Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi diharapkan mampu mengembangkan potensi peserta didik secara maksimal yang membuat proses dalam pembelajaran lebih mudah dalam memahami materi dan tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran. Pembelajaran biologi sangat memerlukan media pembelajaran dalam proses mengajar, hal ini disebabkan karena materi biologi bersifat abstrak, sehingga hal itu untuk menyesuaikan dengan kapasitas kognitif siswa yang masih bersifat operasional-konkret. Pembelajaran biologi di MAN 1 Lombok Tengah jarang menggunakan media pembelajaran termasuk media berbasis Canva. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pembelajaran biologi berbasis aplikasi Canva terhadap penguasaan konsep biologi kelas X MAN 1 Lombok Tengah. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan non-equivalalent control group design Populasi siswa yaitu seluruh kelas X yang terdiri atas 5 kelas dengan total siswa berjumlah 203 siswa. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dalam hal ini didapatkan kelas X4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan kelas X5 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep biologi siswa adalah tes berupa soal pilihan ganda berjumlah 23 soal. Analisis data menggunakan uji prasyarat yaitu uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas serta uji hipotesis menggunakan uji statistik non parametrik yaitu uji Anacova dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian penguasaan konsep diperoleh nilai Sig. (α) = 0,016 < 0,05. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran biologi berbasis aplikasi Canva berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep biologi siswa.

Abstract

Fulfilling the need for transportation equipment is not only fulfilled by buying but, can also be done through a rental system. As a result, the vehicle rental business has become a very lucrative business opportunity, both corporate and individual. Efforts to seize a fairly large market share require the right strategy so that business owners can achieve the targets that have been set and can increase the number of management units (units in contract). This study aims to determine the effect of marketing variables (7P) on rental decisions at PT Surya Sudeco either partially or simultaneously. This study was also conducted to determine the marketing mix (7P) and how much the marketing mix (7P) can explain the vehicle rental decision at PT Surya Sudeco. The results of the T test show that among the independent variables (X) analyzed, only the product variable has a positive and partially significant effect on vehicle rental decisions. While the results of the F test show that the independent variable (X) simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable (Y). The value of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 35.1% indicates the contribution of the influence of the independent variable simultaneously to the dependent variable. While the remaining 64.9% is the influence of other variables (residual/error values) outside of the variables studied.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry continues to experience increasingly fierce competition so that many companies want good performance and experience profit growth every year. This study aims to determine the effect of the Quick Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, and Return on Assets to Profit Growth either partially or simultaneously. The method used is a quantitative method with the type of causality associative research. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the sample used in this study is food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies for the 2015-2020 period. The results of this study indicate that partially the Quick Ratio and Total Assets Turnover have a negative but significant effect on Profit Growth, the Debt to Equity Ratio has a negative but not significant effect on Profit Growth, and the Return on Assets has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth. Simultaneously, it shows that all independent variables have an effect on Profit Growth.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the finances of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk using the vertical method and horizontal method. Results of vertical analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report shows that its financial performance fluctuates every year and shows quite good results seen from the value of liabilities being smaller than equity. Meanwhile, vertical analysis in the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows a significant increase. from the profit percentage each year, but in 2020-2022 there was a decline due to the start of the coronavirus pandemic until the end of the pandemic period which caused limited business movements in various industries. Results of horizontal analysis of PT Kino Indonesia Tbk for the 2018-2022 period in the financial report show that the financial performance for 2018-2021 is quite good, judging by the percentage of total liabilities which always decreases, and total assets are greater than total liabilities, but in 2022 the results show less well, judging by the percentage increase in liabilities. short-term. Meanwhile, the horizontal analysis of the 2018-2019 profit and loss report shows quite good results assessed by the percentage of revenue that has increased, but in 2020-2022 the results are less good assessed from the percentage of revenue and profit for the current year that has decreased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of public services on community satisfaction in Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, and by providing a systematic and accurate description of the perceptions, the community about the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village, Klapanunggal District, Bogor Regency. The results of the analysis with the Service Quality (SQ) method show that there is a gap in all elements of public services, which means that the community is not satisfied with the quality of public services provided by Klapanunggal Village. While the level of community satisfaction calculated using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) method shows a result of 76.2%, meaning that it is included in the category of people feeling quite satisfied with the quality of public services in Klapanunggal Village, but not yet very satisfied. Furthermore, based on the results of the analysis with the Cartesian diagram of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method, it is known that the service indicators included in the top priority (Quadrant A) to be improved in order to increase community satisfaction in the future are indicators P6 (competence / ability of officers), P8 (handling complaints) and P9 (quality of facilities and infrastructure).

Abstract

This study is intended to determine the Effect of Current Ratio (CR) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Aneka Tambang, Tbk on financial statements in 2017-2022 and become one of the references regarding research on the analysis of financial statements in company. This research uses quantitative methods with classical assumption test techniques, multiple linear regression test, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test in IBM SPSS 22 statistical applications. The results in the classical assumption test, this study was found to have normal distribution values, did not experience heterochedascity, was not exposed to multico problems, and there was no autocorrelation. The linear regression test shows that the Current Ratio has an inversely proportional influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positif value 0.010 while the Net Profit Margin has a direct influence on the Return on Assets because it shows a positive coefficient value 0,469. The results of the test concluded that the Current Ratio partially did not have a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets, and the Net Profit Margin partially had a positive and significant effect on the Return on Assets. Meanwhile, simultaneously, Current Ratio and Net Profit Margin have a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets with a value of 73,1%.

Abstract

This article applies Systemic Functional Linguistics (SFL) to conduct a transitivity study of racial prejudice depiction in Kelly Yang's young adult fiction novel "Front Desk." The study dives into the linguistic representation of racial dynamics utilizing SFL's transitivity paradigm, focusing on the experiences of Mia, the main character of the novel dealing with racial prejudice in the United States. Beginning with a review of relevant literature on racial bias in literary works, the study offers a conceptual framework, stressing dominant groups' property claims. The analysis deconstructs Mia's experiences through material, verbal, relational, mental, and behavioral processes, exposing how linguistic choices generate systemic hurdles and social biases. The findings highlight Mia's frequent physical actions, emotional responses to racial discrimination, and extensive verbal communication, all of which demonstrate the pervasiveness of systemic hurdles in her life. The study contrasts Mia's experiences with characters from other literary works to interpret racial relations. The study examines the language of race in "Front Desk," emphasizing the novel's dual importance in showing immigrant problems and promoting critical observations on racial concerns. The conclusion states that the novel's linguistic portrayals play a critical role in influencing readers' understanding of racial dynamics, emphasizing language's ability not just to reflect but also to question existing conventions.

Abstract

This research began with the use of a learning media in the form of a big book, which is an interesting type of teaching media. The purpose of this research is to determine: (1) how the planning of the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning is carried out, (2) how the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning is conducted, and (3) how the evaluation of the implementation of big book media in Indonesian language learning in class II A SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir is performed. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. The subjects of the study consist of the class teacher and students of class II A SDN 008 Samarinda Ilir. The research was conducted over 4 days, with 2 days for preliminary research and 2 days for the actual implementation. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation, with instruments including observation sheets for teacher activities, interview sheets, and documentation. The data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are: (1) The planning done by the teacher in Indonesian language learning includes preparing teaching modules and creating an interesting big book media, as well as making questions related to the big book; (2) The implementation of Indonesian language learning using the big book media involved the teacher reading the story from the big book and engaging students in dialogue throughout the lesson. There were also some challenges in the implementation, such as some students being less active and noisy; (3) The evaluation of the Indonesian language learning involved the teacher assigning questions related to the material in the big book, with the teacher providing 5 questions related to the story in the big book, and the students completing the questions on paper.

Abstract

Sebagian besar siswa memiliki kemampuan digital yang tidak berbandinglurus dengan perkembangan teknologi digital yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pembelajaran. Kondisi ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan digital yang dimiliki siswa masih belum memuaskan, untuk itu diperlukan pemahaman siswa tentang literasi digital. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut maka tujuan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi dan meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa terhadap literasi digital selama pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan abad 21. Target sasaran Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat adalah siswa sekolah menegah pertama (SMP) di Kota Mataram. Kegiatan yang dilakukan adalah memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya literasi digital dalam menyikapi transformasi pendidikan sesuai tuntutan abad 21. Hal ini selaras dengan tujuan sustanaible developments goals (SDGs) untuk menciptkan pendidikan yang berkualitas (ESDGs). Kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia tergolong masih rendah, hal ini dibuktikan dengan masih rendahnya kemampuan berpikir siswa, selain itu pembelajaran masih jarang memanfaatkan media. Tahapan kegiatan ini terdiri dari 1) tahap perencanaan; 2) tahap persiapan, 3) tahap pelaksanaan, dan 4) tahap evaluasi. Peningkatan literasi digital siswa dengan menfasilitasi siswa dalam belajar menggunakan multimedia interaktif terintegrasi SDGs. Penggunaan multimedia interaktif dianggap mampu untuk menjawab keresahan dari guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan implementasi kurikulum merdeka belajar di sekolah. Multimedia interaktif dapat mentransferkan peran dan fungsi konten dalam belajar mengajar menjadi luwes dan fleksibel. Manfaat secara nyata bahwa, siswa lebih mudah mengakses panduan belajar dan termotivasi untuk belajar lebih baik. Penggunaan multimedia interaktif dalam pembelajaran mempermudah guru untuk menyampaikan materi ajar ke siswa, siswa dapat membaca kapanpun dan dimanapun dengan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi atau web yang dapat diakses menggunakan handpone.

Abstract

Berdasarkan studi lapangan yang dilakukan di sekolah, salah satu permasalahannya adalah ketersediaan bahan ajar yang belum memfasilitasi dan melatih siswa untuk belajar mandiri. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan observasi di sekolah, guru masih menggunakan Buku Siswa Elektronik (BSE), buku pelajaran, buku referensi, LKS, dan modul, yang juga memiliki keterbatasan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan terhadap buku BSE ditemukan beberapa kekurangan yaitu: penggunaan bahasa dalam BSE terlalu rumit, kompleks, isi kurang, gambar kurang komunikatif, tingkat pertanyaan relatif rendah. Akibatnya, siswa mengalami kesulitan untuk memahami konsep tersebut. Lebih lanjut, sebagai sumber belajar IPA, buku tersebut tidak mengintegrasikan komponen lingkungan (kearifan lokal) ke dalam muatan materi. Akibat lainnya adalah guru tidak dapat memahami proses pembelajaran yang mengandung kearifan lokal sehingga tidak dapat mengintegrasikan pembelajaran IPA dengan budaya atau lingkungan daerah sekitarnya. Oleh karena itu, bahan ajar seperti buku teks siswa harus dibuat sevariatif mungkin yang memuat langkah-langkah dari model pembelajaran dan mengintegrasikan konsep kearifan lokal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bahan ajar IPA inkuiri terintegarasi kearifan lokal yang layak, praktis, dan efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan prosedur model pengembangan 4D. Produk yang dikembangkan terdiri dari silabus, RPP, bahan ajar, dan instrumen evaluasi yang divalidasi oleh tiga validator ahli. Produk bahan ajar IPA berbasis inkuiri terintegrasi kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan memiliki kriteria valid. Hasil uji praktisi lapangan memiliki kriteria praktis. Hasil uji efektivitas kelas eksperimen memiliki hasil peningkatan dengan kriteria sedang. Produk bahan ajar IPA berbasis inkuiri terintegrasi kearifan lokal yang dikembangkan terbukti efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains peserta didik
