Abstract

To put it simply, a bank is a type of financial institution that takes deposits of people's savings and then lends those funds out to them in various ways to raise everyone's level of living. Sikoci Syariah Savings, a superior product owned by Bank Nagari, is one of the many popular funding products in the community. It is based on the wadiah and mudharabah contract principles and offers annual increases to its customers. Qualitative descriptive research is what this study is all about. Interviews were held at the PT. Bank Nagari Sharia Branch Payakumbuh with customers, the marketing department's Deputy Manager, and other bank staff. Methods such as observation, interviews, and documentation are employed to gather data. The Marketing Mix is the instrument used for analyzing all of this data. One outcome of this research is the marketing approach used by the Payakumbuh branch of Bank Nagari Syariah to attract more consumers. This approach makes use of the marketing mix, which includes the following elements: product, price, place, promotion, people, physical evidence, process, public relations, and power strategy. (2) Efforts to address marketing strategy roadblocks in expanding the sikoci syariah mudharaba savings product's client base, including re-evaluating the target market, fostering customer contact, tailoring product development to customer needs, and providing exclusive deals.

Abstract

This study aims to determine : (1) the differences competency between students taught with Richpeace Software and students taught without applying Richpeace Software in making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration; (2) The application of Richpeace Software has an effect on the competency of making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration. Type of research used Quasi Experimental Research with NonRandomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model . Research conducted on Semester III PKK students , Fashion Design Concentration , Syiah Kuala University. The results of the study show that : (1) there is difference results Study between students who study with implementing Richpeace Software with students who study without implementing Richpeace Software in making fashion pattern with mark probability or significant 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted ; 2) the existence of influence in Richpeace Software Implementation to competence making fashion patterns , this is proven with mark probability or significance is 0.000<0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The response results student to Software implementation Richpiece show 58.33 % agreed and 33.33% strongly agreed , meaning student give positive response​ to learning in the Basic Fashion Course . Furthermore , the application of Richpeace Software can made into alternative in learning in the Basic Fashion Course , because making pattern with digital way can increase competence student in meet the world of work in accordance with the 21st century era .

Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the dynamics of spread and tissue damage due to infection with Black Band Disease (BBD) on Pachyseris sp. and Brown Disease (BrB) on Acropora sp. Additionally, the effect of ambient temperature on transmission rates was investigated. The results demonstrated that BBD on Pachyseris sp. caused progressive tissue damage, characterized by zones of necrosis and distinctive black bands separating healthy tissue from dead tissue. At 31°C, the disease transmission rate increased twofold compared to 29°C, with an infection rate reaching 1.72 ± 0.76 cm/day. BrB on Acropora sp. showed the highest infection rate reaching 2.20 ± 0.41 cm/day at 29°C with a bacterial concentration of 106 CFU/ml. However, the infection rate decreased significantly at 31°C for all bacterial concentrations tested. The disease propagated linearly along the coral branches, manifesting as yellowish-brown discolouration attributable to symbiont ciliate activity. The virulence of pathogens such as Acinetobacter sp. increased at 31°C, accelerating the spread of necrosis through the production of toxins and enzymes that damage the coral epithelium. BrB symptoms appeared within 2 days at 29°C and only 1 day at 31°C. This study confirms that high temperature and sedimentation play a key role in accelerating disease dynamics in corals. Increasing seawater temperatures due to global climate change create ideal conditions for the spread of disease, threatening the sustainability of coral reef ecosystems. To mitigate these challenges, a multifaceted approach involving environmental management, carbon emission reduction, and the development of biotechnology to enhance coral resistance to pathogens is essential.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis dan kepadatan FMA pada beberapa rizosfer di lokasi bekas likuifaksi dan membandingkan tingkat kolonisasi pada kacang ruji (Puraria javanica). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Desember 2022. Eksplorasi FMA dilaksanakan dilima lokasi berbeda, sedangkan untuk kultur trapping dilakukan di Screen house yang bertempat di Tondo kecamatan Mantikole, Kota Palu, Sulawesi Tengah. Penelitian ini meggunakan Rancang Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 5 perlakuan yaitu (S0) Dolo, (S1) Petobo, (S2) Lolu, (S3) Jonooge dan (S4) Sidera sebanyak 5x ulangan, serta setiap satuan percobaan terdiri dari 4 pot tanaman, sehingga total tanaman adalah 5x5x4 =100 pot tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keanekaragaman FMA sebelum dan sesudah kultur trapping menunjukan peningkatan dari 14,60-28,60 spora menjadi 39,80-48,80spora per 10g tanah.pengelompokan jenis FMA menunjukan 4 kelompok warna yaitu: warna hitam,kuning,coklat dan bening. Tinggi tanaman terbaik terdapat pada sumber inokulum yang berasal dari perlakuan (S2) Lolu dan terendah pada perlakuan (S0) Dolo, demikian pula dengan berat basah dan berat kering. Sedangkan nilai persentase kolonisasi akar di temukan perbedaan pada setiap perlakuan, terutama pada perlakuan (S4) Sidera memiliki tingkat kolonisasi paling tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Media Video Animasi Berbasis Animaker pada Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas V SD Islam Baitul A’la Lubuklinggau yang valid, praktis dan efektif. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu R&D dengan menggunakan model ADDIE. Dengan subjek penelitian yaitu ahli, guru dan siswa kelas V SD Islam Baitul A’la Lubuklinggau. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, angket dan tes. Adapun instrumen yang digunakan yakni berupa lembar angket, soal tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan produk yang dikembangkan valid dengan rata-rata kevalidan sebesar 0,87 dan analisis penilaian lembar kepraktisan pendidik dan peserta didik memenuhi kriteria praktis dengan skor 89,00%. Kemudian analisis penilaian keefektifan diperoleh skor N-Gain rata-rata 0,74 dengan kategori tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Media Video Animasi Berbasis Animaker pada Pembelajaran Matematika Kelas V SD Islam Baitul A’la Lubuklinggau terbukti valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika kelas V SD Islam Baitul A’la Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Pengembangan koleksi perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peran krusial dalam memperkaya pengetahuan dan meningkatkan sekaligus memberikan stimultan terhadap minat baca siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang terstruktur dan mempertimbangan kelemahan serta kekuatan dari sumber daya yang dimiliki perpustakaan. Dalam penelitian ini, analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tiga tahap dari lima tahapan umum perencanaan strategis untuk pengembangan koleksi di perpustakaan sekolah SMA Bakti Mulya 400. Tahap awal melibatkan penilaian kondisi internal dan eksternal, di mana observasi dan wawancara digunakan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman mendalam tentang kondisi-kondisi yang ada. Langkah berikutnya melibatkan identifikasi isu-isu strategis dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT. Dengan pendekatan ini, peneliti berusaha mengidentifikasi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dapat memengaruhi pengembangan koleksi di perpustakaan sekolah SMA Bakti Mulya 400. Terakhir, tahap ketiga melibatkan analisis implementasi dan evaluasi dari upaya pengembangan koleksi di perpustakaan Sekolah SMA Bakti Mulya 400. Dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif jenis deskriptif dengan penerapan pendekatan studi kasus. Penelitian bertujuan membentuk pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal Perpustakaan Sekolah SMA Bakti Mulya 400. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus, penelitian ini berusaha menggambarkan secara rinci karakteristik, dinamika, serta faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perpustakaan tersebut. Hasil kajian diharapkan dapat memberikan saran yang dapat diterima oleh semua pihak terkait, serta menjadi bahan diskusi lanjutan dalam konteks yang sama pada masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Veil is a symbol of religious obedience for Muslim women. That is what continues to be believed until the occurrence of modernization which causes a value shift in the scope of the meaning of the veil. This article focuses on the scope of the veil which has become the lifestyle of Muslim women today. The approach used in this research is qualitative by conducting field studies in the form of observations around the Sleman area, Yogyakarta to observe Muslim women who use the veil with various models and types. In addition, this article also uses previous research as a foundation in research and to collect the data needed. After obtaining the data sought, data analysis is then carried out which is divided into three, namely data reduction, data presentation, and finally data verification on conclusion drawing. The result obtained is that modernization has a positive and negative impact on the veil users. The advantage is the progress in thinking of women who wear the veil so that they are not confined to the authority of men, while the disadvantage is the erosion of religious values from the use of veil which should have the main function to cover the intimate part (aurat) and curves of the female body and maintain women’s honor into a trend due to the influence of modernization. nevertheless, this article does not blame any hijab models used in daily life. Of course it goes back to the rights of each individual.

Abstract

Student startups have significant potential to grow if supported by effective innovation management. However, many startups at Universitas Islam Kebangsaan Indonesia (UNIKI) still face challenges in managing ideas, prototype development, and business strategies. This community service program aims to implement innovation management through training, mentoring, and evaluation of student startups at UNIKI. The method includes a needs survey, training on innovation management, prototyping workshops, and intensive mentoring for two months. The results indicate an improvement in students' understanding of innovation management, with 60% of startups experiencing an increase in customer acquisition. The program is recommended to continue with strengthening business networks and access to funding.

Abstract

Candlenut fruit (Aleurites molucana) has long been known as a natural ingredient that is full of benefits, both in beauty care. In today's modern era, when people are increasingly aware of the importance of natural and environmentally friendly ingredients, candlenut fruit is again in the spotlight as a traditional solution that is proven to be effective and has high economic value. One of the most popular benefits of candlenut fruit is its ability to thicken and nourish eyebrows naturally. The oil produced from candlenut fruit contains essential fatty acids and vitamin E, which are very good for stimulating hair growth, strengthening roots, and nourishing hair follicles. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of the hands-on activity learning model assisted by scrapbook media on the ability to write fiction stories of class V Gugus II students, Patallassang District, Gowa Regency. The research method used was an experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research sample consisted of 62 students who were divided into two groups, namely the experimental group which used the hands-on activity learning model assisted by scrapbook media and the control group which used the conventional learning model. The research instrument includes a test of the ability to write fiction stories. The data obtained was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical techniques. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the ability to write fiction stories of experimental group students compared to the control group. Multivariate Significance Test with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, which means that Ho is rejected. H1 is accepted, namely that there is an influence of the hands-on activity model assisted by Scrapbook media simultaneously on the ability to write fiction stories for class V students. The conclusion of this research is that the hands-on learning model on activity assisted by scrapbook media is effective in improving the ability to write fiction stories for class V students. The implication of this research is the need for teachers to adopt and integrate creative media such as scrapbooks in the learning process in order to improve the quality of education
