The research approach used is a qualitative approach using the experimental method. The subjects of this study were 5 children aged 4-5 years, all of whom were male. Data collection techniques used were the initial observation (pretest) and final observation (posttest). The initial observation is carried out before the treatment is given using a media puzzle and the final observation is carried out after the treatment is given. The results of the study showed that 4 out of 5 people were capable of being responsible, and the ability to obey the rules reached a value of 3 out of 4 values, namely with the statement of DAE (Developing According to Expectations). Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of singing methods in enhancing the musical intelligence of early childhood at RA Fatipa and to analyze its impact on the holistic development of children. Using a descriptive qualitative method with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and document studies, this research finds that the singing method at RA Fatipa is implemented integratively through various techniques, such as singing together, singing with movements, and using songs as learning media. The research results show a positive impact of the singing method on children's musical intelligence, cognitive development, language, socio-emotional, and motor skills. However, the study also identifies several challenges, namely limitations in facilities and infrastructure, the need for teacher training, the importance of parental support, as well as the need for a more systematic integration of the curriculum and strengthening of the evaluation and documentation system. This study recommends improving facilities and infrastructure, continuous training for teachers, active parental involvement, better curriculum integration, and the development of a structured evaluation and documentation system to optimize the implementation of singing methods and their impact on children's development.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of musical intelligence on the cognitive development of early childhood children at TK IT Nurul Ilmi. Employing a quantitative correlational approach, this research involves a sample of early childhood children at the kindergarten. The data collection instruments consist of a musical intelligence test and a cognitive development test. Data analysis using Pearson correlation indicates a positive and significant relationship between musical intelligence and cognitive development. The higher the musical intelligence, the higher the cognitive development. These findings suggest the integration of musical activities in the PAUD curriculum to stimulate children's cognitive development. Further research needs to be conducted to examine the most effective types of musical activities and other factors that influence this relationship.

Abstract

At preschool age, the development of kinesthetic intelligence is strongly influenced by stimulation provided through varied physical activities and games. One approach that can be used by teachers is through games, especially obstacle games or handicap games. These games are designed to provide structured physical challenges, so that children are encouraged to develop gross motor skills, balance, agility, and overall body coordination. This study aims to determine the improvement of grossmotor skills through simple obstacle games. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this study were children in the age range of 5-6 Years at ABA Bustanul 10 Medan Kindergarten ,namely 10 people .Datacollection was done by observation and non-test. This observation is used to determine the ability ofstudents in gross motor skills, the data is analyzed by the percentage formula. The result soft here searc hobtain edwere BB 30%, MB 40%,BSH 20%,BSB 10%.IncycleI and in cycle II BB 0%, MB 20%, BSH 20%, BSB 60%. Gross motor skills in developing kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years through simple obstacle games in cycle I only reached completeness with a value of 10% (Less), and in cycle II it increased classically with a value of 60% (Very good). Thus the improvement of gross motor skills of children aged 5-6 years through simple obstacle games can improve gross motor skills in developing kinesthetic intelligence of children aged 5-6 years.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze strategies for stimulating linguistic intelligence in early childhood through play-based activities at TK IT Insan Madani, Deli Serdang. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation and interviews with kindergarten teachers. The results showed that play activities such as storytelling, role-playing, and the use of educational visual media consistently improved children's language abilities, including vocabulary enrichment, sentence structuring, and confidence in communication. Observations also revealed increased verbal interaction among children during classroom activities. These findings indicate that play-based learning is an effective strategy for developing linguistic intelligence in early childhood, especially when supported by a conducive learning environment and active involvement of teachers and parents.

Abstract

Background (General): Verbal abuse is a form of non-physical violence characterized by harsh, degrading, or mocking words that harm others emotionally, and it frequently occurs within school settings. Background (Specific): Addressing verbal abuse in students is crucial as it disrupts learning environments and affects peer relationships. Knowledge Gap: While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques have been applied in various behavioral issues, limited empirical evidence exists regarding their application in reducing students’ verbal abuse. Aim: This study investigates the use of individual counseling with the Thought Stopping technique to reduce verbal abuse among students. Results: Employing a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design with purposive sampling, data were collected using a validated Likert-scale verbal aggression questionnaire and analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed ranks test in SPSS. Findings revealed a significant difference between pretest and posttest scores (p = 0.042, p < 0.05), indicating a measurable reduction in verbal abuse behavior after counseling. Novelty: This study demonstrates the application of a structured CBT-based intervention specifically tailored to address verbal aggression in school settings. Implications: The results highlight the potential of Thought Stopping in individual counseling as a practical strategy for educators and counselors to foster healthier communication patterns among students. Highlights: Individual counseling with Thought Stopping reduced students’ verbal abuse behavior. Wilcoxon test analysis showed a significant pretest–posttest difference (p=0.042). The study provides practical contributions for school counselors in behavior intervention. Keywords: Individual Counseling, Thought Stopping, Verbal Abuse, CBT, Students

Abstract

Regular exercise plays a crucial role in maintaining and improving immune system function, especially in female athletes who experience hormonal and physiological stress during training. This review article aims to explain the effects of aerobic and anaerobic exercise on humoral immune parameters and stress hormone responses in female athletes compared to inactive women. Based on the results of various studies, moderate and consistent physical activity can increase levels of immunoglobulins (IgA, IgG, and IgM) and strengthen immune protection. On the other hand, high-intensity or excessive exercise can increase cortisol and ACTH levels, potentially suppressing immune function temporarily. Research findings also show that female athletes have a better immune profile compared to inactive women, as indicated by increased natural killer cell activity and lymphocyte proliferation. However, excessive exercise can lead to immunological imbalance. Therefore, moderate-intensity exercise and well-planned training programs are proven to maintain endurance and prevent the risk of immune decline. This review is expected to broaden the understanding of sports immunology and women's health.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of kinesthetic and visual-spatial intelligence learning in early childhood. The background of this research is the importance of developing multiple intelligences in early childhood, especially kinesthetic and visual-spatial intelligence which often receive less attention in formal learning. The research methods used include limited participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers, and documentation of children's work and lesson planning documents. The results of the research at TKIT Siti Khadijah show that the learning activities designed consistently support the development of children's multiple intelligences. A case study of a child named Abbil showed significant progress in visual-spatial intelligence through coloring activities, assembling lego blocks, and basic introduction to visual programming. In the kinesthetic aspect, Abbil showed good body coordination through morning exercises and traditional games such as engklek, as well as social-kinesthetic skills in group games. This study concludes that developing kinesthetic and visual-spatial intelligence through a holistic and fun learning approach can help children reach their full potential.
