Abstract

Pada era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini, sistem informasi bukan hal yang asing lagi. Sistem informasi yang ada saat ini telah mendukung seluruh kegiatan organisasi maupun perusahaan di dalam pengolahan data untuk menghasilkan informasi. Walaupun sistem informasi telah memberikan banyak manfaat, namun sistem tersebut belum dapat menampilkan indikator terhadap kemungkinan–kemungkinan kesalahan yang dapat terjadi pada sistem di dalam pengolahan data, sehingga mutu informasi masih dirasa rendah. Masalahnya adalah bagaimana sistem dapat mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan yang dapat menimbulkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang tidak diinginkan oleh manajemen. Untuk mengatasinya dibutuhkan suatu metodologi yang disebut DSM (Database Self Monitoring). DSM didefinisikan sebagai dashboard yang menampilkan indikator untuk mengantisipasi segala kemungkinan anomaly dengan menggunakan teknik pengendalian mandiri dalam upaya peningkatan mutu dari sebuah sistem informasi. Dalam artikel ini, diidentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam hal peningkatan mutu sebuah sistem informasi, didefinisikan 3 ciri khas dengan menggunakan metode Database Self Monitoring sebagai langkah pemecahan masalah, dan 6 manfaat dari penerapan konsep baru tersebut. Selain itu, ditampilkan listing program yang ditulis menggunakan script ASP. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan metodologi DSM ini dapat menjadi sebuah evaluasi terkini dalam meningkatkan mutu informasi, dan mendukung seluruh kegiatan organisasi maupun perusahaan dengan lebih stabil, terkontrol dan termonitor lebih baik.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi semakin pesat apalagi setelah ditemukannya komunikasi nirkabel (wireless), begitu juga kebutuhan industri terhadap SDM (Sumber Daya Manusia) yang menguasai teknologi CCIT (Creative Communication and Innovative Technology) semakin meningkat. Teknologi CCIT merupakan teknologi berbasis komunikasi wireless serta pengembangan secara kreatif teknologi informasi. Berdasarkan searching internet terdapat 380.000.000 hasil penelusuran tentang ICT (Information Communication Technology), ICT merupakan dasar pembentukan CCIT. Melihat begitu besarnya perhatian dunia akan CCIT dan belum adanya suatu kurikulum yang khusus mempelajari teknologi CCIT, maka dipandang sangat perlu untuk mendesain sistem pembelajaran yang dapat menjawab tantangan kebutuhan dunia akan lulusan yang kompeten dalam teknologi CCIT. Serta perangkat-perangkat apakah yang diperlukan untuk mendukung pembelajaran dibidang teknologi CCIT tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu melakukan survey terhadap stakeholder, dalam hal ini mahasiswa dan masyarakat pengguna baik industri, swasta maupun pemerintah mengenai kurikulum Sistem Komputer yang sedang berjalan dan kurikulum usulan. Di samping itu dilakukan studi pustaka dengan melihat hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang terkait pengembangan kurikulum Jurusan Sistem Komputer. Hasil dari desain sistem pembelajaran pada Jurusan Sistem Komputer dengan konsentrasi CCIT adalah satu jilid kurikulum yang dapat memahami teknologi CCIT beserta peralatan-peralatan penunjang pembelajaran CCIT dan kurikulum CCIT merupakan kurikulum yang diminati oleh stakeholder.

Abstract

Science advancement of information technology is rapidly increasing to support technology development in education today it is as seen from technology trends of internet has evolved. The first time website only adopted information needs first step. Internet development may made web to web interaction. This interaction can share information, document, picture, video format, this bring the impact of social increased in cyberspace and then followed by world of learning but current condition of internet uses is as a self learning method, it’s not applied optimally in learning. The worst internet system only focused on the process of sending e-mail message from educators for students, not offering on independent approach and interactive learning experience. By using iLearning enable the learning process in an interactive self learning is applied in the realization and not separate from daily life. This article will explain to learn electronic learning distribution e-learning for iLearning, identify problem, encountered especially in education with an internet technology,iLearning architecture, iLearning design, weakness and excess iLearning, iLearning implementation in learning and interaction in daily activity in 4B ( learn, pray, work, play) in world of education system iLearning is adopted from e-learning education, that cannot be separated from learning activity at daily life and iLearning contribution really help independently learn need, which all knowledgement is in our hand. iLearning contained in this article may create a self-learning interactive in everyday life. iLearning organize all learners activities continually by learning, playing, working, and praying. iLearning development can create a good integrity to the system of modern learning in the future. Abstract

The accuracy and reliability is the quality of the information. The more accurate and reliable, the more information it’s good quality. Similarly, a survey, the better the survey, the more accurate the information provided. Implementation of student satisfaction measurement to the process of teaching and learning activities on the quality of the implementation of important lectures in order to get feedback on the assessed variables and for future repair. Likewise in Higher Education Prog has undertaken the process of measuring student satisfaction through a distributed questioner finally disemester each class lecture. However, the deployment process questioner is identified there are 7 (seven) problems. However, the problem can be resolved by the 3 (three) ways of solving problems one of which is a system of iLearning Survey (Isur), that is by providing an online survey to students that can be accessed anywhere and anytime. In the implementation shown a prototype of Isur itself. It can be concluded that the contribution Isur system can maximize the decision taken by the Higher Education Prog. By using this Isur system with questions and evaluation forms are submitted and given to the students and the other colleges. To assess the extent to which the campus has grown and how faculty performance in teaching students class, and can be used as a media Isur valid information for an assessment of activities throughout college.

Abstract

To determine the quality of a student after going through the learnig process is to test the application on an ongoing basis in order to fix the quality of education. In the world of education universities that have implemented such Raharja learning methods iLearning. But the concept of exams are generally still using paper based which is not in accordanca with the current technological advances. Altenative handling this problem is to implement a campus based learning system of cumputer based iOU. With iOU based computer based students can work on the problems on a computer random exam questions, which also makes the students can work on the problems at the same time but each working on different. In this work there is also a matter of iOU starting adn ending time limit such questions. In the paper, identified al least 5 problems faced regarding the concept paper based exam, the definition of iOU based computer based., and the benefit of this concept iOU exam. The final result of this study can be used to provide improved quality of examinations in universities Raharja to always provide convenience in doing the exam students and faculty in the terms og giving value to students.

Abstract

Reports of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI is one of the requirements that must be traveled by students to complete the final level of research that has been done. Preparation of reports are currently running manually using paper media . There were identified 5 ( five) subject matter that is formulated to find out the answer. There are also 3 ( three ) benefits , and there are 6 (six) advantages and 1 (one ) shortcomings of the proposed new system. Widuri is a medium for learning, especially Pribadi Raharja in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. In order to enrich the insights and knowledge, sharing knowledge with others , improve and develop creativity in writing the article. To identify existing problems such as reports on library storage inefficient and writing reports that still use manual design methods ekplotatory author. The author also makes the UML and Literature review on Wiki as a research method. This study aims to allow students to use as a storage facility Widuri report of KKP / TA / SKRIPSI and make references that can be accessed online . By applying widuri as storag Report KPP / TA / SKRIPSI may facilitate students in making a report and look for references. It can be concluded that the WIduri is able to overcome the problems that occur in the collection of the report KKP / TA / SKRIPSI in Perguruan Tinggi Raharja.

Abstract

Advances in information technology and communications which we achieve now actually been recognized and felt in the world of education in general. Currently College Prog implement a Tridharma terms Tridharma iDuHelp!. Tridharma is one of the basic responsibilities that students must be developed simultaneously and together. In this Tridharma still there are problems in the system iDuHelp! service. So IRAN (iLearning Prog Ask and News) in collaboration with iDuHelp! in providing answers and information needed by the student. In its application in Tridharma iDuHelp! IRAN There is a related method in it, such as iLearning methods that are currently being developed. With iLearning method can facilitate conduct research in detail, accurately, and clearly by using mindmapping. Besides the method of analysis is also done with three stages namely the identification of the problem, identifying needs, and identifying system requirements. In this study using 4 literature reviews that can be used as references in preparing this paper. In this article explained about the problems that arise and solving problems in accurately using the flow Flowchart. In the implementation of the prototype shown iDuHelp! As well as the performance of Iran. So the end result of the study is a system performance to information and communication media of Iran can maximize iDuHelp! care system It is widely integrated in a university.

The development of information technology , especially in the era of globalization software much influence on human life and the world of education. And supported by increased public participation in information technology to education in particular. Higher Education is a leading university that has had the best level of recognition from the National Accreditation Board makes a lot of enthusiasts who signed up. College Marketing Division has Integram system that supports data management Prospective New Students and can only be accessed on campus. Therefore we need a system that can be used online. To support this necessary or membership management student called INT +. There are four problems in the system that is running INTEGRAM system . There are three objectives in this study. Researchers using the prototype as a research method . Data collection techniques used were observation to stakeholders in the marketing division . This study is limited to the process of getting the data presentation area in the form of name , email and telephone number Prospective New Student . GO + is the latest version of GO that are connected to the Internet can be accessed anywhere. In the implementation shown prototype GO+ with INT+ , so it can be concluded that GO + with INT+ to maximize the performance of Personil Marketing .

Abstract

Education is an important factor in human life. According to Ki Hajar Dewantara, education is a civilizing process that a business gives high values ??to the new generation in a society that is not only maintenance but also with a view to promote and develop the culture of the nobility toward human life. Education is a human investment that can be used now and in the future. One other important factor in supporting human life in addition to education, which is technology. In this globalization era, technology has touched every joint of human life. The combination of these two factors will be a new innovation in the world of education. The innovation has been implemented by Raharja College, namely the use of the method iLearning (Integrated Learning) in the learning process. Where such learning has been online based. ILearning method consists of TPI (Ten Pillars of IT iLearning). Rinfo is one of the ten pillars, where it became an official email used by the whole community’s in Raharja College to communicate with each other. Rinfo is Gmail, which is adapted from the Google platform with typical raharja.info as its domain. This Rinfo is a medium of communication, as well as a tool to support the learning process in Raharja College. Because in addition to integrated with TPi, this Rinfo was connected also support with other learning tools, such as Docs, Drive, Sites, and other supporting tools.

Abstract

Dalam perkembangan teknologi informasi khususnya pada manajemen modern saat ini semakin banyak organisasi-organisasi yang mengalihkan perhatiannya kepada pengguna dan kemudian mengorientasikan kinerjanya pada mutu pelayanan, hal ini dikarenakan sistem pelayanan merupakan hal yang paling penting serta dapat menjadi tolak ukur dan menilai sejauh mana kualitas dari sistem yang telah diterapkan. Seiring dengan berjalannya sistem, keoptimalan dari sistem yang diinginkan terkadang sulit dicapai. Bahkan tindakan-tindakan yang diperlukan untuk mencapai keoptimalan sistem tersebut sulit dijalankan dan ditindaklanjuti, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya informasi mengenai kekurangan-kekurangan dari sistem yang sedang dijalankan. Untuk itu berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukannya analisa sejauh mana keoptimalan sebuah sistem pelayanan yang telah diterapkan, karena dengan adanya analisa lebih lanjut maka kekurangan dari sistem yang sedang berjalan dapat diketahui sehingga dapat dilakukan tindak lajut terhadap kekurangan sistem tersebut supaya sistem yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih optimal dan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan user. Terdapat beberapa teori yang digunakan dalam melakukan kajian terhadap adopsi teknologi informasi oleh pengguna akhir (end user) diantaranya adalah Theory of Reason Action, Theory of Planned Behaviour, Task-Technology Fit Theory, dan Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). Namun dalam hal ini Technology Acceptance Model lebih banyak digunakan. Metode ini membuat model tentang bagaimana pengguna mau menerima dan menggunakan teknologi. Penerapan model TAM kedalam analisa Student Information Services ditujukan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kualitas pelayanan serta keoptimalan dari Student Information Services tersebut. Dengan melakukan analisa lebih lanjut maka kekurangan dari sistem tersebut dapat diketahui dan dilakukan penyempurnaan terhadap sistem.
