Developed countries definitely have quality education. Whether the quality of education is seen from the level of professionalism of the teaching staff, namely teachers. Teachers who have a high level of competence and professionalism will create strong generations who are ready to take the country even further forward. This research aims to understand in depth the role of scientific supervision in improving teacher professional competence without conducting research directly in the field. The method used in this research is literature study. Journals, articles and books are selected, if they do not match the title of the research discussion then they are eliminated, if they are relevant to the research title then they are downloaded and used as research material. The results of the research are (1) scientific (scientific) supervision is proven to be able to increase teacher competence and professionalism (2) Supporting teacher competence and professionalism after participating in the scientific supervision program is following academic education improvement programs, certification programs and training programs. The conclusion of this research is that scientific supervision is truly able to increase the level of professional competence in teachers. ABSTRAKNegara-negara maju pasti terdapat suatu pendidikan yang berkualitas. Berkualitas tidaknya pendidikan dilihat dari tingkat profesionalitas tenaga pendidik yaitu guru. Guru yang memiliki tingkat kompetensi dan profsionalitas yang tinggi, akan menciptakan generasi-generasi yang tangguh, yang siap membawa negara menjadi semakin maju. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami secara mendalam mengenai peran supervisi scientific dalam meningkatkan kompetensi profesionalitas guru tanpa melakukan penelitian secara langsung dilapangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan. Jurnal-jurnal, artikel, dan buku diseleksi, jika tidak sesuai dengan judul pembahasan penelitian maka dilakukan eliminasi, jika relevan dengan judul penelitian maka diunduh dan dijadikan bahan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian yaitu (1) supervisi scientific (ilmiah) terbukti mampu meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalitas pada guru (2) Penunjang kompetensi dan profesionalitas guru setelah mengikuti program supervisi scientific adalah mengikuti program peningkatan pendidikan akademik, program sertifikasi, dan program diklat. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah supervisi scientific benar-benar mampu meningkatkan tingkat kompetensi profesionalitas pada guru.

This study aims to describe how the Head of Madrasah performs the dimensions of transformational leadership through the Quran learning program to improve competitiveness in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Islamiyah Ngoro Jombang. This research used the field and case study qualitative methods. The research results show that this leadership dimension includes the following: (1) idealized influence: socializing the vision, mission, and goals of Quranic learning consistently; (2) inspirational motivation: inspiring and motivating the performance of educators to consistently maintain the quality of Quranic learning; (3) intellectual stimulation: understanding internal weaknesses and external threats from various perspectives to find solutions; and (4) individualized consideration: receiving suggestions, criticisms, and complaints about the Quranic learning process and having direct dialogue with educators and parents. Implementing transformational leadership in madrasah, especially in Quranic learning, can improve the competitiveness of educational institutions. These transformational leadership attitudes make a significant contribution to developing Islamic educational institutions and increasing their competitiveness.

The purpose of writing this article is to determine the phenomenon of transformative Islamic education change management. This research uses a type of library research which is carried out by reviewing various journals and related reference books. The research carried out is descriptive in nature where the researcher collects information to provide an overview or present existing problems and solutions. The data analysis used is content analysis by describing the contents of various existing propositions. The results of his research show that change management is a whole procedure that begins with planning, organizing, mobilizing and controlling which is expected to lead to progress and the benefit of life. By outlining the three models of change by Kurt Lewins (Lewin's three-stage model), the results showed that there were massive changes in the alpha generation. This generation is a generation that grew up along with the rapid development of technology and information. In this generation, strong changes emerged in educational institutions, namely the publication of Decree of the Minister of Religion (KMA) number 450 of 2024 which replaced KMA number 792 of 2018, number 183 of 2018, number 184 of 2018, and KMA number 387 of 2022. ABSTRAKTujuan penulisan artikel ini untuk mengetahui fenomena manajemen perubahan pendidikan Islam transformatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan yang dilaksanakan dengan mereview dari berbagai jurnal dan buku-buku referensi terkait. Penelitian yang dilakukan bersifat deskriptif dimana peneliti mengumpulkan informasi untuk memberikan gambaran atau menyajikan permasalahan dan pemecahan masalah yang ada. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis isi (content analysis) dengan menguraikan isi dari berbagai proposisi yang telah ada. Hasil penelitiannya menunjukkan bahwa manajemen perubahannmerupakan keseluruhan prosedur yang diawali dengan merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, menggerakkan, dan mengendalikan yang diharapkan membawa pada kemajuan dan kemaslahatan kehidupan. Dengan menguraikan tiga model perubahan oleh Kurt Lewins (Lewin's three-stage model) didapat hasil adanya perubahan secara massive pada generasi alpha. Generasi ini adalah generasi yang tumbuh bersamaan dengan pesatnya tehnologi dan informasi. Pada generasi ini muncul perubahan kuat dalam lembaga pendidikan yaitu terbitnya Keputusan Menteri Agama (KMA) nomor 450 tahun 2024 yang menggantikan KMA nomor 792 tahun 2018, nomor 183 tahun 2018, nomor 184 tahun 2018, dan KMA nomor 387 tahun 2022.

This article examines the integrative paradigm in the management of human resources (HR) of Islamic education, which combines the values of monotheism and professional competence. The research method used is library research, with the process including analyzing various literature related to human resource management, Islamic education, and integrative paradigms. The results of the study show that the integrative paradigm emphasizes the development of human beings, namely individuals with a balance of intellectual, emotional, and spiritual intelligence. The application of this paradigm involves the integration of Islamic values such as trust, justice, and deliberation in every aspect of HR management, from recruitment to career development. Challenges in the implementation of this paradigm include resistance to change and lack of understanding of the concept of integration. The solutions offered include comprehensive training and development, as well as the formation of an organizational culture that supports Islamic values. This article concludes that the integrative paradigm is a relevant approach to manage Islamic education human resources in the era of globalization, with the aim of improving the quality of educators and education personnel with noble character. This study formulates three fundamental principles of the integrative HR paradigm, namely the foundation of monotheism, morality-based professionalism, and orientation to Kamil people. Practically, these principles serve as a strategic guide for education managers to transform human resource management from just an administrative function to a process of building superior character and noble character.

This study aims to analyze the leadership of female school principals to improve teacher cooperation. The focus of the study on the application of the transformational leadership style in terms of its implementation phase. This research was conducted at Al-Huda Islamic Elementary School, for two reasons, namely the principal of the school is a woman and the image of the school is popular and very popular with the community. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The data is then analyzed with cycles of data collection, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of transformational leadership in Al-Huda Islamic Elementary School went through two phases namely, first the leader was able to carry himself and fully understand being a personal leader which was implemented through: leader awareness and understanding the epistemology of leadership. Both leaders are able to influence and form cooperation with followers which is implemented through: providing work motivation, effective communication, being able to set an example, stimulate, and establish friendships.

This research aims to describe the application of the scientific approach in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. This research is motivated because there are still many mistakes in implementing integrated thematic learning in elementary schools. This research uses a literature study method (library research) through a literature review to strengthen the analysis of the various sources used. This research begins with formulating a research problem followed by analyzing the relevant research results. Data collection in this literature study was carried out using non-tests, namely by searching electronic journals through reputable journals, books, theses, and online journals published from 2014 to 2019 that are relevant to the application of the scientific approach. The results obtained from the research will be analyzed by the author using the content analysis method. From the results of the research analysis of 11 relevant online journals, it shows that the scientific approach is effectively applied in integrated thematic learning in elementary schools.

Stratifikasi sosial dalam masyarakat Hindu Bali merupakan fenomena yang memiliki kaitan erat dengan sistem keagamaan dan adat, khususnya melalui institusi pura dan desa pakraman. Dalam banyak kajian, institusi keagamaan cenderung dipahami sebagai ruang normatif pelestarian budaya dan harmoni sosial, sehingga peran dalam mengelola relasi hierarkis kurang dianalisis secara kritis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana stratifikasi sosial berbasis wangsa dilegitimasi, dipertahankan, dan dinegosiasikan melalui institusi keagamaan Hindu Bali di tengah dinamika modernisasi dan perubahan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif-analitis dengan menggunakan metode studi pustaka terkait artikel jurnal dan buku akademik yang relevan dengan kajian stratifikasi sosial dan sosiologi agama. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi dengan menafsirkan praktik ritual, kepemimpinan adat, dan distribusi peran keagamaan dalam kerangka relasi kuasa simbolik. Hasil analisi menunjukkan bahwa sistem stratifikasi berbasis kasta masih berfungsi sebagai fondasi penting dalam pengorganisasian keagamaan, dimana kelompok Brahmana dapat memegang otoritas ritual utama, sementara kelompok Sudra lebih banyak berperan dalam fungsi teknis keagamaan. Namun demikian, dinamika kontemporer memperlihatkan adanya negosiasi simbolik yang dipengaruhi oleh pendidikan, mobilitas sosial, dan keterlibatan generasi muda, meskipun perubahan tersebut belum menghasilkan transformasi struktural yang signifikan. Penelitian ini menarik kesimpulan bahwa institusi keagamaan Hindu Bali berfungsi secara ambivalen, yakni sebagai sarana pelestarian budaya sekaligus mekanisme reproduksi ketimpangan simbolik, sehingga diperlukan ruang refleksi dan dialog agar pelestarian tradisi dapat berjalan seiring dengan prinsip keadilan sosial dan partisipasi yang lebih inklusif.

The implementation of Human Resources (HR) orientation in Islamic education institutions has a considerable role in realizing professional human resources, which in turn has a major impact on the progress and development of institutions. This study aims to provide an overview of the implementation of new HR orientation activities in superior Islamic educational institutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. This research was conducted at Al Azhaar Tulungagung Islamic Elementary School. The results of this study indicate: (1) orientation activities for new HR to create professional HR in the form of internships for 3 (three) months, (2) orientation activities at Al Azhaar can provide mental-psychological and technical readiness for new HR, both educators and education staff, (3) orientation activities at Al Azhaar can be said to be effective because they are based on the right understanding, goals, principles, steps, and materials to create professional human resources. Islamic educational institutions should institutionalize structured, internship-based orientation programs for new personnel as a mandatory component of talent management, complemented by clear performance indicators and post-orientation follow-up mechanisms to ensure sustained staff professionalism and overall institutional performance.

Islamic university students today face serious challenges in the form of low learning independence. Many of them still depend on their lecturers' guidance, lack initiative in exploring knowledge, and are not yet fully capable of managing their own learning independently. This study aims to examine how the development of the MBKM curriculum in PTKI can enhance students' learning independence and support the realization of impactful campuses. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design, conducted at Nahdlatul Ulama University Surabaya (UNUSA) and Yudharta University Pasuruan. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, with data analysis using data condensation, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The research results show that the development of the MBKM curriculum at both universities encourages students to learn actively, independently, and reflectively through programs such as internships, entrepreneurship, teaching on campus, and community service. Independent learning is reflected in students' ability to manage the learning process, make decisions, and take responsibility for their learning achievements. In addition, Islamic values also frame this process, resulting in learners who are not only academically excellent but also ethical and contribute significantly to society. Thus, the contextually developed MBKM curriculum has proven to be an important instrument in shaping independent students while also realizing an impactful campus.
