Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance satellite communication technology learning facilities at the Indonesian Civil Aviation Polytechnic Curug (PPIC) through the installation of a VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) system in the Communication, Navigation, and Surveillance (CNS) Laboratory. VSAT was selected due to its ability to provide connectivity independently of conventional cable infrastructure, making it highly relevant for the practical needs of students and cadets in the field of communication technology. The activities included an explanation of ground-based satellite systems, installation of satellite modems, network system configuration, and training on basic usage and maintenance for lecturers, lab technicians, and students of the communication engineering program. The results showed that with the satellite connectivity now available in the PPIC laboratory, practical training in communication particularly for students in the Air Navigation Engineering Study Program, is now supported, and participants demonstrated an increased understanding of VSAT-based satellite communication systems

Abstract

Rekam medis memiliki manfaat penting bagi rumah sakit diantaranya dapat meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan kesehatan, mempermudah dalam pengumpulan informasi kesehatan dan menurunkan biaya operasional. Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan dituntut untuk dapat menjalankan sistem pencatatan pasien secara elektronik termasuk pelaksanaan dokumentasi keperawatan elektronik . Sistem pendokumentasian tersebut dinamakan dengan sistem “paperless”. Dengan kata lain disebut electronic medical record (EMR). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran dan menganalisa pengaruh sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan sistem EMR (Electronic Medical Record) terhadap peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain studi Pre Experimental design. Penelitian ini menggunakan pre experimental dengan jenis desain penelitian one group pretest posttest design. Dengan non randomized sampling (total sampling). Dengan jumlah sampel yang diambil adalah 100 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan melalui link google form atau QR Code yang diberikan melalui whatsapp massenger. Menggunakan analisa data univariat dan bivariat (uji normalitas). Karena hasil uji normalitas data tidak normal, menggunakan non parametric wilcoxon (menggunakan spss 22.0). Dari hasil penghitungan statistik bahwa hasil penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh antara sistem pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan dengan sistem EMR terhadap peningkatan pelayanan kesehatan di salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta.

Abstract

Language is a verbal communication tool. Humans use language to communicate with each other. Language, like other social behavior, also accommodates gender differences. This research aims to analyze the language commonly used by male and female speakers of Indonesian and Minang in everyday life. The respondents were UPI 'YPTK' Padang undergraduate students. The data collected is in the form of words or texts which are then processed and presented in descriptive form. The collected data is then categorized and analyzed. From observations it can be seen that the language of men and women is different in several aspects, including in the choice of topics, vocabulary and grammar. These vocabulary differences include the use of adjectives, adverbs, enhancers, and the color of certain words. Meanwhile, in grammar, the difference lies in the use of question tags, hedges, and hyper correct grammar.

Abstract

Character is a positive trait reflected in a person's daily behavior. It is an essential part of one’s personality and social life, although it is sometimes not systematically integrated into education. Therefore, this research aims: 1) To describe the process of integrating local wisdom-based character education values at Baitul Izzah Nganjuk Islamic Junior High School. This research used a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. There were three research subjects: headmaster of school, teachers and also and seventh grade students at Baitul Izzah Nganjuk Islamic Junior High School. Students were selected using purposive sampling method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth and open-ended interviews, observation, and document analysis. Data analysis was carried out with four steps, namely: collecting data, condensing data, presenting data and finally drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the process of integrating the value of character education in Language learning used material book. The findings of this study indicate that teachers integrate language learning with materials rooted in local wisdom. Furthermore, throughout the learning process, teachers also model positive behavior that reflects the character values inherent in local wisdom. This integration not only enriches the content of language instruction but also fosters students’ character development by embedding cultural values in everyday classroom practices. As a result, students not only improve their language skills but also internalize important moral and social values grounded in their own cultural heritage. This research is expected to be used as a model and cultural development and also can be used as a reference for other researchers who want to research the value of character education.

Abstract

The growth of urban agriculture has driven an increase in demand for healthy vegetables such as hydroponics in the city of Surabaya. Despite the increasing trend of consumption, consumer loyalty is still a challenge affecting the sustainability of the market. This study aims to analyze the influence of satisfaction and buying interest on the loyalty of hydroponic vegetable consumers. The study was conducted on 103 respondents using the purposive sampling technique. The data was analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) approach to measure the relationship between latent variables. The results show that both consumer satisfaction and buying interest have a positive and significant influence on loyalty, with buying interest being the most dominant factor. An R² value of 0.745 indicates that the model has a high clarity of power over the loyalty variable, while a Q² value of 0.676 indicates the predictive power of the model. This research has a strategic impact for hydroponic agribusiness players to focus their marketing strategies on increasing purchase intention and satisfaction through education, product quality, and emotional approach to consumers. Theoretically, these findings strengthen the study of consumer behavior in the context of sustainable agribusiness in urban areas.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disorder disease characterized by an increase in blood sugar due to a deficiency of the hormone insulin and a decrease in the hormone insulin in the body which is predicted to continue to increase every year. One of the non-pharmacological techniques in controlling blood sugar levels is drinking water therapy. Study aims to determine the effect of drinking water therapy on reducing blood sugar levels in patients with diabetes mellitus. This quasy experiment is use non-equivalent control group design approach. The population is all people with diabetes mellitus. The sampling technique used purposive sampling of 30 people. Analysis included univariate analysis and bivariate analysis using the t-independent test. The results showed that the mean pre and post test blood sugar levels in the experimental group were 208 mg/dl and 188.40 mg/dl and the mean pre and post test blood sugar levels in the control group were 208.27 mg/dl and 204.40 mg/dl. There was a difference in the decrease in blood sugar levels between the control group and the experimental group with an average difference of 15.733 mg/dl and a p value = 0.000, the decrease in blood sugar levels was greater in the experimental group. The conclusions of this research are Drinking water therapy has a significant effect on reducing blood sugar levels in people with diabetes mellitus. Suggestions of this research are Study suggestion is ydrotherapy can be used as an intervention for hyperglycemia management and information in providing complementary therapy independently

Abstract

Bias heuristic merujuk pada kecenderungan individu untuk menggunakan aturan pikiran sederhana atau pemikiran singkat dalam mengambil keputusan, tanpa melakukan evaluasi yang komprehensif atau analisis mendalam. Data empiris menunjukkan bahwa investor sering kali mengandalkan Bias heuristic dalam mengestimasi nilai investasi, mengambil risiko, dan membuat keputusan jangka panjang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Bank Aceh Syariah dengan objek penelitian nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah yang memahami produk investasi yang disediakan oleh Bank Aceh Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif deskriptif. Populasi pada sampel ini adalah nasabah Bank Aceh Syariah yang memahami produk investasi pada Bank Aceh Syariah. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling sehingga memperoleh sampel sebanyak 167 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda yang diuji menggunakan bantuan sofware SPSS. Hasil penelitiannya menyatakan bahwa overconfidence dan availability tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap keputusan investasi sedangkan Anchoring , Representativeness , financial literasi dan risk tolerance memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap keputusan investasi.

Abstract

Fundraising management is an activity to collect waqf, infaq and shodaqoh funds through the process of planning, organizing, leading and controlling in achieving goals. In fundraising activities there are management functions and steps in carrying out these functions. Traditionally, a manager's job has been described according to the classic management functions, namely: planning, organizing, leading, and controlling. It is necessary to understand the management functions and steps of good fundraising management, including: First, the planning function which includes future calculations and forecasts, determination and formulation of targets, determination of methods, determination of time and location, and program determination, costing. Second, the organizing function in the division of tasks and responsibilities, coordination between management and the relationship between section management. Third, the function of leadership with direction and motivation. Fourth, the control function includes evaluation and corrective action. Although in its implementation there are still obstacles such as the branding of institutions that are not well known, the collection side is still weak and efforts to re-strengthen the internal consolidation side of the institution. Manajemen fundraising merupakan kegiatan menghimpun dana Wakaf, infaq dan shodaqoh melalui proses perencanaan, pengorganisasian, kepemimpinan dan pengendalian dalam mencapai tujuan. Dalam kegiatan fundraising terdapat fungsi-fungsi manajemen dan langkah-langkah dalam menjalankan fungsi-fungsi tersebut. Secara tradisional, pekerjaan seorang manajer telah diuraikan menurut fungsi manajemen klasik, yaitu: merencanakan, mengorganisasikan, memimpin, dan mengendalikan. Perlu dipahami fungsi-fungsi manajemen dan langkah-langkah manajemen fundraising yang baik, diantaranya: Pertama, fungsi perencanaan yang meliputi perhitungan dan perkiraan masa depan, penentuan dan perumusan sasaran, penetapan metode, penetapan waktu dan lokasi, dan penetapan program, penetapan biaya. Kedua, fungsi pengorganisasian dalam pembagian tugas dan tanggung jawab, koordinasi antar pengurus serta relasi antarpengurus bagian. Ketiga, fungsi kepemimpinan dengan pengarahan dan motivasi. Keempat, fungsi pengendalian meliputi evaluasi dan tindakan koreksi. Meskipun dalam pelaksanaanya masih ada hambatan seperti branding lembaga yang kurang dikenal, sisi penghimpunan yang masih melemah serta usaha penguatan kembali dalam sisi konsolidasi internal lembaga.

Abstract

Reading is the process of extracting and understanding the meaning contained in written materials, making it easier to comprehend, one of which is through SQ3R. SQ3R is a highly effective and productive learning strategy that includes five steps: survey, question, reading, recite, and review. The aim of this research is to describe the SQ3R method in reading instruction. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method. The result of this research is that SQ3R was an interesting method that can enhance students' motivation in Reading learning. The student survey stage involved providing reading material about reading, after which the students conduct a survey based on the text. The stage of questioning involves the lecturer guiding students to close the text that has been provided. Then, the students are instructed to create questions based on what they have obtained in the previous stage. In the Reading stage, the lecturer directs the students to read carefully and attentively while paying attention to the questions they have created. The Recite stage tests students' ability to recall answers by asking them to state the questions and answer them without looking at their notes. The review stage requires students to go over important notes and summarize the connections between the main points.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar, Pengaruh stres kerja Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Turnover Intention karyawan Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Radja Poultry Shop VIII Koto Dangung-Dangung Kabupaten Lima Puluh Kota. Metode pengumpulan data melalui survei dan mengedarkan kuensioner, dengan Sampel 59 responden dengan menggunakan metode teknik sampel jenuh yaitu menjadikan semua populasi sebagai sampel. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis uji validitas, uji realibilitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan SmartPLS versi 3.0.Hasil analisis data menyimpulkan, (1) Stres kerja berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (2) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, (3) Stres kerja pengaruh negatif yang terhadap turnover intention, (4) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh negatif terhadap turnover intention, (5) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention, (6) Stres kerja berpengaruh posotif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja, (7) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja
