Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan menelaah hubungan teoritis antara keterampilan metakognitif dan berpikir kritis sebagai proses kognitif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar. Lembaga Pendidikan Islam masih menghadapi tantangan dalam menghasilkan lulusan yang mampu berpikir kritis dan menguasai keterampilan metakognitif. Berdasarkan hasil telaah, maka dikemukakan temuan berikut. Keterampilan metakognitif merupakan kemampuan untuk mengelola strategi berpikir yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah, meliputi keterampilan memonitor, mengontrol, dan mengevaluasi proses berpikir. Sedangkan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan menganalisis, mensintesis, dan mengevaluasi yang berlangsung utuh-menyeluruh dalam suatu aktivitas berpikir. Aktivitas berpikir kritis harus melibatkan keterampilan metakognitif, yang memungkinkan pemanfaatan pengetahuan awal yang telah dipahami secara terstruktur dan seimbang (equilibrium). Kegiatan pembelajaran berbasis masalah mendukung berlangsungnya kegiatan berpikir kritis dan keterampilan metakognitif yang saling menopang keutuhan langkah-langkah pembelajaran, yakni; pengenalan masalah melibatkan aktivitas berpikir kritis untuk mengenali-memahami masalah, merencanakan strategi pembelajaran sebagai bagian keterampilan metakognitif, menganalisis informasi terkait, mengidentifikasi faktor pengaruhi dan mempertimbangkan berbagai perspektif (aktivitas berpikir kritis), mengevaluasi informasi, mengidentifikasi kekuatan dan kelemahan argumen dan memilih solusi (berpikir kritis), mengembangkan solusi dengan menggunakan keterampilan metakognitif untuk memantau kemajuan dan mengevaluasi hasil, menerapkan solusi dan memantau hasilnya (berpikir kritis) untuk mengevaluasi keefektifan solusi, serta merefleksikan pengalaman belajar, mengidentifikasi kekuatan-kelemahan dan memperbaiki strategi pembelajaran (keterampilan metakognitif).

Abstract

The Pancasila student profile aims specifically to train and shape students to achieve competencies in line with the expectations of the Indonesian education system. The main focus of this profile is to ensure that every student not only deeply understands the values of Pancasila but also internalizes and applies them in daily life. Thus, the Pancasila student profile does not solely pursue academic achievement but also aims to shape students' character in accordance with the moral, social, and ethical values expected by the national education system. Through this approach, it is expected that students will be able to become positive contributors to society and be aware of their moral responsibilities in living within the community. The Pancasila student profile aims to produce students who meet the competencies of the Indonesian education system. This study uses a qualitative descriptive case study approach to describe the role of ISMUBA teachers in their efforts to strengthen the Pancasila student profile through ISMUBA learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 8 Pakis. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of ISMUBA has successfully instilled character in one of the elements of the Pancasila student profile, namely, being faithful and pious to God Almighty and having noble character. This method not only creates a positive learning environment but also shapes students' essential character and skills to face the modern world.

Abstract

Aim: The study’s overarching purpose is to describe 1) The Teaching Factory-inspired classroom environment at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten and 2) The SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten faculty’s use of Teaching Factory inspired professional development activities. Three) SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten student’ Teaching Factory-inspired learning characteristics.Methodology: The methodology of this study is qualitative, and it takes an ethnographic approach. The students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten conducted this study. This study focuses on SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten’s school administrator. Interviews, observations, and written documentation were used to compile the files. We use interstates analysis, arranged file analysis, and unarranged file analysis to examine files. A file validation test employs credibility, transferability, confirmability, and dependability.Findings: The study found that 1) SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten’s management of education is improving service to stakeholders through the implementation of a learning strategy based on the principles of Teaching Factory, and 2) The educators at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Klaten have completed a training program based on Teaching Factory, 3) Through the educational process, students acquire the knowledge, character traits, and abilities they need to enter the workforce or launch a successful business upon graduation.Novelty/Implications: This research uncovered new information about the management of educational systems, especially the management of the teaching factory, which is significantly more effective and efficient, especially at the Vocational High School level.

Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul pengaruh layanan pendidikan, fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi peserta didik tkj di smks bina insan kamil kota bekasi. Penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh layanan pendidikan, fasilitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi peserta didik tkj di smks bina insan kamil kota bekasi, khususnya untuk kelas X dan XI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan Regresi Linier Berganda dengan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui seberapa pengaruhnya antara ketiga variabel. Instrumen data penelitian berupa angket sebanyak 60 item untuk Variabel X1 (Layanan Pendidikan) sebanyak 25 Item pernyataan, X2 (Fasilitas Belajar) dengan 15 Pertanyaan dan dan 20 item pernyataan untuk Variabel X3 (Motivasi Belajar), sedangkan Y adalah Nilai Rapor Semester Ganjil periode 2020/2021.Hasil Penelitian ini secara bersama-sama terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan atas beberapa variabel yaitu layanan pendidikan, fasilitas belajar, dan motivasi belajar terhadap Prestasi peserta didik Teknik Komputer jaringan (TKJ) di SMKS Bina Insan Kamil Kota Bekasi.

Abstract

Anger management is a strategy used to minimize the emotional and physiological impacts that arise from anger. Managing anger involves a complex interaction between thoughts, feelings, behavior, and physiology. Anger management is considered important from the perspective of psychology and an Islamic perspective, so it is essential to pay attention to the study of anger management in both perspectives. This study uses a systematic literature review method by examining anger management from psychology and Islam. The results show that anger management is seen in line with a psychological and Islamic perspective as an appropriate strategy to respond to anger to be something more positive and environmentally acceptable. However, in practice, the psychological perspective is more oriented towards controlling emotions through more general techniques such as behavior-changing techniques and cognitive restructuring. From an Islamic perspective, its application tends to lead to emotional control through spiritual activities such as ablution, dhikr, prayer, and reading the Al-Quran.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of service quality on corporate image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. It was conducted at the Makassar branch of PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967. Data were collected through a survey with a questionnaire, utilising purposive sampling to select 112 samples from the total population of 226 company customers. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was employed for data analysis. The findings indicate that service quality and corporate image significantly influence customer loyalty through their impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality emerged as the dominant factor in customer loyalty, followed by corporate image. This study highlights the pivotal role of service quality and corporate image in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty at PT. General Insurance Bumiputera Muda 1967's Makassar branch. These insights can inform strategies for enhancing customer relationships and fostering business growth.

Abstract

Since its establishment, Muhammadiyah has always focused on advancing education, resulting in numerous educational institutions across various levels as evidence of its dedication to enlightening the nation. However, despite its significant quantity, Muhammadiyah's quality is still considered mediocre, necessitating innovative ideas to achieve its goals. Progressive Islamic Education emerges as a solution to address the stagnation in Muhammadiyah's educational progress. This concept is Muhammadiyah's interpretation of K.H. Ahmad Dahlan's practical teachings. Progressive Islamic Education aims to shape students' personalities by integrating religious and general sciences to address real-life societal issues.This study aims to describe the concept and implementation of Progressive Islamic Education at Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tajdid Blora. Using a qualitative approach with a case study method, the researcher directly observed and interviewed individuals involved with the concept and implementation of Progressive Islamic Education at the pesantren, while also gathering data through documentation. The study's findings reveal that Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah At-Tajdid Blora formulates Progressive Islamic Education into several key points: aligning objectives with Muhammadiyah's goals, integrating religious and general educational content, emphasizing positive aspects in its methods, and conducting thorough evaluations. Its implementation occurs in three phases. The first phase instills Islamic values and knowledge to shape students' character. The second phase involves experiential learning through holiday activities, such as teaching at Al-Quran learning centers. The third phase places students in the community to solve problems using their acquired knowledge and experience.

Abstract

This study examines strategies for enhancing community participation in regional development planning by implementing bottom-up approaches. As democratic governance evolves, the need for meaningful citizen engagement in development planning becomes increasingly critical for ensuring sustainable and equitable outcomes. This research analyzes the effectiveness of participatory planning mechanisms, identifies barriers to community engagement, and proposes innovative strategies for strengthening bottom-up development planning processes. Using a comparative case study methodology across six regional governments, this study evaluates various participatory instruments including citizen forums, participatory budgeting, community mapping, and digital engagement platforms. The findings reveal that successful bottom-up planning requires institutional commitment, capacity building, cultural sensitivity, and sustained dialogue between government and communities. The study provides a framework for designing and implementing effective participatory planning systems that genuinely incorporate community voices in regional development decisions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi limbah kulit jeruk dan biji durian sebagai koagulan berdasarkan kandungan pektin pada kulit jeruk dan pati pada biji durian. Penelitian ini merupakan True experiment dengan desain posttest-only control group design. Kelompok penelitian terdiri dari satu kelompok kontrol dan 13 kelompok perlakuan. Kemampuan menurunkan kekeruhan air sungai diperoleh pada kulit jeruk sebesar 23,5%-42,4%, biji durian 22,7%-44,4%, dan kombinasi 26,7%-38,9%. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji two way anova dengan uji lanjut post hoc tukey. Hasil uji two way anova menunjukkan ada pengaruh jenis, dosis, dan interaksi dari dua variabel tersebut. Pektin kulit jeruk dan pati biji durian mampu menurunkan kekeruhan air sungai. Namun, belum efektif untuk mencapai baku mutu. Perlu adanya penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengoptimalkan kemampuannya

Abstract

The main focus of this research is on the motivation provided by school principals, the development of teacher competencies through continuous training, and the use of learning facilities and media to support PAI teaching. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. The data collection technique was carried out through in-depth interviews with school principals and PAI teachers, direct observation of teaching practices, and analysis of documentation related to school policies. The collected data is then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques, which include data reduction, data display, and verification of findings. The results of the study show that the principal at MIS Muhammadiyah Darussalam Waioti has succeeded in creating a positive work environment by providing motivation in the form of formal and informal appreciation, as well as opening constructive communication channels with teachers. In addition, teacher competency development is carried out through continuous training and regular supervision, which focuses on improving pedagogical skills and the use of technology in teaching. The use of learning facilities and media, such as projectors and digital applications, has also been proven to improve the quality of PAI learning. The implications of this study show that school principals who implement transformative leadership strategies can improve the quality of teaching and teacher performance, which in turn contributes to improving the quality of Islamic religious education in schools
