Abstract

Firm value reflects market perceptions of a company’s performance and long-term sustainability. However, empirical evidence regarding the influence of financial management and investment decisions on firm value remains inconsistent, indicating that the underlying internal mechanisms are not fully understood. This study aims to examine the effects of financial management and investment decisions on firm value, incorporating profitability as a mediating variable for companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A quantitative approach with a causal research design was employed, utilizing secondary data from annual financial statements covering the 2019–2023 period. Financial management and investment decisions were measured using financial structure and asset growth indicators, while profitability and firm value were assessed using profit performance ratios and market-based ratios. Data analysis was conducted through multiple linear regression, with mediation tested using the Sobel test. The results reveal that financial management and investment decisions do not consistently exert a direct effect on firm value but significantly influence it through enhanced profitability. These findings underscore the critical role of profitability as a mediating mechanism in value creation and provide practical implications for managers in formulating financial and investment policies that enhance profitability and long-term firm value.

Abstract

Higher education institutions determine Educational Service Quality through the combination of staff responsiveness and classroom management and administrative efficiency. The researchers conducted their study through a quantitative method which used a survey to collect data from 150 active students who completed a questionnaire that was distributed through purposive sampling. The researchers employed multiple linear regression analysis to investigate how different variables interact through their separate and combined effects. The study results show that staff responsiveness and classroom management together with administrative efficiency create a substantial impact on Educational Service Quality. The three independent variables showed a positive impact which reached statistical significance for educational service quality. The research findings demonstrate that higher education service quality improves when staff members become more responsive and classroom management practices become better and administrative systems operate more efficiently. The study contributes to educational management research through its theoretical findings while providing higher educational leaders with practical methods to enhance service quality. The study results will help educational institutions establish their service quality standards because they define reference points for their educational service improvement strategies.

Abstract

The research study investigates the impact of three factors which are Website Usability Social Media Engagement and Omnichannel Integration on Digital Customer Experience in online retail websites. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 200 active online retail consumers selected using a purposive sampling technique. The research required respondents to meet three requirements which included making two online purchases within the previous six months and using social media platforms and accessing multiple digital channels from different companies. The research team used multiple linear regression analysis to process the collected data. The data underwent testing before the analysis process through validity testing and reliability testing and classical assumption testing which included assessments of normal distribution and testing for heteroscedasticity and multicollinearity. The study proved that Website Usability together with Social Media Engagement and Omnichannel Integration created a positive relationship which reached a statistically significant impact on Digital Customer Experience. The results demonstrate that three factors which include website usability and social media customer engagement and cross-channel service integration show a strong impact on digital customer experience in online retail stores.

Abstract

The proposed research aims to explore the effects of Digital Literacy, Interactive Learning Content, and Technology Accessibility on Student Digital Engagement in tertiary level education. For this study, a quantitative approach using a survey was employed to gather data. Questionnaires were handed out to 200 currently enrolled students in both public and private universities who were chosen through purposive sampling. Respondents were expected to be students that digitally learn or have experience of hybrid classes and are regularly using online learning platforms. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The study found that Digital Literacy, Interactive Learning Content, and Technology Accessibility, both individually and collectively, are significantly and positively related to Student Digital Engagement. The results, therefore, reveal the ways to improve students’ digital involvement, including improving students’ digital skills, designing interesting learning materials, and providing better access to educational technologies. One of the main ways this effort has been beneficial, according to the paper, is by shedding light on how inclusive and successful digital higher education is actually constructed and why it matters.
