Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara anak-anak di TK Teratai Desa Mendik Kecamatan Longkali yang berusia antara 4 dan 5 tahun. Penelitian tindakan kelas (classroom action research) ini mencakup siklus kedua, yang terdiri dari empat tahap: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Penelitian ini melibatkan 10 siswa dan berlangsung selama dua bulan, yaitu bulan April dan Mei. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara, dan pengamatan. Menurut temuan dari penelitian siklus I dan siklus II, kemampuan untuk menggunakan metode eksperimen media gambar berseri telah meningkat. Ini dibuktikan dengan peningkatan nilai rata-rata perkelas di setiap siklus. Nilai untuk siklus pertama adalah 62,8%, dan nilai untuk siklus kedua sama dengan 75%, yang sudah memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan yang ditetapkan, yaitu 75%. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa media gambar berseri dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara anak usia dini.

Abstract

Perilaku disiplin peserta didik apabila dibiarkan akan membawa dampak yang kurang menguntungkan terhadap prestasi belajar maupun sikap mental para peserta didik, ketidakdisiplinan akan mengganggu pembelajaran sehingga berpengaruh terhadap kurang berkembangnya prestasi belajar peserta didik. Oleh karena itu, agar proses belajar mengajar berjalan lancar salah satu upaya yaitu, dengan meningkatkan disiplin belajar pada peserta didik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa di SMA Mandala Leuwiliang, sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu kelas XI dengan jumlah 23 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini berupa angket yang terdiri dari 30 pernyataan. Dan analisis data yang digunakan berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Skor yang didapat dari pengisian pre-test kedisiplinan pada siswa menunjukan nilai yang masih rendah. Sedangkan pada saat post-test siswa yang mendapatkan skor pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 100% serta tidak seorang pun siswa yang mendapatkan skor pada kategori rendah. Hasil skor pre-test dan post-test yang dilaksanakan oleh peneliti menunjukan bahwa bimbingan kelompok berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan kedisiplinan pada siswa.

Abstract

XYZ company in the field of signage design consulting services has product output in the form of the best design recommendations. Output recommendations in design include material selection. However, several times it was found that the recommended materials were not appropriate, such as signage being corrosive. This is because there are factors that are not taken into consideration when making decisions. Factors influencing material selection and a list of material alternatives were identified by conducting interviews with experts who were directly involved in decision making. This research uses the AHP method (Analytical Hierarchy Process method) and TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) and is assisted by Super Decision software. The research results show that there are 6 main criteria used in selecting signage making materials, namely, price, quality, availability, durability, ease of processing and processing speed. Weighting using AHP produces an order of importance for each criterion from highest to lowest, namely availability (0.2269), processing speed (0.2216), durability (0.2182), ease of processing (0.1519), quality (0.0919) and price (0.0895). The results of data processing using TOPSIS show that acrylic has the greatest preference for use as a material for making signage with a weight of 0.6569. The research results can be used as a reference for decision making in selecting signage materials with a measurable process.

Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendemonstrasikan langkah demi langkah analisis sistematis data bibliografi oleh VOSViewer. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja dosen dapat dipadukan dengan bidang lain untuk penelitian. Analisis langkah demi langkah disediakan untuk membuat pengguna pertama kali mengakses dan memanfaatkan VOSViewers dengan lebih mudah. Kajian ini menyajikan analisis data terkait kinerja dosen dan perkembangannya selama enambelas tahun (2009–2023) dengan memanfaatkan alat pemetaan di VOSViewer. Untuk mendeskripsikan kinerja analisis bibliometrik dengan menghasilkan visualisasi jaringan dari topik yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dari hasil pencarian, ditemukan 994 jurnal terbitan yang relevan, mulai dari tahun 2008–2023, yang kemudian dikelompokkan menjadi 15 kategori sesuai dengan tahun terbitnya. Setelah mengelompokkan data jurnal, penulis menemukan bahwa jumlah artikel yang paling banyak diterbitkan pada tahun 2017-2019. Ada banyak peluang untuk menemukan hal baru dalam topik ini. Selanjutnya, Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi sumber bahan bagi penulis untuk melakukan penelitian dan mengidentifikasi topik penelitian selanjtunya.

Abstract

Hipertensi dan diabetes mellitus merupakan penyakit degeneratif yang paling berisiko tinggi, terkadang kedua penyakit ini tidak mengalami gejala, jika tidak dikelola dengan baik, maka dapat mengalami komplikasi stroke bahkan sampai dengan kematian. Aceh merupakan daerah paling banyak yang mempunyai pasien dengan penyakit degeneratif, hal ini ditinjau dari budaya makan masyarakat Aceh yang tinggi kadar lemak dan karbohidrat, sehingga bisa memicu penyakit stroke. Tujuan penelitian adalah memperoleh cara pengelolaan hipertensi dan diabetes melitus dengan baik untuk mencegah stroke. Metode penelitian menggunakan riset kualitatif dengan desain participatory action research. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Aceh dengan 30 partisipan. Hasil penelitian setelah dilakukan focus group discussion, wawancara, dan observasi dengan partisipan ada 23 partisipan yang mampu mengelola hipertensi dan diabetes, sehingga hipertensi dan diabetes dapat terkontrol dengan baik dan dapat mencegah terjadinya stroke. Kesimpulan diperoleh cara pengelolaan hipertensi dan diabetes untuk mencegah stroke. Rekomendasi bahwa pengelolaan hipertensi dan diabetes melitus dengan baik dapat mencegah stroke.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out what happens to identity politics and multiculturalism in the film "AND MULTIUCULTURALISM IN THE FILM "THE GODS MUST BE CRAZY II" (1989). In this research the author uses a qualitative approach method. In this research, the author collected data by studying literature from journals, articles and films. The analysis technique used is qualitative descriptive. The film "The Gods Must Be Crazy II" (1989) is a comedy film originating from South Africa. Even though this film focuses more on comedy elements, there is a background of identity politics and multiculturalism that can be found in the context of this film. Identity politics relates to how individuals or groups identify themselves based on characteristics such as ethnicity, religion, language, or culture. Overall, "The Gods Must Be Crazy II" (1989) uses a comedic approach to highlight the complexity of relationships between different ethnic groups. different in South Africa.

Abstract

The main factor that make users comfortable using a website was its performance, websites with long loading times were more likely to be abandoned by visitors. After testing the website of Toko Kerja using Google PageSpeed Insights, there were many opportunities that can be done to improve the performance of the website Toko Kerja, Google PageSpeed Insights was a tool developed by Google to test and analyze the performance of a website on desktops and mobile devices and provide advice to improve performance, accessibility, and SEO. This research aims to analyze the website of Toko Kerja using Google PageSpeed Insights, then if it was below the Google PageSpeed Insights standard, optimization will be carried out to match or be above the standard. This research used quantitative data, which was obtained from the analysis results of the Google PageSpeed Insights tool. The results of the Google PageSpeed Insights analysis were website performance scores using a percent scale and website speed using a time measure. The results show that after making improvements based on Google PageSpeed Insights suggestions, the performance score increased from 85 to 99, the accessibility score increased from 91 to 100, and the SEO score increased from 70 to 80. Based on the research results website Toko Kerja was optimized.

Abstract

Just Meme is a mobile-based digital platform where users can create or edit memes and share them on various social media platforms such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and other media-sharing applications available within the app. This research aims to analyze the level of usability of the Just Meme application. To determine the usability level of Just Meme, an analysis is conducted using Nielsen's model, which consists of five parameters: Learnability, Memorability, Efficiency, Error, and Satisfaction. Data collection is carried out through a Google Form questionnaire with a total of 37 respondents, and the statistical analysis is performed using IBM SPSS 26. The questionnaire used in this study is based on Nielsen's model to measure usability with the five main variables. The results of the analysis indicate that the efficiency and satisfaction variables have a positive and significant impact on usability. On the other hand, the learnability, memorability, and error variables have a positive but not significant impact on usability. Furthermore, these five variables collectively contribute 8.2% to the usability of Just Meme.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out at Sumgai Intan, Tembilahan Hulu District, with the aim of increasing the community's knowledge and skills regarding the diversification of coconut sugar processing. The method used in this activity is counseling and followed by discussions with the village community as a process for transferring knowledge. The main target groups are coconut sugar craftsmen, coconut farmers, farmer/women groups, PKK activists and school dropout youth. Evaluation of the results of counseling is carried out after counseling and discussions have been carried out. The results of community activities show that the implementation of training and diversification of coconut sugar processing diversification in Sungai Intan Village, Tembilahan Hulu District, Indragiri Hilir Regency has been able to increase the knowledge and skills of training participants in processing natural resources in Sungai Intan Village, namely coconuts by diversifying yields. processed coconut sugar both in solid liquid and crystal form. The success of the training and socialization through this extension program is also seen to be able to encourage the growth of creative and innovative ideas as well as the entrepreneurial spirit of the training participants and the people of Sungai Intan Village. This service is carried out as one of the village programs to increase the community's ability to process various forms of coconut sugar to increase farmers' income

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance at PT Infomedia Nusantara Services BSD Consumer TAM, both partially and simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used saturated sampling and the sample obtained in this study was 65 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this research are that work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 14,672 + 0.618 (X1). The coefficient of determination value is 43.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained Tcount > Ttable or (6.897 > 1.998). Thus, Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of work discipline on employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 15.972 + 0.628 (X2). The coefficient of determination value is 41.1%. Hypothesis testing obtained Tcount > Ttable or (6.635 > 1.998). Thus, Ho is rejected and H₂ is accepted, meaning that there is a significant influence of motivation on employee performance. Work discipline and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 7.198 + 0.421 (X1) + 0.410 (X2). The coefficient of determination value was 56.2%, while the remaining 43.8% was influenced by other variables not used in this research. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (39,747 > 2,750). Thus, Ho is rejected and H3 is accepted, meaning that there is a significant simultaneous influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance
