Abstract

In Indonesia, stunting cases are estimated to be a problem and some areas are likely to experience stunting due to its high prevalence including Yogyakarta Province. There are several causes of stunting, including a lack of macro and micronutrients. This study has objective to determine the relationship between protein and calcium intake in children aged 2-5 years height. This research was an analytical survey research with a cross-sectional approach. In this study, the primary data was collected using the SQ-FFQ questionnaire to determine the intake of protein and calcium. Stunting was measured using height for age (standard deviation). Subjects were 64 children as respondents and were distributed using a purposive sampling method. The data was processed with the help of SPSS software by performing multiple regression tests. In normal children, they tend to have higher average protein adequacy (111.1±84.5g) than stunted children (25.4±6.3g). Hence, the average calcium intake was 1707,3±1273,88mg in normal children and 291,2±253.8mg in stunted children. The results of the regression test explained that there was a significant relationship between children's height and protein and calcium intake (p<0.05). The relationship between protein and calcium intake with children's height is shown in the percentage of 10.3% and the other 89.7% is explained by variables outside the study. There is a significant relationship between protein and calcium intake with stunting and non-stunted children's height at the age of 2-5 years in Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This study examined the effectiveness of Catur Murti Counseling in improving self-esteem among university students. The researcher employed a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design, specifically the one-shot case study. The researcher used the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) as the data collection instrument. This instrument demonstrated item-total validity with R values above 0.32 and a reliability coefficient of 0.983, indicating that the self-esteem inventory is reliable and suitable for research purposes. The researcher analyzed the data using the non-parametric Two Independent Sample Test: Mann-Whitney U. The hypothesis testing yielded a Z value of -2.242 and an Asymp. Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.025 (< 0.05), which led to the rejection of Ho. This result indicates that cognitive behavioral group counseling effectively improves students' self-esteem. Furthermore, the paired-samples t-test analysis yielded a t-value of -11.534 and a p-value of 0.000. Since 0.000 < 0.05, the researcher accepted Ha, confirming that Catur Murti Counseling effectively enhances university students’ self-esteem. Counseling practitioners and teachers are expected to pay attention to Catur Murti Counseling, which is scientific and practical in addressing various problems, especially those related to university students' self-esteem. Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the management capacity of the Manggar Batik SME in Sumber Village, Kradenan District, Blora Regency, through the implementation of a simple accounting system, innovative batik product designs, the use of appropriate technology in the production process, and a digital-based marketing strategy transformation. The background to this activity is the socioeconomic conditions in Blora Regency, which still faces a high poverty rate (11.49% in 2023), limited competitiveness of local batik products, and limited market access for SMEs to consumers outside the region. Program implementation methods include outreach, technical and managerial training, the application of production technology (feeder tools and paper stamp techniques), digital marketing assistance through e-commerce, and sustainability evaluation and follow-up. The program implementation involves strategic collaboration between universities and SME partners through participatory knowledge and technology transfer. The results of the activity show significant improvements in several aspects: a more organized financial recording system, the successful development and registration of innovative batik motif designs for intellectual property rights (IPR), increased production efficiency and consistency through the use of feeder tools, and expanded market reach through digital marketing. The contribution of this activity not only strengthens the competitiveness of the Manggar Batik SME and opens up opportunities to increase local community income, but also supports the achievement of university performance indicators and regional development goals, particularly related to poverty alleviation and the development of a creative economy based on local culture.

Abstract

The Business Advisor serves as a strategic partner, guiding financial management, planning, and human resource capacity building. The Project Management Office (PMO) ensures program implementation proceeds according to plan through monitoring, evaluation, and risk mitigation. However, the practical implementation of the Business Advisor and PMO roles often faces challenges. Key obstacles include limited understanding of public sector accounting standards among village officials, a lack of coordination in program implementation, and a lack of evaluation instruments capable of assessing the effectiveness of public sector accounting implementation in the field. The result is that the Business Advisor (BA) plays a crucial role in strengthening the public sector accounting system through technical assistance, needs analysis, and recommendations tailored to the context of regional bureaucracy. The BA helps ensure that the implementation of the Government Accounting System (SAP) and financial management mechanisms are standardized, accurate, and accountable.  The Project Management Office (PMO) plays a strategic role in coordinating all stages of the KDKMP Program, from planning, control, monitoring, and evaluation. The PMO ensures that all activities related to strengthening the accounting system are on schedule, integrated, and meet quality standards.
