Abstract

This research is based on researcher's concern that Islamic boarding school graduates, especially those with a Salaf background, have an exclusive mindset when they return to society they are less able to implement their mission as religious agents in the social environment due to being surprised by the diversity of society and sects in Islam. This is because the graduates of Islamic boarding school believe that anything that is not the same as what they understood is a mistake. Therefore, formal school teachers have a role and duty as a lens to provide insight for students in the current era where Islamic boarding schools have intensively built formal institutions in their environment. To explore this problem, the researcher formulated the research focus as follows: 1.) What is the role of the Sociology teacher in instilling an attitude of religious tolerance in the Islamic boarding school environment for X grade students at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati Tulungagung? 2.) What are the Sociology teachers' efforts to instill an attitude of religious tolerance in X grade students at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati Tulungagung? 3.) What is the impact of the role of sociology teachers in instilling tolerance of religious understanding in the pesantren environment on class X students at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati Tulungagung., to determine the efforts of Sociology teachers in instilling an attitude of religious tolerance in the Islamic Boarding School environment in X grade students at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati Tulungagung, to know the impact of the role of sociology teachers in instilling religious tolerance in X grade students at SMAI Sunan Gunung Jati Tulungagung. This research used descriptive qualitative research by using a case study approach. The methods used in this research were participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation and inference. In checking data validity, the researcher used extended participation, persistence or regularity of observation and triangulation. The result of the study showed that 1.) The role of sociology teachers in educating students about religious tolerance is to teach, guide, train, assess, evaluate and provide direction to students by providing feedback to exchange ideas and insights in the discussion process, then give understanding in sociology materials and train students to respect differences 2.) Teachers’ effort in instilling an attitude of religious tolerance in students by strengthening character education. Then, by using learning media such as showing or displaying videos related to actions of religious tolerance, providing hot issues that exist in community life about lack of tolerance in religion. Besides, students are given concrete examples of teachers' attitudes 3.) Impact of the role of sociology teachers in educating an attitude of religious tolerance is that the students have a better insight of the importance of tolerance. In its implementation, there are changes in students' attitudes towards knowledge and understanding so that students' character is formed.

Abstract

Pembelajaran dalam kelas IX terutama pada pembelajaran IPS seperti halnya pembelajaran yang dirasa membosankan bagi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numberd Head Togeteher untuk meningkatkan sikap kerja sama siswa kelas IX di MTs Miftaahul Uluum Sutojayan Blitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Numbered Head Together kelas IX di MTs Miftaahul Uluum Sutojayan Blitar efektif siswa menjadi lebih aktif dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan meningkat dalam kerja sama dengan siswa lain, siswa menjadi lebih senang dalam pembelajaran, siswa menjadi lebih paham akan tujuan pembelajaran, siswa menjadi lebih tekun dalam belajar.

Abstract

Teaching and learning activities are basically a process of communication carried out between teachers and students, in which both of them exchange ideas. aims to increase students' interest in learning, and to explore this matter more deeply, the researcher formulates the research focus as follows: 1) How is the interest in learning social studies for class VIII students at MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung, 2) What are the steps for using animated video media in learning, 3) What are the implications of applying animated video media? This research is a research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The location of this research is MTs Miftahul Huda Ngunut Tulungagung. The results of the study are as follows, 1) Students' interest in social studies learning is influenced by the classroom atmosphere and the learning media used. 2) The use of learning media is very necessary in every lesson, 3) The use of animated videos in learning, 4) As a teacher, you have to be creative and innovative. 5) The use of video animation is able to overcome the limitations of the senses, space and time. 6) Animated video media can motivate students to increase student learning interest. 7) The teacher's attention to students with different abilities, both more and less, is of course different, so that all of their students are able to be equal and complete learning well according to the lesson plan standards.

Abstract

Program inovasi pendidikan dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan mencari solusinya, baik melalui pendekatan yang belum pernah dilakukan sebelumnya atau dengan memperbaiki program yang sudah ada. Terdapat empat strategi dalam inovasi pendidikan: fasilitatif, pendidikan, pembujukan, dan paksaan. Proses inovasi terdiri dari lima langkah: pengetahuan, bujukan, keputusan, implementasi, dan konfirmasi. Perubahan pendidikan memerlukan partisipasi semua pihak, termasuk penemu, guru, siswa, masyarakat, dan negara. Keberhasilan inovasi pendidikan bergantung pada kerja sama ini. Di era informasi dan globalisasi, inovasi pendidikan berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi harus dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Agar semua pihak terlibat, difusi inovasi pendidikan perlu dilakukan agar tenaga kependidikan dan masyarakat dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam perubahan ini.

Abstract

The One of the way to improve the quality of education is to have qualified educators. For this reason, it is necessary for a principal as a supervisor to provide assistance in teacher development so that teacher competence increases. In teacher development itself, there are three approaches that can be used by a supervisor, namely a directive approach, a non-directive approach and a collaborative approach. For a supervisor, the selection of the appropriate approach to be given to teachers in schools has an important role. This is because choosing the appropriate approach will accelerate the improvement of teacher competence and a supervisor will be easier, more effective and efficient in improving the competence of teachers in their schools. Of course, each approach used has its own weakness and strengths that must be considered by a supervisor. In writing this scientific paper, it will focus on the discussion of teacher development with a directive approach. For a more in-depth discussion, this directive approach will be discussed in two areas, namely the understanding of the directive approach and teacher development with the directive approach. Hopefully, through this scientific paper, the readers can find out more about how to improve teacher competence through teacher development with a directive approach. Developments in the world of education cannot be separated from the role and performance of the teacher. The role and performance of teachers greatly affect the quality of education. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendesktipsikan implementasi dari kesejahteraan sumber daya manusia di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada lembaga pendidikan di SD IIS PSM Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan keabsahan data yang digunakan melalui ketekunan pengamatan, diskusi dengan teman sejawat, trianggulasi sumber, metode dan waktu. Adapun hasil penelitin dari implementasi kesejahteraan sumber daya manusia di SD IIS PSM Kediri adalah pencapaian kinerja pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan, menciptakan kondisi kerja yang harmonis tanpa mengorbankan unsur-unsur manusia yang terlibat dalam kegiatan pendidikan. MSDM dilakukan agar tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan baik sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan individu, tujuan fungsional, tujuan organisasi, dan tujuan masyarakat.

Abstract

Di era society 5.0 ini, banyak sekali tantangan dan perubahan yang harus dilakukan. termasuk tindakan yang harus dilakukan lembaga pendidikan sebagai langkah awal dalam mengembangkan SDM yang unggul. Guru sebagai SDM membutuhkan bimbingan dan pengembangan hingga mencapai tujuan profesional. Merancang program pembinaan akan lebih mudah dengan pengetahuan prototipe guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan. Metode pengumpulan data dengan dokumentasi terkait pembinaan profesionalisme berdasarkan prototipe guru. Sumber data yang digunakan diperoleh dalam buku, jurnal dan artikel. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut: (1) Di era society 5.0, kompetensi profesional guru meliputi keterampilan dan pengetahuan khusus dalam bidang kependidikan dalam rangka memenuhi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya secara maksimal sebagai seorang guru. Selain itu, guru juga harus memiliki kecakapan hidup abad ke-21 dan ketrampilan dibidang digital serta diharapkan selalu inovatif. Guru yang professional dalam pelaksanaan tanggung jawab mereka, akan tampak dalam tiga hal yakni, keahlian terhadap bidangnya, memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, dan rasa kebersamaan; (2) Jika dilihat dari perspektif abstraksi dan komitmen, ada empat jenis guru, yakni dropout teacher, unfocused worker, analytical observer, dan professional teacher; (3) Pembinaan Supervisi untuk dropout teacher dengan pendekatan direktif, pendekatan kolaboratif untuk unfocused worker dan analytical observer, dan pendekatan nondirektif untuk professional teacher.

Abstract

Transformational leadership is becoming the popular concepts in the management science for the last30 years, as well as in the field of education management. To avoid an application in the educationsector that is merely followed because of trending, it needs an understanding of the historical side ofthe transformational leadership model. Through the literature study, this study presented threethings: (1) The history of the development of leadership theories; (2) The history of atransformational leadership theory model, and (3) the development of transformational leadershipstudies in the field of education. The development of leadership studies involving intrinsic andextrinsic motivational theories, has spawned the idea of an intrinsic transformational leadership,compared to extrinsic transactional leadership. Inspired by the writings of James McGregor Burns(1978), Bernard M. Bass (1990) created the concept of transformational leadership model, to popularand became an important study to be implemented in various sectors, including in the field ofeducation. The study of transformational leadership in the area of pedagogy has come to theconclusion that transformational leadership is an ideal representation of the practice at school in the21st century.
