Abstract

Based on data from the Demak Detective Police in 2023, it appears that there is a decrease in female suspects who are narcotics cases at the Demak Police Station, indicating that the prevention measures are optimal, but on the other hand it needs to be analyzed whether it has been optimally carried out by law enforcers and whether it is due to the imposition of penalties on users and dealers who are appropriate, or because of special guidance / handling. The research method used is empirical juridical legal research. The results of the research of Demak Police have carried out the right criminal law policy, which includes what actions should be made a criminal offense and what sanctions should be given to the violator. So it can be concluded that law enforcement against narcotics crimes committed by women in the Demak Police jurisdiction, namely First, is to start from preventive measures (preventive) and secondly by repressive means if the preventive method is unsuccessful which is the core of the duties and authority of the police as law enforcers in their capacity as investigators. And there is no difference (all the same) law enforcement between abuse committed by men or women, both dealers, dealers / couriers and users, but the same treatment in terms of investigation. The only difference is when the search of the female body is carried out by the female police.

Abstract

Menaati tata tertib, aturan atau norma dalam kehidupan merupakan kedisiplinan individu yang akan tercipta jika melalui proses serangkaian perilaku. Sekolah merupakan tempa dalam menjalankan perilaku untuk kedisiplinan siswa dalam melatih, mengendalikan diri, menghormati dan bertanggung jawab dengan aturan yang telah disepakati. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif, dimana penelitian bertujuan untuk menggambarkan layanan bimbingan klasikal yang diberikan oleh guru BK untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa. siswa SMP Islam Pakisaji. Kab. Malang. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Islam Pakisaji Kab. Malang yang tercatat memiliki tingkat kedisiplinan yang rendah yaitu 30 orang siswa, serta guru Bimbingan dan Konseling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti di SMP Islam Pakisaji, pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan klasikal yang dilakukan oleh guru BK terhadap siswa sangatlah efektif. Hasil penelitian layanan bimbingan klasikal untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa, menunjukkan bahwa siswa begitu antusias dalam mengikuti kegiatan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kedisiplinan serta kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB). Populasi dalam penelitian adalah pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Sawerigading Palopo sebanyak 709 orang, sedangkan sampel yang digunakan setelah dihitung menggunakan rumus slovin diperoleh sebanayk 256 orang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner untuk mengumpulkan data, alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data menggunakan software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, disiplin kerja dan kepuasan kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of big five personalities, job satisfaction on the work performance of Class I Kesyahbandaran and Port Authority (KSOP) employees of Kota Baru-Batulicin, Tanah Bumbu Regency. The data collection technique used is using questionnaires. For the population used, it is 81 employees. The data analysis method used in this study used SmartLPS software. SmartPLS is a component- or variance-based structural equation (SEM) model that is not based on many assumptions. The results showed that the big five personalities have a positive and significant influence on job performance, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on job performance.

Abstract

Background: Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a chronic condition that requires continuous medical care with multifactorial management strategy. Soybean is known as source of isoflavones that possess beneficial effect to help controlling blood glucose level. This study aims to evaluate the effect of soybean product diet to reduce fasting blood glucose and improve insulin resistance. Methods: This is an experimental study using 30 streptozotocin-induced diabetic Wistar rats that divided into 5 groups, i.e. normal rats, negative control, and three treatment groups that receive tempeh, tofu, and soy flour diet for 2 weeks. Fasting blood glucose was tested before treatment, after diabetes induction, and at the end of the study. HOMA-IR was calculated using fasting blood glucose and fasting insulin level after diabetes induction and at the end of the study. MANOVA test was used to analyzed the data statistically (p<0,05). Results: There was a significant effect from soybean product diet (tempeh, tofu, and soy four) in reducing fasting blood glucose and HOMA-IR, with slightly better result shown in tempeh group. Conclusion: Soybean product such as tempeh, tofu, and soy flour have beneficial effect in reducing fasting blood glucose and improving insulin resistance in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats.

Abstract

Religious moderation has gained prominence in response to escalating challenges of aith conflicts. Governments now recognize it as a fundamental pursuit essential for maintaining societal peace. Consequently, this study endeavors to demonstrate how religious moderation aligns with the principles of Maqasid al-Shariah, and remains pertinent to contemporary society. Employing a descriptive-analytical methodology rooted in library research, this study primarily relied on foundational texts supplemented by relevant articles. The focal point lies in the imperative role of religious moderation in fostering harmony among religious communities, and its resonance with Maqasid al-Shariah. The findings affirm that religious moderation, guided by Maqasid al-Shariah, underscores the need to strike a balance between religious freedom and societal responsibility. This serves as a crucial mechanism for thwarting extremism while championing peace, tolerance, and faith cooperation. Additionally, the study reveals that preaching within the framework of religious moderation transcends mere proselytization; it seeks to nurture inclusive attitudes, foster mutual respect, and prioritize communal welfare. In accordance with Maqasid al-Shariah, religious moderation underscores the significance of contextualizing religious teachings in social, cultural, and historical contexts.

Abstract

There are many motor vehicle accidents on the road, one of the causes being tire blowouts. These accidents occur because drivers continue to drive their vehicles even though the tire pressure and temperature exceed the specified threshold. To address this issue, there is a need for a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system that can be continuously monitored by the driver. If there is a malfunction in the monitoring device on the vehicle dashboard, the driver can be alerted by others who also monitor tire pressure and temperature information remotely. In this study, we developed a tire pressure and temperature monitoring system for vehicles that can be accessed remotely using Internet of Things (IoT) technology. Additionally, we utilized Software Defined Radio (SDR) technology for pressure and temperature data reading. This system successfully monitors tire pressure and temperature changes remotely via computer and smartphone. Based on the test results, the best standard deviation value for tire pressure is 3.54, while the best standard deviation value for tire temperature is 1.72

Abstract

The education system in Indonesia is still in the fifth lowest position in the education index of ASEAN countries. Therefore, the government must take transformative steps to improve the Indonesian education system. This study examines the transformation of cultural values and their influence on achievement. This type of research is qualitative. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis is done by condensing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The study results show that the cultural values that are transformed into the lives of school members are religious, social, cooperation, nationalism, and integrity values. These cultural values are transformed into non-verbal symbols by using the slogan 5S and caring for the environment and into verbal symbols by giving awards and praise for the performance of school members, conveying directly about the cultural values that are applied, giving encouragement and motivation to school members to have good ethics and morals, and giving encouragement to create a clean and healthy school atmosphere. The impact of the transformation of cultural values is to increase the motivation of school members to excel in academic and non-academic fields to create a superior generation with strong character and cultured with critical and analytical thinking.

Abstract

Teaching good values in various aspects of life is the main thing that we must live by, as Ki Hadjar Dewantara and Emanuel Khant emphasize goodness in all aspects of life. This means that educated teenagers are not under the doctrinaire rules of education solely through the amount of cognitive value they obtain as a result of studying at school, but more than that, the realization of the value obtained is the main thing. This research is library research by looking for references from various national and international articles. The data obtained was analyzed using content analysis. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that character education in Indonesia is influenced by the thoughts of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, while America is influenced by the thoughts of Imanuel Khant. Character education in basic education in Indonesia and America has a different development focus. Indonesia is currently focusing on the characters packaged in the Pancasila Student Profile. Meanwhile in America the focus is on the character of trust, respect, responsibility, justice, caring, citizenship, honesty, courage, perseverance and integrity which are packaged in educational institutions through honest schools" charity schools, caring schools and intellectual schools.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk meneliti hubungan dan perbandingan performa motor pada penggunaan Ground strap kabel sirkuit sekunder sistem pengapian, serta mendapatkan panjang kawat Ground strap yang menyebabkan performa mesin lebih baik. Ground strap tersebut berbentuk lilitan kawat kabel di luar kabel busi, yang fungsinya menangkap frekuensi liar. Dengan adanya alat ini, arus listrik menuju busi diklaim jadi lebih fokus, dan otomatis api jadi lebih stabil dan maksimal. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan diatas, yaitu: variabel bebas, panjang kawat Ground strap, variabel terikat daya, torsi dan konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik motor satu silinder 4-tak dan variabel kontrol, suhu kerja motor bakar sepeda motor Honda Blade 110 cc dan suhu ruangan. Hasil penelitian, performa yang dihasilkan untuk keempat perlakuan terhadap kabel koil yaitu tanpa dan dengan penggunaan ground dengan beda panjang adalah semakin turun, sementara konsumsi bahan bakar spesifik menggambarkan semakin naik putaran motor maka semakin turun KBBS yang dihasilkan. Semakin panjang kawat ground strap performa motor semakin baik. Tanpa penggunaan ground strap performa motor masih lebih baik 1,891 hp/4000 rpm, 3,366 Nm/4000 rpm dan 0,139 kg/h/hp/4000 rpm lebih tinggi dari pada menggunakan ground strap dengan panjang kawat 28 cm yaitu 1,722 hp; 3,066 Nm dan 0,166 kg/h/hp pada 4000 rpm.Adapun kesimpulan yang didapat sebagai berikut: perfoma motor maksimal paling baik pada kabel busi tanpa menggunakan ground strap tetapi tidak stabil setiap kenaikan putaran, sementara untuk kabel koil dengan ground strap performa maksimal berurutan naik seiring variasi panjang lilitan kawat tembaga pada kabel koil. Daya dan torsi menurun 11 %, sedangkan konsumsi bahan bakar meningkat 13 % dibandingkan tanpa penggunaan ground strap.
