Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the impact of using IT-based learning media in the learning process. The advancements in Information Technology have brought many positive impacts on the progress of education nowadays, both in hardware and software. With the developments in learning, many educational institutions are now considering the implementation of the distance learning concept as an alternative, deemed more effective and efficient. On the other hand, religious education, especially Islam, aims to shape the attitudes and personalities of Muslims who are devout to Allah SWT, with approaches involving faith, rationality, emotion, habituation, experience, and personal examples. These approaches are considered less effective for distance learning. This is because direct, effective, and continuous face-to-face interactions are needed for the above-mentioned learning approaches. Nevertheless, e-learning remains essential for Islamic religious education in the cognitive dimension.

Abstract

This research is a systematic literature review aimed at evaluating the implementation of Government Accounting Standards (GAS) and their impact on regional financial accountability. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, various previous studies are analyzed to identify patterns, challenges, and the contributions of GAS in improving transparency and responsibility in public financial management at the regional government level. The study finds that the implementation of GAS generally leads to improvements in the presentation of regional financial statements, particularly in terms of comparability, relevance, and reliability of information. However, the review also reveals several obstacles, stemming from technical aspects, human resources, and suboptimal institutional commitment. In addition, consistent implementation of GAS has been shown to correlate with enhanced internal and external oversight, which in turn supports the achievement of better accountability. This study emphasizes the importance of alignment between regulations, training, and technological utilization in strengthening the role of GAS. By summarizing key findings from various studies, this review provides valuable insights for policymakers and other stakeholders in improving public sector accounting practices in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Hubungan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila dengan Pendidikan Karakter Siswa Di UPT SMA Negeri 7 Sinjai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif, populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 455 orang. Pengambilan besaran sampel ditentukan melalui rumus Slovin , menggunakan Teknik random Sampling  dan diperoleh sebanyak 82 orang sampel. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan dokumentasi. Uji validitas menggunakan teknik Bivariate Pearson dan uji realibilitas menggunakan Cronbach Alpha . Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistik deskripstif dan analisis statistik inferensial melalui aplikasi IBM SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Hasil uji korelasi pearson menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang kuat antara projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila dengan penguatan karakter siswa, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,760. Nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) mengidentifikasi bahwa hubungan ini signifikan secara statistik. Dengan demikian, dapat di simpulkan bahwa semakin baik pelaksanaan projek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila , semakin baik pula penguatan karakter siswa.

Abstract

Program Dana Desa di Indonesia menghadirkan sebuah paradoks fundamental: dirancang sebagai instrumen desentralisasi fiskal untuk mengakselerasi pembangunan, program ini justru menjadi arena yang rentan terhadap korupsi. Studi ini memetakan lanskap riset untuk menjelaskan paradoks tersebut melalui Systematic Literature Review (SLR) terhadap 55 artikel (2015–2024) dari basis data Google Scholar, SINTA, dan Scopus, dengan menerapkan protokol PRISMA. Temuan utama mengungkap dominasi riset kualitatif berskala lokal yang berfokus pada akuntabilitas prosedural. Sementara kapasitas administratif dan teknologi diakui sebagai determinan krusial, kelemahan sistemis secara konsisten teridentifikasi dalam fungsi pengawasan oleh Badan Permusyawaratan Desa (BPD) dan Inspektorat Daerah, yang terkendala oleh keterbatasan sumber daya, kompetensi, dan independensi. Sebagai kontribusi utamanya, tinjauan ini merumuskan agenda riset masa depan yang menganjurkan pergeseran paradigma dari studi deskriptif-lokal menuju riset kausal-komparatif berskala luas, pengujian kerangka teori yang lebih canggih (misalnya, teori keagenan dan institusional), dan fokus pada pengukuran dampak akuntabilitas terhadap hasil-hasil pembangunan yang nyata.

Abstract

The teaching profession in Indonesia is highly esteemed, yet it faces challenges in attracting widespread interest. Students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP) at Tadulako University, particularly those in the English Education program, are projected to become future educators. However, not all of them share an equal level of interest in the profession. Several factors, such as external influences and perceptions regarding the prestige of the profession, significantly affect their career choices. This study aims to analyze the interest of English Education students in the teaching profession after completing the Educational Profession course. Understanding their level of interest in detail and exploring the role of teachers in the modern era is crucial. This study employed a descriptive quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey design. The research subjects were seventh-semester students of the English Education program who had completed the Educational Profession course during the 2023/2024 academic year, totaling 161 individuals. At least 50% of this population was randomly selected to participate as the study sample. The research instrument was a closed-ended questionnaire using a 4-point Likert scale: strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree—to measure students' interest in the teaching profession. The responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics to determine the percentage for each item and describe the general interest of English Education students in becoming teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis model komunikasi pimpinan organisasi Himikom dalam merangkul pemikiran setiap anggotanya, kondisi objektif motivasi kepada anggota, serta apa saja faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat pada model komunikasi pimpinan dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi organisasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah naturalistik dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Ketua Himikom dan Anggotanya di Kampus Universitas Dharmawangsa Fakultas Sospol Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah Model komunikasi Ketua dan Anggota dalam mewujudkan visi dan misi Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi. Hasil analisis dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, model komunikasi Ketua Organisasi Himpunan Mahasiswa Ilmu Komunikasi dalam menjalankan roda organiasi yaitu: model komunikasi Linear yaitu model komunikasi searah yaitu komunikasi yang hanya dari satu pihak saja, sedangkan ke pihak yang lain hanya penerima. Model ini pada hakikatnya adalah model komunikasi searah, berdasarkan anggapan bahwa pimpnan organisasi memiliki pengaruh langsung, segera, dan sangat menetukan terhadap jalannya organisasi. Model komunikasi tersebut telah menemui beberapa hambatan seperti: kurangnya respon anggota akan kebijakan yang di buat pimpinan, kurangnya tanggungjawab setiap anggota dalam setiap kegiatan organisasi, kurangnya minat anggota untuk selalu aktif di organisasi, dan akan terhambatnya segala program kerja yang telah di rancang karena tertutup dengan saran dan kritik dari anggota.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hambatan belajar IPA secara online di era pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian dilakukan di SMPN 05 Seluma dengan menggunakan penelitian deskritif. Instrumen penelitian berupa observasi,wawancara, angket, dokumentasi. Responden penelitian berjumlah 100 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  1) berdasarkan observasi semua siswa melakukan pembelajaran dirumah, 2) wawancara semua siswa menggunakan whatsApp, 3) berdasarkan hasil analisis ditemukan  terdapat 7 hambatan  dalam  belajaran IPA online pada masa pandemi covid-19 di SMPN 05 Seluma yaitu jaringan internet kurang memadai sebanyak 60%,  tidak memiliki komputer/laptop sebanyak 80%, hambatan jaringan listrik kurang memadai sebanyak 80% ,  tidak memiliki HP sebanyak 21%,  kesulitan memahami pelajaran sebanyak 39%, hambatan sangat rendah  terdapat tidak dapat bertanya langsung kepada guru sebanyak 20%, hambatan bosan sebanyak 14%.  4) Hasil belajar siswa dengan cara belajar online adalah tergolong nilai cukup, dengan rata-rata sebesar 76,5 dengan standar deviasi sebesar 21,7. Kata kunci: Hambatan, Pembelajaran Online SMPN 05 Seluma ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to find out the barriers to learning science online in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted at SMPN 05 Seluma using descriptive research. Research instruments in the form of observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation. Research respondents totaled 100 students. The results showed 1) based on observations of all students doing home learning, 2) interviewing all students using whatsApp, 3) based on the results of the analysis it was found that there were 7 obstacles in online science learning during the covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 05 Seluma, namely the internet network was inadequate as much as 60%, do not have a computer / laptop as much as 80%, inadequate electricity network barriers as much as 80%, do not have a cellphone as much as 21%, have difficulty understanding lessons as much as 39%, very low barriers there are 20% unable to ask the teacher directly, obstacles bored as much as 14%. 4) Student learning outcomes using online learning are classified as sufficient, with an average of 76.5 with a standard deviation of 21.7.     Keywords: Obstacle, Online Learning SMPN 05 Seluma

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of static fluid pressure learning with Predict, Observe, Explain (POE)-oriented student worksheets on the eighth-grade students' science process skills. This research employed a non-equivalent control group design. A total of 166 students from five classes in class VIII at State Junior High School 03 in Bengkulu City represented the research population. Students in class VIII-1 (control group) and class VIII-2 (experimental group), for a total of 58 students, were selected as subjects using non-probability sampling and the convenience sampling method. By applying non-parametric inferential statistics, particularly the Mann-Whitney U test, the hypothesis was examined. The results confirm that the use of POE-oriented worksheets in learning the concept of pressure in static fluids has a statistically positive effect at the significance level (0.05) with a p-value (0.003) on science process skills, and the effect size (r=0.39) is in the medium category. The availability of worksheets that rely on scaffolding strategies such as POE may enable students in secondary schools to construct their own knowledge during the learning process.The provision of worksheets that employ scaffolding techniques, such as the Predict-Observe-Explain (POE) approach, has the potential to facilitate the development of students' knowledge construction and science process abilities in secondary school settings.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Pembelajaran Talking Stick untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SDN 40 Paddangeng Kabupaten Soppeng. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas III SDN 40 Paddangeng yang berjumlah 14 orang dan wali kelas III. Teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu, reduksi data, paparan data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa presentase aktivitas guru pada siklus I mencapai 66,7% (Cukup), sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 85,71% (baik). Presentase aktivitas siswa pada siklus I mencapai 62% (Cukup) ,sedangkan pada siklus II mencapai 85,71% (Baik). Hasil tes kemampuan berbicara siswa pada siklus I terdapat 6 dari 14 siswa yang tuntas dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar 64,2 %, sedangkan pada siklus II terdapat 11 dari 14 siswa yang tuntas dengan presentase ketuntasan belajar 78,57%. Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa kelas III SDN 40 Paddangeng, Kabupaten Soppeng."
