This study aims to determine the effect of Leverage and Firm Size on Profitability. This research was conducted on metal sub-sector companies and the like on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used in this study is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling technique, namely by using specified criteria. Data collected through secondary data. The data used were tested with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques and hypothesis testing with SPSS version 21 as a tool. The results showed that leverage has a negative and insignificant effect on profitability, while firm size has a positive and insignificant effect on profitability. Companies are expected to be careful and take advantage of the use of high debt in the long term, because it can reduce profits for the company. Assets that are used as collateral are also considered to get debt whose value is greater than the return on assets received by the company. In order not to have a high risk of company bankruptcy. The purpose of this study if determine the effect of leverage and firm size on firm value with profitability asintervening variable. The population in this study are Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2019 period using a purposive sampling method, 14 companies were selected in the sample. Analysis of the data path analysis and sobel test which is assisted with SPSS 21 software. Based on the result of testing the data determine that leverage and firm size have a significant effect on profitability. Leverage and profitability have a significant effect on firm value but, firm size have not significant effect on firm value. Profitabilit not to be able to mediate the effect of leverage and firm size on firm value. Keyword : Leverage, Firm Size, Firm Value, Profitability

This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality on consumer buying interest with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Lhoksumawe City Black Market Online Store. The research method used is the method of qualitative data and quantitative data. While the data used is primary data. The data analysis method in this study uses simple linear regression analysis to obtain a comprehensive picture of the effect of product quality variables on consumer buying interest using the SPSS 25 for Windows program. To find out whether there is a significant effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable, a simple linear regression model is used. The results of hypothesis testing using simple regression analysis and t-test indicate that: the t-table value of the Product Quality variable is 7.644 > the t-table value (df: : 68%) is 1.995 so it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant effect on Consumer Buying Interest. Path analysis shows the direct effect of Product Quality X on Consumer Buying Interest Y of 0.670. Meanwhile, the indirect effect through Customer Satisfaction Z is 0.803 x 0.273 = 0.2192. From the calculation results obtained, it shows that the direct effect through Product Quality X is greater than the indirect effect on Consumer Buying Interest Y. 995 so that it can be concluded that product quality has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest. This study aims to analyze the Financial Ratios of MSMEs in the haircut service sector at Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019. The data analysis method used in this study uses Profitability Ratios, Liquidity Ratios, Solvency Ratios and Activity Ratios to assess Financial Performance, in accordance with the regulations stipulated by the Decree of the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia No. 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. From the results of data analysis, it can be seen that the Profitability Ratio of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with indicators of GPM (99.35%), NPM (56.78%) and ROA (18.26%), with an overall indicator has a value greater than 10%. The results of the analysis of the Liquidity Ratio of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with the QR (622.97%) and CR (695.41%) indicators with overall indicators having values greater than 200%. Furthermore, the results of the Solvency Ratio analysis of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with the DAR indicator (1.45%) which has a value less than 40%. Finally, the results of the analysis of Raden The Barber Banda Aceh's Activity Ratio from 2015-2019 can be said to be good, with indicators of TATO (32.11%) and RTO (15.13%), with overall indicators having values greater than 10%.

The COVID-19 pandemic has hit various sectors, including the stock market where many people are hesitant to invest in stocks. Many industries have been affected by Covid-19, where since March 2020 the Indonesia Stock Exchange Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) has decreased because many investors sold their shares, but since the third week of May 2020 to early June 2020 has shown an increase indicating stock trading has begun to show improvement. This study aims to analyze which sector stocks are still able to survive during the COVID-19 pandemic, by using stock trading volume data, Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG), weekly and monthly market capitalization values with a sample of 20 stocks - the highest stocks. based on sales volume and transaction value on the Indonesian stock exchange for the period March 2020 to June 2020 obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) weekly report and the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) Monthly Report. The results show that during the COVID-19 pandemic, investors can still get benefits in investing in stocks if every decision made by these investors is supported by careful calculations.

This study aims to determine the effect of asset price, asset volume and asset supply on cryptocurrency investment returns with the 5 (five) highest market capitalizations in Indonesia. The population in this study were all coins registered on the indodax exchange service and samples were taken using the purposive sampling method with a total sample of 5 crypto coins. The data analysis method used is multiple linear analysis. The results of this study partially indicate that asset price has a significant effect on returns with a significant value of 0.0197 0.05 with a tcount value of (1.235478) < ttable (1.65356), asset volume has no significant effect on returns with a significant value of 0.3833> 0.05 with a tcount value (-0.874042 ) < ttable ( 1.65356),

This study aims to see the effect of accountability and transparency on the moral hazard of village funds with integrity as an intervening variable. This study uses primary data obtained directly from respondents by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were all village officials in the East Angkola sub-district, amounting to 158 people. For the sampling technique using purposive sampling method, namely by having certain criteria where the criteria are village officials who are involved in managing village funds and serving at least one year. The results of this study indicate that accountability has no significant effect on moral hazard but has no effect on integrity, transparency has a significant effect on moral hazard but has no effect on integrity, while integrity has a significant effect on moral hazard. In addition, it was also found that integrity mediates the variables of accountability and transparency on moral hazard.

Restructuring and privatization are important efforts to increase the efficiency and productivity of SOEs. This research aims to formulate strategies in regulating and controlling companies to increase business success while taking into account the interests of stakeholders and reducing agency conflicts in order to achieve company goals. So that investors in the capital market are very concerned about the company's ability to generate, support, and increase profits. Profitability can be measured in several different ways, but in interrelated dimensions. First, there is a relationship between profit and sales so that there is a residual return for the company per rupiah of sales. Return on sales can be in the form of a net profit margin ratio. Liquidity is an indicator of the company's ability to pay all short-term financial obligations at maturity using available current assets. Liquidity is not only related to the overall financial condition of the company, but also relates to the ability to convert certain current assets into cash. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research, namely critical observation to obtain precise information on a particular problem and object in the area of a community group or certain location will be studied or described or described a situation as clearly as possible without any treatment of the object being studied. researched. In this study, the object of research is a state-owned company listed on the LQ45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. and the location of this research is the Indonesia Stock Exchange by accessing its official website through the website www.idx.co.id. The outputs of this research are publications of reputable national journals, and reference books for ISBN certified research results with TKT level 3.

This study aims to determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Leadership Style on employee performance of PT. Aceh Distribution Indo Raya. The study samples are 54 employees of PT. Aceh Distribution Indo Raya. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique. The data are obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to 54 respondents and processed with the help of the SPSS program. The method of data analysis used a qualitative analysis method that is quantified. The model used in this study is a multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that simultaneously (f-test) Organizational Commitment, Work Motivation and Leadership Style influence the Employee Performance of PT. Aceh Distribution Indo Raya. Based on the results partially (t-test) shows that Organizational Commitment has a significant effect on Employee Performance of PT. Aceh Distribus Indo Raya, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Aceh Distribus Indo Raya and Leadership Style has a significant effect on the Employee Performance of PT. Aceh Distribution Indo Raya.
