Abstract

Technology's rapid development certainly benefits the people who use it. One example of technology today is the application of technology systems at home, with significant problems for homeowners, such as fire and theft. Incidents like this can result in losses for homeowners in terms of material and even to the point of causing loss of life. With such problems, it is necessary to have a system that can monitor these events. One solution to this problem is designing a smart home or smart home. The smart home or smart home is a term used to refer to a modern dwelling with remote control. The intelligent home prototype design for the type 36 house is an innovative home appliance design that uses automatic commands controlled by the homeowner's smartphone. This intelligent home prototype design research aims to be a reference for today's modern homes for the community, especially for type 36 houses. In this study, the five systems studied were automatic light control, automatic doors, gas leak detectors, fire smoke detectors, and room temperature detectors. Excess Commands from the prototype system are carried out using SMS from the GSM SIM900 module connected to the smartphone. The results of this study are an intelligent home prototype in a type 36 house that can be controlled via a smartphone. It is hoped that this automatic system device can make it easier for the community to carry out supervision at home to prevent unwanted things and help ease work so that people are more productive in carrying out other essential activities and provide a sense of security and comfort from danger in the house where they live. Beloved family.

Abstract

The Smart Accounting System (SAS) is an accounting system that optimizes the financial administration of an entity or company by utilizing artificial intelligence and information technology to streamline the accounting process. Mosques may encounter a variety of financial challenges; among these are fund management, income, and expenses. Distrust among the congregation may result from a lack of transparency in mosque financial management. Consequently, it is crucial to preserve transparency and furnish transparent financial statements. In order to resolve these financial challenges, it is crucial to implement effective financial management, establish a realistic budget, enhance transparency, and engage the congregation in the mosque's financial management. The Agile Development Scrum method is employed to design the Smart Accounting System, which is based on Android mobile and web. The Agile approach enables the team to effortlessly adjust to changes during the development process, as it fosters congregational engagement throughout the entire development cycle. The mosque treasurer or finance team's participation is indispensable in the context of the Smart Accounting System to guarantee that the appropriate requirements are satisfied. Agile ensures superior system quality by emphasizing continuous testing and feedback from the mosque congregation. The proper location for field studies and initial data sources for the development of the Smart Accounting System is Baiturrahim Mosque, located in Uteun Bayi Village, Lhokseumawe City. Additionally, the Agile Scrum methodology will be implemented to execute the system design. The subsequent phase involves the implementation of the Black Box system testing method and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Abstract

Stunting is one of the major health issues affecting toddlers that can influence their physical growth and developmental progress, ultimately impacting their quality of life. It is characterized by a child’s height being below the standard for their age. To address this issue, a method is needed to classify the stunting status in toddlers. This study aims to classify stunting status in toddlers using the Naive Bayes Classifier algorithm, with feature selection performed using the Backward Elimination method to improve classification accuracy. The dataset used in this research was collected in 2023 from the Lueng Daneun Public Health Center, located in Peusangan Simblah Krueng Subdistrict, Bireun District. The dataset includes several features such as age, gender, family income, height, weight, sanitation, clean water access, and formula milk consumption. The application of the backward elimination feature selection method is intended to identify the most significant and relevant features for the target variable. The Naive Bayes Classifier was implemented using the Python programming language. The analysis results indicated that the remaining feature, namely the sanitation condition, had a significant contribution to the classification process. The dataset consisted of 244 entries, divided into 195 training data and 49 testing data with an 80:20 ratio. The initial classification results showed an accuracy of 77.55%, a precision of 60.00%, a recall of 64.29%, and an F1-score of 62.07%. After feature selection, the accuracy increased to 81.63%, precision to 63.16%, recall to 85.71%, and the F1-score slightly improved to 72.73%. These results indicate that feature selection in the Naive Bayes model demonstrates good performance.
