Abstract

Farms store Ardia Tani Makmur as drug - store fertilizers and other agricultural ty that sells various types of fertilizers and medicines . Ardia Tani Makmur Toko Agriculture is still using the conventional system in preparing reports sales transaction , so it is still frequent errors in preparing reports . The purpose of the research is the creation of an information system to facilitate reporting of sales transactions . The method used is literature , observation , interviews , analysis, design , manufacture program . With this system is expect ed to help process transactions so users can process data more quickly and can generate precise information .

Abstract

Multi-media application is used as a medium of education that provide information about prevention and transmission of HIV / AIDS virus in transsexuals and homosexuals. The author designed a media outreach prevention and transmission of HIV / AIDS among transvestites and homosexuals in the city of Jambi using Adobe Flash CS3 and Adobe Photoshop software support. Disease Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome (AIDS) is a disease that is widespread among people in the world. In Indonesia, the population contract cases of HIV / AIDS is very high, since 1999-2015, the reported cases are of approximately 400,000 and in Jambi was as many as 1,349 people. So that now, HIV / AIDS cases is increasing from year to years.Our goal of this research is to reduce the spread of HIV / AIDS in Jambi and add insight and knowledge about HIV / AIDS to transvestites and homosexuals in the city of Jambi and facilitate Health Organization Nahdlatul Ulama (LKNU) in conducting counseling.

Abstract

PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa is a company engaged in the processing industry of CPO into cooking oil with Rose Brand brand and Tawon. In the reception employees, PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa held a reception independently within the PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa. These employees are taken through the recruitment process passes a series of tests conducted. The hardest thing in making a selection factor is the effort to eliminate the subjectivity of a leader or manager so that any choices made are objectively based on the criteria expected by the company. Decision-making in the implementation of a decision support system recruitment using methods SAW (Simple Additive Weighting). The purpose of the final project of this thesis is to create a decision support system that can be used by PT. Budi Nabati Perkasa in the admission process for new employees. Decision support system built using Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL database relating to research obtained through field studies and literature.

Abstract

There is a need for reform in a national education order that is in line with developing demands. Therefore, in the world of education , improving the quality of education has a very big role. Improving the quality of an educational institution means improving the quality of students from that educational institution to be better and highly competitive with various outstanding achievements. The cultural values in improving the quality of madrasas are (1) discipline values , (2) responsibility values, (3) togetherness values, (4) openness values, (5) honesty values, (5) ways of respecting other individuals, (6) social values, (7) values of unity and unity. Implementation starts from implementing a culture of discipline and also a culture of hard work which is instilled and carried out by all parties in the madrasa.

Abstract

Water cleaning technology using coagulation has already been carried out use a plants in the coagulation process has never been done before, especially using plants that have potential to be a source of natural coagulants is Bandotan (Ageratum conyzoides). Plants that have the potential to be a source of natural coagulants are plants that contain a lot of protein. Each type of protein has an isoelectric point at a different pH like isoelectric point, the protein will have a neutral charge. . The calculation results of the number of colonies in samples were B1, B2, and B3 with dilutions of 266. 105, 9. 107 and 104. 109 CFU/mL. The results of Gram staining identification showed that the B1, B2 and B3 isolates had the shape are basil, basil and coccus (round) with Gram positive. The bacteria thrive in different habitats, so bacteria from the sample have been very cloudy to pH of 6.0 and 8.0 because neutralophiles properties. From the B3 isolate sample have high clear zone for Gram positive (S. aureus) of 13 mm more than Gram negative ( E. coli) of 11 mm. So that, the bandotan is able to inhibit the growth of pathogenic bacteria in the water

Abstract

. In the era of global competition, companies face challenges in maintaining their existence and enhancing competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of quality control circles (QCC) and trust on achieving world-class status at Company X. The research employs a quantitative method using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 3 software. Primary data were collected through online questionnaires involving 50 respondents, who are employees of Company X. The results show that QCC has a positive and significant influence on trust (T Statistic = 46.771, p = 0.000). However, quality control circles do not have a significant direct influence on world-class status (T Statistic = 0.248, p = 0.804). Furthermore, trust does not have a significant influence on achieving world-class status (T Statistic = 0.110, p = 0.913) and does not act as an effective mediator in the relationship between QCC and world-class status (T Statistic = 0.107, p = 0.915). In conclusion, although quality control circles can enhance employees' trust in management, trust alone is insufficient to drive the achievement of world-class status.

Abstract

In the communication process to achieve certain goals, there are three main components involved, namely the source of the message, the recipient of the message, and the message itself. In the early childhood education phase, it is important to improve communication by considering their developmental stage. What needs to be considered is the child's language progress, which will have a significant influence on communication strategies in this age group. One of the common mistakes that adult communicators make is a lack of understanding in communicating with children. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to communication barriers that may arise when interacting with them. There are three important things to pay attention to, namely using appropriate terms, maintaining good conversation, and giving clear instructions when you want to change the topic of conversation. By establishing effective communication, the growth and development of early childhood will occur optimally and healthily.

Abstract

Rumah ibadah merupakan sarana keagamaan yang penting bagi pemeluk agama di suatu kawasan. Berdasarkan data dari Kementerian Agama Kota Palu (Bimas Kristen) pemeluk agama terbesar berada di Kecamatan Palu Selatan yang di tandai dengan jumlah gereja terbanyak berada di kecamatan ini yaitu 38 bangunan gereja yang terdiri dari berbagai aliran gereja yaitu protestan, pantekosta, advent dan katolik. Dalam penelitian ini, metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung pada objek studi sesuai lingkup penelitian dan teori sebagai pendukung berdasarkan lingkup pembahasan. Dalam penentuan informan wawancara penulis menggunakan metode klasifikasi informan yaitu informan utama, informan kunci, dan informan tambahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dinamika pembangunan gereja terdapat 2 temuan yang pertama yaitu kebutuhan pembangunan gereja karena kebutuhan peningkatan jumlah pemeluk agama/jemaat dan kedua yaitu adanya regulasi (wewenang dan otoritas pemerintah terhadap pembangunan gereja Sebagaimana jumlahnya menyesuaikan dengan mengikuti sistem kekerabatan atau hierarki lembaga, kondisi setempat dengan memperhatikan struktur penduduk menurut agama yang dianut dan mempertimbangkan jangkauan radius area layanan terkait dengan kebutuhan dasar sarana yang harus dipenuhi untuk melayani area tertentu yang termuat dalam SNI 03-1733-1989, Tata cara perencanaan kawasan perumahan kota. Abstract

Sweet Leaf Bush (Sauropus androgynus), a plant native to Southeast Asia, have long been recognized as a food and traditional medicine rich in health benefits. Its nutritional content, which includes protein, fiber, vitamins A, C, and K, as well as minerals such as calcium and iron, makes it a potential superfood. In addition, bioactive compounds such as saponins, flavonoids, and tannins in sweet leaf bush have antibacterial, anticancer, and immune system boosting properties. The health benefits of sweet leaf bush are especially evident in breastfeeding mothers due to its ability to increase breast milk production. With its various nutritional contents, sweet leaf bush have great potential to be developed into innovative and practical food products. This study uses secondary data from scientific journals and other publications to explore the potential of sweet leaf bush as a superfood that can increase the diversity of healthy food products in Indonesia. This study shows that the utilization and dissemination of information related to the potential of sweet leaf bush as a superfood can support local food security and strengthen people's healthy diets.

Abstract

Today's household needs demand adequate economic sufficiency. Indeed, even though she is a housewife, she can still work and also earn income other than gifts from her husband so that she can still work from home. Various kinds of business models today can be managed from home while still taking care of the household. Especially with the penetration of information and communication technology in even the smallest aspects of life, it has become possible. So that many housewives continue to work and have an income, one of which is through an online business. Through this training, we want to make housewives who want to increase their income for their household income through online entrepreneurship, one of which is by utilizing the features available on tokopedia.com. It is hoped that the training will be able to provide additional skills for housewives, and especially the benefits can be felt to improve their economy.
