Abstract

This education aims to analyse the effect of the Guided Inquiry learning model on the understanding of science concepts of seventh grade students of MTs Al-Khairaat Biromaru. This education has an important role in shaping individuals who are intelligent, characterised, and able to compete in the 21st century era. One of the important skills that need to be developed is science literacy, which not only includes an understanding of scientific concepts but also the ability to think critically and reason in a social context. In the context of science learning at the junior high school level, students' understanding of science concepts is still relatively low, as found in class VII of Mts Al-Khairaat Biromaru. This problem is thought to be related to ineffective learning methods. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on students' understanding of science concepts. The guided inquiry model involves students actively in the problem-solving process with the support of leading questions from the teacher. This research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of science learning and become a reference for educators in choosing the right method. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection techniques through observation and tests. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the Guided Inquiry learning model at Mts Al-Khairaat Biromaru affects the understanding of science concepts of seventh grade students. The Guided Inquiry learning model is very influential marked by the results of the t test, namely with a significant value of p (0.001) < ? (0.05). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted which means that there is an effect of guided inquiry learning model on the understanding of science concepts of class VII students of MTs Al-Khairaat Biromaru.

Abstract

The review explores the development of advanced power converter topologies and control strategies for high-power fast-charging systems in electric vehicles (EVs). Fast-charging systems are crucial for EV charging infrastructure, requiring intricate design considerations and optimization procedures. Understanding hierarchical control systems and exploring power converter topologies and control technologies is essential for efficient and reliable charging. EV fast-charging systems evaluate the effectiveness of various topologies with power converters, optimizing efficiency and performance. Control strategies are crucial for the efficient and sustainable operation of fast-charging infrastructure for EVs. Integrating these strategies into fast-charging systems improves charging efficiency and grid stability, contributing to the sustainable development of EV technologies. In conclusion, the review of power converters and controls for fast-charging electric vehicles is crucial for sustainable transportation infrastructure. Fast charging technology for EVs is advancing rapidly, enhancing charging performance and promoting sustainable transportation. Innovative charger designs and control techniques are crucial for efficient charging. However, the review acknowledges limitations due to the evolving landscape of fast-charging infrastructure and the complexities of grid integration. Future research should focus on overcoming challenges, advancing technologies, and integrating renewable energy sources, energy storage solutions, and grid connectivity. This will contribute to the widespread adoption of electric mobility.

Abstract

Untuk mengidentifikasi elemen-elemen yang berpengaruh dan paling berpengaruh dalam pembelian barang dan fasilitas pekerjaan rabat betonisasi jalan raya di Kelurahan Gattareng Kecamatan Gantarang Kabupaten Soppeng, dengan menggunakan metode yang dikenal dengan teknik Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan model Partial Least Squares (PLS) dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30-100. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, komponen-komponen yang mempengaruhi pencapaian proyek rabat betonisasi jalan Kabuttu, Kelurahan Gattareng, Kabupaten Soppeng terdiri dari lima variabel, yaitu: (1)Dimensi Kapasitas Pemerintah Desa dengan nilai 22%, (2) Dimensi Proses Pengolahan dengan nilai 18%, (3) Dimensi Partisipasi Masyarakat dengan nilai 20%, (4) Dimensi Akuntabilitas dan Transparansi dengan nilai 19%, (5) Dimensi Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Masyarakat dengan nilai 19%, dan (6) Dimensi Kepuasan dan Kepercayaan Masyarakat dengan nilai 19%.

Abstract

During the pandemic and work-from-home policies, it is feared that elderly people live together with all generations in limited space, it is feared that this will increase elderly depression. On the other hand, a number of elderly people are lonely, because their children cannot see or visit their parents regularly due to social restrictions. In fact, when it is normal, the condition of the elderly still requires attention in various ways. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Government's Responsibility for Health Services for the Elderly in Indonesian Positive Law and to analyze the ideal of the Government's Responsibility for Health Services for the Elderly. The method used is normative legal research. Based on the research results, it is known that the Government's Responsibility for Health Services for the Elderly in Indonesian Positive Law is that the Indonesian Government has the responsibility to provide good and fair health services for all its citizens, including the elderly. This responsibility is reflected in several laws and regulations governing health in Indonesia. Health Law This law establishes the basic principles for administering the health system in Indonesia, including health services for elderly citizens.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bagaimana masyarakat memandang wacana pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Fokus utama penelitian ini terletak pada persepsi warga di Kecamatan Darul Imarah, Baitussalam, Ingin Jaya, Kuta Baro, dan Peukan Bada, yang memiliki keragaman sosial dan budaya. Wacana pemekaran ini menarik untuk diteliti karena dapat mempengaruhi aspek sosial dan ekonomi di wilayah tersebut. Memahami pandangan masyarakat sangat penting agar langkah-langkah strategis dapat direncanakan untuk menghadapi proses pemekaran. Penelitian ini didukung dengan teori persepsi yang menjelaskan bahwa persepsi merupakan proses kognitif individu dalam menilai dan memahami keadaan di sekitarnya. Di samping itu, pendekatan yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survei yang termasuk dalam kategori metode kuantitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui responden di Kecamatan Darul Imarah dan Baitussalam, Kabupaten Aceh Besar.  Dalam menganalisis data, diterapkan metode regresi linear berganda. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa mayoritas masyarakat memiliki persepsi positif terhadap wacana pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Persamaan regresi yang ditemukan adalah Y = 30,329 + 0,332X, dimana Hal tersebut mengindikasikan bahwa setiap peningkatan satu unit dalam persepsi masyarakat akan mendorong peningkatan pandangan terhadap pemekaran sebesar 0,332 atau setara dengan 33,2%. Temuan ini dapat menjadi pertimbangan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam merancang kebijakan mengenai pemekaran Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Masyarakat memiliki harapan yang tinggi terhadap dampak positif pemekaran, sehingga perlu ada kebijakan yang mengakomodasi keinginan mereka.

Abstract

As referred to in Article 106 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 48 paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) shall be sentenced to a maximum imprisonment of 1 (one) month or a maximum fine of Rp. 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). As for the formulation of the problem in this study is HowMean Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold, HowJuridical Overview Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold, and HowLegal SettlementMotor Vehicle Noise Threshold in Indonesian Positive Law. The method used is normative legal research. Data sources consist of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In this study the data were analyzed qualitatively and in drawing conclusions the authors applied the method of deductive thinking. Based on the results of the study it is known thatMean Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold that is in the Regulation of the State Minister of the Environment Number 7 of 2009 concerning the New Type Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold. In the attachment of the Minister of Environment Regulation Noise Threshold confirms that the motorcycle noise threshold under 175cc is 80 dB and above 175cc is 83 dB.Juridical Overview Motor Vehicle Noise Threshold that in Article 285 of Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation paragraph (1) that everyone who drives a Motorcycle on the Road that does not meet the technical and road-worthy requirements which includes rearview mirrors, horns , headlights, brake lights, directional lights, reflecting devices, speed measuring devices, exhaust, and tire groove depth as referred to in Article 106 paragraph (3) in conjunction with Article 48 paragraphs (2) and (3) shall be punished with imprisonment for a maximum of 1 (one) month or a maximum fine of Rp. 250,000.00 (two hundred and fifty thousand rupiah). Legal SettlementMotorized Vehicle Noise Threshold In Indonesian Positive Law that in taking action by law enforcement in this case the police and the Transportation Agency in carrying out enforcement in terms of noise testing, they never test how much noise is produced and law enforcers do not have the tools to measure the noise level generated from exhaust of motorized vehicle users on the highway.

Abstract

This research, entitled "Criminal Law and Religious Conflict: Analyzing Religious Blasphemy Cases and Their Social Impact," explores the interaction between criminal law and religious conflict in Indonesia, with a focus on religious blasphemy cases and their implications for freedom of religion and expression. Using a qualitative approach, this research collects data through the analysis of legal documents, judicial decisions, news reports, and other related sources. This research identifies that Indonesia's legal framework, including the Criminal Code and the ITE Law, provides a strong basis for protecting religious values while safeguarding human rights. However, there are challenges in the interpretation and application of the law that give rise to uncertainty and potential injustice. The analysis found that court decisions in religious blasphemy cases have a significant impact on public perceptions of justice and religious plurality. Careful decisions by courts often demonstrate the state's commitment to maintaining social harmony, but on the other hand, they can also trigger tensions and negative reactions. Therefore, this research suggests the need for a holistic and sustainable approach, involving education and interfaith dialogue, to minimize religious-based conflict. This research concludes that legal sanctions are not always effective in preventing or remediating acts of religious blasphemy. As an alternative, strategies that include education and interfaith dialogue, as well as rehabilitative and restorative approaches to perpetrators, are recommended to achieve balanced justice and strengthen social harmony. This research provides important insights into how criminal law and religious conflict are interrelated, as well as their impact on social life and justice in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh problem-based learning terhadap kemampuan penalaran matematik, dan korelasi kemampuan penalaran matematik dengan kemampuan awal siswa SMP. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Palas Tengah, sampelnya diambil dua kelas secara random dari seluruh kelas VIII. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode eksperimen, dimana instrumennya terdiri dari pretest dan postest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada data pretest tidak menunjukkan adanya perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematika antara kelompok kontrol dan kelompok eksperimen. Hasil uji t pada data postest menunjukkan perbedaan kemampuan penalaran matematika antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Pada uji korelasi Widespread Biserial menunjukkan adanya korelasi. Disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh problem-based learning terhadap peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematik siswa dan kemampuan awal siswa tidak membedakan peningkatan kemampuan penalaran matematika siswa dan korelasinya. This study aims to determine the effect of problem-based learning on mathematical reasoning abilities, and the correlation of mathematical reasoning abilities with the initial abilities of junior high school students. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 1 Tanjung Palas Tengah, the samples were taken randomly from two classes of class VIII. The method used is the experimental method, where the instrument consists of a pretest and posttest. The results showed that the pretest data did not show any difference in mathematical reasoning ability between the control group and the experimental group. The results of the t-test on posttest data showed differences in mathematical reasoning abilities between the experimental group and the control group at a significance level of 5%. The Biserial Widespread correlation test shows a correlation. It was concluded that there was an effect of problem-based learning on increasing students' mathematical reasoning abilities and students' initial abilities did not distinguish between increasing students' mathematical reasoning abilities and their correlations.

Abstract

In the context of implementing the Tridarma of Higher Education, one of them is through community service as a form of community service. This community service takes the theme of the Thematic Community Service Program "Village Branding: goes to Global" Stisipol Candradimuka Palembang with a focus on research and service, namely Entrepreneurship. This Entrepreneurship Program aims to carry out Branding and Marketing of home-based production which is one of the potential villages that can be developed in order to help increase the income of the local community, namely Branding Kemplang Baked Home Products in Tebing Gerinting Selatan Village, South Inderalaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency, South Sumatra Province. The activity begins with the socialization of marketing strategies given to home-based businesses and product packaging that will raise the business potential of the people of Tebing Gerinting Selatan Village. Marketing strategy so that their products which were previously only marketed by self-taught can expand to all regions of South Sumatra and even Globally. In compiling the results of this research and service using a qualitative approach with direct interview techniques to business actors. From the results of the analysis, it was found that several problems in product development, including home-based businesses still use conventional marketing methods and lack of innovation in terms of production, packaging, and marketing. The results of this activity are expected to change the mindset and action patterns of business actors to improve product quality, packaging and marketing strategies for Kamplang Panggang, Tebing Gerinting Selatan Village..

Abstract

Abstrak. Pemilihan presiden yang akan di lakukan pada tahun 2024 calon Presiden dan Wakil Presiden harus menyiapkan diri untuk berkualisi sehingga tercapainya presidential threshold, dengan adanya presidential threshold 20% ini akan menghambat hak bagi setiap orang dalam hak untuk memilih maupun hak untuk dipilih, aturan Presidential Threshold (PT 20%) inilah yang harus di rekontruksi sehingga tidak membatasi hak bagi setiap orang, maupun tidak melanggar dari UUD 1945 Pasal 6A. Penelitian ini memakai metode penelitian yuridis normatif, dan penelitian yang di gunakan yaitu penelitian pustakaan (ribrary research) yaitu penelitian yang menggunakan bahan kepustakaan, hasil penelitian ini adalah Presidential threshold memang memerlukan perubahan dalam aturannya sehingga tidak membatasi hak dari setiap orang maupun setiap parpol baik parpol yang baru maupun parpol yang lama dan tidak melanggar aturan UUD 1945 Pasal 6A Ayat (3) dan Ayat (4), dan lebih memfokuskan kinerja dari presiden terpilih dan bukan malah focus pada kinerja hasil dari perjanjian tawar menawar pada saat pencalonan. dua aturan yang sangat di anjurkan yaitu: pertama PT harus di turunkan dan yang kedua PT harus 0% Kata Kunci: Rekonstruksi, Ambang Batas, Pilpres Serentak
