Abstract

This research aims to determine the financial performance of PT Bank Mega, Tbk in the 2017-2021 period. This research uses two methods of financial report analysis, namely vertical analysis and horizontal analysis on the balance sheet and profit and loss report of PT Bank Mega, Tbk. Vertical analysis is analysis carried out on only one financial reporting period. Meanwhile, horizontal analysis is analysis carried out by comparing financial reports for several periods. The research results show that the financial report performance of PT Bank Mega, Tbk is optimal. Total assets owned have increased during the research period, besides that the total current assets owned are greater than the total liabilities. Total income increased during the research period, although in 2018 it decreased but it was not significant. So the current year's profit continues to increase during the research period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset on stock prices in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The sampling method in this study is by purposive sampling method totaling 11 companies. This study uses panel data regression analysis with the help of eviews9 software. The results of this study show that partially the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over have no significant effect on stock prices, while the Return On Asset variable has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the results of the simultaneous study showed that the variables Current Ratio, Debt Equity Ratio, Inventory Turn Over, Return On Asset had an effect and were significant on the stock price of companies in the food and beverage sub-sector for the 2018-2021 period.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Diversitas bahasa dalam layanan publik mencerminkan adaptasi dan inklusivitas yang memperkaya komunikasi antara petugas dan masyarakat, sehingga menciptakan interaksi yang lebih efektif dan memuaskan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keragaman bahasa yang digunakan dalam interaksi antara masyarakat dan petugas di Kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo serta keefektivitas penggunaan ragam bahasa tersebut. Penelitian yang bersifat langsung dan mendalam ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk menggali data lebih detail. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang memanfaatkan pelayanan di kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat variasi dalam penggunaan bahasa oleh masyarakat yang datang ke kantor Kecamatan Tanasitolo. Dari 47 responden, 29,79% menggunakan Bahasa Indonesia sebagai bahasa utama, 14,89% menggunakan Bahasa Bugis, dan mayoritas 55,32% menggunakan campuran antara Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Bugis. Sebagian besar responden (95,74%) menilai penggunaan ragam bahasa dalam pelayanan sangat efektif, sementara 4,26% menilainya sebagai efektif. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa penggunaan ragam bahasa yang sesuai dalam layanan publik tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi tetapi juga memperkaya kehidupan sosial dan komunitas dengan menghargai keragaman dan inklusivitas.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk melakukan uji mutu organoleptik terhadap kue putu ayu dengan menggunakan pewarna alami daun kelor, Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi melalui uji organoleptik dengan 4 tingkatan yaitu amat suka, suka, kurang suka, dan tidak suka. Data dianalisis dengan teknik deskriptif kuantitatif. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan kelompok panelis tidak terlatih sebanyak 50 orang dengan menguji sifat organoleptik terhadap kesukaan Kue Putu Ayu dengan penggunaan ekstrak daun kelor, hasil penelitian kue putu ayu dari segi Tekstur produk dapat pada kategori “Suka” dengan skor persentase 76,%. Uji kesukaan dari segi rasa dapat dikategorikan “Suka” dengan persentase 72,%. Warna produk dapat pada kategori “Suka” dengan skor persentase 68,%. Abstract

Irrigation is an infrastructure to increase land productivity and increase the intensity of annual harvests, the availability of adequately controlled irrigation water is an input to increase crop production. The Lanrae irrigation area which has 1400 Ha of agricultural rice fields that need water, Lanrae is one of the areas located in Nepo Village, Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency. This research aims to meet the needs of irrigation water for farmers who usually experience crop failure due to lack of irrigation water and to increase the potential of existing agricultural products in the Lanrae area in particular and in Barru Regency in general as well as to overcome complaints from farmer groups who experience a lack of water to increase yields. harvest. This research was conducted in the Lanrae Area, Mallusetasi District, Barru Regency, which was carried out from January to March 2017 using quantitative methods. The results of the research on weirs and irrigation in the Lanrae area of Barru Regency showed that the availability of water in the Lanrae river is currently still sufficient to meet the needs for irrigation water in the Lanrae irrigation area and the utilization of irrigation networks for irrigation water services is not optimal and the efficiency of irrigation water use is very low. As well as the use of irrigation water in the upstream areas tends to be excessive and the use of irrigation water in the middle and even downstream areas is very short of water.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji dan melakukan analisis pengaruh Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK), Financial Deposit Ratio (FDR), Net Performing Finance (NPF) terhadap pembiayaan Mudharabah. Sumber data penelitian adalah data sekunder dimana metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif atau hubungan antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa secara simultan Dana Pihak Ketiga, Financing to Deposit Ratio, dan Non Performing Financing berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selanjutnya, Dana Pihak Ketiga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Financing to Deposit Ratio berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri. Selain itu, Non Performing Financing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pembiayaan mudharabah pada Bank Syariah Mandiri.

Abstract

The progress of the Halal Value Chain (HVC) ecosystem cannot be separated from the role of the government and other formal and informal institutions. In the HVC ecosystem, every organization/institution plays an important role in creating a halalan thayyiban business industry zone. One of the ways to promote halalization in supporting economic progress is to implement it through strengthening the Halal Value Chain in the economy. The purpose of this paper is to offer a reconstruction of the Halalan Thayiban business concept by strengthening the integration and interconnection of each subject in the HVC ecosystem. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, it is hoped that it will provide an overview of the concept of advancing a real HVC ecosystem. The results of this analysis will provide a long-term picture of the importance of promoting and accelerating HVC in terms of quality, not quantity. This study will discuss the reconstruction of the halalan thayyiban business concept and the importance of initiating an economic industry based on Islamic business ethics. By providing an overview and analysis of HVC acceleration efforts, it is hoped that this research will be oriented toward building the long term economy. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work discipline has on the performance of employees of the Regional Library and Archives Office of Gowa Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Regional Library and Archives Office of Gowa Regency. While the sampling method used is the slovin method, so that the number of samples is determined as many as 30 people. To obtain the required data, the data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires and interviews. While the analysis method used is quantitative descriptive analysis, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the research analysis on the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Office of the Regional Library and Archives of Gowa Regency, this can be seen from the t test which shows that there is a positive effect of work discipline on the performance of employees of the regional library and archives office of Gowa Regency at 0.003 <0.005 and the value of T Count. 0.005 and the T Count value of 3.325> the T Table value of 2.052, the t test shows that there is a positive effect of work discipline on employee performance at the library and archives office of the Gowa Regency area of 0.000 <0.05 and the T Count value of 4.963> the T Table value of 2.052. Sadangakan from the results of the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of the above analysis, it shows that performance and work discipline are able to explain the achievement variable, amounting to 53.9% while the rest can be explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Penyebaran virus corona jenis baru (SARS-Cov-2) di penghujung tahun 2019 yang kemudian diberi nama Covid -19 sangat menjadi perhatian dan kekhawatiran dunia. Covid-19 pertama kali ditemukan di kota Wuhan China yang kemudia bermigrasi dan mewabah ke seluruh dunia. Akibat dari penyebarannya yang cukup masiv tersebut pada akhirnya pada tanggal 11 Maret 2020 organisasi kesehatan dunia World Health Organizatin (WHO) menetapkan penyebacaran Covid 19 sebagai pandemic. Tujuan diadakannya pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah membantu masyarakat untuk lebih paham akan bahaya Covid-19, memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyarakat tentang tata cara pemakaian masker yang baik dan benar. Selain itu kami juga mengsosialisasikan kepada masyarakat dengan menyebar poster dan memberikan edukasi tentang pencegahan Covid-19. Hasil Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat yaitu antusian menerima kehadiran dengan jaga jarak dan bertanya serta menjawab setiap pertanyaan saat evaluasi, siap menggunakan masker saat keluar rumah dan bertemu orang bayak, dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan dari kegiatan tersebut tercapai dengan nilai 85 dengan kriteria berhasil.

Abstract

Using CAMEL and RGEC analytical models, this study aims to describe the reputation of BTPN Syariah compared to Muamalat Bank and to ascertain whether the financial performance and reputation of Indonesian Muamalat Banks and BTPN Syariah differ significantly. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method; that is, it describes the health of the Islamic banking industry based on the figures provided. This study shows that (1) the health assessment using CAMEL and RGEC methods leads to very different results. During 2018–2022, the health status of Bank BTPN Syariah using the CAMEL method showed good health status, while the health status of Bank Muamalat Indonesia using both methods showed excellent health status. Using the CAMEL and RGEC analysis models, it was found that there is a significant difference between the financial performance reputation of Bank BTPN Syariah and Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Based on the Mann Whitney U test, it was found that in the column Asymp.Sig. (2-tailed) for the CAMELS and RGEC tests is 0.027 or a probability less than 0.05 (0.027 < 0.05), indicating that there is a difference in the assessment of the level of health.
