Situated on the southern coast of Java Island, Kulon Progo Regency is prone to tsunami hazards since it directly faces the subduction zone of the Eurasian Plate and the Indo-Australian Plate. The road condition on the coast of Kulon Progo Regency, which extends from east to west, can be an obstacle in the evacuation process if there is no proper evacuation route planning. Total population in the study area reached 149,574 people. Therefore, it is essential to plan an evacuation route in the coastal area of Kulon Progo Regency. This study proposes the tsunami evacuation route and evaluates it with field conditions on the coast of Kulon Progo Regency. The evacuation route was built using Multi-Criteria Based Least Cost Path Analysis, which uses road network, land use, and slope data as parameters. The least cost path analysis for determining the evacuation route was carried out in 2 scenarios, namely for vehicles and pedestrians. The results of the least cost path analysis of the vehicle scenario are considered less suitable because the results are more through land use and away from the road network. The pedestrian evacuation scenario is more in line with reality because it produces a path adjacent to the road network so that it can be passed either by vehicle or pedestrian.

Kulon Progo Regency is located in the southern part of Java Island, one of Indonesia's areas that is prone to tsunami disasters. Kulon Progo Regency is prone to tsunamis because it faces a subduction zone in the Indian Ocean. Therefore, it is necessary to model tsunami inundation and map the tsunami hazard zone in the Kulon Progo coastal area. This study aims to model tsunami inundation and produce a tsunami hazard map with a tsunami height scenario of 5 meters and 10 meters. The method used in modeling tsunami inundation is using a mathematical calculation developed by Berryman-2006 using the parameters of the coefficient of surface roughness, slope, and the height of the tsunami at the coastline. The estimated tsunami inundation area is classified into a tsunami hazard index using the fuzzy logic method resulting in an index of 0 – 1, which is then divided into three hazard classes. The results of the tsunami hazard mapping with the 5 meters scenario are 15 villages in 4 sub-districts included in the hazard zone with a total area of 20672,34 Ha affected. The results of the tsunami hazard mapping with a 10 meters scenario are 26 villages in 4 sub-districts with a total area of 53042,66 Ha affected. The results of this research can be used as basic information for disaster mitigation.

Coal is a deposit of organic matter derived from plant remains that have undergone diagenesis process to form a coal seams. This study aims to determine the impact of intrusion on the physical and chemical characteristics of coal. The location of this research is in the Air Laya mining area, PT Bukit Asam Tbk, Tanjung Enim, South Sumatra and is part of the South Sumatra Basin which is well known as one of the coal bearing formation areas. Four (4) coal samples were analysed including proximate analysis, total sulphur content, and calorific value to measure moisture content, volatile matter, fixed carbon, ash content, and calorific value of the coal. Petrology and well log analysis was used to determine lithology and regression analysis was used to assess the effect of intrusion on coal characteristics. The results of the coal analysis in the research area reveal significant differences between coal samples located near the intrusion and those farther away. Coal located near the intrusion exhibits black colour, vitreous and conchoidal fracture. In contrast, coal farther from the intrusion shows a dull, blackish-brown, brownish streak, and uneven fracture. Coal near the intrusion shows lower moisture (1.5–1.7%) and volatile matter (17–25%), but higher ash content (7.9–8.2%), fixed carbon (67–73%), calorific value (7700–7968 kcal/kg), and sulphur (0.7–0.8%). In the other hand, coal farther from the intrusion has higher moisture and volatile matter, but lower fixed carbon, calorific value, and sulphur. The findings conclude that proximity to intrusion increases fixed carbon and calorific value but also raises sulphur levels, which may pose environmental and operational concerns.

Desa bak buloh yang termasuk dalam wilayah Kecamatan kuta baro. Masalah kesehatan pada lansia yang banyak dihadapi di desa bak buloh saat ini antara lain adalah Rheumatik, diabetes melitus dan Hipertensi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelayanan pemeriksaan umum dan edukasi Kesehatan secara dini untuk menjaga Kesehatan masyarakat. Target dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah masyarakat Dusun Selat, Desa Bak Buloh, Kecamatan Kuta Baro, Kabupaten Aceh besar. Luaran dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam upaya menjaga kesehatannya. Kapasitas pelayanan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kami batasi untuk 50 peserta yang didistribusikan secara merata di wilayah Dusun Lampoh cek dan Lampoh Paseh. Pada hasil pemeriksaan ditemukan 8 orang yang memiliki tekanan darah tinggi, 6 orang yang memiliki kadar gula darah yang tinggi dan 16 orang memiliki kadar asam urat melebihi batas normal. Kesimpulan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini secara umum berjalan dengan lancar dengan permasalahan kesehatan pada lansia paling banyak adalah asam urat. Oleh karena itu diharapkan melalui kegiatan pengabdian ini kesadaran masyarakat khususnya lansia dapat meningkatkan derajat kesehatan yang optimal.Kata kunci : Pemeriksaan kesehatan, Asam Urat, Diabetes Melitus,HipertensiBak Buloh village, which is included in the Kuta Baro sub-district The health problems faced by the elderly in Bak Buloh Village today include rheumatism, diabetes mellitus, and hypertension. The implementation of community service activities is carried out to provide general examination services and early health education to maintain public health. The target population in implementing this community service is the people of Selat Hamlet, Bak Buloh Village, Kuta Baro District, and Aceh Besar District. The output of this activity is to increase public awareness and knowledge in an effort to maintain their health. We limit the capacity of community service activities to 50 participants who are distributed evenly in the Lampoh Cek and Lampoh Paseh hamlets. The results of the examination found that eight people had high blood pressure, six had high blood sugar levels, and sixteen had uric acid levels that exceeded normal limits. The implementation of this activity in general led to the conclusion that health problems in the elderly were mostly caused by gout. Therefore, it is hoped that through this service activity, public awareness, especially among the elderly, can improve their optimal health status.Keywords: health check, gout,diabetes melitus, hipertensi

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya literasi keuangan dan kebiasaan menabung pada anak panti asuhan, sehingga mereka berisiko kesulitan mengelola uang ketika harus hidup mandiri di masa depan. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Panti Asuhan Intifa Cinta Yatim & Dhuafa Al-Ikhwaniyah yang mayoritas anak asuhnya belum bisa membedakan kebutuhan dan keinginan serta belum memiliki kebiasaan mencatat uang masuk dan keluar. Tujuan program ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman anak tentang konsep menabung dan akuntansi dasar, melatih keterampilan sederhana dalam menyusun prioritas pengeluaran, serta menumbuhkan motivasi menabung untuk mewujudkan cita-cita. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif mengenai fungsi akuntansi dan konsep debit–kredit, latihan pencatatan transaksi dalam bentuk ayat jurnal, diskusi dan tanya jawab, serta kegiatan kreatif menempelkan stiker nama dan cita-cita pada celengan pribadi sebagai media praktik menabung. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan anak dalam mengklasifikasikan transaksi dan mencatat debit–kredit, dengan persentase ketepatan jawaban individu berada pada kisaran 70% hingga 100% dan rata-rata nilai sebesar 83%. Selain itu, anak terlihat lebih percaya diri, antusias mengikuti latihan, serta menunjukkan motivasi baru untuk menabung melalui penggunaan celengan impian yang dikaitkan dengan cita-cita masing-masing. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan pembelajaran yang interaktif, kontekstual, dan disertai media kreatif efektif untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akuntansi dasar sekaligus mendorong perilaku menabung pada anak panti asuhan. Saran ke depan adalah pengembangan program pendampingan berkelanjutan dan penambahan sesi latihan agar kebiasaan menabung dan keterampilan pencatatan keuangan dapat semakin menguat.

Latar belakang: Radikal bebas merupakan fragmen molekul yang memiliki elektron tidak berpasangan sehingga tidak stabil, sangat reaktif dan berumur pendek. Ketidakseimbangan antara radikal bebas dan antioksidan dapat memicu stres oksidatif yang berpotensi merusak sel serta jaringan dan berhubungan dengan penyakit rongga mulut seperti periodontitis. Kopi arabika Semendo memiliki kandungan senyawa antioksidan seperti tanin, polifenol, dan flavonoid. Ekstrak kopi arabika Semendo dilaporkan mempunyai aktivitas antioksidan, sehingga dilakukan pengembangan dalam bentuk permen jeli dalam penelitian ini. Tujuan: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui aktivitas antioksidan pada permen jeli kopi arabika Semendo. Metode: penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental laboratoris secara in vitro. Metode DPPH digunakan untuk menguji aktivitas antioksidan permen jeli kopi arabika Semendo, dan terdapat dua kelompok sampel yaitu permen jeli kopi arabika Semendo dan permen jeli tanpa kopi arabika Semendo. Aktivitas antioksidan permen jeli kemudian diukur dengan menghitung nilai absorbansi untuk mendapatkan nilai persen inhibisi sampel menggunakan alat spektrofotometer UV-Vis. Uji parametrik T-test tidak berpasangan digunakan untuk menganalisis hasil nilai absorbansi larutan dan perbedaan signifikansi antarkelompok uji. Hasil: Permen jeli kopi arabika Semendo memiliki aktivitas antioksidan secara signifikan dibandingkan dengan permen jeli tanpa kopi arabika Semendo (p<0,05).Kesimpulan: Permen jeli kopi arabika Semendo memiliki aktivitas antioksidan.

Human resources (HR) are a strategic pillar in determining the success and competitiveness of agribusiness companies in the era of globalization. This study aims to analyze the implementation of training programs, HR development, and performance appraisal systems, as well as formulate strategies to optimize HR management at PT Bio Nusantara Teknologi Bengkulu. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative approach with a simple random sampling technique for 20 respondents (10% of the total 200 employees). Data collection was carried out through structured questionnaires and direct observation, which were then analyzed using the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFAS) matrix, External Factor Evaluation (EFAS), and SWOT matrix analysis. The results show that the training program and performance appraisal have been running very well, where the assessment is carried out periodically and objectively and has a direct impact on increasing employee motivation, responsibility, and work productivity. The evaluation results show an IFAS score of 2.7 (fairly strong) and an EFAS score of 2.6 (fairly adaptive). Based on the SWOT analysis coordinates, the company is in Quadrant I (Strengths-Opportunities/SO Strategies) with a difference between internal and external factors of 0.8 each. The implication of this position is that companies must implement aggressive strategies by leveraging advances in digital technology (such as e-learning) and expanding their external collaboration networks to maintain their competitive advantage in the industry.

Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana (PKB) mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam mengembangkan dan melancarkan berbagai kegiatan kependudukan yang telah dirancang oleh BKKBN. Di Kabupaten Aceh Besar terdapat 23 Kecamatan dengan 604 desa, dengan 73 tenaga PKB. Kuatnya pengaruh sosial budaya di wilayah Aceh Besar sehingga masyarakat tidak mau untuk menggikuti program KB dan produktivitas kerja PKB menurun. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan masa kerja dan lingkungan kerja dengan produktivitas Tenaga Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana dalam Program Pelayanan KB di Kabupaten Aceh Besar tahun 2024. Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh tenaga PKB yang ada di 9 Kecamatan di Wilayah Kabupaten Aceh Besar yang berjumlah 35 orang sekaligus menjadi sampel penelitian. Penelitian dilakukan pada tanggal 11-14 Juni 2024. Data diolah secara univariat dan bivariat. Hasil penelitian didapatkan ada hubungan masa kerja (p = 0,026), ada hubungan lingkungan kerja (p = 0,001) dengan produktivitas Tenaga Penyuluh Keluarga Berencana dalam Program Pelayanan KB di Kabupaten Aceh Besar Tahun 2024. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapatdismpulkan bawah faktor masa kerja dan lingkungan kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan produktivitas tenaga penyuluh keluarga berencana dalam program pelayanan KB di Kabupaten Aceh Besar.

The research study examined three concepts ; effectiveness of work, profesionalism of work, and coordination of work. Profesionalism and coordination are independent variable, while effectiveness is dependent variable. This research was conducted in 34 financial employee of Markas Komando Akademi Militer N.A.2.06.02.The methodology of this research was quantitative research. The method of collecting data were observation, interview,and questionnaire. This research was included in population research as the population were34 employee. Before the writer conducted the research, the writer had conducted validity test and reability test. Then the writer also did linearity test and multicollinearity test. The technique of data analysis in this research were product moment correlation and multiple correlation analysis. The result of first hypothesis showed rhitung (0,645) > rtabel (0,339), so there was a significant correlation between professionalism of work (X1) and effectiveness of work (Y) in 34 financial employee of Markas Komando Akademi Militer N.A.2.06.02. The result of second hypothesis showed rhitung (0,659) > rtabel (0,339). Hence H0 was accepted and Ha was refused so there was a significant correlation between coordination (X2) and effectiveness of work (Y) in 34 financial employee of Markas Komando Akademi Militer N.A.2.06.02. The result of third hypothesis showed that there was a positive and significant correlation between professionalism of work and coordination work together with effectiveness of work in 34 financial employee of Markas Komando Akademi Militer N.A.2.06.02. It was proven by determination coefficient (R2) ; 0,533 and regression ; Fregression 17,702. Service is the most important thing in organization which is run in either private service or government service. Many ways have been done by organization to give the best service for consumer satisfaction. One indicators of service successfulness is there is not any complaint from customer for the service which they got. Even thought if there is complaint, as a good organization, it has to be accepted and it is able to be solved well. Service is as a part from the servive itself. In other word, it is not separated from service that was given before. In many service cases usually consumers are in weak position as an effect from service that was given precisely caused consumer lost their right. For example in Prita Mulyasari’s case, she had to be willing lost her freedom for couple days because she was arrested in jail for her complaint by an email. She was not satisfaied because of the service dissartisfaction. Learning from Prita’s case, we as Indonesian consumer, it is the right time to recognice our right in order to get and to demand the best service without frightened.
