This study aims to examine the factors that can affect firm value. These factors include liquidity, capital structure, profitability and company size. This research was conducted on companies that were consistently listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2016-2020 period using secondary data and an associative research approach. The population in this study were all companies listed on the JII index company. The sample obtained is 11 companies using purposive sampling using certain criteria and has 55 observations. The results showed that liquidity and profitability had a significant effect on firm value partially, while capital structure and firm size had no significant effect on firm value. However, simultaneously all variables have an effect on firm value.

This study aims to examine the effect of employee empowerment, work environment, and career development on the performance of Aceh Government employees. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 150 employees. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that employee empowerment, work environment, and employee career development had a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, employee empowerment and work motivation have a direct and significant effect on employee performance, and career development and work environment also have a direct effect on performance. Work motivation partially mediates the effect of employee empowerment, work environment, career development on performance. The Aceh Government is expected to improve career development in order to create a conducive work environment to improve the performance of Aceh Government employees.

As a consensus network, Bitcoin enables new payment systems and money that are entirely digital or can be interpreted as a virtual currency that uses open source user-to-peer network systems for purchasing and sourcing management. It offers easier way of payment without the need for a bank account, credit card or intermediary. Bitcoin is cash stored in a computer that can be used to replace cash in an online sale transaction. Therefore, this study aims to investigate how to maximize the opportunities that allow Bitcoin in contributing for Indonesia tax revenue and also, the respond to the growing issues of virtual money transactions in the world. This study uses Literature study method based on some previous research and scientific journals that discuss about Bitcoin as a means of payment in sale and purchase transactions. The results of this study Bitcoin transaction tax still needs to be addressed is the absence of Legal Basis and legislation on legality of Bitcoin as a recognized payment instrument in Indonesia. This study can helps the Indonesian governments for creating a guidelines to adjust the regulation of virtual transactions for purchasing management, which have already been created and implemented in other countries and have a positive impact on the country's economy in addition to being one of the sources of increasing state tax revenues.

The complexity of economic activities, employment opportunities and significant contribution to the country generated through an instrument of entrepreneurial growth, namely Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The primary objectives of this study are to examine the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation through supply chain management on competitive advantage and the role of financing factor as mediating variable in the relationship of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on the competitive advantage of SMEs in North Sumatera, Indonesia. This study used a quantitative descriptive approach. A total of 300 respondents participated in this study. The data collected using random sampling technique and analyzed using the structural equation modelling (SEM) by assisting the statistical software, namely IBM AMOS-25. The results of the study show that entrepreneurial orientation and innovation have a significantly positive relationship on competitive advantages. Also, the financing factor mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on competitive advantages.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) menganalisis pengaruh Earnings Aggressiveness dan Income Smoothing terhadap Nilai Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) menganalisis apakah Good Corporate Governance bisa menjadi variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh Earnings Aggressiveness dan Income Smoothing terhadap Nilai Perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Hal ini dilakukan untuk membuktikan bahwa eksistensi suatu perusahaan di Pasar Modal dimata investor tidak hanya berhenti pada fokus pencapaian laba yang tinggi saja sebagai tolak ukur kinerja keuangan dari kegiatan operasional suatu perusahaan, melainkan juga harus mampu memberikan kesejahteraan bagi pemilik saham/principal sebagai pemilik modal, indikator ini yang menjadi salah satu penilaian tentang seberapa jauh tingkat kemajuan suatu perusahaan khususnya untuk perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Penelitian ini berfokus terhadap kinerja perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba usaha dan hubungannya dengan nilai perusahaan tersebut. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling dimana diperoleh sampel sebanyak 6 perusahaan untuk periode penelitian tahun 2010-2015.Pengujian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas dan uji auto korelasi), metode analisis menggunakan Analisis Regresi linear berganda dengan model Moderate Regression Analysis dan untuk menguji hipotesis digunakan uji t, uji f, dan uji determinasi. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan Earnings Aggressiveness dan Income Smoothing berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, Good Corporate Governance tidak bisa menjadi variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh Earnings Aggressiveness dan Income Smoothing terhadap nilai perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

This study aims to examine the effect of general allocation funds, special allocation funds and profit-sharing funds on local revenue in districts/cities in Aceh Province . This study uses secondary data, namely data obtained from the report on the realization of the district/city APBD in Aceh Province from 2016-2020 by accessing the official website on the website of the Directorate General of Fiscal Balance and the Regional Finance Agency of Aceh Province. The data analysis technique was using panel data regression analysis. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that the general allocation fund has a positive and significant effect on regional original income and the special allocation fund has a negative and significant effect on regional original income, while profit sharing funds have a significant negative effect on regional original income.

This study aims to examine the effect of career development and work environment on the performance of the Aceh Agriculture and Livestock Service Office employees. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 employees. The data analysis method is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that career development and employee work environment had a significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. In addition, career development and work environment also have a direct effect on performance. Work motivation partially mediates the effect of career development, work environment on performance. The Department of Agriculture and Livestock is expected to improve career development in order to create a conducive work environment to improve employee performance at the Aceh Agriculture and Livestock Service Office.

This study aims to identify the effect of business location on the income of the pulse kiosk business in Lhokseumawe City and to identify the effect of business capital on the pulse kiosk business income in Lhokseumawe City. The number of samples in this study were 68 respondents who were determined using saturated sampling (census). The type of data used is primary data collected using research questionnaires. Data analysis used multiple linear regression equations with SPSS 20 tools. The results showed simultaneously Fcount > Ftable or 33,649 > 3,138, the conclusion was that business location and business capital had a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. Based on the results of the partial test, it is known that for the business location variable the value of tcount > ttable or 3.945 > 1.997, and the operating capital variable tcount > ttable or 2.484 > 1.997, it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of pulse kiosks in Lhokseumawe City. The business location variable is the dominant factor affecting the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. The author's suggestion for pulse kiosk business owners is that indicators of business location and business capital must be increased in order to be able to increase their pulse kiosk income. The author's suggestion to further researchers is to develop other independent variables that are considered capable of influencing business income. it can be concluded that partially the business location and business capital have a significant effect on the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. The business location variable is the dominant factor that affects the income of the pulse kiosk in Lhokseumawe City. This study aims to formulate strategies to avoid macroeconomic risks in investing in the Indonesian capital market so that more people will be able to trade in financial instruments traded in the Indonesian capital market using an integrated online transaction system. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with the research population of 20 State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data in this study is time series data taken from 2016 to 2020 by conducting a documentation study conducted on the publication of annual financial statements (Financial Statements), so that the target population is 40 (8 Companies x 5 Years) annual financial report data for the research sample. The data analysis method in this study uses Moderate Regression Analysis (MRA) and data analysis uses the Smart PLS statistical software. The outputs of this research are publications of reputable international journals, international proceedings and reference books for ISBN certified research results with TKT level 3.
