Abstract

It is important to prioritize learning through playing with peers because social development plays a very important role in the development that occurs in children. Nowadays, many students face situations where they are unable to interact with their peers. Therefore, this study aims to examine the social development of underage children through interactions with equal peers. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach and involved all students in class 3A of the AL FIQRI SCHOOL Kindergarten, as well as teachers and the school principal. Information about children's social development is collected through interviews, observation and documentation. Qualitative analysis was used in this research. From the results of research conducted, it is proven that interaction with peers plays a very important role in children's social development. Through this interaction, children can learn to obey rules, provide help to friends in situations such as studying, and share with their friends. Therefore, it can be concluded that peers have a significant influence on the social development of early childhood. The aim of this research is to evaluate the development of children's social relationships with peers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out: To see the listening ability of young children before using the storytelling method at the Pembina Pegasing Kindergarten, to see the implementation of learning using the storytelling method in the Pembina Pegasing Kindergarten, and to see how the listening ability of early childhood can be improved after using the storytelling method at Pembina Pegasing Kindergarten. The research technique used was PTK (classroom action research) with a quantitative and qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were 9 children aged 5-6 years. The research was carried out in July until completion starting from preparation activities to implementation. Namely in the Orchid class, there are 9 children with 4 boys and 5 girls. This research was conducted at the Pembina Pegasing Kindergarten for the 2023/2024 academic year. The research was conducted in the even semester of FY. 2023-2024 until completion.  This research uses the Kemmis and Mc model design. Taggart, this research was carried out in 2 cycles, namely cycle I and cycle II. Cycle I obtained a percentage value of 8.2%. . Cycle II percentage value is 10%. From research conducted starting in Pre-action, Cycle I and Cycle II, it shows that the average child has improved. The increase in children's listening ability shows that using the storytelling method is more effective in improving the listening ability of children aged 5 - 6 years.  Thus, the storytelling method is one effort that can improve the listening skills of children aged 5 - 6 years.

Abstract

This study aims to find out about early childhood development regarding psychosocial in children. This type of research is quantitative research using data collection conducted in natural conditions, sources and accurate data by conducting interviews and documentation to obtain data in the study. The results showed that the development of early childhood in terms of psychosocial development chronologically, early childhood is a period of development from the age of 1 or 2 years to 5 or 6 years. Biological development at this time is rapid, but sociologically he is still very much bound by his environment and family. Therefore, the functionalization of the family environment in this phase is very important to prepare children to enter the wider environment, especially the school environment. Childhood is often called the ethical period, the sensory period, and the period of opposing parents. It is called ethical because it is the time of the feeling of beauty. Children's social development is strongly influenced by the sociopsychological climate.

Abstract

Bullying merupakan salah satu dari aspek yang memunculkan kecenderungan emosional. Salah satu akibat dari bullying itu hingga terbentuklah bermacam berbagai wujud emosi pada anak baik kepada bullying ataupun juga korban( victim). Dengan strategi riset ialah riset permasalahan ini yang bertujuan buat mendapatkan data tentang wujud emosi Bullying serta korban( Victim) dalam wujud tingkah laku siswa. Bersumber pada hasil riset ini wujud emosi yang ditimbulkan sikap bullying ialah awal mulanya pelakon mempunyai ciri mau menampilkan dirinya serta memperoleh atensi orang lain, tetapi kala sang pelakon memandang sahabat nya yang mempunyai keahlian lebih dari ia hingga wujud emosi yang di timbulkan nya merupakan benci. Rasa benci yang di timbulkan tersebut malah menyakiti serta menimbulkan sikap Bullying. Begitu pula kebalikannya seseorang sahabat yang sebelumnya di bully( Victim) mempunyai ciri temperamen yang besar serta keras kepala, sehingga wujud emosi yang di timbulkan merupakan kasar, impulsif serta keinginan buat balas dendam kepada sahabat yang menyakitinya. Buat menindak lanjuti wujud emosi Sikap Bullying serta korban( Victim) hingga memerlukan kedudukan Guru Tutorial Konseling di sekolah. Guru Bk wajib membuat program layanan tentang menghindari terbentuknya Bullying di sekolah, semacam layanan tutorial kelompok, konseling kelompok, tutorial klasikal dan membagikan tutorial individual kepada sikap ataupun juga korban yang ikut serta permasalahan Bullying. Guru BK pula bisa memakai kecanggihan tekhnologi buat melaksanakan program semacam memakai media vidio- vidio animasi yang berkaitan dengan bullying dan membagikan akibat yang di timbulkan dari sikap bullying maupun korban( Victim).

Abstract

In general, parenting is an interaction relationship between parents, namely father and mother. And their children, which involves aspects of the parents' attitudes, values and beliefs as a form of nurturing effort, showing their authority over the child and one of the parents' responsibilities in delivering their child. Towards maturity. This research aims to provide readers with an understanding of parental parenting styles regarding children's personalities. The data collection technique used in this research, where the data comes from books. Scientific journals, literature that is suitable as a source for the research that the author will research. The results of the research show that parental patterns consist of theree types, on of which is authoritarian parenting where parents demand that children follow the rules without asking the child's opinion. This makes children tend to lack self-confidence and form an unhealthy inner child

Abstract

During childhood, the development of a child involves several key aspects. Firstly, the physical development aspect encompasses the skeletal and muscular systems, as well as the development of motor skills. Secondly, health and safety become important focuses by providing adequate physical exercise to meet national targets and prevent children's inactivity. The processing of information and intelligence in cognitive development emphasizes repetition, organization, comparison, and the emergence of information. The division of intelligence into emotional and spiritual intelligence provides an additional dimension to understanding child development. Piaget's approach, particularly the concrete operational stage, describes a phase in which children use operations and logical reasoning in concrete situations. Lastly, in cognitive development, language becomes an important tool for communication, both in oral and sign forms.

Abstract

Language as a communication tool has an important role in human interaction. Language can be used by humans to convey their ideas, ideas, desires, feelings and experiences to others. Language is a form of embodiment of human civilization and culture, in the linguistic dictionary, language is an arbitrary sound symbol unit used by a member of society to work together, interact and identify themselves. The spoken language between one region and another is different which is called a dialect. In order to unite the language in the community from several regions, a national language is needed. In addition, in the process of communication, speech acts also occur. A communication process cannot be separated from speech acts or speech events. The importance of communication encourages people to be more creative in creating new media as a means to facilitate the communication process.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how the social emotional development of young children interacts with peers Darussalam class for 5-6 years old at RA.Ash-Shalihah. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative research approach, namely a problem solving procedure that is investigated by describing or explaining in a realistic way the condition of the subject or object of research. The results show that children's social emotional development in interacting with their friends is said to be good and teachers play an active role in this, teachers motivate, guide, advise, direct and provide understanding regarding using good language and not getting angry easily. Then there are supporting factors in children's social emotional development in interaction, namely parents, so that apart from being at school at home, children are also educated in using good language. However, the support found is that teachers never get tired and remain enthusiastic in approaching, mentoring and supervising students so that these students have better social emotional development in interacting with their friends.

Abstract

Community Service Program (KKN) is a platform for applying and developing knowledge and technology outside the campus, with a specific timeframe, work mechanism, and set requirements. KKN organized by Higher Education Institutions aims to enhance the quality of education for students, allowing them to gain greater added value in higher education. Through the implementation of KKN, it is expected that students can develop their social and personal competencies. This KKN program took place from July 25 to August 24, 2024, in Mekar Sari Village, Laut Tador Subdistrict, Batubara Regency. Mekar Sari Village is rich in natural resources that need to be developed to improve the welfare of the community. One of the programs initiated in this KKN is the socialization of making candy from moringa leaves as a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) product. This program aims to add value to existing natural resources while empowering the village community by improving their skills and income. By utilizing local potential, it is hoped that Mekar Sari Village can develop a sustainable home industry and have a positive impact on the village's economy. This socialization program includes technical training in candy production, product packaging, and effective marketing strategies to ensure the product can compete in wider markets.

Abstract

Mental health problems such as stress and depression are becoming increasingly serious problems among older people. Aging brings with it a variety of physical, social and emotional challenges that can increase the risk of mental disorders in this age group. Stress and depression in older people can affect quality of life, physical health, and social and psychological functioning. The aim of this research is to find out how to manage stress and depression. This research method uses a qualitative approach with literature study, by collecting and analyzing several relevant articles and books. From this research the author found three discussion results, first the definition of stress and depression, second the causes of stress and depression in the elderly, approaches to managing stress and depression in the elderly. Therefore, it is important to approach stress and depression management so that it can improve the quality of life of the elderly and control the risk of stress and depression more effectively.
