Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the service quality variables (X) consisting of reliability (X1 ) , responsiveness (X2 ) , assurance (X3), empathy ( X4 ), evidence ( X5 ), and reliability (X6). physique (X 5 ) influential in a way together to satisfaction community (Y) at the Rangan Village Office, and has a dominant influence on community satisfaction (Y). From results analysis regression linear multiple can equality function Y = −1.457 + 0.211X 1 + 0.104X 2 + 0.528X 3 + 0.375X 4 + 0.082X 5 . From The results show that the variables of reliability (X1 ) , responsiveness (X2 ) , assurance (X3 ) , empathy (X4 ) , and physical evidence (X5 ) have a positive influence on public satisfaction at the Rangan Village Office, Kuaro District, Paser Regency. Influence This Also explained with mark R 2 ( Coefficient Determination of 0.858, which means that the variables studied have an influence of 85.8% and the remaining 14.2% are influenced by other variables not included in this study. Correlation Coefficient (R), which describes the strength of the relationship between variable independent And variable dependent can seen on testing, which is 0.933. This means that there is a very strong relationship between the independent variables And dependent. Mark f count 68,890 > f table 2.39 And mark probability 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the variables of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and direct evidence have a simultaneous (together) effect on public satisfaction at the Rangan Village Office. Of the five variables, the empathy variable has a dominant effect, this is evidenced by the calculated t value of 3.596 > t table 2.00665.

Abstract

Kondisi saat ini pemilihan furniture yang sesuai dengan dimensi dan fungsi ruang menjadi tantangan bagi banyak konsumen karena minimnya panduan teknis. Saat ini belum ada alat bantu yang dapat memilih furniture secara objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang aplikasi berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam memilih furniture rumah yang sesuai dengan ukuran ruang, gaya desain, dan anggaran. Aplikasi ini mengimplementasikan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) sebagai sistem rekomendasi untuk menentukan alternatif furniture terbaik berdasarkan kriteria yaitu dimensi ruang, ukuran furniture, gaya desain, dan budget. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode SAW dan pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur serta kuesioner kepada ahli desain interior untuk penentuan bobot kriteria. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode SAW mampu memberikan rekomendasi furniture yang lebih objektif dan sesuai dengan kondisi ruang.

Abstract

This study examines the normalization of prewedding photography among urban Indonesian Muslims as visual culture serving aesthetic documentation, social status display, and love expression, while negotiating tensions with Islamic norms (khalwat, ikhtilath, tabarruj) derived from hadiths. Using maqāṣid al-syarī'ah and qualitative textual-cultural analysis, the research reframes prewedding practices not merely as Shari'ah violations but as spaces for reconciling religious authority and societal realities. Findings reveal adaptations like modest attire, non-physical poses, and sessions post-akad (marriage contract), reflecting “cultural ijtihad” to ethically reinterpret hadiths within digital visual culture. The study repositions hadiths as flexible ethical tools guiding Muslims to preserve honor (ḥifẓ al-’irdh) and marital spirituality (ḥifẓ al-dīn), transforming prewedding into expressions of Islamic values. It concludes that maqāṣidī-driven reinterpretation fosters harmony between popular culture and religious norms, advancing social hadith hermeneutics and Islamic visual ethics to address modernity’s challenges. This approach enables Muslims to navigate evolving traditions while upholding theological commitments through contextual adaptability.

Abstract

Legal protection for minority shareholders in the bankruptcy of public companies in Indonesia faces significant challenges due to existing regulatory limitations. This research aims to analyze the problematic aspects of minority shareholder protection in the distribution of bankrupt assets under Law No. 37 of 2004 concerning Bankruptcy and Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations and Law No. 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, while simultaneously formulating an ideal regulatory model and mechanisms to strengthen such protection. Employing a normative legal research method with a conceptual and comparative analytical approach, this study finds that minority shareholders are at the lowest priority in the distribution of bankrupt assets, leading to substantial capital loss and high legal uncertainty due given their status as capital owners rather than creditors. The absence of specific provisions in the Bankruptcy Law and the limitations of the Company Law exacerbate this vulnerability. Therefore, the ideal regulatory model proposes reforming the payment hierarchy by introducing a quasi-creditor status for public shareholders, strengthening corporate governance and minority information rights, and expanding the role of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in early oversight and restructuring facilitation. The implication of this research is the urgency of legislative reform to create a more equitable and comprehensive legal framework to maintain minority shareholders confidence in the Indonesian capital market.

Abstract

This research analyzes the business strategy of Kopi Kenangan using Porter’s Five Forces framework to understand the competitive dynamics in Indonesia’s grab-and-go coffee industry. Utilizing a desk research approach, secondary data from various sources were processed and qualitatively analyzed. The results show that Kopi Kenangan has leveraged brand differentiation, product diversification, and investment support to strengthen its market position. However, threats from new entrants, supplier power, and intense competition remain significant challenges. This study provides strategic insights for coffee industry players to survive and thrive in a competitive market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh metode buzz group berbasis model Project Based Learning (PjBL) terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Padang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Data pada penelitian ini, yaitu (1) hasil tes keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi sebelum menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL), (2) hasil tes keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi sesudah menggunakan Project Based Learning (PjBL). Berdasarkan hasil deskripsi data dan analisis data, terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa Kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Padang sesudah menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL). Hal ini terbukti dari hasil uji hipotesis alternative (H1) diterima dengan taraf signifikan 95% dan dk=(n-1) (6,35>1,66). Dengan demikian penggunaan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap keterampilan menulis teks eksposisi siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 15 Padang. Hal tersebut juga terlihat dari rata-rata selisih nilai pretest dan posttest siswa sesudah menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan sebelum menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) (77,08>55,47).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan media youtube 5-minute crafts terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode quasi eksperimen the one group pretest-posstest design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024 dengan jumlah 149 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII Fase D3 yang berjumlah 31 orang yang ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan tiga hal berikut. Pertama, keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman sebelum menggunakan media youtube 5-minute crafts berada pada kualifikasi Cukup (C) dengan nilai rata-rata 64,52. Kedua, keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman sesudah menggunakan media youtube 5-minute crafts berada pada kualifikasi Baik (B) dengan nilai rata-rata 81,59. Ketiga, berdasarkan uji-t, hipotesis alternatif (HI) diterima pada taraf kepercayaan dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = (n1 + n2)-2 karena thitung>ttabel (5,12 >1,67). Dengan kata lain, media youtube 5-minute crafts efektivitas terhadap keterampilan menulis teks prosedur siswa kelas VII SMP Negeri 02 Bonjol Kabupaten Pasaman.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan penerapan media Youtube, kendala-kendala yang dihadapi guru dan tindak lanjut yang dilakukan guru yang mengajar di kelas X dalam menerapkan media Youtube dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini adalah (1) modul ajar, (2) proses pembelajaran menulis teks laporan hasil observasi, (3) data proses berupa LKPD sedangkan data hasil adalah karya tulis laporan hasil observasi siswa. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, siswa, dan PBM (Proses Belajar Mengajar). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pertama, guru telah menerapkan media Youtube dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi kelas X SMK N 9 Padang. Kedua, terdapat beberapa kendala yang dihadapi guru bahasa Indonesia saat menerapkan media Youtube dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi kelas X SMK N 9 Padang. Ketiga, tahap pengevaluasian pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi menggunakan rubrik penilaian menulis teks laporan hasil observasi. Keempat, upaya yang dilakukan adalah menyediakan sarana/alat yang dibutuhkan dalam proses penerapan media Youtube dalam pembelajaran keterampilan menulis teks laporan hasil observasi, dan bagi yang tidak memiliki paket internet bisa dengan, (1) membentuk kelompok, (2) menayangkan di depan kelas, (3) searching/download video Youtube sebelum mulai pembelajaran.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control group design. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi yang terdaftar pada tahun ajaran 2024/2025 sebanyak 210 siswa. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 68 siswa yang ditentukan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata dan standar deviasi siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Hasil penelitian ini ada tiga. Pertama, keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi menggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning berbantuan media audiovisual memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 82,19 dengan kualifikasi Baik (B). Kedua, keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi menggunaan model pembelajaran project based learning berbantuan media gambar memperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 61,93 dengan kualifikasi Cukup (C). Ketiga, berdasarkan uji-t diperoleh nilai thitung>ttabel sehingga hipotesis (H1) diterima pada taraf signifikan 95% dan derajat kebebasan (dk)=n-1. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran project based learning berpengaruh dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerpen siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi.

Abstract

Discovery learning is considered an effective educational method that can engage students and enhance their reading and writing skills. This method encourages students to develop a greater interest in reading and provides ample opportunities for practicing writing exercises. The discovery learning approach engages students by offering them relevant material to use in their writing, thus making the learning process more interactive and meaningful. This study aims to explore several key aspects of the discovery learning method. First, it examines the influence of discovery learning methods compared to conventional learning models on students' writing skills. Second, it investigates the effect of the discovery learning method on writing skills specifically for students with high reading interest. Third, it looks into the impact of the discovery learning method on students with low reading interest. Lastly, the study aims to understand the interaction between the discovery learning method and students' reading interest in enhancing writing skills. The research was conducted as a quasi-experiment, utilizing a purposive sampling technique to select participants. The samples included students from class XI TPB and XI TPE. The findings of the research revealed that the explanatory writing skills of students taught using the discovery learning method were significantly higher than those of students taught using conventional models, regardless of their level of reading interest. Furthermore, the study identified an interaction between the discovery learning method and reading interest, indicating that this method is particularly effective in improving explanatory text writing skills among students with varying levels of reading interest.
