Abstract

Homosexuality, defined as same-sex relationships among men, is not explicitly recognized as a legal ground for divorce under Indonesian marriage law. This study examines how judges interpret homosexuality in divorce proceedings, focusing on a khulʿ case filed by a wife in the Religious Court of Singkawang, West Kalimantan, Indonesia. The case exposes a normative gap between formal legal provisions and the socio-religious realities encountered by Muslim women seeking legal protection. Employing a socio-legal approach and qualitative content analysis of Decision No. 134/Pdt.G/2025/PA.Skw as primary data, the research explores judicial reasoning within the frameworks of discretion and interpretive practice that connect statutory law, Islamic legal principles, and social context. The findings reveal that the judges intentionally characterized homosexuality as “deviant behavior” constituting ongoing marital discord (shiqāq). This reasoning integrates juridical references to statutory law and judicial precedents, theological arguments derived from Sūrat al-Rūm verse 21, and several qawāʿid fiqhiyyah (Islamic legal maxims) emphasizing harm elimination, alongside moral and social considerations that underscore divorce as a means to prevent greater harm. This study advances a theoretical framework of interpretive strategies that bridge normative gaps and illuminate how Islamic family law is adjudicated within the evolving socio-legal landscape of contemporary nation-states.

Abstract

Culture is born and develops from the human mind which is passed down from generation to generation so that it becomes a custom that must be carried out. In daily life, this culture merges and follows the pattern of social life so that it gives various meanings. Integration, internalization and implementation of culture produce a work that is different in each region and has its own uniqueness and characteristics which indicate the character of the people even though they have the same function and role, but in its application, culture in each region has special characteristics that are unique and in accordance with the circumstances that society. As is the case with the muna tembe nggoli culture of the Ntobo people of Kota Bima. In this study, researchers want to try to examine the elements of values and the internalization of Islamic education values contained therein. This research has several objectives, namely 1) To describe and analyze the existence of Islamic education and its relationship with culture. 2) To describe and analyze the educational values in the process of making muna tembe nggoli. 3) To describe and analyze the internalization of the values of Islamic education in the culture of muna tembe nggoli which are applied in people's daily activities. The type of research used is field research using descriptive qualitative methods. The data is obtained by means of observation, interviews or interviews, field notes, and documentation. With this method researchers can see directly, interact and dig up information related to the object being studied. The research instruments were the researchers themselves and supporting instruments in the form of observations, interview guides, field notes, documentation and cell phones. The data analysis technique is triangulation. The stages of data analysis in research are by reducing, presenting, classifying, checking the validity of the data, verifying and drawing conclusions. As for the results of this study, the authors found several elements of Islamic values, namely ethical, aesthetic, moral and religious values contained therein. This value comes from the procedure for making and using tembe nggoli after it has been made. The internalization of these values is contained in the daily implementation of people who still adhere to ancestral culture based on Islamic law, although many of them do not understand more deeply the meaning and simbols of the motifs in tembe nggoli.

Abstract

Lactic acid bacteria (LAB) are bacteria that are widely used in the food sector because they are safe for consumption. The aim of this study was to obtain lactic acid bacteria from the Arum sweet mango (Mangifera indica L. var. Arum sweet). Isolation of LAB was carried out by pour plate method using specific media de Man Rogosa Sharpe Agar (MRSA) + CaCO3. Characterization carried out included colony morphology, cell morphology, catalase test, and motility test. There were five isolates of lactic acid bacteria that were isolated from the mango fruit, namely BAL1.3, BAL2.1, BAL3.2, BAL4.2 and BAL5.2. The five LAB isolates had the same characteristics as the key LAB characters, namely bacillus (stem) cell shape, Gram positive, non-motile, no endospores and catalase negative. The five LAB isolates were indicated as members of the genus Lactobacilllus.

Abstract

Kanker serviks menjadi permasalahan kesehatan wanita yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena memiliki tingkat keganasan cukup tinggi dan menjadi penyebab kematian utama akibat kanker pada wanita. Pencegahan utama kanker serviks dari WHO melalui vaksinasi HPV pada anak perempuan berusia 9-14 tahun yang belum aktif melakukan hubungan seksual. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan orang tua terhadap vaksinasi Human papilloma virus (HPV) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bakam Tahun 2024. Jenis penelitian dilakukan dengan desain cross sectional. Populasi seluruh orang tua dengan siswi di SDN yang ada diwilayah kerja Puskesmas Bakam sebanyak 164 siswi. Cara menentukan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin didapatkan 68 responden. Teknik yang digunakan yaitu Non Probability Sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analsis Univariat dan Analisis Bivariat dengan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (ρ-value 0,000), sikap (ρ-value 0,000), pendidikan (ρ-value 0,000), kepercayaan (ρ-value 0,000) dan status ekonomi (ρ-value 0,000) dengan penerimaan orang tua terhadap vaksinasi Human Papilloma Virus (HPV) di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Bakam Tahun 2024. Saran penelitian ini adalah diharapkan orang tua murid dapat mengikuti penyuluhan kesehatan tentang vaksinasi agar dapat mengetahui dengan benar manfaat dari pelaksanaan vaksinasi.

Abstract

Menurut Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO), sekitar 21 juta remaja berusia 13-15 tahun menjadi perokok pada tahun 2020. Kebiasaan merokok telah meluas di kalangan masyarakat Indonesia dan menjadi bagian dari budaya. Baik remaja, dewasa, maupun anak-anak, semuanya telah akrab dengan kebiasaan merokok yang membahayakan bagi kesehatan. Banyak faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi perilaku merokok pada remaja, pengetahuan serta sikap merupakan elemen yang turut memainkan peran penting dalam membentuk kebiasaan merokok, Pengetahuan yang salah tentang rokok selanjutnya akan mendorong terbentuknya sikap yang salah tentang rokok dan pada akhirnya terjadi proses aplikasi dimana seseorang akan menjadi perokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan Pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap perilaku merokok di SMA Negeri 1 Muntok Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara membagikan kuisioner tentang hubungan Pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap perilaku merokok di SMA Negeri 1 Muntok pada tanggal 1 Juni – 30 Juni 2024. Data yang terkumpulkan kemudian analisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan (p-value=0,001), sikap (p-value=0,047), dengann perilaku merokok di SMA Negeri 1 Muntok Tahun 2024. Diharapkan bagi Institusi Pendidikan agar dapat menguatkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap siswa terhadap perilaku merokok dengan sosialisasi tentang bahaya merokok, dan menerapkan peraturan tentang kawasan tanpa rokok di kawasan sekolah dan tempat umum.

Abstract

Kegiatan kerja praktik dilaksanakan di SMK Advent Batam yang tujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi bel sekolah berbasis desktop yang berfungsi sebagai pengganti sistem bel manual. Tujuan dari pengembangan aplikasi ini adalah untuk mendukung kegiatan operasional harian sekolah. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan Scrum, yang dimulai dari wawancara kebutuhan, observasi lapangan, perancangan prototipe berupa duplikasi file, hingga pengembangan aplikasi secara iteratif berdasarkan umpan balik mitra. Aplikasi dikembangakan dengan bahasa pemograman Python yang dilengkapi dengan fitur jadwal bel, mode harian, mingguan, serta mode khusus seperti acara doa bersama. Implementasi dilakukan secara bertahap, dengan penyerahan aplikasi ke mitra, uji coba langsung, serta perbaikan berdasarkan permintaan mitra. Hasil akhir menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan yang dilengkapi suara bel pemberitahuan aktivitas selanjutnya dan telah disetujui untuk digunakan ditahun ajaran baru. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan ketepatan waktu dalam kegiatan sekolah.

Abstract

This study began with the discovery of problems in language learners who often forget the role of acquiring newvocabulary and the application of grammar in its use. The purpose of this study was to determine the Indonesian languagelearning methodology in aspects of acquiring new vocabulary at school and learning grammar in schools. This research method uses the literature study method. The results of this study obtained various kinds of vocabulary and grammarlearning strategies that are suitable to be applied in schools based on their respective roles. The learning strategies are divided into two, namely strategies for vocabulary and strategies for grammar. Vocabulary includes (1) Word list strategy and frequency count (2) Vocabulary and context (3) Vocabulary development and second language acquisition (4)Introducing prepositions and pronouns (5) Channell's strategy compares research into speech errors of native speakers with second language learners (6) Semantic networks and features (7) Memory and vocabulary development (8) Comprehension and product techniques. Meanwhile, the learning of grammar includes (1) traditional language classes (2)The acquisition of a second language and its effect on practice (3) Pedagogical materials and techniques for teaching grammar.

Abstract

Objective: This study maps the bibliometric landscape of the study of Islamic philosophy, law, and law for the period 2019–2024 with a focus on themes, influential figures, publication trends, and the interconnectedness of philosophy of law, ethics, and human rights in global discourse. Theoretical framework: This study uses bibliometric approaches and scientific communication theory to analyze patterns of publication, collaboration, and cross-disciplinary knowledge development. Literature review: Previous studies have shown interdisciplinary trends in Islamic philosophy, law, and economics, but not many have examined the connection between the three simultaneously. Methods: Data obtained from Scopus using a Boolean search. Of the 14,632 articles, 185 were selected for analysis with Microsoft Excel, R-Studio, and VOSViewer, covering publication trends, collaborations, institutional contributions, and keyword co-occurrence. Results: Publications peaked in 2021 and then declined. Major contributors are from the US, UK, and Indonesia. The analysis shows the close linkage between ethics, philosophy, and law with a multidisciplinary character, as well as identifying key academics and institutions. Implications: A study of the post-2021 productivity decline and increased international collaboration, especially from underrepresented regions, is needed. Novelty: This research is the first comprehensive mapping that integrates Islamic philosophy, law, and law (2019–2024), affirms multidisciplinary interconnectedness, and places Indonesia as an important actor in global academic discourse.

Abstract

This education aims to analyse the effect of the Guided Inquiry learning model on the understanding of science concepts of seventh grade students of MTs Al-Khairaat Biromaru. This education has an important role in shaping individuals who are intelligent, characterised, and able to compete in the 21st century era. One of the important skills that need to be developed is science literacy, which not only includes an understanding of scientific concepts but also the ability to think critically and reason in a social context. In the context of science learning at the junior high school level, students' understanding of science concepts is still relatively low, as found in class VII of Mts Al-Khairaat Biromaru. This problem is thought to be related to ineffective learning methods. For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of the guided inquiry learning model on students' understanding of science concepts. The guided inquiry model involves students actively in the problem-solving process with the support of leading questions from the teacher. This research is expected to contribute to improving the quality of science learning and become a reference for educators in choosing the right method. This research uses a quantitative approach, data collection techniques through observation and tests. The data analysis techniques used are normality test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the Guided Inquiry learning model at Mts Al-Khairaat Biromaru affects the understanding of science concepts of seventh grade students. The Guided Inquiry learning model is very influential marked by the results of the t test, namely with a significant value of p (0.001) < ? (0.05). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that Ha is accepted which means that there is an effect of guided inquiry learning model on the understanding of science concepts of class VII students of MTs Al-Khairaat Biromaru.

Abstract

The review explores the development of advanced power converter topologies and control strategies for high-power fast-charging systems in electric vehicles (EVs). Fast-charging systems are crucial for EV charging infrastructure, requiring intricate design considerations and optimization procedures. Understanding hierarchical control systems and exploring power converter topologies and control technologies is essential for efficient and reliable charging. EV fast-charging systems evaluate the effectiveness of various topologies with power converters, optimizing efficiency and performance. Control strategies are crucial for the efficient and sustainable operation of fast-charging infrastructure for EVs. Integrating these strategies into fast-charging systems improves charging efficiency and grid stability, contributing to the sustainable development of EV technologies. In conclusion, the review of power converters and controls for fast-charging electric vehicles is crucial for sustainable transportation infrastructure. Fast charging technology for EVs is advancing rapidly, enhancing charging performance and promoting sustainable transportation. Innovative charger designs and control techniques are crucial for efficient charging. However, the review acknowledges limitations due to the evolving landscape of fast-charging infrastructure and the complexities of grid integration. Future research should focus on overcoming challenges, advancing technologies, and integrating renewable energy sources, energy storage solutions, and grid connectivity. This will contribute to the widespread adoption of electric mobility.
