AbstractThis study aims to describe and analyze the application of a combination of GoogleClassroom and Google Meet learning media in increasing student motivation inentrepreneurship subjects for class XI RPL at SMK Koperasi Pontianak. This research usesclassroom action research (CAR). The subjects in this study were students of class XI RPL atSMK Koperasi Pontianak in the odd semester of the 2019-2020 school year, totaling 34students. The data involved in this study are qualitative and quantitative data. The researchinstruments used by the researcher are: Learning Implementation Observation Sheet, StudentLearning Motivation Questionnaire, Written Test and Documentation. The data analysistechnique used is data presentation. Triangulation, and drawing conclusions. This classroomaction research is planned in several cycles, with planning procedures. Implementation ofaction, observation and reflection. The student learning outcomes starting from before theaction was carried out until the third cycle also increased. The percentage of student learningoutcomes in the pre-cycle (63.53%) increased in the first cycle (65.57%), increased again inthe second cycle (71.5%) and increased again in the third cycle (77.64%). Based on thedescription above, it can be concluded that the application of a combination of GoogleClassroom and Google Meet learning media can increase student learning motivation inentrepreneurship subjects in class XI RPL at SMK Koperasi Pontianak.Keywords: Motivation to Learn, Google Classroom, Google Meet, Learning Media, Covid-19

AbstractThis research was conducted in Kecamatan Kapuas, Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat. Thepurpose was to determine the morality economic behavior of the Sanggau KapuasMalay community seen on imperative criteria, generalization, symmetry, intrinsicmotivation, and internalization processes. The research approach used isphenomenological qualitative research. Ten informants were determined usingsnowball sampling. Techniques of data collection used interviews and directobservation. AbstractThis research aims to review and analyze cultivation training and marketingstrategies in increasing the income of farmers gropus In Rasau Jaya. This form ofresearch is qualitative research with this type of case study research. The data sourcein this study is a member of a farming group consisting of 4 groups whose each groupcontains 5 members so that the total data source is 20 people. Its data collectiontechnique is to use data triangulation techniques consisting of observation, interviewand documentation. The results of this study showed that in the training of cultivationregarding material 1-3 given by the group of 1,2,3,4 already understand well allmaterials provided by the coaches, the masketing strategy carried out by 4 groupstends to use the same strategy that offers products in the form of fresh betel nut, dryand processed betel nut, the price offered Rp5,000-Rp60,000 distribution channelthrough the long process from farmers to export promotions carried out is a strategy.Public relations and personal selling. The aim of this research is to determine the strategies and obstacles to using digital marketing in increasing MSME sales in the city of Pontianak. The approach used is in the form of qualitative case study research. Interviews and observations were conducted on 6 MSMEs in the city of Pontianak with different business fields with a total of 12 informants, namely 6 MSME actors and 6 customers. Data collection was carried out using in-depth interviews and observations as well as some documentation relevant to the research. The results of this research found that the use of digital marketing strategies implemented by MSMEs in Pontianak involves the use of social media and ecommerce platforms such as GrabFood, Gofood, Shopee Food, and Maxim. Among social media platforms, Instagram is the most commonly used. Business owners also implement auto reply digital marketing strategies to serve customers in their digital marketing and also collaborate with endorsements in promotional efforts. The increase in sales is one of the results of the strategy of using digital marketing which can be seen in the comparison between before and after the use of digital marketing, with sales income tending to increase from the start of the business or even not decreasing. In using digital marketing, business actors have several obstacles such as limited time in carrying out promotional activities such as content creation and errors in choosing endorsement services.

AbstrakKreativitas guru dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran merupakan bentuk kontribusi pada minat belajar karena hal tersebut mampu tingkatkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Tujuan daripada penelitian berikut ialah dalam mengamati bagaimana kreativitas guru dan motivasi belajar mata pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, serta seberapa besar pengaruh kreativitas guru terhadap motivasi belajar mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Riset ini mengambil 52 peserta didik sebagai partisipan penelitian. Penganalisisan data yang dipergunakan yaknistatistik deskriptif dan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Kreativitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak diperoleh persentase 78,05% termasuk dalam kategori tinggi. (2) Hasil analisis data Motivasi belajar peserta didik X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak diperoleh persentase 69,90% termasuk berkategori tinggi. (3) Kreativitas guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan pada peserta didik kelas X IPS SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak dengan besaran pengaruh sebesar 16,0% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi dari variabel lainnya selain daripada penelitian berikut. Misalnya seperti teman sebaya, lingkungan keluarga, kondisi Gedung sekolah dan lain-lain.Kata Kunci: Kreativitas Guru, Motivasi Belajar AbstractThe creativity of teachers in carrying out learning is a form of contribution to the interest in learning because it can increase the motivation for learning students. The purpose of this study is to see how the creativity of teachers and the motivation to learn the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in students of class X social studies SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak, as well as how much influence teacher creativity has on the motivation to learn the subjects of Pancasila and Citizenship Education in students of class X social studies SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a correlational method. This research took 52 students as research participants. The data analysis used is descriptive statistics and simple linear regression. The results showed that: (1) The creativity of teachers in managing learning towards ppkn learning motivation in class X social studies students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak obtained a percentage of 78.05% included in the high category. (2) The results of the data analysis of learning motivation of students X social studies of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak obtained a percentage of 69.90% included in the high category. (3) teacher creativity has a significant effect on the motivation to learn Pancasila and Citizenship Education subjects in class X social studies students of SMA Negeri 10 Pontianak with an influence of 16.0% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside this study. This research aims to find out how interested students in SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk are in continuing their studies, factors that foster interest, as well as obstacles and solutions in growing interest. This research uses a qualitative approach with a qualitative descriptive research type. Three methods of data gathering were used: documentation, interviews, and observation. Data reduction, data presentation, conclusion-making, and verification are all part of data analysis methodologies. Data validity checking techniques use triangulation and reference materials. Research informants were students, teachers, homeroom teachers and school principals. The results of the research show that interest in continuing college among students at SMA Negeri 1 Semparuk is low. Factors that foster student interest include motivation, ideals and family environment. Obstacles or problems for students come from economic factors and self-will. The solution that can be taken is that schools must provide more information about scholarships and other financial assistance, and must provide more guidance and motivation to students regarding continuing their education to college.

This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge, Industrial Work Practice and Self-Efficacy on Entrepreneurial Interest of Class XII BDP Students of SMKN 8 Pontianak. This form of research is Quantitative research with Survey research type. The sample in this study were XII BDP class students 83 students. The sampling method is Total Sampling population The results showed that 1. There is a significant effect of X1 Entrepreneurship Knowledge on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significant value of 0.000. The calculated t value of 12.809 is greater than the t table of 1.664 by having an influence of 66.9%, 2. There is a significant effect of X2 Industrial Work Practice on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significant value of 0.018, with a calculated t value of 2.414 having an influence of 6.7%, 3. There is a significant effect of X3 Self-Efficacy on Y Entrepreneurial Interest indicated by a significance value of 0.000. There is an effect of Entrepreneurship Knowledge (X1), Industrial Work Practice (X2), and Self- Efficacy (X3) has a positive influence on Entrepreneurial Interest (Y) together (simultaneously) with a significance value of 0.000 smaller than 0.005 with a value of F value calculated 82.734 greater than F table 2.76 with the influence of 75.9%.

This research aims to determine and describe the role of the West Kalimantan National Assimilation Forum in realizing community unity and unity in West Kalimantan. The research method used is a descriptive method in the form of qualitative research. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the role of the National Assimilation Forum in realizing unity and unity can be seen from the work program implemented, namely the production of short videos regarding national assimilation, socialization of national assimilation, youth dialogue, coordination and hearings of district/city FPK. With supporting factors such as coaching and coordinating with regional heads through the Kesbangpol agency, funding from the regional government to carry out work program activities, participation of cross-ethnic organizations in carrying out activities, collaboration with other community organizations in carrying out activities and obstacles to activities such as lack of funds provided by the regional government to carry out all work programs and members who are not active in carrying out activities.

The purpose of the study was to determine the role of scout coaches as mentors in implementing disciplinary character. knowing the role of coaches as role models in implementing disciplinary character, knowing scout coaches as motivators in implementing disciplinary character, and knowing the strategies used by scout coaches in implementing the disciplinary character of Scout Members at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya. The research method used descriptive method with qualitative research form. The sources of research data are Scoutmaster, Deputy Student Affairs, and Scout Members. Data collection techniques are observation, interview and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study are in the form of the role of the Scoutmaster at SMP Negeri 4 Sungai Raya as a mentor, namely providing direction and guidance to students to be disciplined in participating in mandatory scout activities. The Scoutmaster shows an exemplary attitude consistently during extracurricular activities by being present on time and completing tasks properly. As a motivator, the Scoutmaster's role in implementing disciplinary character is by providing motivation and support to scout members through mandatory activities and routine activities. Scoutmasters use strategies in an effort to implement disciplinary character through mandatory activities and routine activities by providing guidance during activities, motivation, role modeling and providing responsibility.

This research aims to provide an overview of the values of youth nationalist character through the straw hat pirate character in the One Piece anime series. The research method used is a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The data sources for this research are the head of the Pontianak one piece anime community, members of the Pontianak one piece anime community, and teenagers who love one piece anime aged 15-21 years. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the nationalist character contained in the main character of the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness, solidarity, independence and willingness to sacrifice. The description of the nationalistic character that teenagers emulate after watching the One Piece anime series is unity and oneness in the activities they carry out, solidarity in terms of friendship, independence shown by strong determination and desire, and willingness to make sacrifices that are applied to everyday life. There are positive impacts such as being able to provide encouragement for personal and social development, being able to form a better character with the surrounding environment, while the negative impact is that they tend to spend more time watching cellphone screens, teenagers are more consumptive by buying knick-knacks or clothes that match the animated characters.
