Abstract

This research aims to analyze risks in the management of transformative Islamic education change and identify effective mitigation strategies. In the modern context, Islamic education experiences significant challenges in facing dynamic social, technological and cultural changes. Transformative change management is very necessary to ensure that Islamic education remains relevant and adaptive to current developments, but this process is not free from various risks. This research uses the library research method, utilizing various relevant literature sources, such as books, journals and academic articles, to identify and analyze risks that arise in the management of transformative Islamic education change. The research results show that the risks in change management in transformative Islamic education include resistance to change, limited resources, gaps in educational quality, potential value conflicts, unclear vision and goals, regulatory and policy obstacles, risk of less professional change management, technological challenges, dependency on external parties, lack of monitoring and evaluation. Through the implementation of appropriate mitigation strategies such as increasing human resource capacity, outreach and involvement of stakeholders, developing contextual and flexible curricula, strengthening policy frameworks and government support, these risks can be minimized. This research contributes to providing practical recommendations for Islamic educational institutions to manage change more effectively and sustainably.

Abstract

In the context of Islamic education, change management aims to change and improve the education system to be able to answer the challenges of the times and meet the needs of the community for quality education. MTsN 8 Kediri is one example of an Islamic education institution that implements transformative Islamic education change management. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentary research. The results showed that MTsN 8 Kediri has implemented transformative Islamic education change management through several steps, namely: 1) analyzing the need for change, 2) developing a vision, mission, and goals of change, 3) developing a change strategy plan, 4) implementing change, and 5) conducting evaluation and continuous improvement. The changes made have a positive impact on improving the quality of education at MTsN 8 Kediri, which can be seen from the increase in academic achievement, competency-based curriculum development, increased teacher competence, and improved infrastructure.

Abstract

Digital transformation has had a significant impact on various sectors, including Islamic education. This study is motivated by the urgent need for Islamic educational institutions to improve their quality through the integration of technology in human resource management (HRM). The main focus of this research is to examine how the application of technology can optimize HRM to support the improvement of Islamic education quality in the digital era. This study employs a qualitative approach with a literature review method, collecting and analyzing data from academic sources such as journals, books, and relevant policy documents. The research steps include identifying the problem, reviewing theories on technology-based HRM, analyzing the implementation of technology in Islamic educational institutions, and identifying challenges and opportunities. The findings indicate that the application of information technology—such as online HR management systems, digital training platforms, and data-driven evaluation tools—significantly enhances performance effectiveness, transparency, and professional development of educators. The main conclusion is that technology integration in HRM holds great potential to support the development of high-quality, adaptive, and sustainable Islamic education. This study recommends well-planned and collaborative technology integration as a strategic step to meet the challenges of education in the digital age. ABSTRAKTransformasi digital telah membawa dampak signifikan terhadap berbagai sektor, termasuk bidang pendidikan Islam. Latar belakang penelitian ini berangkat dari kebutuhan mendesak lembaga pendidikan Islam untuk meningkatkan kualitasnya melalui pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM). Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengkaji bagaimana penerapan teknologi dapat mengoptimalkan manajemen SDM guna mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan Islam di era digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka, mengumpulkan dan menganalisis data dari berbagai sumber ilmiah, seperti jurnal, buku, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan. Tahapan penelitian meliputi identifikasi permasalahan, kajian teori tentang manajemen SDM berbasis teknologi, analisis praktik-praktik implementasi teknologi di lembaga pendidikan Islam, serta identifikasi tantangan dan peluang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan teknologi informasi, seperti sistem manajemen SDM berbasis daring, platform pelatihan digital, dan alat evaluasi berbasis data, secara signifikan meningkatkan efektivitas kinerja, transparansi, dan profesionalitas tenaga pendidik. Kesimpulan utama menyatakan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dalam manajemen SDM berpotensi besar dalam mendukung terciptanya pendidikan Islam yang berkualitas, adaptif, dan berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi teknologi yang terencana dan kolaboratif sebagai langkah strategis dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan di era digital..

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji pembinaan profesionalisme guru untuk menyiapkan dan menghadapi tantangan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi. Perubahan kurikulum yang sangat lazim terjadi di Indonesia dari zaman ke zaman adalah demi penyempurnaan dan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat terutama teknologi digital. Maka guru harus disiapkan profesionalismenya agar mampu beradaptasi terhadap perubahan-perubahan tersebut. Guru professional memenuhi kualifikasi akademik dan menguasai kompetensi pedagogik, professional, sosial, dan kepribadian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendiskripsikan tantangan prubahan kurikulum dan teknologi dan bagaimana pembinaan profesionalisme guru agar mampu beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kepustakaan dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber relevan seperti buku dan jurnal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pembinaan profesionalisme guru yang efektif dan efisien dengan mempertimbangkan hasil analisis karakter dan prototipe guru. Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu model pendekatan pembinaan profesionalisme guru dapat diimplementasikan dengan fleksibel sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan setiap individu akan berimplikasi pada meningkatnya profesionalisme guru yang signifikan terkhusus dalam beradaptasi dengan perubahan kurikulum dan teknologi.Kata kunci: Pembinaan, Profesionalisme Guru, Perubahan Kurikulum, Teknologi

Abstract

Leadership orientation is a behavior designed professionally by a leader to achieve Islamic education goals. Employee-oriented leadership behavior is a leadership behavior that focuses on human needs as subordinates. Research uses library research with the aim of sharpening the meaning, orientation and goals of implementing transformational leadership. The data collection technique is by comparing the literature review and the results of previous research, then content analysis is carried out. The results of this study are: Transformational leadership can encourage subordinates to have positive interactions and avoid conflicts, solve problems well because they are interactive and transparent, and leaders are positioned as educators and mentors who are inspiring and innovative, leadership that can create quality islamic education.

Abstract

This research discusses the leadership components possessed by a transformational leader in enhancing the appeal of Islamic education customers. The study employs a library research approach by conducting a literature review relevant to the topic. The findings and discussion reveal that Transformational Leadership involves creating and initiating new thoughts and visions within an organization. Although there are many views on the meaning of Transformational Leadership, it is generally understood as an agent of change. The components of Transformational Leadership include charisma, the ability to encourage member creativity, individual consideration, and inspirational motivation. Effective marketing strategies can help Islamic educational institutions increase student enrollment and improve the institution's reputation. Therefore, Islamic educational institutions must continuously develop appropriate and effective marketing strategies by considering market developments and the needs of prospective students. It is hoped that this research will provide new breakthroughs for leaders in attracting customers to Islamic educational institutions.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami Proses Sosial Dalam Lingkungan Sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Data diperoleh dari pengumpulan buku, jurnal dan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang mendukung tema penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan langkah: penyajian data, penyaringan data, klasifikasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan berikut: (1) Proses pendidikan dapat dijadikan instrumen oleh individu untuk dapat berinteraksi secara tepat di masyarakat. (2) Proses sosialisasi di sekolah pada dasarnya tidak berbeda dengan proses sosialisasi di masyarakat dan keluarga, yakni menanamkan dan mewariskan kebudayaan kepada anak didik. (3) Dari proses terjadinya perubahan sosial, proses awal perubahan sosial adalah: Pertama,komunikasi (communication) di mana melalui kontak komunikasi, unsur-unsur baru dapat menyebar, baik berupa ide ide, gagasan, keyakinan, maupun kebenaran. Kedua, akulturasi (acculturation), yang merupakan proses penerimaan unsur-unsur kebudayaan baru secara lambat dengan tidak menghilangkan sifat kepribadian kebudayaan sendiri. Ketiga, asimilasi (assimilation), berupa suatu proses penerimaan unsur unsur kebudayaan baru yang berbeda. (4) Pendidikan nasional berfungsi untuk mengembangkan kemampuan dan membentuk watak serta bangsa yang bermartabat dalam mencerdaskan kehidupan bangsa, bertujuan untuk mengembangkan potensi peserta didik agar menjadi manusia yang beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, berakhlak mulia, sehat, berilmu, cakap, kreatif, mandiri, dan menjadi warga negara yang demokratis serta bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

As a school principal there are various models and approaches to supervising education. One of them is the directive approach pattern aimed at teachers who are lacking in tasks, principles, and functions as an educator. The purpose of this writing is to review 1) What is the Definition of Supervision and Directive Approach, 2) What are the Principles of Educational Supervision, 3) Who are the Targets of the Directive Approach, 4) What are the Characteristics of the Directive Approach, and, 5) How is the Directive Approach Technique in Teacher Development. The method used is literature study or literature review and the stages of data collection include analysis, editing, and discovery of data results. Then after that draw conclusions according to the literature review found. The results of this writing can be concluded, namely 1) The perspective of a head with an approach directed problems 2) The principles of educational supervision that are used as guidelines and guidelines, 3) The target of the directive approach to teachers with low responsibility complexity, 4) The characteristics of the directive approach such as vertical relationship, 5) Supervisors who build on         teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penulisan jurnal ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menjelaskan mengenai landasan–landasan dalam pendidikan serta hakikat seorang manusia. Dalam penulisan jurnal ini menggunakan metode library research yang beriskan penjelasan mengenai landasan serta teori–teori yang ada dalam dunia pendidikan yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dibahas. Pendekatan ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis dan menjadikan literatur tertulis seperti buku, jurnal baik dalam bentuk cetak maupun elektronik sebagi sumber utama dalam penulisan jurnal ini. Landasan pendidikan islam adalah acuan atau pondasi dalam melakukan segala proses dalam pendidikan. Landasan pendidikan dibagi kedalam beberapa macam seperti landasan filosofis, sosiologis, sejarah, hukum, psikologis, sosial budaya, ilmiah dan teknologi, ekonomi, dan juga religius, yang saling berkaitan dalam kemajuan bidang pendidikan.
