This study aims to see the Berova Beach tourism development strategy in improving the community's economy. The focus of his research is 1) Berov beach tourism development conditions, 2) Berova Coast Tourism Development Impact on Community Economy, and 3) Infrastructure Development Strategies to Support Berova Beach Tourism. In this research, the type of research used is a descriptive qualitative approach. There are two sources of data in this study, namely primary data and secondary data. The data technique was carried out by means of literature study, interviews and observations. The result of this research is that the tourism office of North Kolaka Regency has planned to carry out the processing of Berova Beach tourism in order to have an impact on the socio-economy of the community, such as repairing damaged facilities. For example, swimming pools, docks, and other facilities can increase the attractiveness of tourists to visit Berova beach. By improving facilities and adding new facilities, it will increase the attractiveness of tourists and have a positive impact in increasing the community's economy and regional income in North Kolaka Regency.

Kebutuhan informasi manusia senantiasa berkembang seiring denganperkembangan zaman. teknologi merupakan salah satu hal yangmempengaruhi perkembangan kebutuhan akan informasi bagi seseorang.semakin pesat pertumbuhan teknologi informasi, maka bersamaan denganitu semakin meningkat pula kebutuhan manusia akan informasi. Dalammendukung peran tersebut, maka pustakawan dituntut untuk dapatmemiliki kompetensi yang memadai seiring dengan kebutuhan dandinamika yang ada. Pustakawan memiliki tantangan yang cukup besardan dituntut untuk dapat mempersiapkan diri dalam menghadapidinamika tersebut khususnya yang menyangkut dengan kompetensisebagai syarat mutlak yang harus dimiliki oleh pustakawan pada erainformasi global saat sekarang ini, yakni minimal memiliki kemampuanuntuk melaksanakan suatu pekerjaan atau tugas yang dilandasi ataspengetahuan (knowledge), keterampilan (skill), dan sikap (attitude).

ABSTACTIONThe study aims to examine the effect of critical sociology, creativity,mentality on accounting education on accounting students of the 2014 IslamicUniversity of Malang Faculty of Economics and Business. The population in thisstudy were accounting students. The sampling technique in this study usespurposive sampling method. The type of data used is primary data with themethod of collecting data distributing questionnaires. The analytical tool used ismultiple linear regression.The results showed that simultaneously and partially critical sociology,creativity, mentality had a positive and significant effect on accounting educationfor accounting students of the 2014 Islamic University of Malang Faculty ofEconomics and Business.Keywords: Critical Sociology, Creativity, Mentality

A quality educational institution is the dream of all levels of society because it will give birth to quality human beings who are able to bring big changes to the nation. The world of education is currently faced with the challenges of the progress of the times. With the progress of this era, many aspects of life have changed and shifted. Therefore, like it or not, the educational paradigm and system must be adapted to the demands of the times. Of course these changes are expected to lead to a better future education IAIN Ternate is one of the leading State Islamic Universities in the city of Ternate, while the PGMI Undergraduate study program at IAIN Ternate was held in 2014. With the presence of the PGMI Undergraduate Study Program promises great hopes for stakeholders and the archipelagic Islamic community in the City of Ternate. In the effort to develop the PGMI Undergraduate study program, seeing the challenges of the world of work or the level of existing needs, graduates of the PGMI Undergraduate Program are really needed. Therefore, in order to be able to analyze the level of need, it is necessary to obtain accurate information from all parties about the prospects for developing the PGMI undergraduate study program, especially in the island Islamic community in the city of Ternate. This research is a qualitative research, which tries to describe the results of research that the authors found in the field, while the research technique uses interview, observation, and documentation techniques. With data analysis techniques using induction and comparison techniques. Based on the research findings, it can be concluded that: The process of developing the Ternate PGMI FTIK IAIN Ternate undergraduate study program for the Archipelagic Islamic community in Ternate City is carried out through several aspects, as follows: Development of aspects of education and teaching, research and service to the Archipelago Islamic community, Development of aspects cooperation, developing aspects of the quality of learning, developing aspects of the quality of human resources, and developing aspects of study program facilities and infrastructure

Abstrak This study aims to analyze the effect of investment and interest rates on economic growth and poverty in Indonesia. The data used in this study is time series data for the 2006-2021 period from the relevant agencies, namely the Indonesian Central Statistics Agency. Methods Data analysis in this study uses path analysis, with the Eviews program. The results of the study with a significance level of 5% indicate that the direct investment variable has a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The interest rate variable directly has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia. The direct investment variable has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty. The interest rate variable directly has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty, the variable economic growth directly has a negative and significant effect on poverty in Indonesia. While the investment variable indirectly has a negative and insignificant effect on poverty through economic growth in Indonesia, while the interest rate variable has an indirect positive and insignificant effect on poverty through economic growth in Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap keinginan mahasiswa untuk menjadi pengajar di program studi Akuntansi di Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Makassar. Self-efficacy, yang akan bertindak sebagai variabel independen studi, dan minat profesi sebagai pendidik, yang akan memainkan peran variabel dependen studi, adalah dua variabel yang akan diselidiki sebagai bagian dari proyek penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian adalah individu yang telah mendaftar untuk mengikuti Program Studi Pendidikan Akuntansi. Secara keseluruhan, ada 376 siswa yang mendaftar untuk berpartisipasi dalam proyek tersebut. sedangkan sampel terdiri dari 79 siswa yang dipilih dengan menggunakan proporsional stratified random sample. Dokumentasi dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Uji instrumen dan hipotesis digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Minat Menjadi Guru

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh brand image, harga dan lokasi terhadap keputusan pembelian di Es Teh Poci Jl. Andi Kambo, Kota Palopo. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Analisis deskriptif, uji validitas dan reliabilitas serta analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai teknik analisis data. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5%. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS.20. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menjelaskan bahwa sementara variabel brand image dan harga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan variabel lokasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, pada saat yang sama variabel brand image, harga dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan. Kata Kunci: Brand Image, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian, Lokasi

This study aims to analyze the empowerment of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises to overcome urban poverty in Langsa. The data used are primary data, was collected through observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The population in this research is Small and Medium Micro Enterprises in Langsa City as many as 185 business actors. Samples were taken as many as 30 percents of the total population, as many as 60 business actors. This research uses a descriptive method. The technique of collecting data using a purposive random sampling method. The results showed that the process of empowering SMEs able to cope with poverty, increase economic growth and contribute to absorbing labor.This study aims to analyze the empowerment of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises to overcome urban poverty in Langsa. This study aims to determine 1) An overview of the dynamics of traditional bekel and crankball games among millennials in Mario Village, Libureng District, Bone Regency 2) Knowing the factors influencing children in Mario Village, Libureng sub-district, Bone Regency choosing modern games compared to traditional bekel ball games and crank. 3) Knowing how the existence of the traditional game of bekel and crank ball in Mario Village, Libureng District, Bone Regency in the millennial era. This type of research used is qualitative. This research method uses data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers obtain data through a process that includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show 1) An overview of the dynamics of traditional bekel and crankball games in the millennial generation of Mario Village, Libureng District, Bone Regency, namely: slow or fast changes, small and big changes. 2) The factors that influence children in Mario Village, Libureng District, Bone Regency, choose modern games compared to traditional bekel and crankball games, namely: innovation, invention, adaptation, adaptation. 3) The existence of traditional bekel and crankball games in Mario Village, Libureng sub-district, Bone Regency in the millennial era, namely: Existence, circumstances.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga kerja, luas lahan, modal, dan pakan terhadap nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang. Metode kuantitatif dan strategi deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi, survei, dan dokumentasi. Dengan bantuan SPSS 26, uji asumsi konvensional, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, dan uji f adalah teknik analisis data yang diterapkan. Berdasarkan kesimpulan penelitian, nilai produksi ayam petelur di Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh modal, tenaga kerja, luas lahan, dan pakan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Kata Kunci: Modal, Tenaga Kerja, Luas Lahan, Pakan, Nilai Produksi, Usaha Ternak Ayam Petelur
