Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze Bipolar Disorder of Marco and Carla in Touched with Fire Movie by Paul Dalio. The purpose of this research are (1) To find out the types of Bipolar Disorder experienced by Marco and Carla in the Touched with Fire film (2) To find out the causes of Bipolar Disorder that happened in the Touched with fire film. This research uses psychological approach by Endraswara about Bipolar Disorder, theory of types of Bipolar Disorder by Boulvard Wilson and the cause of Bipolar Disorder by Michael Wilson Passer and Smith Ronald. The method used in analyzing the problem in this research is a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study are that Marco and Carla experienced some degree of mania and also some symptoms of depression, and also mixed episode. The causes of Bipolar Disorder in the film are psychological factors and environmental factors. Marco and Carla experience periods of unusually intense emotion, changes in sleep patterns and activity levels and characteristic behavior without recognizing their likely harmful or undesirable effects.

Abstract

This research discussed the analysis of lexical meaning and contextual meaning on Harris J’s song lyrics that have related values in the Quran. The purpose of this study to describe the kinds of class of words, the lexical and contextual meaning and the Qur’an values which are presented to Harris J's song lyrics in SALAM Album. This research employed qualitative research and descriptive method because it was used to describe the contextual meaning found in song lyrics of Harris J. The writer used the contextual meaning theory by Mansoer Pateda to conduct this research. The data were taken from first album SALAM by Harris J, five songs they are Salam Alaikum, Rasool'Allah, I Promise, The One and You Are My Life. The first results showed that there are seven kinds of class of words, consisting of; noun, noun phrase, verb, verb phrase, adjective, adjective phrase and adverb. Also the writer found that noun phrase and verb are more dominantly found in song lyrics in the Album SALAM. Second, the contextual meaning in lyrics of the song had the meaning according to the context, but not all people know that contexts. From five songs by Harris J, there were fifteen words, phrases, or sentences found as the context. Third, there are twelve surah and fourteen verses in the Qur'an that the values of the verse relate to the song lyrics from Salam Album.

Abstract

This study is aimed to investigate the factors that contribute in speaking anxiety that experienced by the fifth semester students and the type of speaking anxiety in order to get the broader understanding about this phenomenon. This research is categorized as descriptive qualitative research. It involved the fifth semester students of English Literature Department 2022-2023 academic year as the participants. The data was collected through the interview. The findings of the research describe four factors that contribute in speaking anxiety and three types of anxiety. There were four factors based on Horwitz and Cope (1986) theory, the first factor is fear of negative evaluation (unconfident and overthinking) which made the student avoid do public speaking in English. Students were afraid because their mentality. The second is test anxiety (fear of performance in front of audience) which made the student avoid and afraid do the public speaking English. The third is communication apprehension (low speaking skill) which commonly happened on lack of vocabulary and unable to arrange the sentence and also stag in their mind. The fourth is new material which commonly happened on lack of understanding of new material. There were three types based on Horwitz (1986) theory, the first type of anxiety was trait anxiety it happened related when students fell unconfident and overthinking. The second type of anxiety was state anxiety. It happened relate on external factor and when someone feels being threatened. The third type was situation-specific anxiety. Due to low speaking skill seems like the students were afraid of being evaluated.

Abstract

Micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia face persistent challenges in accessing capital, as reported in the 2023 Micro and Small Industry (IMK) survey. As instruments of Islamic social finance, zakah and waqf offer promising alternative funding sources for MSME empowerment. Currently, zakah and waqf institutions operate productive MSME programs independently, despite their complementary characteristics. This study aims to develop an integrated model of productive zakah and cash waqf to enhance the empowerment of MSMEs, while also identifying the key issues, solutions, and strategies required for implementation. A qualitative approach was employed through in-depth expert interviews to design the model, followed by the Delphi-Analytic Network Process (ANP) method to assess stakeholder consensus on challenges, responses, and policy strategies. The findings reveal a dual-scheme model: the first scheme utilizes productive zakah and returns from cash waqf (mauquf alaih) to support newly established MSMEs, while the second scheme allocates cash waqf funds (mauquf bih) to more established MSMEs under a mudharabah contract. Delphi-ANP analysis indicates that human resource capacity is the top priority for successful integration, followed by regulatory alignment, public awareness, and technological readiness. The study concludes that harmonizing zakah and waqf management within single institutions should be prioritized before expanding to cross-institutional collaborations, offering a practical roadmap for enhancing Islamic social finance effectiveness in MSME development. Abstrak Model Integrasi Zakat-Wakaf untuk Pemberdayaan UMKM dalam Keuangan Sosial Islam. Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Indonesia masih menghadapi kesulitan dalam memperoleh akses permodalan, sebagaimana tercermin dalam survei Industri Mikro dan Kecil (IMK) tahun 2023. Zakat dan wakaf sebagai instrumen keuangan sosial Islam menawarkan alternatif pendanaan yang potensial bagi pemberdayaan UMKM. Saat ini, program zakat produktif dan wakaf tunai dijalankan secara terpisah oleh masing-masing lembaga, meskipun keduanya memiliki karakteristik yang saling melengkapi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang model integrasi zakat produktif dan wakaf tunai untuk pemberdayaan UMKM, serta mengidentifikasi isu utama, solusi, dan strategi implementasinya. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan para ahli untuk menyusun model, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan metode Delphi-Analytic Network Process (ANP) guna mengukur konsensus pemangku kepentingan terhadap permasalahan, solusi, dan strategi kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model integrasi terdiri dari dua skema: skema pertama menggunakan dana zakat produktif dan hasil pembiayaan wakaf (mauquf alaih) untuk mendukung UMKM baru, sedangkan skema kedua mengalokasikan dana wakaf tunai (mauquf bih) kepada UMKM yang telah berjalan melalui kontrak mudharabah. Analisis Delphi-ANP menempatkan penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sebagai prioritas utama integrasi, diikuti oleh keselarasan regulasi, peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat, dan kesiapan teknologi. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa harmonisasi manajemen zakat dan wakaf dalam satu lembaga perlu didahulukan sebelum melangkah ke kolaborasi antar-lembaga, sehingga dapat menjadi panduan praktis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas keuangan sosial Islam untuk pengembangan UMKM.

Abstract

Chili (Capsicum frutescens) is one of the most widely cultivated vegetable commodities in Indonesia. The community's need for chilies is increasing every year, but the production of chilies in Indonesia is still not sufficient for national food needs because of the high market demand. Trichoderma sp. is an antagonistic fungus that can control the growth of pathogenic fungi and increase crop production. This study aims to determine the effect of giving Trichoderma sp. as a biological agent on the growth of chili (Capsicum frutescens). This research was conducted at the South Sulawesi Horticultural Plant Seed Center. This research is a quantitative study with an experimental approach by inducing Trichoderma sp. different concentrations of 0 g, 5 gr, 10 g, and 15 g. This research uses Completely Randomized Design (CRD). The results showed that the dose of Trichoderma sp. in the treatment of 15 g/plant significantly affected the growth of chili plants. The highest concentration used as the application dose of Trichoderma sp has a positive effect on the growth of chili plants (Capsicum frutescens).

Abstract

Cabai rawit (Capsicum frutescens L.) sangat dibutuhkan dalam jumlah yang banyak diberbagai industri. Hasil produksi cabai rawit di Indonesia masih rendah, hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor salah satunya tingkat kesuburan tanah yang rendah dan dibutuhkan teknik pertanian ramah lingkungan. Salah satu contoh pertanian ramah lingkungan yaitu dengan menggunakan pupuk organik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan tanaman cabai (Capsicum frutescens L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan di Balai Benih Tanaman Hortikultura Sulawesi Selatan pada tanggal 28 Juli-28 September 2022. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksperimental dan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair (POC) sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi dan jumlah daun tanaman cabai (Capsicum frutescens L.). Hasil pertumbuhan tertinggi yaitu pada dosis 9 ml/1L air sedangkan hasil terendah yaitu pada perlakuan kontrol atau tanpa pemberian perlakuan.

Abstract

This research explores the impact of Islamic financial innovations on enhancing access to micro and medium finance in developing countries. Focusing on models such as Murabaha, Mudarabah, and Ijarah, the study demonstrates how these Sharia-compliant financial products have significantly improved financial inclusion for underserved populations and small businesses. Despite notable successes, challenges such as regulatory inconsistencies, a lack of standardized guidelines, and limited professional expertise continue to impede the full potential of these innovations. Nevertheless, opportunities for growth exist through the leveraging of digital platforms and strengthening collaborations between financial institutions and regulators. The findings emphasize the necessity for supportive regulatory frameworks and ongoing adaptation to local contexts to enhance the effectiveness and sustainability of Islamic finance innovations in promoting economic development. Recommendations for practice include investing in staff training and adopting advanced digital tools, while policymakers are urged to develop clearer regulations that cater to the unique characteristics of Islamic finance. Additionally, future research should examine the long-term impact of these innovations and explore the integration of emerging technologies into Sharia-compliant finance. Overall, this research contributes to understanding how Islamic finance can drive inclusive and sustainable economic growth in developing regions.

Abstract

Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro merupakan salah satu alternatif pembangkit listrik skala kecil yang dapat diterapkan di daerah pedesaan dimana tersedia aliran sungai yang mempunyai debit air yang kontinu dan tinggi jatuh air yang relatif rendah untuk menggerakkan turbin yang dapat menghasilkan daya listrik. Untuk dapat menghasilkan daya listrik dengan potensi yang demikian, diperlukan pembangkit listrik tenaga air skala mikrohidro. Studi potensi pembangkit listrik tenaga mikrohidro pada aliran sungai ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui debit air yang dihasilkan pada saluran sungai dan irigasi Bate Iliek Samalanga Bireuen, dan ada  potensi daya yang bisa dibangkitkan dari aliran sungai di lokasi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan seperti persiapan, studi literatur, observasi, pengumpulan data lapangan, analisis data, kesimpulan dan saran. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah sebuah saluran sungai dan irigasi yang berlokasi di Batee Iliek Samalanga Bireuen. Data pengukuran ini meliputi kecepatan air, head, debit air, potensi hidrolik, dan estimasi daya yang dibangkitkan. Hasil dari studi potensi PLTMh pada aliran sungai Batee Iliek Samalanga Bireuen yang telah dilakukan diperoleh debit rata-rata 5,11 m3/s dan head 5 m, dengan estimasi daya dibangkitkan sebesar 125,5 kW. Pemilihan jenis turbin dan generator menyesuaikan head dengan spesifikasinya adalah turbin crossflow dengan generator 1 fasa berkapasitas daya sebesar 163,2 kW.

Abstract

Circulatory disorders are a health problem that often causes chronic pain and reduces quality of life. Leech therapy is a traditional method that has the potential to improve circulation and reduce pain through the natural anticoagulant effect of leech saliva. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of leech therapy in reducing pain in patients with circulatory disorders at Griya Sehat Muslimah Srengseng Kembangan, West Jakarta. This study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test approach in 12 patients with circulatory disorders. Each patient underwent leech therapy three times over two weeks. Pain intensity was measured before and after therapy using a Visual Analog Scale (VAS). The results showed a significant decrease in pain intensity after therapy. The average reduction in pain on the VAS scale was 3.7 points after three treatments, indicating that leech therapy is effective in reducing pain in patients with circulatory disorders. Leech therapy has been proven effective in reducing pain in patients with circulatory disorders. This therapy can be a non-pharmacological alternative for managing pain in patients with circulatory disorders

Abstract

Jaringan komputer perusahaan sangat perlu memperhatikan keamanan hak akses. Saat ini keamanan pada jaringan komputer secara umum di berbagai perusahaan masih memiliki peluang dapat diretas. Selain itu seringkali perusahaan juga memakai berbagai macam jaringan atau biasa disebut multivendor, misal Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, F5 Firewall serta Mikrotik, sehingga mekanisme pengamanannya menjadi lebih kompleks. Dengan begitu banyak jaringan lokal nirkabel (WLAN) dan jaringan lokal terhubung (LAN) yang tersedia, maka keamanan jaringan harus menjadi prioritas utama. Router yang digunakan oleh perusahaan saat ini seringkali juga tidak memiliki jenis perlindungan jaringan Internet, memungkinkan setiap pengguna terhubung dengan relatif mudah. Kondisi ini membuka ancaman terhadap keamanan, sehingga perlu untuk melakukan pengujian keamanan terhadap konfigurasi jaringan komputer yang ada saat ini. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah Penetration Testing untuk mengetahui apakah jaringan yang sudah dibuat aman, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan mengusulkan konfigurasi router untuk meningkatkan keamanan jaringan. Hasil pengujian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan seperti Winbox, Putty, dan MAC Server tidak berhasil, sedangkan untuk Nesuss berhasil dilakukan tetapi hanya dapat mendeskripsikan Vulnerabilities SSL dan tidak dapat masuk ke dalam jaringan komputer.
