Abstract

Penerapan zakat profesi sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak ada permasalahan yang diangkat sebagai indikator atau rumusan masalah dalam hal ini tentang 1) Bagaimana penerapan zakat profesi sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak di kantor kementerian agama kabupaten polewali mandar. 2) Apa kendala penerapan zakat profesi sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak di kantor kementerian agama kabupaten polewali mandar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjawab pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan zakat profesi dan apa kendala zakat profesi sebagai pengurang Penghasilan Kena Pajak di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kabupaten Polewali Mandar.Penelitian lapangan (Field Research) digunakan untuk melakaukan   pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Yang dilakukan atau perolehan informasinya berasal dari pihak BIMAS (Bimbingan Islam) di kantor Kementerian Agama (Kemenag) Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode seperti wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi. Kemudian mengumpulkan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, serta verifikasi data hal ini disebut juga dengan teknik analisis data. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan variabel penelitian yaitu penerapan zakat profesi sebagai pengurang penghasilan kena pajak di kantor kementerian agama kabupaten polewali mandar telah memenuhi kriteria atau telah diterapkan akan tetapi tidak terorganisir atau tidak berjalan secara teknis serta zakat yang memiliki regulasi di dalamnya masih terlihat kurang signifikan dalam kerangka yang dapat mengikat aspek hukum yang dirasakan oleh perseorangan yang wajib pajak. Yang menjadi kendala terhambatnya pengumpulan zakat profesi adalah kurangnya sosialisasi UPZ dan BAZNAS sehingga muzakki masih kurang memahami dan lebih memilih masjid atau mushala dilingkungannya masing-masing untuk membayar zakat sehingga penyaluran zakat tidak berjalan secara efektif.

Abstract

Thematic reading-based approach for religious moderation values in ELT is one of the significant strategies in internalizing religious moderation values to prevent radicalism in higher education. This study aimed to investigate the student's understanding of religious moderation andanswer the research questions related to the strategy used and the teaching method used by the teacher based on the student's voice. This study used qualitative approaches in gaining the data. The respondents are students from the second semester of the English and Literature department of Adab dan Humanities Faculty, UIN Alauddin Makassar. This research revealed the student’s knowledge and understanding of religious moderation, from 4 indicators of religious moderation namely: tolerance, national commitment, accommodating culture, and against violence, a few students are identified be intoleran to certain cases. In addition, the findings show that tolerance is the most preferred section material for the using thematic reading-based approach and film is the most interesting learning media for them. Abstract

This study investigated the relationship between educators’ communication skills, emotional maturity, and non-discrimination attitudes and their influence on learner motivation in equivalency education programs at SPNF SKB Takalar, Indonesia. Equivalency education, designed to provide alternative pathways for individuals who did not complete formal schooling, requires sustained learner motivation to achieve its social and educational goals. The study aimed to identify the extent to which these three educator attributes contribute to learner engagement and persistence. A quantitative descriptive-correlational design was employed. The population included 115 learners enrolled in equivalency programs, with a random sample of 40 participants. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing communication skills, emotional maturity, non-discrimination attitudes, and learner motivation. Statistical analysis involved descriptive measures and Pearson product-moment correlations to examine associations among the variables. Findings revealed that all three attributes were rated as “fairly good” by learners and significantly correlated with learner motivation. Communication skills emerged as the strongest predictor, highlighting the importance of clarity, immediacy, and relational engagement. Emotional maturity demonstrated a strong link with motivation, emphasizing empathy, resilience, and regulation in shaping supportive classroom climates. Non-discrimination attitudes were also significant, underscoring the role of fairness and inclusivity in fostering learners’ confidence and persistence.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work commitment and compensation on job satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City.The population used in this research were 57 employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN of the Parepare City Land Agency using a saturated sampling technique, meaning using the entire population as the research sample. The descriptive analysis method uses a Likert scale as a measuring data was processed using SPSS software. The independent variables in this research are Work Commitment (X1), Compensation (X2). The dependent variable in this research is Job Satisfaction (Y). The results of this research show that the Work Commitment variable (X1) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Land Agency of Parepare City with the results obtained tcount 4.582 > ttable 1.673 with significance (0.000 < 0.05). The Compensation Variable (X2) has a partial and significant effect on Job Satisfaction of employees of the Ministry of ATR/BPN Parepare City Land Agency with the results obtained tcount 1.745 > ttable 1.673 which is significant (0.128 < 0.05). And for the work commitment variable, compensation has a simultaneous effect on the job satisfaction variable with the results obtained being Fcount (42,298) > Ftable (1.42).

Abstract

Laundry wastewater contains phosphates from detergents that can pollute the environment and cause eutrophication. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of eco enzyme as a biocatalyst in reducing phosphate levels in laundry wastewater through an anaerobic process. The eco enzyme was produced from the fermentation of fruit and vegetable peels with molasses and water, and was then applied in various concentrations. The method used in this research was a one-way factorial experimental design with a quantitative approach. Observations were conducted over 5 days, and the overall research was carried out for two months, from March 16 to May 27, 2025. Phosphate concentrations were measured using a HACH DR/2010 spectrophotometer. The results showed a decrease in phosphate levels across all concentration variations, with average reductions of 0.27 mg/L at 10% concentration, 0.25 mg/L at 20%, 0.30 mg/L at 30%, and 0.13 mg/L at 40%. The ANOVA test indicated a significant effect of eco enzyme application on phosphate reduction (p<0.05), while the LSD test revealed that the 40% concentration was the most effective dose. This study highlights the potential of organic waste materials as an environmentally friendly alternative to reduce organic waste generation and improve community environmental health. It is expected that eco enzyme can serve as a natural biocatalyst to reduce phosphate parameters in laundry wastewater treatment, making the effluent safe for discharge into the environment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Cafe Eat N Joy Kabupaten Mamuju. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni metode kuantitatif dengan data primer atau kuesioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini ialah seluruh konsumen pada Café Eat N Joy Kabupaten Mamuju, dengan jumlah populasi tidak diketahui atau tidak terbatas, penentuan sampel sesuai pendapat convinance sampling dengan jumlah sampel 50 sebagai responden. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai thitung 4,555>ttabel 2,012. Promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai signifikansi 0,003<0,05 dan nilai thitung 3,078>ttabel 2,012. Kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada Café Eat N Joy Kabupaten Mamuju dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000<0,05 dan nilai Fhitung 40,478>Ftabel 3,195.

Abstract

  ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar materi pencemaran lingkungan terintegrasi bencana banjir yang tervalidasi oleh para ahli. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian dan Pengembangan (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D yang terdiri dari define, design, develop dan disseminate namun hanya dilakukan sampai tahap develop. Bahan ajar bahan ajar diuji kelayakan oleh dua validasi ahli dan dua ahli praktisi (Guru) yang menilai pada aspek materi, aspek penyajian, aspek kebahasaan dan aspek media. Intrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar wawancara, lembar review document dan angket validasi. Hasil validasi ahli dan ahli praktisi terhadap bahan ajar materi pencemaran lingkungan terintegrasi bencana banjir yang telah dikembangkan termasuk dalam kategori layak karena telah memenuhi aspek kelayakan isi, aspek kelayakan penyajian dan aspek kelayakan bahasa yang lugas.   Kata  kunci—Bahan ajar, Bencana banjir, Pencemaran Lingkungan   ABSTRACT   This study aims to produce teaching materials on integrated environmental pollution materials for flood disasters validated by experts. This type of research is Research and Development (R&D) with a 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop and disseminate but is only carried out until the develop stage. Teaching materials for teaching materials are tested for feasibility by two validation experts and two expert practitioners (Teachers) who assess the material aspects, presentation aspects, linguistic aspects and media aspects. The instruments used in this study were interview sheets, document review sheets and validation questionnaires. The results of expert and practitioner validation of the integrated environmental pollution teaching materials for flood disasters that have been developed are included in the appropriate category because they have fulfilled the aspects of content appropriateness, presentation appropriateness and clear language appropriateness.   Keywords—Teaching materials, Flood, Environmental pollution

Abstract

ABSTRAK                                                               Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan media booklet dan siswa yang menggunakan buku paket pada materi interaksi mahluk hidup dengan lingkungannya dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peningkatan hasil belajar setelah menggunakan media booklet pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu pada materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan. Penelitian dilakukan di dua kelas VII SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang sebelumnya telah diuji normalitas dan homogenitas diperoleh siswa kelas VII A sebagai kelas eksperimen (uji coba) dan siswa kelas VII B sebagai kelas kontrol (pembanding). Jumlah siswa yang terlibat sebanyak 50 siswa yang terdiri dari 25 siswa dari kelas VII A dan 25 siswa dari kelas VII B. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment Research tipe nonequivalent control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk hasil belajar IPA. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan antara siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran menggunakan media booklet dan siswa yang menggunakan buku paket pada materi interaksi mahluk hidup dengan lingkungan. (2) Terdapat peningkatan hasil belajar yang signifikan setelah menggunakan media booklet pada siswa kelas VII SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu pada materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan. Kata kunci: booklet; hasil belajar; Bengkulu. ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine whether there were significant differences in learning outcomes between students who participated in learning using booklet media and students who used package books on the interaction of living things with their environment and to find out how to improve learning outcomes after using booklet media in grade VII students of Junior High School 15 Bengkulu City on the material of interaction of living things with the environment. The study was conducted in two classes VII of junior high school 15 Bengkulu City. The research sample was taken using purposive sampling techniques that had previously been tested for normality and homogeneity obtained by grade VII A students as an experimental class (trial) and grade VII B students as a control class (comparison). The number of students involved was 50 students consisting of 25 students from class VII A and 25 students from class VII B. This type of research is Quasi Experiment Research type nonequivalent control group design. Data collection techniques use tests for science learning outcomes. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study are (1) There are significant differences in learning outcomes between students who participate in learning using booklet media and students who use textbooks on the interaction of living things with the environment. (2) There was a significant improvement in learning outcomes after using booklet media in grade VII students of Junior High School 15 Bengkulu City on the material of interaction of living things with the environment. Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan project based learning materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar, peningkatan hasil belajar, dan besar pengaruh penerapan project based learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMPN 15 kota bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Quasi Experiment Research tipe nonequivalent control group design. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelompok sampel, yaitu sampel kelompok eksperimen yang berjumlah 22 orang dan kelompok kontrol berjumlah 22 orang. Sampel penelitian diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes untuk hasil belajar IPA. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis statistik dengan uji independent sample t-test (α = 0,05) didapatkan nilai taraf signifikansi 0,002 < 0,05 dan nilai thitung > ttabel, dimana 3,277 > 2,018 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Maka, dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan project based learning materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa SMPN 15 Kota Bengkulu. Penerapan pembelajaran IPA materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan menggunakan project based learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh nilai rata-rata N-Gain yang diperoleh sebesar 0,70 dalam kategori sedang. Besar pengaruh penerapan project based learning materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa ditunjukkan melalui nilai effect size Cohen’s d sebesar 0,99 dengan kategori sangat besar. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penerapan project based learning materi interaksi makhluk hidup dengan lingkungan terhadap hasil belajar siswa, juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar dan pengaruh yang sangat besar terhadap hasil belajar.   Kata kunci: project-based learning; mading; hasil belajar.   ABSTRACT The study was to determine the effect of application project based learning material interaction of living things with the environment on learning outcomes, increasing learning outcomes, and the magnitude of the effect of application project based learning on student learning outcomes at SMPN 15 Bengkulu City. This research is quasi experiment research type nonequivalent control group design. This study used two sample groups, namely the experimental group with 22 people and the control group with 22 people. The research sample was taken using the technique purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using tests for science learning outcomes. Based on statistical hypothesis testing with independent sample t-test (α = 0.05) obtained a significance level value of 0.002 <0.05 and tcount > ttable, where 3.277 > 2.018 which means H0 rejected and Ha accepted. So, it can be concluded that there is an effect of application project based learning using science magazines on the interaction of living things with the environment on student learning outcomes at SMPN 15 Bengkulu City. Application of natural science learning materials on the interaction of living things with the environment using project based learning can improve learning outcomes. This is indicated by the average N-Gain value obtained at 0.70 in the medium category. Great influence of the application of the model project based learning material interaction of living things with the environment on student learning outcomes is shown through value effect size Cohen's d of 0.99 with a very large category. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of implementation project based learning material on the interaction of living things with the environment on student learning outcomes, can also improve learning outcomes and has a very large influence on learning outcomes.   Keywords: project-based learning, wall magazine, learning outcomes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan produk video sains dan mendekripsikan respon guru terhadap keterbacaan produk video sains pada tema tumbuhan sahabatku. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan merupakan penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) model 4D, dengan pembatasan isi pada tahap develop yaitu uji keterbacaan guru secara terbatas. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan berupa observasi, wawancara dan angket. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa angket (kuisoner) berupa lembar angket kebutuhan, lembar angket validasi, dan lembar angket uji keterbacaan guru. Validasi produk video sains dilakukan oleh validator ahli (3 dosen dan 2 guru SLB 5). Uji keterbacaan produk dilakukan oleh 3 guru SLBN 5 Kota Bengkulu. Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli  materi mendapat skor 0,85 dengan persentase 88,33 dalam kategori sangat valid dan sangat layak, Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli  media  mendapat skor 0,93 dengan persentse 95% dalam kategori sangat valid dan sangat layak, Berdasarkan hasil validasi ahli  praktisi  mendapat skor 0,91 dengan persentase 93% dalam kategori sangat valid dan sangat layak .Sedangkan hasil uji keterbacaan produk yang dilakukan oleh 3 guru di SLBN 5 Kota Bengkulu terhadap video  sains pada tema tumbuhan sahabatku secara keseluruhan memperoleh persentase rata-rata 80% dalam kategori “Baik”.   Kata kunci : anak tunagrahita, tumbuhan sahabatku, video sains ABSTRACT This research aims to describe the feasibility of science video products and describe teachers' responses to the readability of science video products on the theme of my friend's plants. The type of research used is 4D model research and development, with content restrictions at the develop stage, namely limited teacher readability testing. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The data collection instruments are in the form of questionnaires in the form of requirements questionnaire sheets, validation questionnaire sheets, and teacher readability test questionnaire sheets. Validation of science video products is carried out by expert validators (3 lecturers and 2 SLB 5 teachers). The product readability test was carried out by 3 SLBN 5 Bengkulu City teachers. Based on the validation results, material experts got a score of 0.85 with a percentage of 88.33 in the very valid and very feasible category. Based on the validation results, media experts got a score of 0.93 with a percentage of 95% in the very valid and very feasible category. Based on the validation results from practitioner experts. received a score of 0.91 with a percentage of 93% in the very valid and very feasible category.
