Abstract

Penelitian dengan judul Pengaruh Pemberian Abu Janjang Kelapa Sawit (AJKS) Terhadap Pertumbuhan dan Produksi Jagung Manis di Lahan Gambut ini dilaksanakan dari Bulan Oktober 2017 sampai Bulan Maret 2018 di parit 3 Kelurahan Tembilahan Hulu, Kecamatan Tembilahan Hulu Kabupaten Indragiri Hilir, analisis tanah dan AJKS dilakukan di Laboratorium Institut Pertanian Bogor. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pemberian AJKS Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Tanaman Jagung Manis (Zea mays saccharata sturt)) Di Lahan Gambut. Rancangan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Non Faktorial yang terdiri dari 4 perlakuan dengan tiga kelompok/ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah AJKS yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu: : A0: 0 kg/ha, A1: 500 kg/ha, A2: 1000 kg/ha, A3: 1500 kg/ha. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, terjadi pengaruh nyata antara perlakuan pemberian AJKS terhadap semua parameter yang diamati kecuali pada jumlah tongkol pertanaman. Pemberian AJKS 1500 kg/ha memberikan hasil tertinggi pada semua parameter yang diamati kecuali pada jumlah tongkol.

Abstract

The background is by two law applications that apply in Aceh, the first law that generally applies in Indonesia and the second one that applies specifically in Aceh, the Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the System Juvenile Criminal Court is a way out for better handling of children conflict with the law. The law regulates diversion where there are two important things that have a special place in the SPPA Law, namely restorative justice and diversion. The results showed that the resolution of the problem of children conflict with the law in Aceh consists of two legal applications, starting with the mediation process according to Aceh Qanun Number 9 of 2008 concerning fostering customary life and customs Development with the aim that these problems can be resolved amicably according to the Decree Joint between the Governor of Aceh and the Aceh Regional Police and the Aceh Traditional Council No 189/677/2011 dated 20 December 2011 concerning the Implementation of the Gampong and Mukim Adat Courts, but if during the mediation process no agreement is found then proceed to the legal process according to the Law Number 11 of 2012 concerning the Criminal Justice System for Children.

Abstract

Background: Pityriasis sicca is a non-inflammatory skin disorder. The symptoms such as white or gray scales that accumulate on the surface of the scalp or in a localized place, peels easily and usually with itching. There are three main factors that cause Pityriasis sicca. Stress stimulates the body to increase sebum production in the sebaceous glands. Objective: To know the correlation between stress levels and incidence of Pityriasis sicca in the final year students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara class of 2017. Methods: This was an analytical study with a cross-sectional design, started from July 2020 until October 2020. Sampling was carried out using a total sampling technique. The data were obtained using univariate and bivariate statistical analysis. Results: Univariate analysis showed 102 respondents were at a normal stress level (40.3%) and there were 105 respondents (41.5%) who suffered from Pityriasis sicca, total samples were 253 respondents. From the bivariate analysis, it was found that there is a significant correlation between stress levels and the incidence of Pityriasis sicca. Conclusion: There is correlation between stress levels and the incidence of Pityriasis sicca in class 2017 students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Sumatera Utara.

Abstract

Tindak pidana korupsi yang dilakukan dalam keadaan tertentu sepeerti sedang terjadi bencana alam merupakan suatu keadaan yang memberi ketentuan pemberatan bagi pelaku tindak pidana korupsi apabila tindakan tersebut dilakukan pada waktu negara dalam keadaan bahaya sesuai dengan undang undang yang berlaku. Rumusan masalah dalam tesis ini adalah bagaimana pengaturan hukum tindak pidana korupsi dana bencana alam, bagaimana pertanggungjawaban pidana pelaku tindak pidana korupsi dana bencana alam dalam Putusan No.13/Pid.Sus-TPK/2019/PT.Mnd, bagaimana pertimbangan hukum hakim dalam Putusan Nomor 13/PID.Sus-TPK/2019/PT.Mnd. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode telaah pustaka (library research) untuk mentelaah data-data sekunder dengan melakukan analisis kasus putusan Nomor 13/PID.Sus-TPK/2019/PT.Mnd. Jenis data penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Bahan hukum primer dan sekunder disusun secara sistematis dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Kesimpulan dari pembahasan adalah bentuk korupsi dana siap pakai penangulangan bencana alam dalam Putusan Nomor 13/PID.Sus-TPK/2019/PT.Mnd adalah terdakwa mengerjakan kegiatan proyek tersebut merekayasa hasil pemeriksaan dan penerimaan hasil pekerjaan yang tidak sesuai dengan kenyataan dan menikmati kelebihan pembayaran yang didapat dari selisih kekurangan volume atas hasil pekerjaannya. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindak pidana korupsi dana bencana alam dalam Putusan No. 13/PID.Sus-TPK/2019/PT.Mnd adalah mendapatkan keuntungan dan menikmati kelebihan pembayaran yang didapat secara melawan hukum dari selisih kekurangan volume atas hasil pekerjaannya sebesar Rp. 1.668.800.000,- (satu miliar enam ratus enam puluh delapan juta delapan ratus ribu rupiah. Pertanggungjawaban pidana dalam tindak pidana korupsi dana bencana alam adalah terdakwa dijtauhi pidana penjara selama 5 (lima) tahun dan pidana denda sebesar Rp.200.000.000,00 (dua ratus juta rupiah), dengan ketentuan bahwa apabila pidana denda tersebut tidak dibayar maka diganti dengan pidana kurungan selama 4 (empat) bulan. Perbuatan terdakwa telah sesuai dengan fakta-fakta hukum yang terungkap di persidangan dan semua unsur-unsur dalam 2 ayat (1) jo. Pasal 18 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 jo. Abstract

Abstract: The Gepo website is a website that contains information on ongoing food and drink promos. So far, 30 users of food and beverage entrepreneurs have joined. The low level of food and beverage entrepreneurs who join is the background to the need for an analysis of customer satisfaction, especially customers of food and beverage entrepreneurs who join the website, which aims to determine the extent of customer satisfaction. In this study, researchers used the PIECES method which has 6 variables to classify problems, namely Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service. The results of this study are the 6 variables Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service get the predicate satisfied, but the Information and Performance variables get the lowest average value, and in Performance testing using google tools my site also get bad grades. From the results of this study, it can be seen that the Performance and Information variables must be further improved, and the Economic, Control, Efficiency and Service variables in order to maintain the satisfaction value.

Abstract

Xtraordinary Tutor is a website-based online private tutor search application for children with special needs in Makassar. Based on the results of data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 83 respondents, it was found that this application has not been able to choose a tutor according to the category of children with special needs. From the results of the questionnaires that have been distributed, as many as 83% of users who want a development on the tutor list to make it easier for users to find tutors according to their needs so that the authors develop applications by adding category and rating filters. This category is needed to select a tutor based on the required category while the rating is useful for assessing tutors, the user can give a rating to the tutor they have hired after the service rental ends. After implementing the development of the module, the authors distributed questionnaires to measure customer satisfaction, tested data validity and data reliability using SPSS 20, the results of the validity test and reliability test results were 83% of the users were satisfied with the addition of the tutor category which made it easier for them to choose the best tutor category. according to the needs of the child.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of young marriage on household harmony in Medan Sinembah Village, Tanjung Morawa District on the perspectives on Family Communication. The type of research is quantitative research. The population of this study was adolescents who married at a young age in 2019-2020 whose marriage age was 19-20 years, totalling 52 people. Sampling used a total sampling technique, with a sample of 52 people. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire with a Likert scale totalling 15 statements of young marriage variables, including 12 valid items and 3 invalid items. Then 32 statements of household harmony variables including 28 valid items and 4 invalid items. The data analysis technique used descriptive tests, normality and linearity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the young marriage variable and the household harmony variable with a t count of 3,794 l> 2,008, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that "there is an effect of young marriage on household harmony". The value of t count is 3,794> t table 2,008 in simple linear regression analysis. The significance is 0.000 <0.05 probability, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that "There is an effect of young marriage on household harmony in the context of Family Communication".

Abstract

Artikel ini berupaya untuk mendeskripsikan dua hal, yaitu pertama bagaimana motif dan perilaku para pedagang muslim di pasar tradisional. Kedua bagaimana keterkaitan motif dan perilaku tersebut dengan teoretisasi ilmu Ekonomi Islam, khususnya pada teori produksi. Penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif-fenomenologi, menggunakan jenis deskriptif-verifikatif. Data diperoleh langsung dari pedagang pasar tradisional yang berdagang di empat pasar, yaitu Pasar Anyar dan Banjarsari (daerah perkotaan) dan Pasar Warungasem dan Tersono (daerah pedesaan). Sampling menggunakan purpossive sampling, sedangkan validitas dan kredibilitas data menggunakan teknik triangulasi, emic, dan member checking. Analisis data dilakukan secara induktif menggunakan analisis domain. Riset ini menyuguhkan temuan bahwa, pertama, motif perilaku pedagang adalah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan materiil, namun demikian perilaku mereka saat berkativitas di pasar terlekat dengan nilai-nilai agama dan nilai-nilai sosial. Kedua, Motif dan perilaku pedagang muslim memperkuat upaya teoretisasi keilmuan Ekonomi Islam, karena perilaku mereka yang masuk dalam ranah induktif-empirik-profan mempunyai kesesuaian dengan sumber lain dalam proses teoretisasi, yaitu sumber dari ranah deduktif-abstrak-universal-transenden.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve Civics Learning Outcomes through the Think Pair Share Learning Model of Grade Students IV of SDN Sungai Uyak Pasar Baru. This class action research was carries out in two cycles using the design Kemmis and Mc. Taggart consists of stages of planning, implementing, observing and reflecting. Data collection is by observation method and test method. Data analysis used qualitative and quantitative data analysis. The results showed that the teacher's activity in learning activities was in the first cycle of meeting 1 which was 18, the second meeting was 19 and in Cycle II, meeting 1 was 20, the second meeting was 22. The percentage of classical student activities in Cycle I meeting 1 reached 69%, the second meeting was 69%. 2 reached 76% and in the second cycle meeting 1 reached 79%, meeting 2 reached 90%. Completeness of student learning outcomes in the first cycle reached 78% and increased in the second cycle it reached 90%. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that using the Think Pair Share learning model can improve Civics learning outcomes for Grade IV Elementary School students, where this increase can be seen through learning activities using the Think Pair Share learning model which can improve the learning process, increase student activity through discussion activities and increase students' mastery of the material.

Study This aim For evaluate use of digital media in learning at TPA. Interview results show that introduction learning with digital media, such as projector, accepted with good for children. The use of digital media creates a learning process more interesting and not boring, with enthusiasm more children high and engagement they in learning. Difference duration learning in a way overall between use of digital media and methods conventional No significant, though little use of digital media reduce time Because need install projector. Research also emphasizes importance time in learning. Material presented with fixed digital media based on the book he brought from boarding school, however obtain support from source from the internet or reference from the book of fatkhul ghorib. Therefore that , the use of digital media is not change the material taught, however makes it easier delivery material. Use of digital media in learning at TPA can be done help increase effectiveness learning, esp For overcome problem boredom student in method conventional. However, to each their own method learning own advantages and disadvantages, such as problem unfocus moment Study use method conventional. Teachers should too develop method learning that can be done make student involved or not bored, as well consider need specific from every student. Study This show that introduction modern technology in learning can increase effectiveness learning and creating a learning process become more interesting and easy understood by students.
