Abstract

Traffic impact analysis needs to be done to know the traffic volume of the indicator being assessed is the traffic performance. The analysis was conducted with reference to the 1997 Indonesian Road Capacity Manual and the Contram 5 Program. The existing condition has the highest V / C Ratio 0.78 increased to 0.86, the travel time from 77.8 hours to 82 hours, the length of the trip from 3142.6 kend-km to 3307 kend-km, network speed from 40.4 km / h to 40.3 km / h, use of fuel from 305.6 liters to 312.7 liters fuel consumption from 305.6 liters to 312.7 liters, and survival of the queue in the network in the state of 0 vehicles. Related to that need to do handling.

Abstract

Slaughterhouses has a very important role in the chain system for the availability of meat procurement. This research aims to analyze the level of knowledge of animal welfare and implementing it in Medan City Slaughter House. This research was conducted at the Medan City Slaughterhouse located on Jalan Rumah Potong Hewan, Mabar Hilir Village, Medan Deli Subdistrict, Medan City, North Sumatra in August 2021. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method.The results showed that the level of knowledge was already in the category of very good. The group of slaughterer respondents had the highest percentage of answer scores at 100% followed by animal controllers at 95.36% and cattle traders at 88.62%. The application of animal welfare aspects in the process of slaughtering cattle in Medan City Slaughterhouse is already in the category of very good with the percentage of conformity rate based on the regulations and provisions of Meat and Livestock Australia ranging from 80% to 100%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of training and work motivation on professionalism and employee performance at the Banjarmasin City Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection Office. The research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method. The population consisted of all employees in the office, and a saturated sampling technique was applied, resulting in 71 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) (SmartPLS 3.2.0) to test both direct and indirect effects, with professionalism serving as a mediating variable. The findings reveal that training and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on both professionalism and employee performance. Professionalism also has a positive and significant impact on performance, mediating the relationship between training, work motivation, and performance, although the direct effects are more potent than the indirect effects. These results underscore the importance of enhancing training quality and effectively managing work motivation to promote professionalism and achieve optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan (Diklat) dan motivasi kerja terhadap profesionalisme dan kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Kota Banjarmasin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 71 pegawai. Analisis data menggunakan Smart PLS versi 3.2.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Diklat dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profesionalisme dan kinerja pegawai. Profesionalisme juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Selain itu, profesionalisme memediasi pengaruh Diklat dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata kunci: diklat, motivasi kerja, profesionalitas, kinerja pegawai

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and understand the legal arrangements related to criminal defamation through social media, which are reviewed based on Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE), as well as analyzing the application of the law against perpetrators of criminal defamation through social media. The research method used in this research is the normative juridical method, which refers to theoretical and normative legal analysis based on applicable laws and regulations. The discussion results show that the legal regulation of criminal defamation through social media has been regulated in Article 45 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law, which regulates criminal sanctions for perpetrators who intentionally and without the right to disseminate information or electronic documents containing insults or defamation. The application of the law related to criminal defamation on social media can also be seen in court decisions, for example, in the Decision of the Rokan Hilir District Court Number 649/PID.SUS/2019/PN-RHL. In the verdict, the Defendant was found guilty and sentenced to imprisonment and a fine by the applicable provisions. The results of this study imply that ITE law provides a strong foundation for dealing with criminal defamation on social media. The application of the law has been proven through court decisions based on the provisions of the current law. This shows the importance of supervision and law enforcement against behavior that harms others through social media to prevent similar criminal acts in the future.

Abstract

The ability of Islamic stock companies to generate profits, pay obligations and have a high ranking in environmental financing does not necessarily have the highest stock price. Therefore, a study was conducted with the aim of determining the effect of ROA and CR and green accounting on stock prices, to determine the effect of ROA and CR on stock prices through green accounting as an intervening variable in Islamic stock companies listed on JII for the 2019-2023 period. The population was 30 JII constituent companies. The research sample was 65 observations from 13 companies according to the criteria for 5 years of observation. The data analysis technique used panel data regression assisted by Eviews software version 10. The results of the study (1) ROA has a positive and significant effect on Green Accounting (2) CR has a positive but not significant effect on Green Accounting; (3) ROA has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price; (4) CR has a positive and significant effect on Stock Price; (5) Green Accounting has a negative but not significant effect on Stock Price; (6) ROA has a negative but not significant effect on stock prices through green accounting as an intervening variable; (7) ROA has a negative but insignificant effect on stock prices through green accounting as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi sistem pengelolaan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang diterapkan di Kantor Perwakilan Bank Indonesia Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Fokus utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas dan efisiensi sistem SDM dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi serta pengembangan karyawan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini meliputi pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan mengenai tantangan dan peneleluang dalam pengelolaan SDM.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether self-efficacy and marketing strategy affect the performance of Islamic insurance agents PT. Sinarmas Kisaran partially and simultaneously. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive with self-efficacy and marketing strategy as independent variables and agent performance as the dependent variable. The sampling technique is a saturated sample, all agents are used as a sample totaling 48 people. The data used is primary data with a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques are Validity Test and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Heteroscedasticity Test, Multicollinearity Test), Multiple Linear Test and Hypothesis Test (t test, F test, R2 test. Based on the statistical test results it can be concluded that partially Self Efficacy has an effect but not significant on the performance of the insurance agent PT Sinarmas Kisaran with a t-count value of 0.493 <t table (1.6772) and a significance of 0.624 > 0.05. Partially the Marketing Strategy has an effect on the performance of the insurance agent PT. Sinarmas Kisaran with a magnitude tcount value of 6.728> t table (1, 6772) and significance at 0.000 <0.05 Simultaneously Self Efficacy and Marketing Strategy affect the performance of insurance agents PT Sinarmas Kisaran with fcount value 44.760 > F table 2.81 or a significant value produced 0.000 <level of significant 0.05. R Square value of 0.665 this means that the influence of Self Efficacy (X1) and Government Strategy the target (X2) simultaneously affects performance (Y) is 66.50%. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job training and compensation on the performance of agents who do not meet target sat AJB BumiPutera 1912 Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of job training and compensation partially or simultaneously on the performance of agents who do not meet the target at AJB BumiPutera 1912 Mmedan. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods by taking 60 respondents from selected insurance agents as research samples through probability sampling tecniques with calculations using the slovin questionnaire formula using SPSS Version 25 testing and using linear data using multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of this study simultaneuosly from job training variables (X1) and compensation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on the performance of insurance agents who do not meet the target and partially job training variables (X1) and job training (X2) also have a positive and significant effect on performance insurance agents who do not meet the target at AJB BumiPutera 1912 Medan. Abstract

This article describes the involvement of Majelis Zikir Tathma’innulqulub (MZT) in the local leaders election. Although this particular case occurred in the Medan city, it’s also explain in general the majlis dhikr phenomenon in Indonesia’s political practice. This phenomenon is interesting since the involvement of majlis dhikr is uncommon in the political world—as commonly known, sufism possess different (spiritual) orientation. The involvement can be best described as a political brand of sufism: in ritual and practice in supporting one of the local candidate. Thus, it describes the ritual of “yasinan and dhikr” from the beginning of election until the end as a “political ritual”. In addition, MZT also serves as a political marketing—spiritual adviser as well as political consultant; while in the practical aspect, MZT involved in hidden and public campaign. However, the candidate supported by MZT was lost. This fact explains that political brand of sufism has no significant influence in politics practice.
