Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui latar belakang munculnya perlawanan rakyat Tombolo Pao terhadap kolonialisme Belanda, bagaimana proses perlawanan tersebut berlangsung, serta dampak yang ditimbulkan dari perlawanan tersebut. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada dinamika perjuangan rakyat di Kecamatan Tombolo Pao, Kabupaten Gowa, dalam melawan upaya Belanda yang ingin kembali menjajah Indonesia setelah Proklamasi Kemerdekaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Tahapan yang ditempuh meliputi heuristik, kritik sumber, interpretasi, dan historiografi. Data diperoleh melalui studi pustaka, dokumentasi arsip, dan wawancara dengan informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlawanan rakyat Tombolo Pao dipicu oleh tekanan dan tindakan sewenang-wenang Belanda terhadap masyarakat. Proses perlawanan dipimpin oleh tokoh-tokoh lokal seperti Karaeng Pado, Karaeng Teya, dan Andi Baso Makkumpalle serta dilakukan melalui beberapa aksi penting seperti pembunuhan terhadap pimpinan Belanda Fredrick Reinhard Westhoff dan penyerangan markas KNIL di pusat Distrik Parigi. Dampak dari perlawanan ini meliputi tindakan balasan dari Belanda berupa pembakaran rumah, penangkapan dan eksekusi tokoh pejuang serta penderitaan masyarakat. Namun di sisi lain perlawanan ini juga menumbuhkan semangat nasionalisme, memperkuat solidaritas rakyat dan menjadi bagian penting dalam sejarah perjuangan mempertahankan kemerdekaan di wilayah Sulawesi Selatan.

Abstract

Kelengkapan data klinis merupakan faktor krusial dalam proses pengajuan klaim Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) yang berdampak pada pendapatan rumah sakit. Penundaan klaim (pending claim), khususnya pada diagnosis umum seperti gagal jantung, sering kali disebabkan oleh ketidaklengkapan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau kelengkapan data klinis pada klaim JKN untuk diagnosis gagal jantung di RSUD dr. Rehatta, Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis dokumen terhadap 33 berkas klaim pasien gagal jantung periode Maret-April 2025. Analisis tersebut, yang mencakup kode diagnosis (ICD-10), kode tindakan (ICD-9 CM), dan informasi penunjang, menunjukkan tingkat ketidaklengkapan berkas sebesar 30,3%. Kekurangan tertinggi teridentifikasi pada pengodean diagnosis sekunder dan tindakan medis. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa ketidakakuratan pengodean merupakan penyebab utama potensi penundaan klaim, yang berdampak langsung pada stabilitas keuangan rumah sakit. Audit rekam medis secara berkala dan pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi staf koding (coder) direkomendasikan untuk meningkatkan akurasi data dan mengoptimalkan proses klaim.

Abstract

Science learning in elementary schools is expected to not only provide conceptual understanding but also foster students' ability to solve real-life problems through active learning. This study was conducted to measure the effect of Problem-Based Learning on the problem-solving ability of fifth-grade students of SDN Krembung 1 in learning science on the human respiratory system. The One Group Pretest-Posttest research design was used to test the instrument's validity and reliability, assess the normality and homogeneity of the pretest and posttest results, and determine the influence using the T Test. The instrument developed by the researcher was based on the problem-solving indicators developed by George Polya: (1) Understanding the problem, (2) Planning Problem Solving, (3) Implementing the problem-solving plan, and (4) Checking the Process and Results of problem solving. Problem-Based Learning is applied through five stages, namely: (1) Orientation to the problem, (2) organising students, (3) guiding the investigation, (4) developing and presenting results, and (5) analysing and evaluating the problem-solving process. The pretest was carried out first, followed by the application of the problem-based learning model, and then the posttest. The average pretest score was 79 (68–89), and the average posttest score was 90 (75–100). The results of the paired sample t-test analysis showed a significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000, which means there is a significant difference between the pretest and posttest results. These findings suggest that integrating Problem-Based Learning into classroom instruction not only enhances students’ problem-solving abilities but also aligns well with the goals of competency-based curricula such as the Merdeka Curriculum, which emphasize active learning and critical thinking. Thus, Problem-Based Learning is effective in improving students' problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

Developing Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) has become an important focus in elementary science education because students are expected not only to understand concepts but also to analyze, evaluate, and create solutions to real-life problems. This study aims to examine the effect of a guided inquiry learning model implemented through ice cream-making experiments on the Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) of fourth-grade elementary school students. The research employed a quantitative approach with a nonequivalent control group quasi-experimental design. The participants were 53 fourth-grade students, including 25 in the experimental class and 28 in the control class. The experimental class received guided inquiry-based experimental learning, while the control class was taught using conventional methods. Students' higher-order thinking skills were assessed using essay exams that focused on three areas of advanced thinking: analyzing, evaluating, and creating. These tests were given before and after the learning period to measure progress. The data were checked for normality and homogeneity before conducting the independent-samples t-test. The results showed that the data followed a normal distribution and had similar variability, meeting the requirements for hypothesis testing. The t-test results showed a very low significance value of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This indicates a significant difference in HOTS scores between the treatment and control groups. The experimental group scored higher, on average, in HOTS (88.10) than the control group (77.86). The average difference of 10.24 points shows a big improvement in the experimental group's ability to think critically and solve complex problems. The results show that using the guided inquiry learning method with ice cream-making experiments helps students improve their higher-order thinking skills in a meaningful way. Therefore, guided inquiry-based experiments can be an effective and relevant way to help students develop higher-order thinking skills in elementary science classes.

Abstract

Sampah plastik menjadi masalah bagi semua makhluk hidup terutama manusia beserta lingkungannya. Sampah plastik di Indonesia diproyeksikan mencapai sekitar 13,98% dari total timbulan sampah nasional dengan volume diperkirakan sekitar 9,9 juta ton. Mikroplastik sendiri bisa masuk ke manusia melalui air yang diminum. Sekolah menjadi langkah pencegahan paling dasar untuk mencegah pencemaran plastic maupun mikroplastik ke dalam tubuh manusia terutama siswa di sekolah. Dalam pengabdian ini dilakukan ke siswa sekolah untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan cara berperilaku dalam pencegahan, pemanfaatan dan pemahaman tentang sampah plastik dan mikroplastik. Pelatihan dilakukan di aula Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri 3 Semarang dengan diikuti oleh 34 siswa di kelas XI 1-12. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan dalam pengisisan kuesioner pre tes dan post tes. Dalam hal Pengetahuan terdapat 6 pertanyaan yang menunjukkan adanya peningkatan hasil sebelum dan sesudah. Pada pertanyaan Pecahan polimer plastik menjadi partikel yang sangat kecil disebut degradasi melalui faktor fisika, kimia dan sosial jawaban siswa menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan yaitu dengan jawaban salah sebelum 14 orang (41,2%) dan sesudah 22 orang (64,7%). Hasil praktik siswa terdapat 8 pertanyaan adanya peningkatan hasil sebelum dan sesudah. Pada pertanyaan Saya mendaur ulang atau menyerahkan sampah plastik ke bank sampah menunjukkan juga hasil yang siginifikan dengan jawaban selalu sebelum 8 orang (23,5%) dan sesudah 12 orang (35,3%). Kesimpulan dengan adanya edukasi dan pemahaman terhadap aspek plastik maupun mikroplastik menjadikan siswa lebih paham dengan cara pemanfaatan kembali sampah-sampah plastik dan lebih menjaga lingkungan untuk terhindar dari mikroplastik baik di air maupun dalam keseharian di lingkungan.

Abstract

Although the issue of personal data protection in the banking sector has received attention in various studies, studies that specifically examine the integration of the normative, ideal, and factual roles of banking in preventing phishing crimes remain limited. This study aims to analyze the role of Bank Mandiri in protecting customer data security from phishing crimes and to evaluate the effectiveness of legal protection based on laws and regulations in Indonesia. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design through a normative juridical method. Data were collected through library research and document analysis, and were then analyzed using descriptive-analytical techniques. The results show that Bank Mandiri has implemented comprehensive protection measures, including compliance with regulations, the use of advanced security technology, and customer education. In addition, the legal framework in Indonesia has provided preventive and repressive protection through various regulations governing data protection and cybercrime. These findings contribute to the development of legal protection theory and institutional responsibility in cybersecurity governance. This study concludes that synergy among banking institutions, regulators, and customers plays an important role in minimizing phishing risks. Therefore, improvements in cybersecurity infrastructure and the strengthening of digital literacy programs are needed to reinforce the protection of customer data. The implications of this study include theoretical contributions in the field of law and practical recommendations for strengthening data protection policies, while also opening opportunities for further studies on cross-sector collaboration and technological innovation in the financial sector.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Perempuan menjalankan peran domestik sebagai aktivitas rutin yang mengandung risiko bahaya ergonomi. Aktivitas domestik melibatkan kerja pengangkatan beban, postur, gerak berulang dan statis. Tujuan: untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi nyeri musculoskeletal, aktivitas domestik dominan dan memberikan edukasi terkait bahaya ergonomis yang muncul dari aktivitas domestik. Metode: Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan survei dan edukasi. Identifikasi nyeri menggunakan kuesioner pemetaan lokasi nyeri tubuh dan Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Edukasi dilakukan melalui penyuluhan interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, dan pemberian contoh penerapan prinsip ergonomi pada aktivitas domestik di kelompok masyarakat Dawis Kenanga, dan dianalisis secara deskriptif statistik. Hasil: Tingkat nyeri yang dirasakan memiliki nilai rerata dada sebesar rerata 4,17 + 2,43 dengan area tubuh nyeri dominan pada dada, bahu, lutut, leher, punggung, pinggul. Aktivitas dominan yang menyebabkan keluhan tertinggi yakni aktivitas mengurus pakaian (52,94%) seperti menyetrika, mencuci, menjemur. Kesimpulan: Pelaksanaan edukasi terhadap bahaya ergonomi dan pengendalian risiko pada aktivitas domestik meningkatkan pemahaman 88,2% partisipan memberikan nilai dampak sebesar 0,91.
