Liabilities to document an event in the world of education is the provision that created in order to improve the quality and the quality of education in Indonesia. As well as reference material that can be used as an ingredient to evaluate a wide range of events that have been implemented. So, to support this Perguruan Tinggi Raharja which is one institution that engages in computer science is always innovative and creative in order to solve these problems, by applying an iLearning learning system, based on 4B (Belajar, Bekerja, Bermain, and Berdoa) by using a new technology device, iPad. In iLearning, learning system of teaching and learning process requires the applications contained in the iPad. Based on the results of surveys and studies have been performed, have not all applications support are included in the iPad, especially applications that can support the process of making and publication about events that are held, so it created one of the supporting applications as one of the iEvent Information applications that support system, especially in terms of learning iLearning publicize campus events that have been held or to be carried out.

Terwujudnya sistem Pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa untuk memberdayakan semua lapisan masyarakat berkembang menjadi manusia yang berkualitas sehingga mampu dan proaktif menjawab tantangan zaman yang selalu berubah. Sejalan dengan Visi Pendidikan Nasional tersebut, Pemerintah rupanya telah makin menyadari bahwa untuk mewujudkan visi tersebut, satu hal yang mesti diwujudkan adalah masyarakat berbasis pengetahuan (knowledge based society). Untuk mewujudkannya, pemanfaatan iptek sebagai penggerak utama (prime mover) terus diupayakan melalui penelitian-penelitian yang di lakukan serta memfasilitasi sebagai penampung hasil penelitian tersebut. Perguruan tinggi Raharja yang merupakan Salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bergerak di bidang ilmu computer telah menerapkan system dengan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi menjadi sebuah system atau wadah penampung semua hasil-hasil riset dan penelitian-penelitian. Namun, Saat ini Sistem penampungan hasil-hasil riset yang ada masih bersifat manual, belum menggunakan database terstruktur dan perlu melibatkan personil terkait untuk mengendalikan alur sistem serta penggunaan banyak kertas untuk berkas data dukungnya, Sehingga system tersebut tentunya tidak berjalan secara maksimal. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka perlu adanya sebuah Online Jurnal Sistem yang dapat di jalankan secara langsung (self service), dapat pula berkomunikasi via-email (intranet),penggunaan sedikit kertas (paper less), serta sudah menggunakan database yang baik karena dapat memberikan dampak yang cukup signifikan terhadap kelangsungan 4 (empat) pilar IT E-learning hasil dari penelitian di lingkungan Perguruan Tinggi Raharja. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan konsep Online Jurnal Sistem ini dapat menjadi sebuah solusi terkini dalam memacu peningkatan kualitas masyarakat ilmiah dan kemajuan di bidang Ilmu Komputer dan Informasi Teknologi (IT).

Teaching and learning process in education is a core activity. This process is the interaction that occurs between faculty and students as well as influenced by existing activities. The use of integrated information systems to process the job sector in the organization has become an absolute necessity. However, such systems generally do not provide a container to encapsulate all the information to help evaluate student performance. In addition the number of scattered data in a database system resulted in a massive copy process at any time require the data. Thus, the existence of this reality by using Wikis iLearning data can be displayed in a container that allows a work history of development and there is one report display tasks can be neatly arranged to facilitate the search. Monitoring evaluation of student performance will be more focused to achieve a successful student project. This paper attempts to describe the problems faced in an information system, especially in the documentation of student performance evaluation, explanation iLearning Wikis, architecture, program listings, as well as diagrams. In the prototype implementation is shown a graph of the data development and documentation of student work. Wikis iLearning is a website joblist documentation that provides reports and data storage facilities provide user profile information. Implementation of Wikis can be used to provide solutions to the problems in teaching and learning in particular database storage

SQL Server Reporting Services is a way to analyze data, create reports using the indicators and gauges. Indicators are minimal gauges that convey the state of a single data value at a glance, and most are used to represent the state of Key Performance Indicators. Manage and harmonize the performance of an institution's educational institutions, especially universities with the performance of individuals or resources, no doubt is one of the essential elements for the success of an entity of the institution. Integrate the performance of an educational institution with individual performance is not an easy process, and therefore required a systematic approach to manage it. Implementation of a strategic management system based Balanced Scorecard can be used as a performance measurement system that will continuously monitor the successful implementation of the strategy of any public educational institution and measure the performance of its resources in a comprehensive and balanced, not the quantity but the emphasis is more concerned with the quality, so the performance of educational institutions at any time can be known clearly. Contribution of Key Performance Indicators to manage and harmonize the performance of any public institution is a solution in providing information to realize the extent of work that has set targets, identify and monitor measures of success, of course, with performance indicators show a clear, specific and measurable.

Sistem informasi pada organisasi sebagian besar digunakan untuk membantu pelaksanaan business process enterprise. Sistem tersebut pada umumnya belum dapat menyediakan informasi strategis dan membantu manajemen dalam melakukan evaluasi kinerja enterprise. Hal ini terjadi karena sistem informasi sebagian besar dibangun menggunakan konsep database OLTP (online transaction processing) dan bersifat ad hoc. Permasalahan ini terjadi pula pada sistem informasi di sebagian besar Perguruan Tinggi di Kota Tangerang sebagai sampel penelitian. Alternatif pemecahan masalah tersebut adalah membangun sistem informasi yang menerapkan konsep dan cara kerja data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat dijasikan sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise. Metodologi pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode system developmnet life cycle (SDLC). Metode SDLC terdiri dari tahapan: system study, analysis design, system development, dan implementation. Melalui pendekatan ini diciptakan sebuah sistem informasi dengan konsep data warehouse dan data mining yang dapat menghasilkan informasi yang bersifat strategis, sesuai kebutuhan, dan sebagai tools melaksanakan pengukuran kinerja enterprise. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah sebuah sistem data warehouse dan data mining sebagai tools pengukur kinerja enterprise pada Perguruan Tinggi Raharja sebagai prototipe penerapannya.

Era of globalization is happening now require human resources to complete, on the other side of Indonesia's human resources do not meet the above criteria. Even qualitatively, the fact shows that Indonesia's human resources is quite low and tends to decrease. Low indicators of human resources of Indonesia can be seen in student achievement. The problem is still quite low level of education of Indonesia's human resources is a challenge for the state of education in Indonesia. Indonesia needs to improve the quality of education for human resource produced as expected, decreased detection performance learn should start from the educator as the spearhead of educational success .. This method can optimize the potential of intellectual, social and emotional development of students. This is one thing why the medium of learning is necessary in the learning process. Medium of learning is one component of learning that has an important role in the learning process. Use of media should be a part that should receive the attention of teachers as facilitators of learning in every activity. Because of its individual thateducators need to learn how to establish a medium of learning in order to effectively achieve the goal of learning in the learning process. Advantages of a technology requires the media to support the process of understanding. Methods that can be used to store or receive data remotely by usinga tool called RFID tags or transponders. One methodthat can be used by officers of the library is still in a process of semi-computer to the process of borrowingbooks in the library. Though the process already usethe technology is there, but officers still commit twicethe work. The constraints of the process due to still use big book for data pribadi will borrow books raharja, who later data will be transferred to a computer by using micsrosoft excel. To overcome the various problems as described above, can be done by usingadditional technology to support the activities of the loaning library using RFID. Then needed a quick and efficient process to resolve problems that occur above.The current process of borrowing and pemindahan data are still semi-computer.

Information service system currently has penetrated into the various elements one of which is college. Information service system has grown significantly with the increasing needs of customers for information. Of these needs we are required to always move forward and follow the development of information technology. However, the information service system ROOSTER there are some shortcomings that must be corrected to be the subject of research. Among the problems that there is a level of satisfaction of service performance Rooster. ROOSTER ("Role Online Ticketing System Raharja") is an information service by using the "online ticket" that the system is provided as a further container to accommodate question obtained operators iDuHelp!. This research data derived from questionnaires online (iSur) to the 20 respondents who had made at Rooster ticket. From the questionnaire online (iSur) concluded that the service Rooster effect on customer satisfaction. While customer satisfaction and trust are factors that affect the customer's intention to re-use the Rooster. The findings of this study indicate that overall customer satisfaction has a strong influence to re-use the Rooster.

Tujuan diterapkannya sistem informasi berbasis web yaitu untuk mempermudah pengguna dalam mengakses informasi dimanapun dan kapanpun. Namun saat ini kebutuhan pengguna terhadap informasi sangat beragam, sehingga diperlukan struktur dan cara kerja yang beraneka pula guna memenuhi permintaan-permintaan tersebut. Khususnya bagi informasi yang sifatnya Write Once Read Thousands (WORT), serta membutuhkan sistem informasi yang dapat enyediakan data secepat mungkin sesuai dengan standar TWT (Tolerable Wait Time), diperlukan sebuah metode menggunakan buffer display berlapis yang disebut juga metode Data Mart Quey (DMQ) Base Level. Sistem informasi tidak perlu dibebani untuk selalu melakukan update terhadap data buffer, karena metode ini hanya cocok dikembangkan bagi data yang sifatnya relatif semi permanen. Dalam artikel ini, diidentifikasikan masalah yang dihadapi dalam suatu sistem terdistribusi khususnya masalah dalam menampilkan informasi yang bersifat WORT, definisi, arsitektur database, ciri khas, algoritma serta manfaat dari metode DMQ Base Level. Pada implementasinya, ditampilkan listing program yang ditulis menggunakan script ASP. Kontribusi metode DMQ Base Level dalam Distributed Database merupakan suatu solusi yang sangat membantu kebutuhan pengguna, khususnya dalam hal peningkatan kecepatan display data yang sebelumnya sangat lambat dan dalam prosesnya tetap memperhitungkan standar TWT (Tolerable Wait Time).

Information Technology (IT) has been able to made improve the effectiveness, efficiency, competitiveness, and support the managerial activities of the organization. Here are discussed about the implementation of Viewboard application for an educational institution as a module assistant of leadership in making strategic decisions. Viewboard applications developed based on existing databases on other systems as a data warehouse. In the implementation, the Viewboard applications built using the PHP programming language for the front-office interface with the concept of Artificial Informatics as a result of the processed grain database query. The Viewboard application has been tested for statistical measure of student overview on Higher Education Academic Raharja as a development and research Viewboard done. The final results show that the test can pull Viewboard processed data from an existing repository database and display the information is critical to the presentation of the characteristics of Artificial Informatics.
