Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh tingkat suku bunga dan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat terhadap jumlah nasabah di BRI Unit Perintis. Dalam penelitian ini, populasi yang diteliti adalah seluruh nasabah penabung di unit tersebut, dengan pengambilan sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah yang dipilih secara acak menggunakan metode random sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan berbagai metode analisis, termasuk uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, serta uji normalitas, autokorelasi, multikolinearitas, dan heteroskedastisitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara tingkat suku bunga, tingkat pendapatan masyarakat, dan jumlah nasabah. Selain itu, dilakukan juga uji parsial, simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi untuk mengukur seberapa besar variabel-variabel tersebut mempengaruhi jumlah nasabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah nasabah, demikian pula dengan tingkat pendapatan masyarakat yang juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah nasabah. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa variabel-variabel ini memiliki peranan penting dalam menentukan jumlah nasabah di BRI Unit Perintis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga dan Tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat terhadap Jumlah Nasabah di BRI Unit Perintis. Variabel yang diperhatikan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pengaruh Tingkat Suku Bunga dan Tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat terhadap Jumlah Nasabah. Populasi yang menjadi fokus penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah penabung pada BRI Unit Perintis. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 nasabah yang dipilih secara acak. Adapun analisis yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji autokorelasi, uji multikolinearitas, serta pemeriksaan heteroskedastisitas. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga melibatkan analisis regresi linier berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan, dan uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Tingkat Suku Bunga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah nasabah, demikian juga dengan variabel Tingkat Pendapatan Masyarakat yang juga berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap jumlah nasabah.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh kompetensi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT. Fajar Graha Pena Makassar. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan PT. Fajar Graha Pena Makassar, yang berjumlah 54 orang, sehingga peneliti menggunakan metode total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur setiap respons dari responden. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 22.0. Hasil analisis menggunakan SPSS 22.0 menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompetensi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p < 0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 3,920 (t > 1,675). Di sisi lain, hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,068 (p > 0,05) dan nilai t sebesar 1,862 (t < 1,675). Nilai R square untuk variabel kinerja karyawan adalah 0,340 atau 34%, yang menunjukkan bahwa variabilitas kinerja karyawan sebesar 34% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel dalam model. Dengan demikian, hipotesis H1 dan H2 dapat diterima.

PDFKegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh Program Studi Teknik Sipil Fakultas Teknik Universitas Achmad Yani Banjarmasin di Kelompok Bermain (KB) Kasih Bunda Desa Cahaya Baru yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – April 2024. Sasaran dari pekerjaan ini adalah melaksanakan pekerjaan Peningkatan Halaman dan Pagar KB Kasih Bunda Desa Cahaya Baru. Kerjasama yang positif antara Pihak Mitra (Pemerintah Desa Cahaya Baru) dan Tim Pendamping dalam proyek peningkatan halaman dan pagar KB ditunjukkan dengan kepatuhan terhadap arahan pendampingan dan konsultasi yang terus-menerus memainkan peran penting dalam menjamin keberhasilan dan kualitas pekerjaan teknis yang dilakukan. Hal ini menunjukkan komitmen bersama untuk mencapai tujuan proyek secara efektif dan efisien. Saran yang diberikan pada kegiatan ini antara lain : perlu melakukan perawatan rutin seperti pemangkasan tanaman, pengecatan ulang pagar, dan membersihkan area halaman secara berkala; serta perlu memperhatikan kondisi pagar dan lakukan perbaikan jika diperlukan untuk menjaga kekokohan dan keamanannya.

Abstract

Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS) have developed into an essential element in vehicles to improve safety and driving experience. In general, TPMS systems rely on special hardware to collect and transmit tire pressure data to the vehicle's on-board computer and this data can only be viewed by the driver and passengers in the vehicle. In this study, we developed a remote tire pressure and temperature monitoring system using IoT technology. The MQTT protocol facilitated communication between the cloud server and controller, while the system uses Docker container to simplify program integration. The results revealed the optimal standard deviation for tire pressure in hatchback vehicles to be 2.24, and for Multi-Purpose Vehicles (MPVs), it was 2.97. For tire temperature, the best standard deviation in hatchback vehicles was 1.93, compared to 1.05 in MPVs. This system effectively monitors tire pressure and temperature changes in real time, accessible remotely via smartphones and computers.

Abstract

Mathematical communication skills are students’ ability to convey mathematical ideas or ideas which can be done orally or in writing as well as the ability to understand or accept other people's mathematical ideas. Learning at MTs Negeri 2 Purbalingga students still have a low level of mathematical communication skills, because learning still uses conventional learning media and does not involve students. The choice of learning media is an important thing to pay attention to and apply. The development of science and technology is increasingly advanced, so the learning media developed must also be more innovative, especially if it involves the role of technology in it. Therefore, the aim of this research is to develop valid and effective android based interactive learning media to improve students’ mathematical communication skills in class VII social arithmetic material at MTs Negeri 2 Purbalingga. The research method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D). The results of this study indicate that the android based learning media is declared valid and suitable for use with percentage results in the validation of material expert by 91.66%, media experts by 93.3%, teacher assessment by 92.5%, small group test assessment by 88.81%, and the field test assessment is 92,68%. Furthermore, the android based learning media developed is effective in improving students' mathematical communication skills with the t-test results getting a significance of 0.000 where the results are smaller than the significance limit of 0.05, so it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama bekerja dan posisi kerja terhadap keluhan nyeri punggung bawah pada penjahit pakaian. Jenis penelitian ini adalah analitik, desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian ini berjumlah 45 penjahit dan sampel penelitian diambil dari kriteria inklusi yang didapatkan 30 penjahit pakaian. Analisis data menggunakan uji Spearman Rank Correlation. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh lama bekerja terhadap keluhan nyeri punggung bawah p = 0,000 < 0,05 nilai koefisien (r) 0,671 artinya kekuatan korelasi kuat dan ada pengaruh posisi kerja terhadap keluhan nyeri punggung bawah p = 0,000 < 0,05 nilai koefisien (r) yaitu 0,694 artinya kekuatan korelasi kuat. Disarankan untuk melakukan peregangan sekitar 3 menit setelah 2 jam bekerja. Memperhatikan posisi ergonomis baik postur badan yang tidak membungkuk ke depan dan posisi telapak kaki menapak ke lantai serta ditunjang dengan kursi kerja sesuai dengan postur tubuh penjahit. Kata Kunci: Lama Bekerja; Posisi Kerja; Keluhan Nyeri Punggung Bawah Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of length of work and work position on complaints of low back pain in tailors. This type of research is analytic, the research design uses cross sectional. The population in this study amounted to 45 tailors and the research sample was taken from the inclusion criteria obtained by 30 tailors. Data analysis using the Spearman Rank Correlation test. The results of statistical tests show that there is an effect of length of work on complaints of low back pain p = 0.000 <0.05 the coefficient value (r) is 0.671 meaning the strength of the correlation is strong and there is an effect of work position on complaints of low back pain p = 0.000 <0.05 the coefficient value (r) is 0.694 meaning the strength of the correlation is strong. It is recommended to stretch for about 3 minutes after 2 hours of work. Pay attention to ergonomic positions both posture that does not bend forward and the position of the soles of the feet on the floor and supported by a work chair according to the posture of the tailor. Abstract

Shopee is an e-commerce platform that provides online shopping services, allowing users to purchase a variety of products, from electronics, clothing, food to household goods. The purpose of this study was to determine how Price and Product Quality Influence Consumer Satisfaction at the Sock Energy Depok Online Shop, both partially and simultaneously. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique used is the Slovin technique with a sample of 100 respondents. Data analysis using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of this study are that price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 18,331 + 0.572 X1, a correlation coefficient of 0.622, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship. The determination value or contribution of influence is 38.7% while the remaining 61.3% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a calculated t value> t table or (7.863> 1.984). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between price and consumer satisfaction. Product quality has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 8,260 + 0.774 X2. The correlation coefficient is 0.752, meaning that both variables have a strong relationship. The determination value or contribution of influence is 56.6% while the remaining 43.3% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained a calculated t value> t table or (11.307> 1.984). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning there is a significant influence between product quality and consumer satisfaction. Price and product quality have a positive effect on consumer satisfaction simultaneously with the equation Y = 6,879 + 0.193 X1 + 0.628 X2. The correlation coefficient value or the level of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is obtained at 0.768, meaning that it has a strong relationship. The coefficient of determination or contribution of simultaneous influence is 59.0% while the remaining 41.0% is influenced by other factors. The hypothesis test obtained the calculated F value > Ftable or (69.805 > 2.698). Thus H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is a significant simultaneous influence between price and product quality on consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research examines the effectiveness of the LAPOR! (People's Online Aspiration and Complaint Service) platform as a tool to improve the quality of public services in South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. LAPOR! is designed to facilitate the public in submitting aspirations and complaints through digital channels. Although it has been implemented since 2018, the number of complaints submitted in the district is still very low compared to the national average, indicating challenges in its adoption and utilization. The research used a case study approach to explore the level of community participation, the admin's ability to manage reports, and the platform's role in supporting government transparency and responsiveness. The results show that low digital literacy and limited infrastructure are major barriers. However, when optimized, LAPOR! has the potential to be an effective tool to improve government-community relations, accelerate complaint handling, and promote public service accountability. This research recommends strengthening digital literacy, training admins, and improving access to technology to maximize the function of LAPOR! in South Bolaang Mongondow District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work discipline on employee performance through work motivation at the Regional General Hospital of South Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. Data analysis uses SemPLS analysis using SmartPLS software version 3.0. Data collection from a number of respondents who work at the South Bolaang Mongondow Regional General Hospital through a structured questionnaire. The results of the analysis show that leadership has no significant effect on employee motivation, but leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline is proven to have a significant influence on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, work motivation has a significant influence on employee performance. Another important finding is that employee motivation does not mediate the relationship between leadership and employee performance, but acts as a mediator in the relationship between work discipline and employee performance. This study makes theoretical and practical contributions by highlighting the importance of work discipline in improving motivation and performance, and showing that effective leadership can directly affect employee performance without going through motivation.
