Abstract

There is a problem with the low level of student learning discipline. This study aims to determine the significant influence between rewards on student learning discipline at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat. This research method uses quantitative research with ex post facto type. The population in this study amounted to 478 students and the number of samples taken based on the simple random sampling technique amounted to 48 students. The data analysis techniques used are validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, linearity tests and hypothesis tests (using simple linear regression analysis, namely t-tests and coefficients of determination). The Tcalculate value > Ttabel (3.602 > 2.160) and the Sig. value is 0.001 < 0.05 meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted or there is an influence of X on Y. So it can be concluded that the answer to the problem posed is "There is an influence of the reward method on student learning discipline at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat".

Abstract

The development of the Islamic Religious Education (IRE) curriculum refers to the fundamen-tal principles found in the Qur'an and Sunnah. This study employs a literature review method, drawing from books, journal articles—both national and international—as well as other rele-vant literature. It also examines the implementation of the curriculum in various Islamic edu-cational institutions. The findings indicate that integrating the values of the Qur'an and Sunnah into the development of the IRE curriculum fosters a holistic educational approach, balancing character formation, understanding of the Qur'an and Sunnah, the philosophy and objectives of Islamic education, social foundations, and cultural foundations. A curriculum based on these two primary sources not only strengthens students’ Islamic identity but also prepares them to face global social dynamics while upholding moral and ethical values. These findings suggest that developing the IRE curriculum based on the Qur'an and Sunnah is an effective strategy for nurturing a generation that is faithful, knowledgeable, and adaptable to the changes of the times.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that students' understanding and attitude of religious tolerance at SMPN 1 West Karawang is quite good and Islamic education learning at SMPN 1 Karawang Barat is sufficient to provide understanding and tolerance for students. Understanding and attitude of religious tolerance among students include: (a). Tolerance attitude, (b). Recognition of differences between people, as well as with other religions, (c). Difference as a gift from Allah SWT, (d). Always respect the adherents of other religions to build a peaceful world. Conditions of tolerance between students and students, students and teachers, teachers and teachers, are harmonious. This study aims to provide an overview of how the understanding and attitude of religious tolerance of students at SMPN 1 West Karawang.

Abstract

Sufism represents a central dimension of Islam that emphasizes spiritual purification and closeness to Allah SWT through the attainment of pure monotheism (tauhid). Throughout Islamic intellectual history, Sufism has developed into various streams, notably falsafi (philosophical) Sufism and Sunni Sufism, each offering distinct approaches to understanding tauhid. This study aims to describe the characteristics of both streams and to analyze their differences in interpreting tauhid from philosophical and normative perspectives. This research employs a library-based qualitative approach by examining relevant books, journal articles, and contemporary scholarly works. The findings indicate that philosophical Sufism explains tauhid through metaphysical and mystical concepts such as fana’-baqa’, hulul, ittihad, and wahdat al-wujud. In contrast, Sunni Sufism emphasizes the purification of tauhid through adherence to the Qur’an and Hadith, moral cultivation, spiritual discipline, and the balance between shari‘ah and haqiqah. Both streams contribute to enriching the Islamic understanding of tauhid, though each through distinct methods and emphases. Tasawuf merupakan dimensi penting dalam Islam yang menekankan penyucian jiwa serta upaya mendekatkan diri kepada Allah SWT melalui penghayatan tauhid yang murni. Sepanjang sejarah, tasawuf berkembang dalam berbagai corak, di antaranya Tasawuf Falsafi dan Tasawuf Sunni yang memiliki pendekatan berbeda dalam memahami tauhid. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan karakteristik kedua corak tasawuf tersebut dan menjelaskan perbedaannya dalam memaknai tauhid, baik secara filosofis maupun normatif. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kepustakaan dengan menganalisis buku, artikel jurnal dan penelitian yang relevan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tasawuf Falsafi memahami tauhid melalui pendekatan filosofis-mistis dengan konsep seperti fana’-baqa’, hulul, ittihad dan wahdat al-wujud. Sementara Tasawuf Sunni menekankan pemurnian tauhid berdasarkan Al-Qur’an dan Hadis melalui praktik akhlak, penyucian jiwa, serta keseimbangan syariat dan hakikat. Kedua corak tasawuf tersebut sama-sama berkontribusi dalam memperkaya pemahaman tauhid, namun melalui jalur dan penekanan yang berbeda.

Abstract

Etika merupakan komponen yang sangat diperhatikan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Namun, di zaman yang semakin berkembang ini, justru kerap kali didapati terjadinya kasus penyimpangan etika yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik terhadap gurunya. Sebagai seorang yang terpelajar, sudah seharusnya seorang peserta didik memperhatikan etikanya baik terhadap dirinya sendiri, guru maupun terhadap lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan etika peserta didik kepada guru menurut perspektif K.H. Hasyim Asy’ari dalam kitab adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’allim. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan atau library research. Adapun teknik yang digunakan dalam mengumpulkan data adalah melakukan studi dokumentasi dengan mempelajari literatur yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang diteliti dengan mengumpulkan data-data melalui bahan bacaan dengan bersumber pada buku-buku primer yakni kitab adab al- ‘alim wa al- muta’allim dan terjemahnya dan sumber sekunder literatur lainnya seperti kamus, jurnal, dokumen dan lain sebagainya. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang dipakai adalah analisis isi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam kitab adab al-‘alim wa al-muta’allim karya kh. Hasyim asy’ari terdapat dua belas etika yang harus diperhatikan dan dilaksanakan oleh murid kepada guru yakni : (1) melakukan perenungan dan meminta petunjuk kepada Allah swt dalam memilih guru; (2) belajar sungguh-sungguh dengan menemui pendidik secara langsung, tidak hanya melalui tulisan-tulisannya semata; (3) mengikuti guru terutama dalam kecerundungan pemikiran; (4) memuliakan guru; (5) memperhatikan hal-hal yang menjadi hak pendidik; (6) bersabar terhadap kekerasan pen-didik; (7) berkunjung kepada guru pada tempatnya atau meminta izin terlebih dahulu; (8) menempati posi-si duduk dengan rapi dan sopan bila berhadapan dengannya; (9) berbicara dengan halus dan lemah lembut; (10) menghafal dan memperhatikan fatwa hukum, nasihat, kisah, dari para guru; (11) jangan sekali-kali menyela ketika guru belum selesai menjelaskan; (12) menggunakan anggota badan yang kanan bila menyerahkan sesuatu kepada pendidik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pendidikan dalam keluarga merupakan aspek penting dalam pembentukan perilaku seseorang. Pada umumnya pendidikan dalam keluarga dilakukan dengan menanamkan nilai-nilai agama, etika yang meliputi budi perkerti, cara, tingkah laku yang harus dilakukan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membahas peran pendidikan agama Islam dalam keluarga dan masyarakat. Metode penulisan ini adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan eksploratif. Dapat disimpulan bahwa peran pendidikan agama Islam merupakan: (1) fondasi dalam keluarga untuk membentuk perilaku dan moral anak-anak dan mengetahui batasan baik dan buruk, (2) berfungsi untuk membentuk manusia yang percaya dan ketaqwaan kepada Allah SWT, (3) fondasi utama dan berperan dalam pendidikan moral bagi pembangunan masyarakat Indonesia seluruhnya. Kata kunci: pendidikan agama Islam, keluarga, masyarakat ABSTRACT Education in the family is an important aspect to build a person's behavior. Usually the education in a family is condacted with the religious values and ethics, which consists of behavior, manners and use attitude used in everydays life. The aim of this writing is to discuss the role of religious education in the family and society. This method used library research with the descriptive and explorative approach. The conclusions are that the role of the Islamic education: (1) as the foundation of religious education in a family which used to form the children’ good attitude and behavior, (2) functions as tools to convince people to the almighty of God, (3) as a foundation to build the society character for the Indonesian people to improve the nation. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Konsep Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Ketauhidan Pada Anak Dalam Surat Al-Fatihah Ayat-5 Dan Implementasinya Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Mulyasari II Kec. Ciampel Kab. Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bermaksud untuk memahami fenomena apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian. Objek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V SDN Mulyasari II . Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik dengan menguji variabel bebas dan terikat tentang Konsep Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Ketauhidan Pada Anak Dalam Surat Al-Fatihah Ayat-5 Dan Implementasinya Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Mulyasari II Kec. Ciampel Kab. Karawang, Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan guru dalam Konsep Internalisasi Nilai-Nilai Ketauhidan Pada Anak Dalam Surat Al-Fatihah Ayat-5 Dan Implementasinya Pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDN Mulyasari II Kec. Ciampel Kab. Karawang adalah melalui kegiatan rutin seperti melaksanakan sholat dhuha berjamaah, sholat dhuhur berjamaah. , dengan melaksanakan program tahfiz quran juz 30. , dan program muhadharah atau program peningkatan keterampilan siswa . Mulai dari kegiatan rutin yang didukung sarana dan prasarana, kerjasama sekolah dengan orang tua. Masalah dengan kegiatan rutin adalah keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya perhatian orang tua terhadap pengembangan karakter siswa, dan dampak dari lingkungan sekitar.

Abstract

In Indonesia, the field of education is very important to learn, the purpose of this paper is to discuss improving the competence of graduate students. In the world of education, students are the main raw material in the process of science. Learning can be used as a supporting component that relates to one another. These components include educational objectives, materials, learning methods, and evaluation. From these several components, the teacher should take steps to choose and determine the approach or learning model. Now there are so many types of learning strategies or methods that aim to improve the competence of graduates so that they become better. The method used in this study uses a qualitative method, is a method used to examine the condition of a natural object where the researcher acts as a key instrument. Data collection techniques using literature study and interview techniques. The purpose of this paper is to determine the implementation of student management in improving the competence of graduates at SDN Karawang Kulon II.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of curriculum development by analyzing two key models: Ralph Tyler’s and Hilda Taba’s. The Tyler model emphasizes a structured and systematic approach, beginning with the formulation of specific learning objectives as the foundation for curriculum design. This approach suits education systems oriented toward national standards or standardized testing, as it facilitates quantitative assessment of learning outcomes. However, its weakness lies in structural rigidity, which is less responsive to individual learner needs. In contrast, the Taba model adopts an inductive and participatory approach, where teachers and students actively collaborate in designing learning materials. This model is ideal for project-based or thematic curricula, such as inquiry-based learning or STEM education, as it fosters adaptation to students’ interests and local contexts. This study employs a literature review method, analyzing academic sources related to both models. The findings suggest that model selection should consider the institutional characteristics of educational organizations. For example, schools with limited resources may find the Tyler model more efficient, while those focused on 21st-century skills development might adopt the Taba model. The study also identifies a growing trend of combining both models, such as using Tyler’s framework of learning objectives developed through Taba’s collaborative process, to balance structure and flexibility. In conclusion, no single model is universal; the success of a curriculum depends on aligning the approach with learners’ needs and institutional capacity.

Abstract

Early childhood education plays a strategic role in shaping the foundation of character and Islamic morals from an early age, especially amid the challenges of moral degradation and the tendency for learning to be solely cognitive-oriented. Therefore, a character education model that emphasizes the contextual and continuous habituation of spiritual values is needed. This study aims to identify and analyze models of internalizing akhlaq al-karimah values through the habit formation of Islamic manners in early childhood. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation techniques. The data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, and interactive conclusion drawing techniques. The results showed that the process of internalizing values was carried out through the habit formation of daily activities integrated with teacher role modeling, value reflection, and a religious and conducive learning environment. This pattern of habit formation is effective in fostering discipline, politeness, empathy, and responsibility in children. The resulting conceptual model consists of three main components, namely input in the form of the values of faith, honesty, responsibility, empathy, and cleanliness; process in the form of habit formation of Islamic manners through role modeling and value reflection; and output in the form of the formation of children's character with Islamic morals. This study confirms that systematic habituation of Islamic manners based on spiritual values is an effective strategy in Islamic character education for early childhood.
