Abstract

Latar belakang: Ulkus diabetikum merupakan salah satu komplikasi diabetes melitus. Setiap tahun penderita ulkus diabetikum mencapai 2% dan 5-7.5 % lainnya mengalami neuropati perifer. Kondisi ini perlu diperhatikan untuk mengurangi terjadinya kejadian amputasi. Salah satu penatalaksanaan yang efektif yaitu dengan perawatan luka menggunakan metode moist wound healing (Metcovazine Reguler). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui gambaran dari penerapan metode moist wound healing (Metcovazine Reguler) pada proses penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum grade II. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil: Setelah melakukan perawatan luka 3 hari sekali selama 2 minggu menggunakan metode moist wound healing (Metcovazine Reguler) didapatkan bahwa kondisi luka semakin membaik dengan penurunan skor dari 25 menjadi 18. Hal ini didukung oleh pemilihan dressing tersier serta terjaganya kelembaban luka. Kesimpulan: Perawatan luka menggunakan metode moist wound healing (Metcovazine Reguler) efektif untuk penyembuhan ulkus diabetikum grade II.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) menyatakan bahwa angka kejadian arthritis gout adalah sekitar 1% sampai 4% pada populasi umum. Di beberapa negara, prevalensinya dapat meningkat hingga 10% pada pria dan 6% pada wanita berusia di atas 80 tahun. Insiden gout tahunan adalah 2,68 per 1000 orang. Asam urat adalah suatu penyakit yang penyababnya dikarenakan tidak normalnya metabolisme purin (hiperurisemia). Gejala khas penyakit asam urat adalah nyeri sendi yang menyebabkan peradangan pada sendi. Tanaman salam merupakan tanaman obat yang bekerja mengatasi hiperurisemia untuk menurunkan kadar asam urat. Kandungan pada daun salam antara lain tanin, alkaloid, flavonoid, dan minyak atsiri. Tujuan : Menggambarkan pemberian rebusan daun salam untuk menurunkan asam urat pada lansia dengan gout arthritis. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Hasil : Setelah 7 hari pertemuan, kadar asam urat pasien menurun dari 8,8 mg/dl menjadi 8,6 mg/dl. Kesimpulan : Pemberian rebusan daun salam dapat menurunkan asam urat pada lansia dengan gout arthritis. Kata kunci: Daun Salam; Gout Arthritis;  Lansia

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of the use of serial image carriers in writing for students in the second semester of the French Language Education Program. The research method used in this study was a "one-group pre-test-post-test design", The respondents who participated in this study amounted to 41 students in the second semester of the French Language Education Program. Data collection techniques use testing methods in the form of pre-tests and post-tests. This study uses the validity of the content to determine the reliability of this correlation formula of the moment produced, before being used to take data, the finding aid was tested on 5 students, from the test the value of r is 0.994, while r table is 0.87, so that it can be said that the instrument is valid and reliable. Data collection results in the pre-test obtained a mean value is 53.90, while in the post-test is 60.97. The results of the calculations show that t count > t table is 3.325 > 1.684, with db is 40 at a significance level of 5%. The hypothesis is therefore accepted, which means that the use of serialized image carriers is used in learning to write French among students in semester II.

Abstract

In facing the current era of globalization in the 21st century, a person is required to have various skills to be able to adapt and contribute. Aligned in the curriculum, that assessment is expected to be able to help students have 21st-century skills through international standard questions, namely Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). The purpose of this study is to describe the percentage of formative tests made by French teachers at Senior High Schools in Batang based on HOTS characteristics. The approach used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The object of this study is formative of class XII made by a French teacher at a Senior High School in Batang. The data collection method used is documentation. After data from the formative test was collected, the data was analyzed according to HOTS characteristics. The results showed that 23% of the questions met the HOTS questions and the variety of questions that met the HOTS question criteria was multiple choice.

Abstract

Reading is one of the skills that language learners must learn, in French. Lack of reading time has an impact on students' low interest in reading. This affects students' ability to read. For this reason, it is necessary to maintain and increase reading interest to achieve learning objectives, one of which is by providing electronic reading materials in the form of flipbooks. This study aims to describe the needs of teachers and students as well as produce electronic books in the form of flipbooks for French reading skills in Class XI SMA. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) level 1 method as proposed by Sugiyono. The stages of this research include data collection through questionnaires, product design, design validation, and design revision. Based on the results of the analysis of the needs of teachers and students, an initial product was made which was then assessed by the validator. Based on the input from the validators, a revised product (final product) was made in the form of an e-book in the form of a simple flipbook using the Microsoft PowerPoint application which contains reading material following the French syllabus of the SMA Class XI accompanied by practice questions.

Abstract

Environmental issues are inevitable. Along with population growth, economic activity, and residential expansion, more waste is generated. The amount of waste produced by the community in Boyolali Regency continues to increase every year. Plastic waste from food packaging is scattered along the roadsides around the Donohudan Hajj Dormitory Complex, Ngemplak, Boyolali. This is due to the high volume of group shopping activities by pilgrimage escorts from various regions. The objective of this study is to investigate the relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward waste management in RW 02, Donohudan Village, Ngemplak Subdistrict, Boyolali District. The research method employed was a cross-sectional survey involving 61 respondents selected through random sampling. Data was collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The findings of this study indicate a significant relationship between knowledge and attitudes toward waste management behavior in RW 02, Donohudan Village, Ngemplak Subdistrict, Boyolali District (p-value = 0.000).

Abstract

Cases of biological food poisoning can be caused by several causative factors, one of which is a food processing site that does not meet health requirements. According to the BPOM report (2016) cases of food poisoning in Indonesia in 2016 reached 1,068 cases. In 2016, 60 extraordinary events (KLB) of food poisoning were reported by 31 BB/BPOM throughout Indonesia. From the many cases of food poisoning that occur, it is necessary to take action in prevention by processing data on existing cases of poisoning to follow up on existing problems to reduce the number of cases of food poisoning by using a system on a computer so that the managed data can be processed quickly to obtain further information. Therefore the author wants to use a system with the clustering method to assist in processing data on biological poisoning cases grouping objects based on the characteristics of each object. Based on the research conducted, it can be seen that in cluster 2 in the dasta group of biological poisoning cases there are 11 data with centroid point age (x) 2, namely 12-16 years, centroid point on the type of poisoning (y) 6.36, namely sandwiches, and centroid point on the causative factor (z) 2.9, namely Gram-negative rod-shaped bacteria which are usually found in the intestines of humans and warm-blooded animals.

Abstract

This study explores the influence of professional competence and pedagogical competence on teacher performance and the mediating role of work motivation among private PAUD teachers in Serang District, Serang City, Banten Province. The purpose of this study is to identify the direct and indirect influence of these variables on teacher performance through work motivation. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Squares (SEM-P2LS) with a quantitative approach, involving 135 respondents from 203 ASN populations. This study provides important insights for improving the performance of private PAUD teachers in Serang District, Serang City, Banten Province by emphasizing the importance of innovative professional competence and improving pedagogical competence based on skills and strengthening teacher work motivation. This strategy can create a more productive work environment.

Abstract

Transformasi di era digital membawa tantangan dan peluang baru dalam membangun karakter dan semangat nasionalisme pada siswa SD N 2 Pringsewu Timur. Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) memainkan peran penting dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai cinta tanah air, kebangsaan, dan tanggung jawab sosial ditengah derasnya arus teknologi dan globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pembelajaran PPKn yang efektif dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai tersebut pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara, observasi, dan telah pustaka. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pemanfaatan media digital secara tepat, integrasi nilai-nilai nasionalisme dalam kurikulum, serta dukungan aktif dari guru dan orang tua merupakan elemen penting keberhasilan pembelajaran PPKn. Disampin gitu, kegiatan berbasis proyek seperti simulasi musyawarah, pembuatan konten digital bertema kebangsaan, dan kunjungan virtual kesitus-situs sejarah terbukti mampu memperkuat pemahaman siswa terhadap nilai-nilai Pancasila. Oleh karena itu, inovasi dalam pembelajaran PPKn di era digital dapat menjadi solusi strategis untuk membentuk generasi muda yang memiliki karakter kuat dan jiwa nasionalisme.

Abstract

Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by elevated blood glucose levels due to insulin resistance or impaired insulin secretion. One effort to help lower blood glucose levels is through complementary therapy using natural ingredients such as tomato juice and dragon fruit juice, which contain various active compounds such as lycopene, fiber, vitamin C, and antioxidants.Objective: To determine the effect of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice on 2-hour post prandial blood glucose levels in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. Methods: This research is a case study with two subjects who met the inclusion criteria. The intervention was administered for 7 days, during which subjects consumed tomato juice and dragon fruit juice. Blood glucose levels were measured before and after the intervention using an Easy Touch device. Results: The study showed a decrease in blood glucose levels after administration of both juices. This indicates that the combination of tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can significantly lower blood glucose levels. Conclusion: Administering tomato juice and dragon fruit juice can be an effective complementary therapy in lowering blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
