Abstract

General Background: Service quality in railway transport, especially in hygiene-based roles such as On Train Cleaning (OTC), is crucial to ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction. Specific Background: PT KAI (Persero) Daop IV Semarang faces persistent challenges in maintaining cleaning standards, potentially rooted in internal workforce dynamics. Knowledge Gap: While prior studies have examined discipline, supervision, and organizational culture individually, their integrated impact on service quality within the railway cleaning context remains underexplored. Aims: This study aims to investigate the simultaneous influence of employee discipline, supervision, and organizational culture on the quality of OTC services. Results: Using a quantitative approach with 160 respondents and multiple linear regression, the study found that discipline (β = 0.234; p = 0.001) and organizational culture (β = 0.215; p = 0.013) significantly affect service quality, while supervision has no significant effect (β = 0.016; p = 0.839). The model explains 17.1% of service quality variance. Novelty: This research integrates three variables within a specialized operational setting—OTC in railway transport—rarely highlighted in previous studies. Implications: The findings suggest PT KAI should prioritize discipline and cultural reinforcement over supervisory interventions to elevate cleaning service standards and improve customer satisfaction.Highlight : Discipline and organizational culture contribute significantly to improving the quality of OTC services. Supervision does not have a significant influence, although it remains important to review. The study highlights the importance of internal factors in supporting train cleaning services. Keywords : Discipline, Supervision, Organizational Culture, Service Quality, OTC

Abstract

The proposal aims to integrate IoT to improve operational efficiency and user experience in events. The study begins by describing the company profile and conducting an in-depth analysis of the EO market and the challenges faced in adopting IoT technology. The business plan includes comprehensive strategies for team management, operational management, and risk mitigation required to ensure successful implementation. The results show that IoT implementation can automate EO's operational processes, increase event interactivity, and generate higher satisfaction for users. Using SWOT analysis and Blue Ocean Strategy methods, this study identifies that "Royal Global Production" has the potential to become a market leader by effectively utilizing this advanced technology. In the context of the competitive EO market, the study also revealed a high demand for services that incorporate IoT, particularly for large and diverse events in Indonesia. As such, this business plan not only provides guidance for the company's development, but also confirms that the implementation of IoT is a strategic investment for long-term growth in this dynamic industry.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Corporate Responsibility Excellence, Eco-Innovation, Organizational Resilience, and Strategic Human Empowerment on Competitive Agility and Financial Growth. Using a quantitative approach with the Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method, this research examines the relationships between these variables in organizations implementing sustainability and innovation strategies. The findings indicate that Competitive Agility is significantly influenced by Corporate Responsibility Excellence, Eco-Innovation, Organizational Resilience, and Strategic Human Empowerment. Meanwhile, Financial Growth is only significantly affected by Eco-Innovation and Organizational Resilience, while Corporate Responsibility Excellence and Strategic Human Empowerment do not show a significant impact on financial growth. These findings suggest that organizational competitiveness can be enhanced through sustainable innovation, organizational resilience, and strategic human resource empowerment. However, to achieve financial growth, companies should focus more on ecological innovation and strengthening business resilience. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the importance of a holistic strategy that integrates sustainability, innovation, and organizational resilience to achieve competitive advantage and sustainable financial growth.

Abstract

Objective: Over the past decade, research on Intelligent Computer-Assisted Language Learning (ICALL) in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) contexts has expanded rapidly alongside advances in artificial intelligence. However, no comprehensive bibliometric study has systematically mapped how ICALL research themes have evolved, intersected, or revealed gaps, limiting scholarly understanding of emerging trends and pedagogical implications. This study addresses this gap by examining the thematic development and knowledge structures of ICALL research in EFL contexts. Method: A systematic bibliometric analysis was conducted on 986 publications published between 2014 and 2024. Data were retrieved from Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar using the Publish or Perish tool. A PRISMA-inspired screening procedure ensured data quality and relevance, and VOSviewer software was used to generate network, overlay, and density visualizations to reveal research clusters, thematic linkages, and temporal evolution. Results: The analysis showed a sharp post-2019 increase in ICALL-related publications, largely driven by AI-assisted tools and personalized learning environments. Three central research nexuses were identified: ICALL–Intelligence, ICALL–Language Education, and ICALL–Pedagogy. While the first two clusters have been widely explored, the pedagogical dimension remains underrepresented despite its critical role in aligning technology with instructional design and learner development. Novelty: This study contributes by systematically mapping a decade of ICALL–EFL research, highlighting both saturated and underexplored areas. It calls for embedding human cognitive capacities—such as critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving—into ICALL design, and advocates pedagogically grounded Human–AI collaborative models to foster ethical, meaningful, and learner-centered EFL education.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) institutions have a strategic role in local economic growth. However, many MSME groups in rural areas do not yet have adequate organizational structures, which results in weak coordination and business productivity. This community service aims to apply concepts in organizational theory to improve the effectiveness of MSME institutions in Sukamaju Village. The organizational theories used include contingency structure theory and open systems, which are applied in the form of training, group discussions, and direct assistance. The results show an increase in the ability of MSME members to understand the importance of role division, communication flow, and adaptability to market changes. This service recommends further implementation in the form of in-depth training per field of organizational function
