This study discusses the understanding and application of the hadith regarding the obligation of husbands to provide for their wives in the high tobing village community. Based on Islamic teachings, husbands have the primary responsibility to provide for their wives and families. However, in practice, various factors such as economic conditions, social changes, and women's multiple roles influence this obligation as a result of husbands who are never responsible for family needs. The study used a qualitative approach with interview and observation methods of the local community. The results showed that the discovery of nafkah in the household still faces various challenges, such as husbands who always do things that are prohibited by Islamic law so that husbands ignore their responsibilities as head of the household.

Pregnancy is a physiological process that brings changes to the mother and her environment. With pregnancy, a woman's body system experiences fundamental changes to support the development and growth of the fetus in the womb during a person's pregnancy process. Preeclampsia is a major cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality worldwide. In Indonesia, the incidence of preeclampsia is the second highest cause of maternal death after bleeding with a percentage of 25%. The aim of this research is to determine the factors associated with the incidence of preeclampsia at the Bakti Timah Pangkalpinang Hospital in 2022-2024. This study used a cross-sectional analytical observation study research design. The population in this study was 2,399 pregnant women at RSBT in 2022- 2023, with a sample of 59. This research was conducted in 09 December 2024-09 January 2025. Data analysis used the Chisquare test. The results of the analysis show that there is a significant relationship between maternal age with p-value = 0.028 POR= 3.989, history of hypertension with p-value = 0.000 POR = 15.938, Parity with p-value = 0.000 POR = 26.571 and obesity with p-value = 0.000 POR=19,333 with the incidence of preeclampsia. The conclusion of this study is that preeclampsia is caused by several factors, namely, age ≤20 years and ≥35 years, mothers who have a history of hypertension if their systolic pressure is ≤140 and diastolic pressure ≥90, mothers who experience parity more than 3 times and mothers who are obese with a BMI of more than 26, so there is a relationship between age, history of hypertension, parity and obesity with the incidence of preeclampsia in pregnant women at the Bakti Hospital. tin base pinang in 2024.

COCOMO merupakan metode estimasi effort perangkat lunak berbasis parametrik yang banyak digunakan dan fleksibel diimplementasikan pada organisasi skala kecil hingga besar. Akan tetapi, kedua parameter COCOMO, yaitu multiplikatif dan eksponensial kerap memberikan hasil yang kurang presisi serta tidak realistis untuk diterapkan pada lingkungan pengembangan perangkat lunak saat ini. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, beberapa penelitian mengusulkan pendekatan berbasis pencarian untuk mendapatkan nilai parameter yang tepat dengan menggunakan algoritma optimasi metaheuristik. Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) merupakan salah satu algoritma optimasi yang bisa menghindari jebakan optimum lokal yang sering dialami oleh algoritma berbasis swarm intelligence. Namun, GWO kurang dalam hal diversity populasi yang membuat banyak kandidat solusi tidak mampu menjangkau ruang pencarian secara merata. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penelitian ini mengusulkan GWO termodifikasi berupa chaotic uniform initialization agar bisa meningkatkan diversity populasi. Metode yang diusulkan ini membangkitkan dua populasi awal yang masing-masing menggunakan teknik chaos dan acak. Setiap kandidat solusi pada kedua populasi tersebut diseleksi berdasarkan nilai fitness tertentu yang pada akhirnya akan membentuk satu populasi awal yang memiliki diversity yang lebih baik. Eksperimen pada penelitian ini menggunakan tiga himpunan data dari NASA. Untuk mendapatkan teknik chaos terbaik, dilakukan komparasi terhadap tujuh teknik chaos. Metode yang diusulkan kemudian dikomparasikan dengan algoritma GWO standar dan satu varian GWO terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode yang diusulkan beserta teknik chaos circle terbukti mampu memperbaiki diversity populasi sehingga meningkatkan performa akurasi estimasi COCOMO. Metode yang diusulkan ini dimungkinkan untuk diintegrasikan pada alat bantu estimasi effort perangkat lunak yang biasa digunakan oleh para manajer proyek. Abstract COCOMO is a parametric-based software effort estimation method that is widely used and flexible to implement in small to large scale organizations. However, the two COCOMO parameters, namely multiplicative and exponential, often provide results that lack precision and are not realistic to apply to the current software development environment. To overcome this problem, several studies have proposed search-based approach to obtain appropriate parameter values using metaheuristic optimization algorithms. Grey Wolf Optimizer (GWO) is an algorithm that can avoid the local minimum trap that is often experienced by other swarm intelligence algorithms. However, GWO lacks population diversity which makes candidate solutions unable to cover the search space evenly. This study proposes chaotic uniform initialization to increase population diversity. The proposed method generates two initial populations using chaotic and random techniques respectively. Each candidate solution in the two populations is selected based on a certain fitness value which will ultimately produce an initial population that has better diversity. The experiment in this study used three data sets from NASA. To get the best chaos technique, a comparison of seven chaos techniques was carried out. The proposed method is then compared with the standard GWO algorithm and a current GWO variant. The research results show that the proposed method and the chaos circle technique are proven to be able to improve population diversity thereby increasing the accuracy of COCOMO. The proposed method is possible to integrated into software effort estimation tools commonly used by project managers.

Penelitian ini menganalisis implementasi Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pesawaran No. 3 Tahun 2014 tentang Pengelolaan Sampah di Desa Kalirejo, Kecamatan Negeri Katon, dari perspektif fiqh siyasah. Fokus penelitian ini adalah peran masyarakat, efektivitas kebijakan, dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan sampah. penelitian ini termasuk penelitian lapangan (field research), penelitian lapangan adalah penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengumpulkan data dari lokasi atau lapangan. Keterkaitan dengan permasalahan dalam penelitian merupakan Implementasi Peraturan Daerah Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pesawaran No 3 Tahun 2014 Tentang Pengelolaan Sampah Desa Kalirejo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlunya pendekatan partisipatif untuk mencapai keberlanjutan lingkungan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan Peraturan Daerah Kabupaten Pesawaran Nomor 10 Tahun 2010 telah efektif dalam menjaga lingkungan namun laporan pengelolaan sampah di Desa Kalirejo, Kecamatan Negeri Katong pada bulan Maret 2014 masih belum optimal. Kendala utama dalam penerapan kebijakan ini adalah rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat, terbatasnya sarana dan prasarana, serta kurangnya sosialisasi. Pendekatan fiqh siyasah menekankan pentingnya prinsip keadilan, transparansi dan partisipasi dalam pengelolaan lingkungan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup di Kabupaten Pesawaran dan memberikan dasar bagi terciptanya lingkungan hidup yang bersih, sehat dan nyaman. This paper discusses the application of two combined power generation systems namely generator and Solar Panel in improving the efficiency of offshore power supply during downtime. Ensuring reliable and sustainable power in remote and limited range environments is critical for sustainable platform maintenance and sustainability. Traditional power sources, such as diesel generators, although reliable, have high carbon emissions and operational costs. Solar energy, although environmentally friendly, faces spatial constraints in offshore. A hybrid system combines photovoltaic (PV) panels and conventional generators, which provides an optimal balance between renewable energy and reliability. This study focuses on the system design, operational benefits, and its impact on wellhead platform sustainability, highlighting its efficiency and environmental sustainability.

This study aims to determine the implementation of profit sharing in BUM Desa businesses from the perspective of DSN fatwa No.115/DSN-MUI/IX/2017 (case study in Papaso village, East Sosa sub-district, Padang Lawas Regency). The background is the form of cooperation carried out at BUM Desa Maju Mandiri in Papaso Village, where this cooperation involves more than two parties. BUM Desa in Papaso Village was established in 2022 with 3 (three) members. As for the implementation of BUM Desa activities in Papaso Village, there are problems in profit sharing or mudharabah between the capital provider and the manager, namely in this collaboration the capital provider should provide capital for the manager but the capital provider does not provide any capital at all. The capital provider is a third party from the community as an investor with an agreement at the beginning of profit sharing 50% for investors, 30% for managers and 20% for the village government. Based on the results of the study, the practice of profit sharing in Papaso Village, East Sosa District, Padang Lawas Regency is not in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa NO. 115/2017. 115/2017. To resolve this problem if you want to change the ratio by one of the parties, you must go through consensus deliberation to get an agreement. However, if one of the parties does not fulfill its obligations or there is a dispute between the parties, then the settlement is carried out through dispute resolution based on sharia with applicable laws and regulations after no agreement is reached through deliberation.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah terciptanya migrasi IPv6 dalam skala kecil yang akan diterapkan pada kelas A Unit Pelayanan Teknis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi yang akan dapat digunakan dengan baik dan optimal. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan yaitu: identifikasi masalah dan pengumpulan data, desain dan implementasi pada IPv6. Pada penerapan IPv6 tidak dapat dilakukan dalam yang singkat karena jaringan IPv4 masih mendominasi dan idenya adalah penerapan IPv6 tanpa merusak infrastruktur yang ada sebelumnya pada IPv4. Oleh karena itu, Unit Pelayanan Teknis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi bertujuan untuk bermigrasi dari IPv4 ke IPv6 dengan Metode Rekaya Teknik.Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik dual stack dengan pembanding native IPv4 dan IPv6. Mekanisme transisi gunakan untuk menghubungkan site IPv6 yang terpisah oleh jaringan IPv4 sehingga bisa terkoneksi dengan IPv6 lainnya.Sebelum menerapkan desain dan implementasi pada kelas A, IPv4 dan IPv6 juga diuji ketahanan jaringannya setelah di upload sebanyak 5 kali pada web local media streaming server yang sudah dibangun dengan menggunakan sistem operasi Debian Linux 7.8.0 Analisis penelitian menunjukkan pada bagian transfer rate, Wireshark bertugas untuk melihat semua kinerja-kinerja yang ada pada IPv4 dan IPv6, dengan jenis-jenis file seperti (MP4, MP3 dan JPG) dan ukuran yang berbeda-beda. Berhasilnya menggunakan Dual stack yaitu menggunakan dua jaringan yang berbeda IPv4 dan IPv6 dalam satu interface dalam router agar dapat berjalan dalam waktu yang sama. pada Kelas A Unit Pelayanan Teknis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi. Walaupun dari segi pengambilan data transfer rate IPv4 masih bekerja dengan baik saat ini, akan tetapi tahun yang akan datang IPv6 ini akan banyak yang menerapkannya pada kalangan Universitas dan Institusi lainnya dengan kelebihan-kelebihan yang dimiliki IPv6 ini.

Population growth and the reduction of agricultural land necessitate the application of technology to enhance agricultural productivity. A plant factory is an advanced agricultural technology that enables indoor plant production by precisely regulating the microclimate for optimal growth. While fuzzy logic algorithms have been applied for microclimate control, the use of an adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) has not been explored. This research aims to develop a microclimate monitoring and control system based on ANFIS and fuzzy logic in a plant factory and compare their performance. The study involves five stages: designing control system schemes, developing hardware and software, testing, analyzing data, and comparing system performance. Microclimate data from both systems were analyzed using the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) metric and visualized through performance graphs. The results indicate that the plant factory with ANFIS control achieved MAE temperature values of 1.18°C and 1.48°C and MAE humidity values of 14.68% and 12.48%, while the fuzzy logic control system yielded MAE temperature values of 1.68°C and 1.60°C and MAE humidity values of 13.02% and 12.31%. Based on the MAE values, the ANFIS control system demonstrated better temperature regulation than fuzzy logic; however, neither system provided optimal microclimate control. These findings highlight the potential of ANFIS for improving temperature regulation in plant factories, suggesting the need for further refinement and optimization of control strategies to enhance overall system performance The research consists of five stages, namely designing ANFIS and fuzzy logic control system schemes, designing hardware, designing software, testing and analyzing data, and comparing the performance of the two control systems. Analysis is also done by looking at the graph of running results. The results showed that the plant factory with ANFIS control system showed MAE temperature values of 1.18oC and 1.48oC and MAE humidity of 14.68% and 12.48% while the plant factory with fuzzy logic control system showed MAE temperature values of 1.68oC and 1.60oC and MAE humidity of 13.02% and 12.31%. The plant factory with ANFIS control system provides better performance in temperature regulation based on the MAE value obtained but has not provided good performance, either using ANFIS control system or using fuzzy logic control system.

The impact of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic requires a precise strategy to encourage export activities. This community service activity aims to provide education for practitioners and academics in the insurance sector in understanding more deeply the use of customs regulations related to import export insurance in order to strengthen the important role of trade insurance and marine cargo in supporting the export process. There are various customs regulations that can be used by businesses related to insurance, namely: First, the use of domestic insurance will reduce the payment of import duties and taxes for imports because they are not included in the import value. Second, the use of guarantees from insurance companies (customs bonds) as a solution for paying state levies for companies that are unable to pay off these levies immediately and in utilizing customs facilities aimed at boosting national export performance. Among the customs facilities that can be utilized are bonded zone and Import Facility for Export Purpose (KITE). Both facilities are intended to provide fiscal and procedural facilities to producer exporters. The use of customs facilities requires guarantees for import duties and import taxes. One type of guarantee is a guarantee from an insurance company (customs bond). Based on this activity, participants can take advantage of customs regulations related to import-export insurance which ultimately aims to encourage export activities, especially during this pandemic.

This study investigates the application of renewable energy—specifically solar panels and wind turbines—in the electrical systems of fishing vessels. The research methodology includes literature review, power demand analysis, simulations, and experimental trials on a prototype fishing vessel. The findings demonstrate that integrating renewable energy systems can reduce fuel consumption by up to 30% and significantly improve operational efficiency. The adoption of a hybrid solar and wind energy system enables fishing vessels to remain at sea longer without complete reliance on fossil fuels. This study makes a notable contribution to the field of marine electrical systems and renewable energy by developing and validating a sustainable, energy-efficient onboard power system through a comprehensive empirical approach—ranging from technical design and simulation to field implementation. Key outcomes include a 30% reduction in fuel use and an increase in system efficiency to 85%, offering a practical solution for lowering operational costs among small-scale fishermen. The research also advances theoretical understanding of renewable energy integration in the maritime sector, which has predominantly focused on large commercial vessels. The incorporation of lithium-ion–based energy storage systems in small Indonesian fishing vessels presents a novel approach with significant development potential, particularly in addressing geographic and energy access challenges in remote coastal communities. These results provide a foundation for formulating government policies on subsidies and incentives to support the transition to green energy in the national fisheries sector.
