with a standard deviation of 6.25; 6.67; and 6.48. The correlation value (r_xy) of students' involvement in their parents' work is 0.875 at a significance level of 5%, obtained by r_table of 0.250, thus r_count > r_tabel, this means that H_0 is rejected, which means there is a correlation with students' involvement in their parents' work. So it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the involvement of students in their parents'

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang perbandingan penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning dan Quantum Teaching terhadap kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa kelas VIII SMP IT Wahdah Islamiyah Makassar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning; (2) mengetahui kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching; (3) mengetahui perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan jenis Quasi Experiment dengan design Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah siswa Kelas VIII B2 dan Kelas VIII B3 yaitu 60 orang dari jumlah keseluruhan siswa kelas VIII 120 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah soal tes kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika, lembar observasi dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan analisis statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning mengalami peningkatan; (2) kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika siswa yang diajar dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching mengalami peningkatan; (3) terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan pemahaman konsep matematika melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Quantum Learning dengan model pembelajaran Quantum Teaching. Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Pemahaman Konsep Matematika, Quantum Learning, Quantum Teaching

Abstract

This study aims to identify challenges in implementing character education at SMP DDI Polman, West Sulawesi. Character education in this school is expected to shape students with excellent and responsible behavior. Nevertheless, it encounters a variety of challenges during its execution. This investigation implements a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data were gathered through documentation analysis, direct observation, and in-depth interviews. The study results indicate that one of the main obstacles is the limited time available in the learning schedule. Character education is often considered an additional, low priority because the main focus is more on the academic achievement being tested. In addition, the lack of understanding and commitment from all related parties, including teachers, principals, and students, also affects the effectiveness of the implementation of character education. Consequently, it is imperative to incorporate character education into all school activities consistently. This study implies that creating a quality generation is contingent upon enhancing collective awareness of the urgency of character education and improving time management

Abstract

This research aims to explore various types of research that can be used in the research process. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach with the literature stud method. The main sources of data for this research are various scientific articles, research results, and reference books that are relevant to the focus of this research. Scientific articles come from various credible and valid journal sources. Data analysis was carried out qualitatively consisting of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. . Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that research can be classified based on approaches, namely qualitative and quantitative, based on place, namely literature research and field research, based on function, namely pure science research and applied research, based on objectives, namely descriptive research, correlative research, and comparative research. Based on methods, namely case research and survey research, historical research, sociological research, and explanatory research. In addition, there is also extraterrestrial research that can be used for proof, as well as R&D research and classroom action research applied in educational research

Abstract

This study aims to understand the form of father's attention, inhibiting and supporting factors, and the impact of father's awareness on children's religious development. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. Primary data was obtained from interviews with fishermen's fathers, while secondary data came from village profiles, journals, and related documents. Data analysis is carried out through data reduction, coding, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed variations in the form of fatherly attention. There are fathers who pay great attention to the development of children's religion, but there are also those who leave it completely to the mother or teacher. Factors that inhibit father's consciousness include a lack of time and religious knowledge, while the supporting factors are the role of teachers and the existence of Islamic boarding schools. The impact of the father's lack of awareness is the lack of religious stimulation in the child. This study concludes the importance of education for fisherman fathers about the importance of providing religious education to early childhood. The implication of this research is the need for educational programs for educators and further research on the introduction of monotheism in early childhood. This research also provides a comprehensive overview of the situation on the ground and provides recommendations to improve the quality of religious education for children on Jinato Island

Abstract

Recently, many Al-Qur'an memorization programs have appeared which are implemented in Islamic boarding schools, but they do not yet have the right formula for implementing these programs. This study aims to examine in depth the application of operant conditioning theory to increase students' motivation to memorize the Al-Qur'an at LPTQ Darul Imam Masjid Agung Sidrap. This study uses a qualitative approach, with data sources from badals (teachers) and students. Collecting data using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the interviews will then be analyzed qualitatively using data analysis techniques, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that students at LPTQ Darul Imam Masjid Agung Sidrap memorized the Qur'an every day starting after subuh prayer, after dhuha, after asr, and isya prayer. The memorization method applied is the Ziyadah and Murajaah memorization methods. The theory of operant conditioning that is applied to increase students' motivation to memorize is to provide rewards and punishments.

Abstract

This dissertation aims to: (1) Describe teachers' pedagogical competence at Raudhatul Atfhal in designing and implementing educational activities using Science Technology Society (STS); (2) Analyze the use of technology and communication through STS; (3) Evaluate students' learning outcomes based on teachers' pedagogical competence. This qualitative research uncovers the pedagogical competence of RA teachers in applying STS, using observations, interviews, and documentation. Four teachers from RA Mardhati and Hasirah Home School participated. Data analysis followed steps of condensation, presentation, and conclusion. Findings show that RA Mardhati and Hasirah teachers demonstrate strong competence in planning, implementing, utilizing ICT, and evaluating learning outcomes. Teachers at RA Mardhati create supportive and dynamic learning environments, while Hasirah teachers plan structured lessons through daily and weekly plans. The use of ICT (e.g., Wi-Fi, laptops) enhances the learning process, making it more engaging and interactive. Teachers evaluate learning daily and report progress comprehensively, focusing on both process and outcomes. The implications emphasize the need for continued development of pedagogical competence. RA institutions should support teacher training to adapt teaching methods to students' needs. Teachers are encouraged to enhance professionalism through external training. Future research should explore deeper variations of methods to provide a more comprehensive understanding of pedagogical competence at RA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mennganalisis tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didik kelas XI yang memiliki kepribadian introvert di SMAN 4 Luwu Timur. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini sebanyak 6 peserta didik kelas XI IPA dan IPS yang berkepribadian introvert. Teknik pengumpulan datanya berupa tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis datanya menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat tiga kategori kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dari tiga kategori kepribadian introvert setelah diberikan tes. Pada kategori introvert tinggi memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis sedang dan rendah, kategori introvert sedang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis tinggi dan rendah, serta kategori introvert rendah memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis sedang. Peserta didik kategori kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis tinggi memenuhi empat indikator (interpretasi, analisis, evaluasi, inferensi). Sedangkan peserta didik kategori kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis sedang dan rendah hanya memenuhi tiga dari empat indikator yaitu (interpretasi, evaluasi, inferensi) atau (interpretasi, analisis, dan inferensi) saja. Jika dikaitkan dengan kepribadian introvert dapat dikatakan bahwa kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis dipengaruhi oleh kemampuan awal serta faktor dari dalam yakni kepribadian peserta didik itu sendiri. Peserta didik introvert memiliki caranya tersendiri untuk berkonsentrasi dalam memahami materi sesuai kebiasaannya dalam mengambil keputusan untuk memilih strategi penyelesaian soal yang tepat. Sehingga terbentuk tingkat kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis yang berbeda-beda diantara peserta didik introvert. Disarankan bagi guru matematika agar lebih meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis peserta didiknya dengan memaksimalkan pemahaman konsep serta memberikan latihan soal kategori sulit untuk dikerjakan.

Abstract

The research focuses on the psychological impact of parental divorce on students' Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning outcomes at Al-Amanah Baubau Modern Boarding School. The study reveals that parental divorce can lead to students becoming more focused, enthusiastic, and active during the learning process. This is due to hereditary genes from parents, interest and motivation from students, and social support from homeroom teachers, building supervisors, and peers. However, the lack of attention and affection from both parents can result in passive participation. Factors influencing the psychological development and learning outcomes of students from divorced parents include hereditary genes, supportive family and school environmental factors, interests and motivations, and good teaching methods. The study concludes that the results of Islamic Religious Education students do not solely depend on parental presence, but also on students' desire to change. Parents should pay more attention to their children's decisions to maintain their impact on their psychological development and learning outcomes. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini difokuskan pada dampak psikologis perceraian orang tua terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) siswa di Pondok Pesantren Modern Al-Amanah Baubau. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkap bahwa perceraian orang tua dapat menyebabkan siswa menjadi lebih fokus, bersemangat, dan aktif dalam proses pembelajaran. Hal ini disebabkan oleh faktor keturunan dari orang tua, minat dan motivasi siswa, serta dukungan sosial dari wali kelas, pengawas gedung, dan teman sebaya. Namun, kurangnya perhatian dan kasih sayang dari kedua orang tua dapat mengakibatkan partisipasi yang pasif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan psikologis dan hasil belajar siswa dari orang tua yang bercerai antara lain faktor keturunan, faktor lingkungan keluarga dan sekolah yang mendukung, minat dan motivasi, serta metode mengajar yang baik. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam siswa tidak semata-mata bergantung pada kehadiran orang tua, tetapi juga pada keinginan siswa untuk berubah. Orang tua hendaknya lebih memperhatikan keputusan anak agar dapat menjaga dampaknya terhadap perkembangan psikologis dan hasil belajarnya.

Abstract

Teaching materials are an important element in the learning process that facilitates students to understand concepts while providing practical experience in their application, however, currently, the availability of teaching modules is still very limited, including for thematic learning. This research aims to develop a thematic practicum module in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program. This research is a research and development (R&D) 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) with a one-shot case study design, which aims to develop a pre-existing product as a thematic learning module. Data analysis uses quantitative techniques. The research results include thematic-based practicum modules which were developed taking into account the developmental needs of early childhood and thematic learning principles that encourage learning through real experience and play which then go through a validation stage by experts. Thus, it can be concluded that the development of thematic practicum modules in the Early Childhood Islamic Education Study Program (PIAUD) has met the validity category to support thematic learning.
